This coffee shop sits in Newark International Airport Terminal B in the area that serves Gates B60-B68. The menu offers 3 Coffee drinks and a few food on the go items including a Kosher sandwich. They offer several oackaged items including plane-based peanut butter chocolate and mint chocolates. Yummy. There is also fresh fruit of bananas, Daily hours are 5am til 11 pm in this hub of 9 gates to international destinations. The seating for the venue is a central court of accessible tables and chairs. Accessible restrooms just off the center área here

I tried a pastry and a coffee and they were good. I left a bag with my passport and money in it, and they were kind enough to keep it for me. When I returned the next day to get it, everything was still inside.

Worst coffee possible. Don't waste your money. Better to have water or find a better place for coffee. Don't have it here.

Make sure you taste your coffee before walking away. My husband and I ordered the same coffee - one was so sweet it tasted like syrup, the other no sugar at all. When I came back and asked for an extra cup so that we could try to even out the two cups, she tried to charge me $1.07. Rude and of course in this over tipping climate - I tipped her well for bad coffee and a rude attitude.

Un professional customerservice and also not proper equipment toast bread. Who in the world toast bread in microwave. And not even warm. Cold from and guy at the counter said that's how we do it. Ugly.

1 star is one too many. Had to return the croissant that was stale beyond comprehension.

Yelp
This establishment survives solely on scarcity and desperation. The coffee (I employ the term loosely) puts one in mind of what comes out of a plastic coffee maker that you toss a bag into with some water from the bathroom tap at a budget hotel. Service was minimal and halting, but it was at least not outright offensive as I see is a theme across other reviews, which leads me to the astonishing conclusion that I actually got lucky that day. I've so often found myself aghast at the idea that this airport is the first taste of the US for so many travelers from abroad. While many improvements have been made in its other aspects in recent years, we would all be better off if this particular establishment were replaced with something, anything else.

Yelp
At Newark. 5:30am. Jersey Reserve doesn't have any regular coffee in stock, so the only option is cappuccino or Americano. Fine... if I can pay the price of a regular coffee, but no! That's BS! Disgusting!

Yelp
Younger girls working who were rude and could tell the didn't want to be there. I walked up and was left un-greeted. I finally asked if the croissants had anything in there and the one replied with "yes" and then looked back down to her phone. I checked out and then had to go back to ask if they could heat my freezing croissant up. The other girl, while eating her own food with her hands grabs it and chucks it into the microwave. Very inappropriate behavior for customer service. Chocolate croissant was very yummy.

Yelp
Here at terminal 66 for Spirit Airlines and decided to get coffee. The only place open was this Jersey Reserve. The line was extremely long. Once we got to the counter we found out why. The cashier and the server were both slow and with negative attitudes. We asked for soy and when the coffee came up we asked it was soy and she said we don't even have soy, with more attitude. She remade the coffee with almond milk, as she was slamming the cup down. Looking inside the small cup was only half full. If anything else is open, do yourselves a favor and go there. Avoid this place for sure.

Yelp
If you're looking for a decent cup of coffee, look elsewhere. This place isn't it. Don't let the decor fool you, the coffee is not up to par with even major chain coffee shops(DD, SB, etc). Coffee is not freshly brewed, it is simply poured from a container in their fridge. I'd have been better off with a coffee drink from the convenience store.

Yelp
Absolutely terrible coffee shop even for an airport location. The woman working could barely look away from her phone to acknowledge me after I stood in front of her for about 30 seconds. The first few things I tried to order were met with the response of "no". I gave up after asking for a vanilla latte and being told my only option was hazelnut. I saw a bottle of caramel syrup and asked if I could get a caramel latte and she sighed and got up and made a production showing me that the bottle was empty and was very rude. I said no thank you and told her to have a nice day. I didn't catch her muttered response as I walked away but I got the gist. Hoping if I'm ever unlucky enough to fly out of terminal B again that this business has been replaced with a coffee shop that actually wants to sell coffee. I added this business specifically because this was some of the worst service I've ever received. Check out the reviews on Brewstr for all of the other "satisfied" customers.
