My 12 year old daughter and I had high tea. The tea and food were very yummy. Our waitress was sweet and friendly. I loved how cute the setup was!

I have visited your establishment numerous times and will continue to visit. You have catered to my dietary needs graciously. The food was delicious and had a beautiful presentation!!!!! This is the first time I have submitted a review. I am doing so because I just saw your piece on WSB-TV. . I don’t understand why people are so eager to respond negatively.

Lovely restaurant in Woodstock serving high tea. Very nice variety of teas and finger sandwiches. Scones, clotted cream, and jams are delicious. Service is excellent. Highly recommend Jessa’s Tea Parlor!

Oh my where to start. I went there to celebrate my adoption day. This place is absolutely adorable 😊 When you first walk up there are cute little turquoise chairs, and chalk board and they put your name on it and what you are celebrating which was so nice to see. Then when you walk in you get a vibe 1920 and you feel special as you walk through those doors. Amazing decor, beautiful colors that coordinate perfectly with everything! Tea cups, hats, signs, that were very welcoming. We sat down and they take care of you right away. They tell you everything and you pick a tea of your choice, and it comes with a sandwich and a salad. I definitely felt like I was in England on a vacation. We sat in peace and happiness eating our food and talking and drinking wonderful tea while looking at the scenery. They check on you and make sure that you are enjoying yourself. In the end they bring out a tray of scones, and mini sandwiches, and more delicious desserts! It was just such an incredible experience I will definitely come back for my birthday!

This was my first time at a tea parlor and it was so cute! The place was small but just enough space for you and your party because it was reservation only. Our party was four ladies including a child. Each person had their own set of dishes and my little cousin had her own set too with her own tea course separate from us three. We got our appetizer which was a small salad and choice of chicken salad croissant or tomato basil soup, I got the tomato basil soup. The soup was weird, I’ve never had tomato basil soup that was frothy, it also tasted a little sour. The salad was great! Never had goat cheese and boy was it creamy! For teas there is a huge menu to choose from; green, black, herbal, fruity. Each person gets to choose their own tea which comes in their own large teapot. And you could choose a different tea any time you wanted. The only thing was that there was a policy of NO SHARING. So there were four people in my party and we couldn’t try each other’s teas, which I think is a shame because the teapots were big and yes we could’ve changed anytime, but that would be so wasteful. Overall I think the teas were good, nothing that really stuck out there. My grandma did get the lemongrass tea and she enjoyed it very much. All tables had honey and sugar cubes already there. Onto the food! We were brought out a tower of three courses; scones, finger sandwiches and dessert. We each received four different sandwiches, three different scones and I think three mini desserts. - I would give the sandwiches overall a 4.5 because they were the perfect size and the taste was great! My favorite was the one that actually didn’t come of the tower, it was served separately(not sure if it was intentional or not) but it was the one with apple slices. There was a pimento cheese sandwich that did not care for. - The desserts…I think there was a carrot cake cookie, brownie piece, and a mini cupcake. I personally did not try any of the desserts because I was full but my aunt and cousin did and they said the cookie was good but unfortunately the cupcake and mini brownie tasted store bought. - Now for the showstopper…THE SCONES! Oh my word! These were the most delicious scones I’ve had in a long time! They were served hot was clotted cream and lemon curd. I don’t remember the flavors but they were all delicious! I wish we could’ve ordered more! Overall the place was cute, had a lot of tea sets as decor and you could definitely tell that Jessa, the owner, took time to collect each piece. Oh my gosh! I almost forgot about the water! It was different. Flavored like berry, not my favorite. I’m sure I could’ve asked for plain water but I just drank my tea.

I made tea reservations to celebrate my adult daughter's birthday. The staff at Jessa's Tea Parlor were very thoughtful and intentional with setting out table so perfectly and personalizing it with a hand written note wishing my daughter a happy birthday. That special touch meant the world to us. The tea choices were extensive and it was difficult to make a choice. We went with a Georgia peach tea and a robust tea. Both choices were great! The selection of antique tea cups and china throughout the tea room and on our table was delightful. The three tiered high tea was an exciting display when brought to our table. We were really surprised how much food came with our high tea for the price we paid. Everything tasted delicious and the Southern Charm High Tea was extremely unique. It would be hard for me to say which food was my favorite because everything tasted so pleasing. The staff was very friendly. This experience was exceptional and very special. We plan to make this a yearly celebration of our birthdays.

I had a fantastic experience here! I reserved a table for 7 for high tea for my birthday party. There is plenty of parking, but it may be a little difficult since there isn’t a sign for the business. Jessa’s is at the end of the row. The food is so good! Everyone gets their own pot of tea, and there are so many to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the herbal teas. Afterwards, is your salad with croissant/pasta salad/tomato soup. Then, the food stands come out. For food, I would definitely recommend the Classy Mrs. Sassy, my friends liked that one the best. Eliza, our server, was wonderful and very elegant. They play light music from a record player - very cool! The little greenhouse to the side of the building is perfect for pictures too!

We held a baby shower for my daughter at Jessa's on Saturday and had such a wonderful experience! The food was amazing, the table was set so beautifully and service was perfect! I would highly recommend this family owned Tea Parlor for any of your special events. We can hardly wait to celebrate there again ❤️

Mick D.

Yelp
I visited for a baby shower and had a wonderful time. This is tea in a certain old-world tradition with a whole lot of Southern thrown in. Look, I'm a very large, hairy, straight male. Cute decorations and frilly accessories do nothing for me. What matters to me is the quality of the tea, the deliciousness of the food, and the friendliness of the service. Jessa's team knocks it all right out of the park. We were served three teas for our event: Cambridge, Apple Harvest, and Strawberry Fields. My favorites were the fruity ones, and I'm not ashamed to admit it. Delicious. The food was simply outstanding. Three courses: Course one was a choice of tomato basil soup, chicken salad on a croissant, or cajun pasta. I had the chicken salad, which was served alongside a nice field-greens salad with a kick-ass dressing on it. My wife had the cajun pasta and also enjoyed that. Course two was all the baked goods you'll see in my photos. Scones with cream, lemon curd, and a good selection of savory and sweet treats which made everyone happy. Third course was cake. Because baby shower. And there's cake. So yeah, high tea. I'll happily go back for more. Holler if you're coming with.

Valerie F.

Yelp
Good food and service. Can't wait to go back! There was a little incident while we were there. A lady brought in her fake service dog and the dog was on the table eating out of fine china!!! She was so angry and wouldn't get the fake service dog off the table. REAL SERVICE DOGS DO NOT ACT THAT WAY! They are TRAINED TO NOT GET ON THE TABLE! If I want to eat with dogs, I'll get on the ground to do so. With a doggie bowl.

Yelp
It's tea time, and this elegant spot is where you need to come to. This was the coolest birthday gift my daughter gave to me. Her time to enjoy conversation and company. We arrived at our reserved table into a mystical tea parlor decorated with an assortment of seating and china table settings. Beautiful decor with tea cups and teapots aligning the walls and shelves. This is a magical place that takes you back in time. I love the Alice and Wonderland bathroom, it is a clever use of fun. Our meal was the best with finger sandwiches, scones, cookies, brownies, and a sweet cake. All moist and served with lemon curd and butter. The little embellishments throughout our lunch made this the sweetest time ever spent. Anyone who is looking for a unique way to spend time with a beloved friend, bring them here. It's simply perfect

Cassi K.

Yelp
The place is very cute. The tea is great and the sandwiches, scones and pound cake very good. The service was attentive and I like everyone in our group wore hats and dresses to match the decor however the staff was dressed in regular clothes.

Christopher Z.

Yelp
I brought my service dog last week, and even though he was drunk and belligerent- the staff was really nice to him. We loved the ambiance, food and tea. Definitely worth a second visit.

Sonya C.

Yelp
Visited last week and thought the food and service was really good. This is such a quaint, cute place.

Robin K.

Yelp
The decor was great but the service and food were awful. The waitress was very rude. But like I said the place was cute. Food we didn't even eat. Don't recommend. Was there for my birthday and had my service dog with me and they gave me attitude about it. Will never go back.

Jennifer S.

Yelp
Food and service top-notch!! Thank you!! Classic example of southern hospitality at its finest!

Elizabeth O.

Yelp
So fun! Good was delicious and tea was even better. Pricing is up front and they are accommodating.

Yelp
My daughter celebrated her birthday here with her friends and they all had a great time. Food was delicious and the service was great!

Yelp
The staff here are very welcoming, the food is great, and it's a cute place to have great food. I will be bringing my sister, and telling all my friends about this place. It's a hidden gem that everyone should try at least once!!!

Yelp
We went to this tea shop to celebrate my mom's 81st birthday, and had the most amazing, lovely time! The atmosphere was so whimsical and calming and the decorations were adorable. I had the Apple harvest tea and it was so delicious. Our tea sandwiches and desserts and scones were all freshly and home made from family recipes ... they were so amazing! Our server was delightful and so friendly. We highly recommend this fabulous tea shop, and we will definitely be going back again!

Yelp
I cannot recommend this place enough. EVERYTHING was amazing. From the staff to the smallest details at our table. First and foremost, I had a reservation but arrived late, fortunately enough, they were able to accommodate me (which thank goodness because missing this would've been a shame!). The hostess was super friendly and answered all the questions I had. We had the "Classy Miss Sassy" and I could not find fault in anything. Some tips: - make reservations ahead - you can order macaroon ahead of time if you want to take some to go (same with croissants) - you can but small pouches of the teas (loose leaf) Shout out to @heebiejeebies928 for the high tea idea TLDR; - delicious teas AND AMAZING food - friendliest staff - GREAT value

Yelp
I took a girlfriend here today for her birthday. The parlor is lovely and intimate, and the service was excellent! The tea selection was huge, and we both loved our choices. The food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the sandwiches, scones, and cakes. Having started with salad and soup (me) and chicken salad on croissant (her), there was plenty. We brought some goodies home in fact, and she bought some tea to go. Such a fun way to celebrate. Highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful afternoon!

Karolyn H.

Yelp
Deliciously surprised! This tea shop was recommended by a friend for high tea. The experience did not disappoint! The food was wonderful and perfectly proportioned. The tea choices were excellent. The service was great too. Plan to return with more friends!

Yelp
Such a fun place for Tea! If you used to go to Tea Leaves and Thyme in Canton, this is your place to go! Reservations are a given! Order ahead of time! Endless tea, everyone in your party gets a Pot of tea. Precious decor! Scones are my favorite and you can get pre-baked to go! Tomato basil is delish, chicken salad a must on croissant. The high tea trays are good. Such a lovely afternoon with friends!

Diane W.

Yelp
Scones were delicious. Enjoyed the vast selection of teas and great service. Quaint little tea room

William C.

Yelp
Excellent food and tea. Cozy space. Perfect-touch service (they don't vanish & they don't hover.)

Yelp
Perfect place for a tea party! Our second visit with our granddaughters. Great staff and delicious food.

Yelp
We found a hidden gem!!! Jessas Tea Parlor We stumbled upon this beautiful, quaint tea parlor in Woodstock. It's absolutely enchanting in every way. The decor, the ambiance, and the food were all exquisite. We called to book a reservation and were met with such kindness and hospitality. We were so excited to get to go to a tea party together and share such a special experience. The moment we arrived, we were met with smiles and a lovely "Hello, welcome in" from the staff. We were seated at a table with a special place card for our reservation. The kids were so excited to dress up and wear the hats and jewelry provided. The variety of teas is incredible. Each teapot was brought out with such care and our cups were poured delicately for us. Our three tiered high tea stand (which we booked in advance) was filled with such delectable scones, finger sandwiches and an variety of desserts to enjoy. We can honestly say that we were bummed when Tea Leaves and Thyme went out of business. Now, we have a special place to share together and create such special memories JESSAS TEA PARLOR!!! The atmosphere, the staff, and the food were absolutely memorable and we will be back. Thank you all for such a special experience that we will always remember.

Yelp
I have taken my mom and aunt along with family friends to Jessa's. Excellent service and exquisite food and tea. My daughter and granddaughter have also enjoyed high tea here. The only downside is that the space is tiny, so it is sometimes hard to get a reservation during holidays.

Breanna R.

Yelp
We had an amazing time at Jessa's. This has to be one of my favorite tea experiences I have been to. They had a little welcome sign with the birthday girls' names when we arrived. They were extremely patient with a few late comers to our party and made sure we still had the full experience. The Sassy Ms. Classy High tea was amazing! You can tell everything is home made and it tasted sooo good. Props to whoever is their baker. The whole place is small but they make sure there is plenty of space at the table. The cups and dishes were adorable. I just had so much fun overall and will definitely be back.

Barbara K.

Yelp
Food was just delicious as well as excellent service. We picked the perfect place for my daughter's baby shower!

H A.

Yelp
This place is a gem! We had such a wonderful afternoon here! I came here with a larger group for a cream tea. Everything was set up beautifully, service was attentive but didn't check in too frequently, and the food and tea were delicious. The scones, cream, and curd were standouts, but the food and tea got raves all around.

Becky A.

Yelp
Such a lovely afternoon high tea at Jessa's! The space is delightful and the perfect atmosphere for a get together. Jessa accommodated some special dietary concerns my group had. The tea selection was extensive and they encouraged us to try a variety. The tea began with a salad and cup of soup or a chicken salad croissant. The tea portion had three types of scones with lemon curd and cream, tea sandwiches and an amazing array of baked goodies. The food was delicious and they were so accommodating, allowing us to leisurely enjoy our post Covid catch up and birthday celebration. Excellent cuisine and outstanding experience, will definitely return.

Tracy M.

Yelp
Ahh! Might be good for a 5 year old's tea party. Very kitschy. Was looking for an authentic tea room. This is it if you are looking for Alice in her wonderland. I could not believe the clutter, can't imagine the dust! Was so disappointed when stepping into this "pretend fairyland".

Tai A.

Yelp
Friendly staff makes all the difference. The perfect place for a girlfriend meetup as well as a great place for mother daughter girl time. Can't wait to return with my girls.

Becky H.

Yelp
This place is wonderful! I was looking for something fun to do with my nieces (6, 9 & 13) while they were visiting, so I made a reservation based on the reviews. I was not disappointed! The high tea is very affordable and you get plenty of food. With all high tea you get a first course including a small salad and either chicken salad croissant, soup or frittata. I chose the soup which was delicious (had to be homemade) and the salad was fresh and tasty. During the tea you get unlimited loose leaf tea (hot or cold) and they have a huge list of hot tea to choose from. Then, they bring out the multiple tiered serving dish with scones, your selected lunch and desserts. It was all amazing! The scones were probably the best I've ever had. They have a kids corner with gloves, hats, jewelry and fans for the little kids to dress up and keep them entertained. I would even recommend it for adults.

Suzanne F.

Yelp
Love this place. I've lived in the Woodstock area for years and never knew about Jessa's. We celebrated my mom's 89th birthday and it was so lovely. The service was great and the owner was so kind. We will definitely return.

Loretta Y.

Yelp
Always a pleasure having Tea at Jessa's. The atmosphere is amazing and the parlor is cozy. So many delicious tea choices. The food is excellent. I had their lavender water the last time I was there and hope to have some on my next visit. Maybe they'll share the recipe.

Jeanette R.

Yelp
This was my first TEA at Jessa's. It was delightful. The scones were the best. Staff was very attentive. We were not disappointed. So glad to find this tea parlor. Plan to return soon.

Kanjana R.

Yelp
This is nice little tea room tucked in a small shopping center. My sister and I came in for a English lady high tea. It came with salad and choice of soup or sandwich. Then the 3 tiers of food, first tier had scones with lemon curd and cream, second tier had tea sandwich, third tier had sweets treats. The food was delicious, we both love the tomatoes soup. We ordered Buckingham palace tea and Long Island strawberry both were very good. The service was good and attentive. Definitely coming back when we are feeling like we wanted to have a high tea again.

Elizabeth W.

Yelp
I always come here to have a tea with friends, every time I have come the service has always been excellent, the food as well as the tea is absolutely delicious and the hostesses go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Wonderful little place to spend time with friends and relax.

Jacqueline D.

Yelp
Another win!! In my quest to visit tea houses in my hopes of establishing a routine, possibly weekly, afternoon tea experience, Jessa's Tea Parlor is my second afternoon tea visit. LOVE LOVE LOVED it! The parlor is cozy with a lovely, relaxing ambiance. The ladies were very friendly and accommodating. I chose the Classy Miss Sassy afternoon tea experience. The tomato basil soup was oh so creamy, the scones were so soft and fresh, the finger sandwiches were just mouthwatering and the desserts were yummy. I chose the Scottish toffee tea, it was wonderful. I was also given a goblet of a lovely and refreshing fruit flavored water. As with my first tea experience that I attended last week, I could not eat it all, so I took the rest home and ate It for breakfast this morning....what a great way to start the day. I will definitely add Jessa's to my rotation. Looking forward to coming back!

Edith G.

Yelp
I attended a bridal shower here and it was great! The food was amazing, the assortment of tea was delicious and the service was outstanding. Can't wait to go back for a girls lunch

Sherry T.

Yelp
Wonderful variety of tea and food is absolutely delicious. The scones were some of the best we've ever had!

Cindy E.

Yelp
Today was my second time at Jessa's. Lots of variety in the tea selections. The food is AMAZING. The scones are light and delicious. The cakes are so light they almost rise off the plate. The homemade onion salad dressing is remarkably tasty. The croissant is flaky and the chicken salad is scrumptious! Can't say enough good things about the staff. They are very attentive and friendly. This is a good place for taking a group of friends or alone. Reservations only so make sure to book early!

Yelp
****EXCELLENT REVIEW**** Living in Ca I had to plan my sister in laws baby shower in Georgia. First thing I did was check Yelp. Narrowed my top choices and reached out to them. Jessa's quick response, flexibility and helpfulness won my business immediately. Besides booking the baby shower brunch I trusted them to handle all enhancements-cake, flowers and party favors. Jessa and her team far exceeded my expectations!! Everything was superb-set up, food, drinks, flowers, dessert (customized), party favors, drinks and the cake. If I lived in Georgia I would use Jessa's Tea Parlor often. Thank you Ladies!!!

Derek R.

Yelp
I had a awesome time here with my wife and daughter. It was a while back but I definitely would like to visit again. They treated us very well.

Ashley S.

Yelp
Great little tea room! I went with my mom for lunch today & we had the light afternoon tea (which includes unlimited pots of tea, scones w/ curd & cream, salad & choice of frittata, chicken salad croissant, or soup.) The scones were delicious & the food served with them was also really tasty. They've got a really good selection of loose leaf teas & we tried 4 different kinds of tea while we were there. All 4 teas were really good. We spent some time talking with the owner/chef - Jessa & she really knows her stuff! She's very friendly & knowledgeable about all things pastry & tea. I definitely recommend Jessa's tea room for any tea lovers, or anyone who's just looking for a relaxing & tasty lunch spot. It's a small tea room, so there's limited seating. I'd definitely recommend calling & making a reservation if you're planning to stop by on a weekend. Glad we found this little gem!

Mitzi B.

Yelp
Wonderful food and hospitality. Love the different teas. The cherry and rose scones are wonderful. You have to try the barbecue sandwich.

Jessica B.

Yelp
On a crisp autumn afternoon, I entered the small tea parlor to find the balance of southern hospitality and modern yet gentle charm within. The unique color theme of black, white, & periwinkle is complimenting each individual table with no duplication among them, save for the color theme itself. It gives the atmosphere what I feel could be the closest to what southern comfort for tea in Georgia should be. Greeted warmly by pleasant instrumental music of guitar and piano, you feel the sounds and smell are genuinely inviting you to relax and let the rest of your worries drift out the door for the moment. The co-owner Carolyn greatly me kindly from behind a lovely gold-rimmed display case showing delicious homemade tea pastries. I was seated near the corner where I had plenty of room to myself. I selected from a tea list explaining their plethora of choices from black teas to rooibos. This was to accompany the "Southern Charm" meal that they provide for a fuller experience of what they have here. The pumpkin spice tea is perfect for this time of year and very popular with good reason (though not seasonal, I asked) so for something tasty & balanced in spiced flavor, I recommend this blend. The vegetable soup also made with love from scratch is unlike anything I've had, where you can taste the freshness of the ingredients with a divine texture that is on point between creamy and flavorful. I wanted to enjoy every sip or bite. The final course of the Southern Charm is a genuinely filling selection of "this & that" they serve here. A perfect portion of their chicken pot pie, chicken salad croissant, & bite sized pastries all different & wonderful (some may contain nuts, so be aware). My favorite was the brownie bite topped with sugar powder and a dollop of their sweet atop it. My water glass was constantly refilled but I was not burdened with over attentive visits, should I have been reading or working on an assignment. I like this, feeling like a valued guest in one's home. As it is the start of the shopping and giving season, to e yourself a little treat here and see what I mean by a good unique experience in the most unlikely of ways. Consider it for a small, simple party or a "Mom and Me" treat with your little one! They will surely adore the tea hats available on display, handmade by Jessa herself and will love the flavorfulness of the teas and treats!

Sarah F.

Yelp
This is a lovely place for tea. It's cozy and quaint with just a few tables. They have a great tea selection and the customer service was wonderful. I really like the different high tea options so you can get what you like most other tea places don't have that option. I did the southern charm and everything was delicious. I highly recommend trying it out if you have not been.

Julie H.

Yelp
Went today for the Southern Charm high tea with my mom. It was incredible. There were oohs, ahhs, mmmms or omgs after every bite. From the mini chicken pot pie to the baked goods and fruit...all delicious and fresh. The owner's (very pleasant) mother was there and told me her daughter studied under an accomplished chef. It shows. More than enough to fill you up. We both took ssweets home because couldn't eat it all. Wonderful tea selection. Especially enjoyed the hibiscus Chai. Don't let the fact that it's not in an old house deter you. The atmosphere is relaxing, the interior lovely, and the service attentive. Will definitely be returning with friends. Update: returned 5 months after first visit and it's still wonderful. Food and service excellent. Jessa is a joy. Highly recommend.

Darcy C.

Yelp
Had the southern high tea during a bridesmaid luncheon and it was superb. Service was excellent, food beyond scrumptious, and one of the best true tea experiences I've had. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves a good tea place!! And I love that it's in Woodstock!!

Carol O.

Yelp
Jessa's is a lovely place for lunch. The food is delicious and the staff is wonderful.

Lori S.

Yelp
I had the high tea here today with some friends and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We loved the decor, the tea, the food, and the service. They were several great options to choose from for the teas. We had the Southern Charm High Tea and loved everything on it (fried green tomatoes, pork sliders, chicken salad on croissant, and wonderful scones, fruit, and desserts). We will definitely be back!

Mary S.

Yelp
Had a wonderful lunch and celebration at Jessa's Tea Room with my mom and daughter. Jessa's is an adorable tea room with quaint teapots, teacups, and decorations. We ordered one of the high tea selections ,the "Southern Charm", everything was delicious! You must call ahead the day before to order the High tea however Jessa's has many other items to choose from on the menu. The portions are very generous as well as scrumptious ! Jessa's would be a great place for bridal or baby showers as well as other special celebrations. In addition it's a great place to meet your girlfriends for lunch. Tea rooms are harder to come by these days and Jessa's is a great choice! There is also a small gift shop area with lots of cute and decorative items which are reasonably priced.
