Andreea and Tracey have done an outstanding job for my 97 year old mother...This is the first yelp review that I have written and it is in response to the negative review written by Cory F. His charges would be laughable except that they are libelous. As I read his review iI could only say to myself, "...and where did he get that"? When I see the anger and falsehoods I am happy for the sake of the neighbors that my mother made the decision that she did. I will summarize by saying that my mother received multiple offers and responded to several with what is called a "multiple counter offer" which says the seller is responding to multiple offers, respond with your best deal...My mother accepted an offer from a young family, not our angry friend... Enough about that....let me tell you about Andreea and Tracey...I met Andreea approximately 12 years ago...At the time I said to myself "she would be a great realtor when my mom decides to sell"....how many people keep a realtor's card for twelve years? That was one of the best decisions I have made. When it came time to sell, we still interviewed other realtors but were convinced that Andreea and Tracey were the best for our situation. We needed a realtor that would not only represent my mother well, but would also help the current tenants of over 20 years and on a very limited income find a place to live. They worked tirelessly and found them a property that they were excited about...They have done an outstanding job for my mother and we would use them again in a heartbeat...They are the best!!!

"If I can give a -100 Star gor the SO Call "Realtor," Steve Cruz, I would. I can not image the "5 Stars," by any means to be truthful. This agent not only "Defacated," in my toilet knowing and seeing full well that I had "No Running Water," but left his feces there in mt toilet, smelling up my entire hallway. Secondly, 2 of my rear doors including the garage were left "Unsecure." Thirdly, he REFUSES to return my house key upon "Termination," of our contract while he only posted 3 photos of the 40 pics PASSED down from a previous agent as a courtesy. Lastly, watch the grammer and spelling from this 3rd grader. It must be easy to pass the DRE Test these days in California!!

Amy Hart texted me without my permission! How rude and also violated the DoNoCall.gov list. All my phones are on that list. Why would I entertain any random contact from a stranger for a multi-million dollar asset?

We rented a home from Amy Hart and let me start by saying that it was a nightmare from start to finish. This was a 4 month short term lease. The home was $5000 a month and turned out to be a total dump. When we moved in our kids kept getting sick and it turned out the air filters hadn't been change since years. Which i ended up replacing ourselves. We had no hot water for the first 10 days of our lease and the water came out brown from the faucets. We had the garage disposal break three times before they would fix it right. We had mold in the ice maker for almost 3 months before she addressed it properly. The ac leaked for two and a half months. The ceiling fan in the master was so off balanced that you couldn't even use it. The pool was in such bad condition that the pool guy had to use so many chemicals to try to keep it clean that he discouraged us from swimming in it at all. My son actually got sick from it and went to the dr. The fridge was covered in mold when we moved in which we had to have someone clean professionally. When we moved in Amy told us the carpets had been clean since we had 6 month old twins and it turned out they weren't. The stains that were in the carpet came out when I cleaned it. The front door wouldn't lock and if it did it wouldn't open, but they didn't care. I met repair guys there close to 15 times so the agent didn't have to come. We even allowed them to show the house multiple times to other possible renters. They left furniture In the garage for two month that was suppose to be removed. We ended up leaving early due to multiple issue and safety concerns. When we left I had fixed up the house, had it professionally cleaned including the carpets and they still tried to charge me for cleaning. Attached is a picture of her acknowledging that. To top it off after we moved out, the violated California law by not returning my deposit in 21 days with a list of any withholding. It's been over 90 days and I finally got something after bugging her over and over again. Of course it said after everything I did to help her and fix the house that we weren't getting any money back and that we actually owed.

We love Paul Oates! Paul has sold and purchased a home for my family and he has purchased a home for my mother in a local retirement community. Paul gets the job done and goes above and beyond to make sure you're getting a good deal. He had everything taken care of each time I'd call. He was steps ahead and very informative. We had some tough situations to navagate and Paul took control and kept us calm and imformed. He is a true professional with a very friendly approach. All his colleuges did comprable work and made the entire process less overwhelming than it could have been. Thanks RE/MAX TerraSol!

This review pertains to an agent ANN SIRIBANDAN. One of the most unprofessional agents I have ever had the displeasure to be working with. UNREAL CHILDISH behavior. When my contract ran out I did not want to resign with her because she did NOTHING to help sell my house. NO open house, NO flyers, NO marketing, NOTHING and then tells me my house did not sell because I priced my house TOO high, that was the cop out when I knew in fact the house was priced just right for the market if not too low. This agent disconnected email communication from me, did not notify me and had my house front yard sign pulled out with no notice. Talk about a cry baby this agent knows nothing about selling houses and then blames the home owner WOW HOW SAD! do yourself a huge favor and never ever solicit the services of this child like so called real estate agent!! Signed, disgusted and appalled!

This is the place to find a real estate agent named John Marshall that will gladly discriminate against you. Recently we visited a house for rent by this man, he asked questions about ethnic background and other prying questions that need not be asked by a "professional." He will gladly scold you if your credit is not of his standards and let you know how you wasted his time and energy and will not let you get a word in edge wise. If you are a Single mother I would HIGHLY advise you to not ever deal with this guy. He does not provide all the information upfront that he is looking for and if he feels you wasted is time you WILL get talked down to, made to feel as if you are a horrible person and anything else he can think of. STAY away from this guy!! Never met such a rude condescending person that cannot act in a professional manner, and given his age and experience I would expect MUCH better.
