Sadly this location is closed due to a fire. Do not come here. Go to their other location. Excellent Authentic bbq, and fast service. No BS made to order, they have what they have and no grill to order. 2 meat sampler had large pulled pork portion. Tasty table side sauces. The spicy Cole saw has a kick to it. And the corn off the cob is excellent. The meat fell off the bone. Close to the Las Vegas airport. The corn comes with a smoked, salted butter. No desserts. Free drink refills. Good for game days as well. You can smell the real bbq blocks away.

Had to try the place out after seeing it on the way to work all the time. My only regret is not trying it sooner! Cashier was friendly, atmosphere was alright, but the food was really good. I ordered the loaded Mac and cheese and the Jessie Rae Mac. The Mac and cheese was very flavorful and had a very tender flavorful brisket mixed in. The Jessie Rae Mac was loaded with meat that was very juicy and tender. Highly recommend checking them out!

Awesome BBQ!!! Brisket was delicious and juicy, pulled pork was tender and flavorful, sauces were unique and great! We had the Household of Three that had brisket, pulled pork, and hot links smashed between two buns. The loaded waffle fries, and then The Fortress. The Fortress was something that would be straight off of the Food Network Channel. It was a work of art. A rack of ribs surrounding a pot of waffle fries, pulled pork and Mac and cheese topped with some hot links. This is called the fortress because it could feed an army. Place was amazing, staff was great, the wait was nonexistent. The only SLIGHT knock was tho the ribs were delicious, they were a tiny bit dry. But not enough to complain because the sauces made up for it. Solid BBQ place you can’t miss if you’re in Vegas.

𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕗𝕠𝕠𝕕 𝕚𝕤 𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕝𝕝𝕪 𝔸𝕄𝔸ℤ𝕀ℕ𝔾 𝕙𝕖𝕣𝕖!! We ordered the maniac fries (with sausage & chicken) & a 3-meat combo (smoked chicken, brisket, & ribs). The combo was 𝕓𝕖𝕪𝕠𝕟𝕕 𝕗𝕒𝕟𝕥𝕒𝕤𝕥𝕚𝕔!!! Meats were cooked to perfection & so delicious😋😋😋 . Brisket is in a class by itself- THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD! The maniac fries are 𝕋𝕆 👏🏾𝔻𝕀𝔼 👏🏾𝔽𝕆ℝ 👏🏾!! I just had one small problem- the chopped chicken that was on the fries had too much fat. After almost every bite, I had to spit that disgusting🤢 chicken fat out!! Our server was a very nice young lady who offered to bring me more fries but I declined because the fries tasted so good I couldn't stop eating 🤣🤣🤣 This is the reason for 4 stars. Also, I wouldn't order the Mac n cheese as a side dish, but it was a perfect compliment to the maniac fries! Aside from that, the food deserves 10 stars!! Portions were texas-sized! Large enough to share ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The Alabama white sauce & the #GOD sauce are AMAZING! The restaurant is very small but who cares when the food is THAT good! This will be my pay day take-out spot! When I return I will order the same thing & update my review accordingly. ❤

Another great find. We all shared the many options of meats. Everything had a great taste. A couple of my party did point out that the meats was on cooler and not hot. The beef rib was heavy with fat and we didn’t eat it. The service was great. The BBQ pit master was friendly. Over all I loved my experience. Just hotter in temp meats would be a home run five star.

If i could give them 10 stars, i would! Definitely a place to come back every time we visit Las Vegas. The Girl Power is amazing inside and out! We order the Fortress (feeds 2 GIANTS) We are having left overs, Everything taste great!

Being from Texas normally I would not get BBQ in Las Vegas but I came in to get the Fortress as it is a very unique item you can't find anywhere else. First off this item is way bigger than it looks in pictures. It is a lot of food. Most photos only show the item as it looks when it first comes out, not "unpacked" when you empty the contents inside of the rack of spare ribs so I provided some pictures to show what that looks like. I was able to finish it all by myself but the waitress told me she has been working there 3 years and sells about 25 of them per day and I was the 3rd person she has ever seen that has been able to eat it all solo. She said regularly that 2 or 3 grown men will come in and order it and won't be able to finish it together. To be fair I am training for a full Ironman and had come in to eat straight off an 85 mile bike ride and 6 mile run that I had already done that day. The brisket and sausage were very good by the Texas BBQ standards I am accustomed to, and the sauces were good. The spare ribs were also good. I'd love to come back and try the Waffle Fries and Mac and Cheese standalone. Overall the Fortress was a very unique item and worth coming in. I came by on the Friday before Labor Day around 2pm, and had to wait about 15 minutes for a table, but it was worth it.

Came here a couple of days ago specifically to get the Fortress, but ran out of the spare ribs. Which I get for a BBQ place, the later you come the less options you'll have. So came back for lunch a few days later AND we got to try the Fortess!!!!! A little hole I the wall BBQ place that have very limited parking & very limited seating. You might have to go around the block several times till a parking spot opens up. About 6-7 tables for the whole joint. The locals know the set up & the majority are to go orders. This place always seems to be busy. Order at the counter, fountain sodas vs cans (YES!!!) Seating available for small & medium groups. Back to the Fortress. Wow it is so impressive being delivered to the table!!! A crown of spare ribs filled the fries, mac & cheese, choice of meat and topped with a hot link & sauce. We chose the brisket as our meat. Out of all the meats me had starting with my personal most favorite was brisket, hot link then ribs. 5/5 for presentations 4/5 brisket 4/5 hot link 3/5 short ribs

Yelp
Waffle fries with brisket on top which they call "The Belt Buckle" is fire! The white sauce they put on top of it isn't Ranch like some people think. I believe they call it "Bama sauce" and it is super good. I hear good things about their other dishes. But when I come in I can't seem to order anything but "The Belt Buckle"... it's that good. I guess one day I'll get around to ordering something else off the menu. But for now, "two orders of The Belt Buckle please!" Helpful tip: the restaurant is what some people might call small and intimate or just Hella tiny. At any rate, If your a bit claustrophobic you might want to consider dining out/pick up.

Yelp
This is by far the best BBQ I have ever had and I'm from KC so that's saying a lot. The meat is so juicy and tender and falls right apart, really amazing! Flavor is banging and I will definitely be coming back as soon as I'm in LV again! Really superb! Not to mention the staff were busting there butts to make sure the food was coming out hot and quick and was really amazed at the quality when the wait was so short.

Yelp
I happened to be near Allegiant stadium for an events and I was planning to see what was near the hotel I was staying at. I saw that there was this barbecue place in the area that had a lot of high reviews and that's how I found Jessie Rae's BBQ I had called in to place my order. I went with 1/2 a pound of brisket and also a regular size of their maniac fries. I chose pulled pork as my protein. There was also the option to choose brisket or chicken as well, but there was also mac and cheese and hot links on a base of waffle fries. It was great. Originally I was going to order online through the website but the prices were a little more expensive so I decided to call in instead. There's small parking lot outside that is probably fits. Maybe 10 or so spaces through a lot of guests waiting for their food. Inside, there are a couple tables for people to dine in. Look like they had a lot of different sauces but what I missed out this time was their spicy sauce. The sauce that it came with was their popular barbecue sauce. I'm glad I had called in because my food is ready when I got there and I didn't wait long at all. It was quick and easy and it was very simple process.

Yelp
The restaurant itself is small with seating for about 20-22 people inside with a picnic table outside & parking is tight. I admit I was a bit concerned when we pulled up & saw bars on the windows. Six of us went in & had to wait for just a few minutes as they got our table ready. We used that time to peruse the menu deciding what we would order. The food here is just awesome! And LARGE portions. Come hungry 'cause you're gonna get plenty. Which is okay, because you'll take some home for later. I had a combo platter with waffle fries, pulled pork & smoked chicken. The pulled pork was juicy & delicious, with the smoky, savory flavor that I just love. The Mrs got the Belt Buckle; Mac & cheese smothered with a lean brisket & drizzled with sauce. The brisket had a deep, beefy flavor that was just unbeatable. Others in our party got the ribs, brisket & the Maniac Fries; sliced hot links, brisket & Mac & cheese piled high atop a large order of waffle fries. This place doesn't look like much, but don't judge a book by its' cover. The food & service is outstanding.

Yelp
Honestly, this place is a pure hidden gem in our beloved city of Las Vegas. If you are looking for the BEST barbecue in town. This place is simply THAT place! Quality meats, price is a bargain, and friendly family vibe service. You really can't go wrong. They have everything you can think of: Brisket, Pull Pork, Ribs, amazing fries and finger licking sides to satisfy your barbecue cravings. Please do yourself and your loved ones a favor and check out Jessie Rae's. Sometimes there is a line depending on the day and time but when I was there, we got lucky & got our food pretty quick. The location is near Allegiant stadium and it's hard to miss but once you go there once, you'll be back there in no time. I personally had their ribs with brisket which was so juicy and melt-in-your-mouth.

Yelp
Overhyped & overrated. I ordered for take out. Definitely not worth the wait. Bitter customers assumed I cut in front of the line, but I was just grabbing my order . Finding parking was a bishh. I got the High Roller deal: 2 meats, 2 sides for 2 people. I ordered the brisket, spare ribs with mashed potatoes and mac 'n cheese. The total meal costed a little under $50 including tax. The brisket was flavorful, juicy and tender. It was so moist and it fell apart. The fatty part was my favorite, it melted in your mouth. The rib was fall off the bone, but definitely DRY, would not order that again. The side portions was small, but it was well seasoned. The portion could have been a little bigger. The dinner roll was dry, tasted old. Definitely would not come back here again. Definitely not worth the price or the hype.

Yelp
Don't let this small hole in the wall off Valley View fool you. It has big flavor! VERY limited parking, which is shared with a couple other establishments. Inside dining area is small. They have it all here. The brisket and pulled pork is money. Oh and that God sauce. Yum! I wasn't a fan of the smoked sausage link. The meat is seasoned just right. Some of their items do need an explanation. Especially if you're attempting to order online. If you're interested in catering Jessie Rae's ask that you give them 2 days notice. For some this place may be a bit pricey, but I will say this place is worth the price and wait!

Yelp
Well now... good brisket is hard to find. If you love it like I do, try out this place. The brisket is tender, smoky, and not at all dry. Their sauces are good but the meat is seasoned well so that it isn't necessary. I asked the server if they had anything green on the menu and she laughed and replied. "We have corn with smoky butter?" It's also delicious. This place is TINY. It is carnivore heaven. The folks next to me ordered "The Fortress" which is a round tower of ribs filled with Mac n Cheese and topped with sliced sausage. The guy groaned when he took his first bite. Price is reasonable although I would have paid more for the food.

Yelp
If you love BBQ this place should be at the top of your list. The brisket, chicken and ribs are all cooked to perfection! The meat is always seasoned well and it's never overcooked and chewy. Located about two blocks down from Allegiant Stadium this location can get packed, especially during football season, and some of the more popular meat options can run out, so it's always worth a call to check on the availability of your favorite menu items. I'm a fan of their McDowell's McRib Sandwich. And with a name like that, there's little doubt in my mind that whoever named it is a fan of the film Coming to America. The sandwich itself consists of spare ribs, pickles, onions and their God Sauce between two hamburger buns. Simplicity never tasted so good! My wife loves their Maniac Fries with the mashed potatoes instead of fries. Which is a large helping of their mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese, a smoked sausage and choice of meat - she loves their brisket. The restaurant itself is small and it can get packed but a phone order is usually ready in 15 minutes so it's never much of a wait.

Yelp
Not good! Vometus! Had this by the hospital for carry in. Was so sweet I could not eat it!

Yelp
I was introduced to this place via a yelp experience event and now I can not get enough of Jessie Raes BBQ. The Meats are so top tier. Everyone always comes for the brisket because they give you such Hardy slices. Everything is always seasoned so well and barbecued to perfection meat wise. The sides for me are just meh....I feel like they can do better on the Mac and cheese, and I wish they had some type of desert like a sweet potato pie or something. However, for BBQ, this place is My go-to spot.

Yelp
Best BBQ I've had in Vegas so far. The inside is pretty small, but waiting is definitely worth it! I've been wanting to try this spot for a while now and I'm so glad I did. All of the meat was very tender and tasty as well as the sides. All of the staff was super friendly. I was very happy with the portion sizes in regards to price also. If you haven't tried this spot I definitely recommend. I can't wait to come back again soon!

Yelp
Every time my friends and I are in Vegas, this place is always brought up, however we didn't try it until this last visit. Prices are pretty fair and the portions are massive. We got the maniac fries with pulled pork and we weren't ready for the mountain they brought to our table, but every bite you took had a little bit of everything and it was really good. Now for the spare ribs... I wasn't expecting to have the best ribs I've had in my life, but they knocked it out of the park with these, they were juicy, fall off the bone, and so meaty! The place itself is a little tight and a little dirty, but I'd let that slide with how good the food they're serving is!
google avatar

Yelp
Great little BBQ spot off the strip. We order the two meat combo with pulled pork and hot links. They give you a ton of meat. Everything was super tender and delicious. I really enjoyed the Carolina BBQ sauce. The smoked corn was good as well. We love their BBQ mashed potatoes. The pulled pork sandwich was massive! Let's just say we have plenty for later. The price point is great as well. The location is on the smaller side, I'm sure it gets packed. We came for lunch and there was only one table left. For sure will come back.
google avatar

Yelp
Came here for a trip and this place was recommended to me by my brother. Fun fact, they used to have Groupon deals, so double check if that's still a thing. I was a little upset that the sandwiches didn't come with sides. You have to order them separately for almost another $4 after tax. My mood was elevated when I saw the size of the sandwiches! They were very big for me (I'm a small woman). My boyfriend had to help me finish it. I would love to come here again, and take pictures of their food next time. Possibly try the combo players. Parking is a bit difficult so keep that in mind. Try to order ahead. It'll save the wait time.
google avatar

Yelp
Some of the best BBQ I've ever eaten!!!! However, the portions are kinda on the small size and you only get one side with your order. For the price you are paying you would expect at least 2 sides. Friendly customer service & quaint restaurant.
google avatar

Sabrina C.

Yelp
I was going to order the 2 meat side combo at $18.50 however it's an extra charge to get beef ribs fine no problem then it's another extra charge to add brisket making the total to $28.50! That includes no drink & only 1 rib!!!! So I tried to them get the rib tips instead however that's not offered in the 2 meat or 3 meat combo only in the high roller combo for $40!! So we finally ordered our food I got a cup of corn which was HORRIBLE, literally canned corn that's it! The brisket was dry you can see in the pics. Sausage was okay. Beans were okay. Overall I DO NOT RECOMMEND too expensive for the basic sides & decent bbq. We spent $50 you can see in the pics it was not worth it! THE MOST EXPENSIVE BBQ IN LAS VEGAS! Try Big B's Texas or Rolling smoke! Way cheaper & much more quality meat & not cheap sides!

Yelp
This came highly recommended to me from someone who claims to be a foodie. Like I've seen TikTok and everything for this place. Come on a Sunday. They were out of a lot but enough for us to try a few meats out. There was a lot of ppl hanging out in the parking lot. Some eating. Some just talking. Placed my order. Online it said there was a brisket upcharge of 1.75. The sign didn't have brisket listed but apparently they had it. I ordered 3 meats 1 side btw. 3.50 upcharge! That's a huge difference. I bit the bullet and did it. Pulled pork and chicken w a Mac side per the hostesses recommendation. The brisket was the best thing in the box. That's still not saying much. It was the only thing I'd repeat from this. The pork was ok, not memorable, and the chicken was just bad. Nothing had the smoky flavor except a slight one w the brisket. The chicken wasn't bbq chicken I know that much. It has to be baked! Bbq chicken don't taste like that when I make it. I just wasn't impressed. Mac tasted boxed too. The sauce was cool and gave things flavor. But this really wasn't worthy of $27 + tip. Reading reviews led me to rolling smoke. At least that's a better value for the money and slightly better food. The sauce is better here tho. I'm just not impressed w overhyped overpriced places. Looks like I'm getting the grill out this weekend, as I want bbq. Smoky, juicy, flavorful meats. The opposite of the experiences I'm having trying to find good bbq in vegas. Draw your own conclusions.

Yelp
I will lead w/the service was great, it was our first time at this establishment. Ordered the jive chicken sandwich which was very flavorful along w/Mac n cheese. The texture was good but noodles were over cooked. My mom ordered rib tips; meat was tender but lack flavor, no dry rub or seasoning really. The potato salad is "different" , reminds me of salad dressing. The baked beans was probably the best side we had. I don't see myself returning here but I can appreciate the great customer service.

Yelp
Finally checked this place out when I got invited to a Yelp Elite event a week ago. Totally kicking myself for not having gone sooner - been on my radar for a couple of years). The location was what held me back. The first visit, I got the Belt Buckle which was free as part of the Yelp Elite invite (10/5) and also got a 1/2 lb. of the rib tips (10/5). Mother of all things holy, hot damn these were gooood. I mean, ridiculously, utterly gooood. Worth all the calories and then some. The Belt Buckle (2 sizes offered - we got the regular size) was good for a very filling lunch for me and the husband. We each tried a piece of the rib tip (the rest were consumed for dinner) and declared those to be the best we've ever had. This time, we got a pound each of the brisket and the rib tips (and a full rack of the beef ribs from Rollin Smoke) as the protein portion of our Thanksgiving dinner and they didn't disappoint. Parents LOVED them and they're not big meat eaters. A big shout out for the service. Called around noon on Wed. to see if I could order for a late afternoon pickup and the girl (didn't get her name) explained that they were not allowing late orders based on how busy they were. So I went ahead and placed the order and picked it up about 30 min. later. The girl that took my phone order was who helped me picking up the order and she was just as sweet in person as she was on the phone. Excellent service both visits. Thank you Jessie Rae's for giving us more to be thankful this Thanksgiving!

Yelp
Wowee I've been missing out. Wish I knew about this place sooner. Jessie Rae's is located in an obscure little plaza with not much going on, but as soon as you park in the tiny little lot, you can already smell the delicious aromas of bbq wafting out. Upon first walking in, my husband and I were greeted by a very friendly worker. While she was explaining the menu to us, a customer overheard we were first timers and happily gave us his recommendations. I felt as if we were hopping on over to a family member's for dinner. Everyone was just so nice. By the time we arrived (5:30 PM), they were already out of all ribs and brisket! Per the worker, you have to be there at least by 3 PM to have a higher chance of getting the meats you want. Dang they must be popular. We ordered just the Duke - the loaded with mashed potatoes and pulled pork since they were already out of brisket and ribs, which is what we were really hoping for. The worker was kind enough to give us plenty of sauces to try. The pulled pork was AMAZING. I'm usually not a fan of pulled pork at all because most of the time it's just really dry or fatty or both. But this was cooked to perfection, juicy, and delicious. I was really impressed. Considering pork is my least favorite of the bbq meats, I can't wait to come back to try the ribs and brisket. Will definitely come back.

Yelp
I have been coming here since 2017 ! Coming from the Carolinas and also having lived in Texas , there are so many styles of BBQ . Vegas is trying hard with all these BBQ joints and most are just ok or lacking in some way . I haven't found a to die for place , but this place is at the top . I have to say their Pig Sweat Sauce is the best Carolina Vinegar sauce I have had in Vegas . They also have Fallen Angel , Slammin Bama , Carolina Gold , and God Sauce . Fallen Angel has a little kick which I like . My favorite is the House of Three Sandwich which is Pulled Pork , Brisket , and a Hot Link .  I always get the Bbq Mashed Potatoes as my side .  I have had the Waffle Fries too , but love the Bbq Mashed Potatoes .  I have also had the Pork Ribs here and a Big Beef Rib once .  Also had the Chicken .  I have tried all the sauces too .  They are all good . I recently had the Belt Buckle -  Brisket on top of Bbq Mashed Potatoes which was really good and filling . My son usually gets the pulled pork sandwich with waffle fries . The meat is good and not over smoked and the slaw is good . The bun my son really likes how it doesn't fall apart like most do and the flavor is buttery . The customer service is always great .

Yelp
OMG. Amazing. I am in the parking lot writing this review. It's that good. I live 40 minutes away but I would gladly drive here again! The customer service was great. The hostess was very friendly and helped me decide what to order because everything looks delicious. I got one of the Loaded in Vegas dishes. I went with the Belt Buckle with brisket with waffle fries and Mac n cheese. I ordered to go and they brought it to my car. The food was done quickly and it was HOT and fresh. My original plan was to take it home to share but I couldn't wait. I dug in in the parking lot. TO DIE FOR. The brisket was so tender, juicy and flavorful. The BBQ sauce is the best I ever had. The whole thing was delicious. The place is small but there is some indoor seating. Only about 5 parking spaces. I guess that would be the only "downside". Try this place ASAP!! You will not be disappointed!!

Yelp
Back again by popular request from my kids. I wanted to try another bbq place but they insisted on coming back to JRBBQ. To me the fortress seemed a little smaller this time for some reason. There weren't as many fries and barely any macaroni but it was loaded with brisket and sausage. We got in fast, seated and fed really quick. The staff is really nice. If we ever come back I'm sure we'll probably eat here again. Two thumbs up from me again!

Yelp
I was nearby and decided to place a pick-up order, and I'm glad I did! This place was packed which was a good sign, and my food was ready when I showed up. I got the mac n cheese topped with pulled pork, and got my boyfriend the bbq mashed potatoes topped with pulled chicken. Both were A+ flavor and serving size!! Very generous portions and super flavorful. I would definitely make the trip across town to eat here again!

Yelp
I'd like to start by saying that I lived in Texas for 15 years and have very high standards for barbecue. The food at Jessie Rae's was just so-so for me, and I probably won't return as there is much better barbecue in Vegas. I ordered the brisket and mac and cheese. The fatty part of the brisket was divine! But most of the brisket was lean and dry. The sauces were great, I'd recommend trying them all. The vinegar-based sauce was my favorite. The mac and cheese, however, was not my favorite. It was very plain and not worth the high price point. I'm so sorry to say that Jessie Rae's just didn't do it for me!

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place out for a while and FINALLY I was able to. Located in a tiny shopping center you really wouldn't think that this place was here. Walking into the joint it's got that living room vibe, got that hole in the wall look and I knew that I was going to eat good. I love BBQ sandwiches and this place has a bunch, the problem was what type of meat I wanted. I was torn between the brisket and pulled pork...all the pictures on Yelp made them both look good. However the Utani Bread on the Jessie Rae had me sold and there's BBQ chips in the sandwich. Like how could I go wrong!? For the side I picked mac and cheese and I kind of wish I would have went with the waffle fries as the mac and cheese was just so so. Easily 5 stars even with the mac and cheese. This place should be on your list if you're staying on the strip since it's a short ride over.

Yelp
I called today on my drive from Hurricane, Utah to get the most pleasant voice on the other end, Ms Diamond. She listened to my request and followed thru to make sure my transaction went smoothly and order was prepared to my liking. Now any one who knows me knows that I'm a Foodie Girl...When you want the best don't settle for just any old Barbecue, go to Jessie Rae's Las Vegas, NV. Thank U Ms Diamond for being so tactful and displaying excellent customer service.

Yelp
A must visit whether you are from out of town or a local. As you walk in, you are warmly greeted by the staff at the cash register. Very nice lady who is in some of the pictures on the walls. There are signs at the door regarding capacity, masks, and social distancing. Hand sanitizer provided at the register. X marks the spot after you enter. I went in specifically for the Wagyu BBQ sandwich which is only made on Wednesdays. My goodness! That sandwich is loaded with meat hits the spot! I also ordered The Duke fries for my wife which she was able to share with our little girls. I had some of the fries and Mac which you can mix with the plate and the fries were perfectly made and the taste was out of this world! After our visit (03MAR2021) this is definitely a locally owned and operated business that deserves to be shared with your out of town family and friends.

Yelp
So, no longer a vegetarian. I have been converted. I have never gotten to the restaurant in time to get the brisket. They're always already out for the day. Today, DoorDash. I FINALLY got the brisket. Oh. My. Gosh! There are no words for how tender and delicious it is! I'm not ashamed to say, I ate it with my fingers. I got pulled pork and baked beans too. The pork was amazing as always and the beans are my favorite side. Only thing I would suggest is the option to order a roll on the side. I REALLY wanted a roll and butter to sop up the yumminess in the bottom of the tray. Definitely ordering that brisket again, with beans!

Yelp
Ordered the 8oz pulled pork sandwich for delivery from Grubhub and looks nothing like the picture. It came with very little BBQ sauce and hardly any cole slaw. The meat wasn't juicy and not a lot a flavoring either. The business owner said they don't Grubhub...here's a pic

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem! Great food, solid prices, and friendly service. I got 2 meats and 1 side. They give you so much food. All the food is fresh. I got Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Tots. Handful if tables inside. Parking lot is a little small. When we finished there was roughly 6 groups of people waiting outside for food and/or tables. I will definitely be coming back to this place.

Yelp
We are locals and drove 25 mins to try this place out. When they say hole in the wall yes that's true,It sits right behind allegiant stadium. The people there are friendly and accommodating. We got the fortress w brisket and it's definitely enough for 3 of us and still have left over. The meats are so tender and juicy, Mac and cheese was so good.everything was tasty and they're choice of bbq sauce (there was 3) they were all fire! We also ordered a side of red slaw which had a kick to it but it's really good. Definitely recommend trying this place out. John mulls and Jessie Rae's are for sure our favorite bbq joint!

Yelp
Had to come here after reading the reviews. It's in an obscure location but it is definitely a place to try when you're in Vegas! The place is small but the food made up for it! I got the McRib which was delicious but the meat could of been more tender. Jessie Rae's has 3 sauces which vary in flavor. My favorite was the reaper. It was spicy! They use styrofoam cups that gave a weird scent, I think it's due to it being old or maybe their storage location. Regardless, I would definitely come again when I'm back in town!

Yelp
I ordered the fortress, extra large Mac and cheese and a sandwich that was supposed to have 3 meats but they ran out of brisket so they asked if I wanted extra pulled pork or hot link and I opted for the extra hot link but instead I didn't get the extra link it just looked like two meats (pork and H.L.) on a bun , and the fortress looked like a hut - it was half a rack instead of a full and the ribs were not as good as they normally are - little tough and not fall off the bone. The sauce was barely on the sandwich or fortress The food was really good even though it seemed like some was missing and I'm still in shock they got rid of the best side dish which was the potato salad - omg bring that back please !!!!

Yelp
2meat + 1side (Brisket and pulled pork + Red slaw). Very tender and satisfying! Meat can be cut by plastic folk. There are many other menus I wanted to try.

Yelp
Anyone know if Jessie Rae's will be reopening or moving? Sad to see that it's closed. Their brisket was amazing.

Yelp
Jessie rae's is a little hole in the wall spot that was near my job that my team and I were finally able to check out and eventually got hooked! The service is always great. However, as A tip call in your order a head of time as it is a small establishment and it gets packed really quickly especially around lunch time. I have got both style ribs on different occasions as well as their pulled pork combo and it is amazing every time. I do wish that the pulled pork wasnt as fatty since sometimes there's chunks but some people like that. Either way, if you are in the mood for some BBQ look no further than here!

The owner o' that place be a witty rogue! I laughed so hard, I nearly threw me peg leg out of place! And the grub! Ahoy there, it be delicious! It's like they caught a mighty whale and grilled it up to perfection! So, listen to me, ye wise buccaneers! I'm giving ye me word - make sure that Jessie Rae BBQ be on yer map! Yelp
I've had BBQ in NY, LA, and TX..this was hands down my favorite meal. I know I'm about to lose credibility for this but I LOVE sides and they do it right here! My siblings are carnivores, foodies, and both cook in professional kitchens and they LOVED the meal as well. So a very well rounded thumbs up from all three of us. We ordered the brisket, ribs, pulled pork, potato salad, corn, mashed potatoes, and the gigantic dinner rolls. We devoured everything. The food was fantastic and so was the service. They were very attentive and friendly from the moment we walked in. On the day we came their fryer wasn't working and they profusely apologized. Even then there was still plenty on the menu to try. This is now a family staple whenever we visit Las Vegas.

Yelp
Congratulations on the new location! 308 N Boulder Highway. I've always loved this place! I think the barbecue is top-notch along with the service and the owner! Henderson is lucky they got a Jessie Rae's out there now! Mike's BBQ is fantastic! His God Sauce is amazing and you should definitely pick some up! Always giving back to the community and a supporter of our LEO's and First responders. If your looking for BBQ in Vegas/Henderson look no further!

Yelp
Second best BBQ I've had in Vegas after Road Kill Grill! Very creative and monster-sized dishes and you can tell this is a place that prides itself in going above and beyond and thinking outside the box of the traditional BBQ joint. I can see why they call this Las Vegas style BBQ. This place is very small and cramped and really only has like 5 parking spaces which wasn't really a problem since I went on an off-time. I got a large Maniac Fries which are waffle fries loaded with macaroni and cheese, hot links, and for me, pulled pork. This large size could easily feed one very hungry person, two normal people, or three light eaters! I decided to save some for my lunch the next day haha. The fries were fantastic first off as were the hot links. The pulled pork, though flavorful and tasty was far too smoky for my tastes and really overpowered the entire dish. Like most BBQ places, this meal can get real expensive, real quickly, especially since the menu pricing isn't updated on their website or in-store menus...That being said, I think it was worth it, especially since I got two meals out of it.

Yelp
Read so much about this place and knew I had to hit it up. Ordered a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw on it. Also got the butter corn, Mac and cheese and baked beans. The pulled pork sandwich was super moist and the coleslaw just added a nice crunchy texture that went well with the pork. The sauce was definitely a hit, super flavorful. The butter corn was nice and crunchy with a dash of pepper. Definitely the star of the show. The Mac and cheese was just like Kraft Deluxe, nothing super outstanding about it. The baked beans had some brown sugar and pepper to them. Again nothing super special. I would say if you're coming, try some other sides.

Yelp
We enjoyed our BBQ experience here at Jessie Rae's BBQ. We ordered "The Fortress" it's a Crown of Ribs with Brisket, Hot Links, Mashed Potatoes and Curly Fries. It was to die for!!! It was yummy, soft, juicy, and mouthwatering, and don't forget they have different kinds of BBQ sauces to try with your order. You have to be early if you want to dine in because the place is small and it gets packed quickly. Check for more: StripTeasNEats https://youtu.be/UsnJFGsVjJc

Yelp
I mean what can I say about this place that people don't know about. Thursday and Sunday beef ribs , sleeper menu the bbq chicken. But there's not one item I don't like, the service and ladies were so friendly and portions are fair. This is the only bbq place I go to, tried all of them from road kill to soul belly and this is the one I Keep going back to over and over

Yelp
Jessie Rae's BBQ is the definition of "hole in the wall." In every positive sense, though! The joint is located in an industrial area near Allegiant Stadium, perfect for grabbing a bite before/after a game or trying something that's the opposite of mainstream. They have all the bbq basics which you can get a la carte or in sandwiches. I opted for a half pound of brisket. The service was fast and efficient. The meat had a good flavor but it was a bit tough and dry for my taste. I wouldn't come running back here, but I'd definitely try the other meats on their menu.

Yelp
I arrived 5 minutes before they opened, and there was already a line. Before I got out of the car, three more carloads lined up. We ordered a few minutes after opening, and the food was just as good as I remembered. Sadly, I waited for approximately 40 minutes for my food, yet my dining companion had their food in less than 15 minutes after arriving. I got the yelp check-in special. 2 types of meat (they choose), Pulled Pork, Chicken, and a side of tater tots. The food was good, but the chicken was a little rubbery. I had to request a knife to cut the chicken. My guest ordered the Belt buckle and a side of waffle fries. They enjoyed their food sadly, they never received the waffle fries. Minimal seating most ordered and waited outside for food or a table. Parking is as bad as seating. I do love to support fellow Buckeyes!! O.H.

Yelp
I got the 2 meats and 1 side combo, pulled pork and smoked chicken with a side of waffle fries. The food was great and came in promptly. I quickly realized I needed more of the waffle fries and I requested another side order but never came. Only four stars because of the attitude of the waitress.. she just had a bad vibe and made the interaction uncomfortable, she seems to be the daughter of the cashier... or at least she called her "mom" not sure if that is the owner or not, she was also the one who took my order for the additional side of waffle fries that never came. Maybe since they get the tip upfront they really don't care about providing quality service ‍ Food was great and highly recommend. Everyone else in our party got different meals and they all look amazingly delicious. I would go back to have every meal in the menu! The side sauces were also good, my favorites were the vinegar based one and the hot one. All were good but those were my favorites.
