Jet's Pizza

My husband did pick-up and brought home a super delicious meat and veggie Detroit style pizza. I wasn't with him so I can't comment on the atmosphere in the place. But I can guarantee that with this pizza, even after you're full you'll still want to keep eating. The dough is thick with butter garlic flavor, and piled high with cheese, meat, and veggies. We will definitely be return customers.

First time here. Visiting from Houston & Omgggg so good! I’ll definitely be back! I had the slice combo. I ate one before I could post lol so good.

My apartment gave me a coupon for a free large pizza from Jets when I moved in. Naturally, I looked at the reviews and was anticipating this pizza after seeing positive reviews. I placed my order and went in for pick up after a workout so I was hungry. I drove in and brought the cut out coupon. The lady at the cash register (in a bad mood) said she “couldn’t accept” the coupon because it didn’t have the location on it. I had to go back home and grab the rest of the coupon sheet to prove that it was for the S Congress location. This experience rubbed me the wrong way as it was very very poor customer service. The rest of the sheet had nothing to do with the coupon and this was not stated on the coupon anywhere. If it has dashes for a cut out, why can’t you accept it?

I walked in to place an order and the gentleman who helped at the register was very friendly. The pizza was so good, my family enjoyed it very much. Everything tasted very fresh. We had a hand tossed, a four corner deep dish, and two types of wings. Everything was delicious. Great service, great location, great food! We will be back!

I was excited to buy Jets on my own and have my family try it as I’d had it the day prior at a work function. I was disappointed at the price for such small pizzas. Though it actually ended up being more than meets the eye so we ate it for 2 days. The facility was quite dirty. The definition of hole-in-the-wall. Service was a bit slow. I waited about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged though it was rush hour so that may have been why. I’ll return as the pizza was good. And I understand they have individual slices which is probably more my price point. $48 for 2 large pizzas was diabolical.

The pizza is yummy! The slices looked small initially but do not be fooled, they are heavy! The cheese bread is also a hit. We ordered it for take out and had about a 20 min drive home. We had family members over and everyone enjoyed it. We didn’t even have time to reheat the pizza so it was still good 20 minutes later. If you’re looking for comfy yummy pizza, definitely try Jets.

Cool staff, pizza you know and love. Specials change but worth a look. Wish there was a sit down area. Overall my favorite pizza place to date ✌️

So I got to experience Jet's Pizza yesterday at work and I have to say I don't understand the hype around it. I mean it tastes on the same level of a pizza that I can get at 7-Eleven. But if it was me the had gotten it I would have chosen 7-eleven. It's just not wow. They're like 12 other pizza places that I would go to to experience before I come back to Jet's Pizza. And the wings I don't know where the barbecue sauce come from but it tastes a little vinegary. Again I would probably choose a different place for wings too. It is all edible. If I'm spending money on it myself out of my wallet it would be the very last pizza place. I've had deep dish Detroit style pizza before and this ain't it. I know some people from Detroit who would be disappointed.

We first learned of this place when my mom moved to Texas. She got a coupon for a free pizza and genuinely no strings attached. She wanted to try it out so I placed the order for a large sausage pizza for pick up. you can order online or call in. the first time I called in and they handled the order with efficiency and freshness. When I picked up the order it was still hot, the crust is crispy (thats good for me!) and had a fair amount of sausage on there. My mom ended up really liking it and have ordered from there again. I believe this location is just a takeout (no dine in). They do have few seats to wait for your order if needed. When you come in the place looks clean and bright and service is friendly and fast. I recommend this place.

My AC has been broken for a few days and since its been so hot my apartment feels like HADES, so cooking isn't an option. But satisfying my pizza craving is. And because its too hot to think im going for what i know i enjoy. Unfortunately, their website wasn't working well so i tried the text ordering. It was a bit weird too. The delivery charge would change. The order wouldn't go through correctly. But i was starving and tired of being roasted by my friend over phone telling me i could have already gotten my pizza if i just called it in *sigh*. Do i rolled the dice and said whatever i get i get. Turned out fine! Half JET10, half all meaty. It was a bit more "cooked" than usual but still edible and still very delicious. Im definitely not disappointed. But next timr ill definitely just call it in. :/

I love jets! They have great Detroit style pizza that is always delivered hot! Highly recommend a Eugene supreme and getting the turbo crust!!

Service is lacking big time - ordered through txt option for pickup - "said it would be ready in 15 min" took 1 hr to get my pizza. Employee at register lack communication and attentiveness to orders being completed. Focused on side task.

Was recommended this place by my cousin and loved it! I used the text feature to order and it was easy. The order took 25 mins and I got 15% off for texting in my order. I've never had Detroit style pizza but I really liked it. Each piece was crispy and full of flavor. Their ranch was really good and came in a sauce bottle.

I've been coming here weekly for almost a year now. From day one I have had awesome service, the orders are always on point, it doesn't take long even when there's a line, and I've never had an issue. I realized this is a standard most places aren't able to uphold so I had to write a good review. This place is great. Even if I move I'll make it a point to go out of my way to come here. Thank you for all the awesome service and food over the year guys.

Placed the order online and showed up at the estimated time for it to be ready. I got attended when I got there and asked for my name. Guy walked away without suing a word. I waiting for 20 Minutes before somebody came back to ask again for my name. My pizza was in the warmer the whole time.

Crispy crust edges lined this classic Detroit-style deep dish pizza (same as Via 313). We also ordered the bottle of ranch, which was perfect for applying to pizza or squirting into sauce cups for the kiddo. The brownie was meh, so I wouldn't order that again, but the pizza was quite good, though they don't have the range of toppings that Via offers... that said, their prices are a little better here, so for Via on a budget, I'd definitely recommend. Conveniently located next to Pie Bar for easy dessert pick-up which is a plus! Will definitely be back here. Whole fam liked their meal & it fed us for a couple meals!

Delicious pizza and I love that you can buy it by the slice. I was hungry when I dropped by here for lunch and ate my slice before I took a picture. It was yummy. I at least remembered to take a picture of the box lol.

Does anyone else have fond memories of Jet's pizza being brought in for after-school clubs back in the day?? If Jet's showed up after band practice, it was the highlight of my week! That's back when they only had the round hand tossed pizzas with the little plastic cheese-savers so the melty cheese didn't stick to the roof of the box. Well, I'm still a Jet's fan and I'm glad they're alive and well here in Austin. I'll get Jet's for the Super Bowl, for a movie night, or a single slice on the way home from a late night out. Jet's is still great, although now they have a couple more options than my grade school days. Now it's all about the square pizza with the crispy edges. Now, this is not Detroit style (no sauce on top for Jet's), it's just big square deliciousness. And they can be served by the slice! Now, an 8-piece Jet's square pizza will fill up 2 people and have some left over, but it'll cost you. Hence the 4-star. While DARN good, Jet's is a little more costly than other "fast" pizza places, but it doesn't make my stomach upset like other places and I love the pieces. Thanks Jet's

Had it delivered tonight. First time I've ever had it. It's really good. They call is Detroit style pizza. It's not. Regardless it's really really good. It got here on time plenty hot and it was a real pleasure. I love those crunchy corners.

They don't know how to take orders and give you deep dish when you asked for hand-tossed.

Delivery is expensive for how long it takes. Like, if you say 40 minutes, try to make it 40 minutes. Timing is important and the extra time is really inconvenient. The pizza is fantastic, but if you're gonna charge that much for delivery plus an auto tip, I expect it to be delivered on time, and not literally 30 minutes late as it is now. It's still not here. I miss the days when a late delivery got you a discount or something. I called the store and the person didn't even so much as offer an apology, and then hung up without even saying like, anything, not a bye, or sorry, just that it is on the way, I said "ok", then she hung up. Kinda rude.

One of the best pizza places in the area. Highly recommend the 8 corner pizza and if you don't like that then the hand tossed is also good. They are great when it comes to delivery and you can text your order, which is convenient.

Always the absolute BEST service from all the friendly folks at our neighborhood Jet's Pizza! Never knew how much we could love Detroit-style pies, and the hot buffalo wings are a growing addiction in this house! Thanks, Jet's!

The meat, crust, and cheese was excellent! I would like to understand why the sauce isn't seasoned? I didn't taste oregano or anything. Zero spice at all. That was a bummer as I had to season my pizza with crushed red peppers and spices from my own home. They also didn't provide peppers or grated Parmesan to top.

I ordered the NY style pizza and was very disappointed. 1. They are supposed to have NY style folding pizza. Of u have every been to NY u have to fold the pizza because it is so large. 1 slice will fill u up. Jets's NY pizza is just a large pizza cut into 6 slices. Nothing More. I got this pizza, paid extra for the size, but their large is basically a Domino's Medium, so NOT large at all. 2. They got the toppings wrong. 3. It did not taste good at all. My husband would not even finish eating it and threw it out. 4. It was soooo greasy. I had to take 5 napkins to soak up 1 slice of pizza. 5. I ordered early, and it still took 45 min to get here. They only good thing I can stay is i like the text to order and the food was warm when it finally arrived.

Both the pizza and the service here have been great every time we've been! Their Detroit style pizza is great, but so is their NY Style pizza. If you're craving a cheesy, foldable, slightly greasy slice of pizza (which we were), this is a great place to get it. Large pepperoni NY style round was about $17 and so good. Huge slices.

Just wanted to come on here and say I appreciate the staff In this location yesterday I went to go pick up my order and the lovely lady did apologize for messing up with my order and let me keep it the second pizza I really did appreciate that. I Also notice they did not deny service to a homeless guy the best place ever.

Great pizza, great service. I always get bad salad. My mistake that I made again. Hopefully I learn this time. Disclaimer: I put salad dressing on, but that is the lettuce I got after I threw out the lettuce with pink. (Spoiled)

It has good deep dish pizza for cheap pizza prices. The ranch is great as well. It's similar to wingstop ranch.

I stumbled into Jet's Pizza and I am not upset that I did. I met with one of the owners who came to Texas from Chicago and if you know anything about Chicago they are know for their deep dish style pizza. I am generally not one who goes for deep dish but after one slice I was addicted. Everything is made fresh from the dough to their delicious ranch dressing. The ranch is so good that they sell it by the bottle. This place was anything but a disappointment.

We had the Super Special 8 Corner Pizza. It was so good. The crust is perfectly done. We just wish they have some tables and chairs so we can enjoy our pizza there.

We discovered this pizza place during GS Cookie season when we were posted up a couple weekends. We get the large Detroit deep dish that has 8 slices. We split it so I will put my beloved ham & pineapple on half and my daughter will get straight pepperoni. You would think 4 slices each wouldn't be enough but in fact it is. They have been busy the last couple times we've gonna so I would advise you to place your order ahead. But if you like to play it by ear like me they have a tv. This past Saturday we watched Bad Boys 3 while waiting.

So I found a pest in my ranch cup. I was dipping my pizza in it and now I am totally disgusted. Not worth $66 bucks if you get bugs with your order. Please exterminate!

I had never heard of jets pizza until my friend recommended it to me and I went with the deep dish style pizza. The crust was crispy, buttery and greasy just how I like it ! It was melt in your mouth good! Obviously it's nothing gourmet or fancy but in the realm of take-out pizza it's definitely well above Pizza Hut. Their service was super fast and friendly, the only reason for four stars is the fact that it doesn't reheat super well which isn't ideal if you're a pizza for breakfast person like myself. Otherwise super delicious!

Ordered Detroit style pepperoni and it was exactly what I was craving! Crispy edge, thick pizza and great taste of sauce and pepperoni. I'll be coming back, the service was quick and friendly too.

Tried Jets while visiting Austin. Pizza was fresh and delicious, as well as the cheesy bread. Not out of the ordinary when it came to pricing. Fast and efficient

The worker closed down early. Really? Then what is the point of having the hours online state Jets Lizza is open. The worker did not want to take another order, he decided he was going to close down sooner than he was supposed to. I understand preping for closing, but not turning away customers well before closing time.

Noel is the MAN. 5-stars all around for my guy from Chicago. You've got one of the owners out hustling hard, everything was on time and it was awesome. They had a good B-ball game playing as well and Noel just took it over the top. That guy is the man. As Arnold once said... I'll be back!

not sure what people like about this place. i've tried it two times at different locations. I got the pepperoni and sausage and it had absolutely no flavor. I couldn't taste the sauce, cheese or pepperoni. I also got the aloha pizza and it also lacked any flavor. the only thing I could taste was the bbq sauce on the pizza. the only positive thing I can say is the staff is friendly and the ranch is really good. if you eat at via 313 ( I have) and think this place is better, you don't know good pizza. so many better pizza places in austin, don't waste your time if you have taste buds.

The people were nice and the food was good the ambience was just pizzzzzaa:). Will be going back for sure.

Really good pizza for a great price. The thick pepperoni pizza could rival Via313. It wouldn't win but this is a close and worthy second place in my book.

I can't decide what's better, the pizza or the friendly service. Nicest restaurant folk I deal with anywhere, here at Jet's far SoCo. Great pizza, I like switching it up to Detroit style pie here. Prices and specials are very fair. Check it out if you have not.

Why is this pizza so good!??? Even when delivered, the pizza is hot! Was not impressed with there salad, as I don't eat iceberg lettuce, but that pizza is delicious! And the crust, even when slightly burnt to a crisp is yummy! Thank you guys!

I called to place a delivery order and the manager said they were unfortunately understaffed but that I could pickup in 20. I was having a very bad day and when I picked up my pizza, the manager gifted me pizza, dessert, soda. I literately started crying out of gratitude for his kindness to me in that moment. I love their pizza as well, it's incredible!!! I'm very critical w/ food. How he treated me I will never forget his humanity.

It's a less pretentious version of Via313-awesome crust, fast delivery, and friendly folks make this my favorite place for pizza in South Austin

Amazing deep dish pizza! Repeat customer! I order half cheese, and half pepperoni and jalapeño deep dish pizza with ranch on the side. Can't beat it.

Jet's Pizza is MY FAVORITE! I love their "Jet's 10" Pizza. Their cheese bread sticks are so good and their marinara sauce is amazing. It's hard to go back to Papa after you try Jet's. Crunchy, tasty, savory and flavorful. My fam & I love it and have it on the reg. ;)

Hard to find REALLY GOOD pizza in Austin, but this is definitely one of the best! I was excited when Jet's came to town (it's a lot like Via 313 if you've been there). Now I don't have to go all the way to Brodie to get one of the top 3 pizzas in town. They just opened this location 2 weeks ago and they guys there are really nice. the large pizza is not big but don't be fooled, it's really filling! (feeds 3 hungry people). Hint-if you go over at rush hour come in from Cullen Lane through the Gold's Gym parking lot (attached). Even the "bread" is almost as good as the pizza.

Just wasted the last 20-30 mins of my life going through and selecting what we wanted only to finally be told on checkout that they won't deliver to us after using the zip finder and selecting a store, then go to the pick it up option and was going to have a family member pick it up but says you have to show credit card and id on pickup and not asking them to pay for our pizza. What an awful experience. Go elsewhere.

I have been a fan of Jet's for a long time but our last order was the worst pizza of all time. We ordered a New York style, deep dish and bacon bread. The bacon bread was great but the pizza's were soggy. Delivery made it even worse. All the cheese slid off the Pizza. See picture. Never had any issues with the Brodie location or any other in Michigan. I was also introducing Jet's to some friends for the first time that night. I don't think they will be trying it again.

I don't normally write reviews, but when the food and service is top notch, you just have to let the world know. The pizza is consistently amazing. I don't think they have an off day. Everybody that works there is super friendly. Best pizza joint in the area.

I recently moved to the local area and immediately searched for a highly rated pizza joint. I found Jets and gave it a try. I grew up in Michigan and they make a Detroit Style Pan pizza. It was very thick and ready if you like that type of pizza, I put the left overs in my air fryer and they were still delicious. I also tried their wings which were good. I like them crispy so I asked them to be well done. I wouldn't say they are crispy or meaty but they are pretty good. Order by text and they give 15% off. They got me a week later asking if I wanted to repeat last weeks order. It just so happens I didn't feel like cooking and I was thinking about what I wanted to do for dinner. Too easy, so yes they got me and I simply replied with yes and bam! Diner was ordered. I recommend this place over the bigger chain pizza places if your looking for something outside the box. "No pun intended".
