Great place to grab a takeout pizza! The ingredient quality is excellent, tasty cheese, great sauce, fresh toppings. The ranch is exceptionally good here. I got a New York style well done crust and loved it.

Jet's Pizza makes a thick and delicious crispy yet fluffy crust for their deep dish pizzas. The red sauce is fantastic and always covered with a thick layer of cheese. Their toppings are always the highest quality. My orders are always hot and ready when it's expected to be ready. Make sure to add an order of their cheese bread sticks as they are second to none.

I had Jet's back in 2012 when I visited the Midwest. It was the best pizza I ever had. I never thought they'd be in Utah so when I heard they were in Syracuse, I had to go! I drove over an hour to get there. Their crust is crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside. The sauce is made from high quality tomatoes, I'm guessing San Marzano. It has some sweetness to it. The pepperoni are actually flavorful. The cheese pulls in a satisfactory way and tastes fresh. Overall, How was the taste? Exactly as I remember. Very desirable and delicious to the taste. If you hate delicious food, and you generally hate everything around you, you won't like it, and we can't be friends. Would I go it again? Is the sun going to burn for another million years? Absolutely! Was it worth the drive? My butt and back say no but I can't hear them over my loud stomach screaming for more Jets! So...YES it was! Overall, 5/5. Best pizza joint in Utah, hands down. Worth every penny. Oh, and if you want a discount, order over text.

Did a takeout order and the food did not disappoint! Food tasted amazing! Our personal favorite is the cheese bread sticks! Overall pizza, breadsticks, and brownies all tasted great! Lots of options for singles, couples, family’s and parties! Everything was cooked to perfection!

Never heard of Jets Pizza, but we always drive by it so we decided to give it a try. We each got our own pizza :) I got the thin crust veggie, my son got the cheese reg pizza, and my husband got the deep dish pepperoni. We all gobbled our pizza up. It wasn’t oily at all. Very flavorful and tons of veggie toppings. No stars for atmosphere bc we did take out.

We decided to try this place after my husband heard great things about their pizza. I placed an online order for pickup, but when I arrived, the atmosphere was a bit chaotic. One employee was loudly yelling at another to handle the register, and the young man who eventually helped me seemed uninterested and unfriendly. As for the food, the pizza and wings had decent flavor. Unfortunately, shortly after eating, I became very ill with symptoms consistent with food poisoning. My husband only experienced heartburn, but the only difference between our meals was that I had a salad and ranch dressing—so I suspect one of those may have been the culprit. I really wanted to enjoy the experience, but between the customer service and how sick I became afterward, I’m hesitant to return.

We have been a few times and it was quickly on its way to becoming a favorite. Then a few weeks ago, I received a cauliflower crust pizza that was burnt. Luckily, we had picked it up so we hadn’t left the parking lot. The manager told us “that’s just how that kind looks” which is odd since I’d had it before and it didn’t look like that. She replaced it and we went on our way. Assuming that was a fluke, we decided to try it again. This time it was a delivery order. Again, one of the pizzas was burnt. When we complained, the manager wouldn’t come to the phone and instead, chose to speak through the employee. I understanding being busy, but seriously… we could hear her talking to the employee and then the employee repeating the words. They offered to make a replacement or give a credit. We only chose credit so our broke college student kid could do a pick-up pizza for a lunch. Someone should be looking at the orders for quality control because this isn’t acceptable. Whoever packed up our order had to know it was burnt. (See picture- I took it in case we were told that it just looks like that.) I gave them 2 stars because the other pizzas in the order were very good. Sadly, this is the last time we will try them.

Fantastic new pizza place in Syracuse that serves Detroit style (deep dish) pizza. First time trying Jets and the pizza was great! Boneless wings were average (although better than wings from most pizza places). Small parking lot and it is NOT a dine in restaurant. They were slow on our online order but we assume they're working hard to get everything worked out as they are newly open.

Ordering from Jet's Pizza online was super easy and convenient! Great to-go pizza! What really stood out was the variety of crust options--perfect for the whole family. They offer Detroit-style deep dish, hand-tossed round, thin crust, and even a New York-style that's thin and foldable. Plus, they have gluten-free options, which is a great touch. If you're getting the Detroit-style deep dish, do yourself a favor and order the "corner" pizza--every slice is a crispy, cheesy corner piece, and it's absolutely delicious. You know a place is good when a simple pepperoni and cheese pizza is packed with so much flavor. Beyond the classics, they have tons of options to customize your pizza exactly how you like it. And let's talk about the ranch--it's amazing! Creamy, flavorful, and the perfect dip for your pizza or crust. We ended our meal with their cinnamon sticks, which were the perfect sweet treat to finish off a great meal. They also do offer some deals online so I would recommend checking that out. Definitely a spot we'll be ordering from again if we come back to visit the area!

What an absolutely fresh find in the pizza world here! My deep dish Detroit-style Hawaiian pie had the turbo crust -- a combination of Romano cheese, garlic, and butter -- and it was just crunchy on the outside and flavorful throughout. When even the crust is loaded, you know it's going to be good! The Canadian bacon was toasted on the edges but still soft and the pineapple tangy. Jet's does not skimp on the toppings like most places and you get them piled up edge to edge (see photos) so be prepared to get a lot of whatever combination you ordered. I love that! Shout out to manager Britney for top-tier customer service and a fantastically friendly experience. We were in and out quickly and will definitely be back. Now open a location in Sandy/Draper area please!

The service was super friendly but I was very disappointed when I got home and opened my very burnt pizza. There are a lot of pizza places in the area so not sure I will ever go back.

Incredible pizza!!! Highly recommend the the New York Style pizza "well done" The staff are always really great when I pick up. Definitely the best pizza in Syracuse.

Why is this place so expensive? Seriously, you can barely order anything without feeling like you need to sell an arm and a leg to afford it. The menu online is very confusing and the coupons barely make a difference. I ordered their 4 corner pizza and got at minimum maybe 4 pepperonis total. It was basically just greasy bread and cheese, absolutely not worth the price. Just head to your local domino's instead.

I have always loved the pizza here and always added some modifications. The woman taking my order was horrible she was constantly sighing and talking down on me. When I told her my order she said "I don't know how that's going to taste." When I got my pizza it was made completely wrong. I went back in to have it fixed and they did it which I appreciated. For clarification it was a buffalo pizza with chicken and bacon not that uncommon. Worker taking my order had a scroll tatoo with RIP on it.

Shoutout to Yelp Elite Kathee C. for the inspo to come here! My partner and I stopped by after a race in Syracuse. I rarely spend time in this area and so many new businesses are popping up around here! Jet's sells pizza by the slice here, but they only have pepperoni pizza by the slice here on hand. If you want other pizza, you can order it but you have a longer wait. I can't remember how much the slices are, but I got a slice and my partner got the combo meal which comes with two slices and a 20oz drink and our order came out to be just about $10 total, which was a good deal! It's take out only, and there's a bench to sit on while you're waiting for your order. They had just run out of pepperoni slices when we stopped by, so we had to wait about 10 minutes for our slices to come out, but they were super hot and fresh. The pizza was good, it's Detroit style and has ooey gooey cheese and the pizza itself was thick and also crispy. Was it my favorite pizza I've ever had? Probably not, but it was still pretty good and we would come back next time we're in the area. I love a Detroit style pizza, and I'm excited to see more of this style of pizza popping up locally!

Say hi to the first Jet Pizza in Utah! They have tons of locations in the east coast and in Florida, and Syracuse City gets to be the first in our state! The pizza is a Detroit style deep dish pizza. It is absolutely delicious. The crust is crispy and flavorful! You can also choose a traditional style crust or a cauliflower crust as well. I noticed you could choose crust flavoring too... but I didn't see that until after we ordered our pizza. We decided to order by the slice and it took about 5-10 minutes for our 4 slices. There is no indoor dining, but there are seats inside for you to wait for your food. The staff was friendly and very patient with my wild bunch of kids! We will for sure be back! We love a good deep dish pizza and this one is on our top 10 for sure!

The pizza was pretty good and online ordering was simple and fast. Very easy to customize the pizza order. Marked them down 3 stars for not including everything I paid for on the pizza (no mushrooms, no onions, no pineapple, no jalapeño slices ). Also for prices that are just out of control. Also, despite the fact that I paid online, they still print a bill trying to compel the customer to add a tip. Why would a customer add a tip for in-store pickup other than "thanks for not spitting in my food?" Stop the tipping insanity. First and last time to patronize this business.

Love Jets so much I drive out 30 minutes to get it. Gotta try the pepperoni, pineapple, jalapeño 8 corner pizza. Don't forget the ranch for dipping.

On the lookout for and craving some delicious pie, I came across Jet Pizza. Literally an unknown Zah establishment to me and in the condition bordering upon hangry, I stopped in. Greeted immediately in a welcoming tone, I perused the menu. Since I had never partaken of Detroit Style pizza, I ordered a 4 Corner Pepperoni and Cheese. What I quickly realized is that Jet Pizza is a real game changer. Edge crunch with a fresh tasting tomato sauce and melted together in fresh mozzarella with crispy bowls of red pepperoni! I'm literally yelling with excitement as I type this. I'm a fan and you will be as well. Try out Jet Pizza! Delicious Zah! Worth every penny! Now that I've made my mouth water, I'm headed over to get a 4 Corner!!

A really good gf detroit-style pizza. Ordering was easy and ready when I arrived. Most importantly, I did not get sick and my pizza was tasty!

Management is terrible. While waiting for our pizza, 2 teenagers of color were applying for a job. After these teens left. We could hear the manager loudly declaring that she'd "never hire the black kid because he's blacker than black" and she wasn't going a hire the "brown one either." We're never getting pizza there again.

Do not let your child work at Jets. The manger and her daughter (Ti) are very unprofessional and will yell and swear at your child for minor mistakes. My child has told Britney (manager) days that they can and cannot work weeks in advance and Britney will still schedule them, even for family vacations/school functions. Then Britney threatens to fire them if they cannot find someone that can cover. Also threatens to not give them days off that they request in advance. My child is a MINOR and does not have a say when we take vacations, but they come home upset because Britney tells them that they cannot request days off and that they will be fired. My child was told during the interview that the tips would be equally split between all the employees that were working when the tip was given. My child has NEVER had tips on their paycheck. My child asked another coworker if they have ever received tips and they stated that you have to be on Britney's good side in order to receive tips. The manager is STEALING money from the employees through tips. After an employee quit due to being cussed out by Britney several times. Britney wrote on the schedule: the devil has departed. Management is immature and doesn't know how to actually manage a store. I hope the owner of the store realizes what is going on and steps in to make a change.

First time there since moving up north and that was some of the best pizza we have had in a while. We have eaten at various piazza places and this is awesome food!

I've never had, nor had I ever heard of, Jet's Pizza but this one opened up less than a mile from my house about a month or two ago I ordered a large, thin crust, veggie pizza. In my opinion, the crust makes the pizza and I like my pizza thin and very crispy. The thinness keeps the calories low, so I don't feel so guilty for eating pizza, especially when I eat the leftovers for breakfast. The crust was just what the doctor ordered! The perfect crunchy that I don't normally get.

BEWARE: If you use a coupon code and pay online, the store requires the paper copy of the coupon to pick up your item. The store manager informed me I'd have to drive home, get the physical coupon, then drive back to pick up my order -- even with my prepayment. This is a terrible policy. The pizza is okay, but the hassle of doing business with a company like this in a digital age isn't worth your time.

Ordered delivery and wanted to check out this new local pizza place. They delivered faster than the time they estimated which is always great. Great service there. Went with the 8 corner pizza and it was fantastic, love the Marina they put on this pizza, it really shines through the cheese and pepperoni. Ordered a salad as well, it was ok, nothing special, but the ranch is def good.

This pizza was very good, I got it well done and honestly will never get it any other way going forward. We ordered a pepperoni, sausage and olive, and some deep dish bread. All very flavorful and would get again!!

This is a great place to go if you just wanna chow down on some decent deep dish pizza. Service is quick and reliable. I love the seasoning on their pizza and cheese bread. Not really anything super special, but good pizza nonetheless.

About time we get a solid pizza place in Syracuse. Great service and a must try if you're in the area! Ambience is great and they serve great quality pizzas!! Def check them out

I finally got to enjoy some Jet's pizza and I have to say that the Detroit combo pizza welldone is our new family favorite. Do not use Doordash to order delivery. Instead, use the slice app. The pizza arrived piping hot and amazing in every way. Great job!!

Having grown up in Michigan I never would have thought we'd get Jets in utah. I am so happy this is here. My go to in life is a Neapolitan pizza but Jets is the best pizza for a quick fast food type craving. Def better than dominos, Pizza Hut, or other competitors. Treat yourself to Jets and get the bread!

Disapointing pizza, ordering thickest crust and cashier put it in as thin. Pizza had so much grease couldn't eat half of a 'small 4 corner' pizza. Kind staff but that only goes so far...

Yummy pizza ! I wish it was closer but we were willing to travel to get pizza for Father's Day.

Great pizza! We got the BLT, popcorn chicken ranch, and cheese bread. All are fantastic! The BLT is different but should absolutely be tried. Just be warned, it doesn't keep well as leftovers so I suggest getting a smaller size than you might normally get. I will absolutely be back.

Pizza was hot and fresh. Right out the oven. The ingredients were tasty. The guys that work there in the evening are fast and really nice. This is the only pizza I'll be eating from, when I'm in town.

I'm searching for the best thing crust pizza around. The flavor of Jet's Pizza gets five stars, the crust gets three. Their Detroit style pizza is great.

We got 2 pepperoni slices. When they heat up the slice to go, they coat the crust, if you want them to- the butter, garlic is awesome! I had the thick crust which I don't normally care for but I love it there and the sauce is good!

Great take out pizza. We had a NY style pepperoni and the Jet 10 Detroit style and very much enjoyed both. We ordered online which was easy and it was ready when they indicated and pickup was easy.

Holy cow wanted to be nice and order a pizza for my family. Even after a $5 online discount the pizza was $46. Over $5 a square slice, thanks anyways. Lost my business real quick.

This place is amazing. Their deep dish reminds me of the old school Pizza Hut deep dish. Everyone is so friendly every time go there. They always make things right if something was wrong.

Service was horrible. So bad I had to ask for a refund and walkout. When I tried to ask questions about the menu, the girl taking my order was very put out.

If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. This place was absolutely disgusting! Both The Pizza and especially the customer service. DeAnna "the manager" was the biggest joke I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They do not honor their price or there coupons. This pizza is way over priced, burnt and just plain nasty. I pray to God this place closes and goes bankrupt!! It would be greatly deserved!!
