If you don’t love it, you don’t get it. Fat, salt, heat, sweet, green things, meaty things, finned and feathered things. It doesn’t matter what’s on the menu…it all comes out of the kitchen smelling deliciously and reflecting beautifully the passion of the chef and the dedication of the staff. Not forgetting the wine list; which is always modern, exciting and mostly natural. Outside is lovely in fine weather but don’t be disappointed with an inside table. Same magic, different wand. Still worth an annual pilgrimage (or more) from far corners of France after all these years.
