I applied for a small loan through the JFLA in Los Angeles. Within less than 24 hours I was denied, stating that my documents couldn’t be verified. I immediately emailed them to figure out what were they talking about. No one responded, I called, left voicemails, and emailed again over the course of nearly two weeks. Just for them to (via email) accuse me of submitting fraudulent documents and stated that I could not apply for a loan with them.
I was only in phase one which was My Id, bank information, proof of address, income and why I needed the loan… to accuse someone of illegitimate documents and not explain- is crazy to me.
**UPDATE** JFLA was able to identify their blunder by initially denying my application. They were able to explain that it was a mistake on their end. So I am now in phase two- I have submitted all documents asked for and given my guarantors information. However I was told via email that ALL co signors must have a 680(+) credit score regardless of amount being requested however on their website it says 620(+)
