Jholano's Deli - Brickell

My sandwich (Il Primo) was amazing as always! I’ve been to the Coral Gables location and today was my first time at the Brickell location. One of the co-owners was extremely serviceable and was kind enough to cut my sandwich into smaller pieces for me because it’s so massive (as silly as that sounds, it’s the little things that matter!) They just started selling coffee and right now with the purchase of a cookie, you get a free cold brew or latte. Let me just say that although they’re known for some of the best sandwiches in Miami…soon they’ll be known for some of the best coffee. My Coconut Cold Foam Latte was AMAZING! I mean absolutely amazing! One of the best I’ve had in the Brickell/Downtown area. I caaaaaan’t wait to have it again. They were also kind enough to let me sample the Nitro Cold Brew which was also amazing. I loooove Jholanos’ sandwiches. They’re my favorite. Now I love them for their coffee! I can’t think of a better combo! I never leave reviews but I just had to because they really and truly are top quality from the food to the staff so they deserve it :)

This sandwich was such a quiet little luxury. The heirloom eggs were silky and golden, the brioche bun was soft in that melt into your morning way, and the Calabrian oregano oil added this gorgeous, fragrant warmth that made every bite soooo good. Simple, delicious, absolutely my type of vibe and honestly, a must‑try.

This place was absolutely fantastic. It’s a bit tricky to find since it’s a suite inside a building, but well worth it. The staff was incredible—warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful when it came to choosing what to order. The food was outstanding. I had the breakfast sandwich with added turkey—simple, yet unbelievably delicious. Highly recommend. I also ordered a cappuccino with almond milk, and it was just as good. You can tell everything is made with care and love, and that the people here truly enjoy what they do. The space was also spotless, which just added to the great experience.

Great sandwhiches, came here b/c it was .1 mile from my hotel. Located in the 999 building, go inside person at the front can direct you, but as you walk in go towards the left and it's the 1st door on the right (I almost passed it - has a small little business door plaque) I got the Johlano, good balance of flavors ( salty/savory from the meat, sweet from the fig jam, and peppery fresh bite of arugala. The worker gave me a free pistachio tres leches cake! It's yummy fresh tasting, ok alittle sweet but would pair well with coffee. I wanted to try get a cold sandwich togo but it's only one worker who is working the register and building sandwiches. I waited about 15min for the sandwich and unfortunately had to be somewhere. I plan to come back during my stay here in Miami.

I can't complain about the sandwich because without a doubt, it's one of the best I've had in a long time—fresh ingredients and excellent quality, the balance of flavors is incredible. 100% recommended. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the service; waiting more than 30 minutes for a sandwich is insane. I understand the demand, but they weren't keeping track of the orders, and the girl in charge of making them was very slow.

The service was friendly and their ingredients seemed fresh for the most part—the focaccia was very noticeably stale. And my sandwich was mostly bread and arugula since the deli meat was paper thin and scarce. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it since I only ate the meat and threw the rest away.

Meant to take a pic before I dug in but I couldn’t resist. So here’s a pic halfway through my deli daddy grilled cheese after I demolished a half of my other sandwich. Unreal. Exactly what brickell needed. Obsessed. Plus these amazing cannolis.

Best sandwich I've had in Miami! The Jholano sandwich was a perfect combo of savory and sweet with the fig jam and the 6pm in Tuscany was delicious! The chicken was incredibly soft.

Located inside The Helm Bank building, if you weren't looking for suite 102, you would miss this place. There is no sign outside the building or on the door. The way you know you found the right place is by the line that snakes outside their doors. Very simple menu, but delicious sandwiches! People who say the prices are high must not eat out in Brickell often. Service was great and food was aplenty!

Good quality Italian sandwiches in brickell. They have a limited menu and all of the sandwiches are on focaccia bread. It's definitely an interesting place as it's the size of a bedroom and located tucked away in the 999 office building. Service was friendly and fairly timely as you could tell they had many online orders and a decent amount of people inside. My only complaint is that they got my order wrong twice but they were very apologetic and remade it immediately. I'm intrigued to try the other sandwiches, even though my friends said theirs had too much fig jam making it too sweet. Overall, the sandwiches were good but not worth it at the current price point when I would rather have la sandwicherie for half the price. However, if you are in the mood for an Italian sandwich on focaccia bread this is def the place for that.

We're looking forward to eat today and we end up at this little place, when you walk in your like o lord this place does not resemble a sandwich place. Well we took a bite and dame the sandwiches were good, specially the jholanos. It's inside in a the 999 building,

Wow this place is amazing... it's a little hidden it's within the apartment building. To the left of the front desk. Sweet staff. The focaccia bread is soooo soft. Premium toppings and a THICK sandwich. A little pricey but we are in Miami and I do believe they use GOOD ingredients. Took the sandwich to go and ate it by the pool and ugh it was amazing!!!

Well for a $28 chicken sandwich I'd expect a lot more. There are zero tables. No signage, place is hard to find. There is a small counter and you get to stare at the wall while you eat. Not sure what the hype is about. Will not return.

Sandwiches are a bit pricey, but the size and flavor make them worth it. They offer both warm and cold sandwiches -- and both are delicious. The service is nice, the location is great, and there's even outdoor seating, which I really like.

Make sure you ck your map before walking to jholanos new place in Brickell. It's inside a residential building. A non descript glass door will be your clue and ask the front desk for help. Small menu but still impeccable quality

Hard to find establishment with a limited menu but the sandwiches hit The 3 am and jholano toasted sandwiches were legit

Delicious and great quality sandwiches. Definitely a hidden gem (genuinely hidden because it is inside the 999 address corporate building behind a clear unmarked, nondescript door.) The bread is deliciously light and airy but still full of flavor. The meats were impeccable. All and all a great find for good Italian sandwiches.

This place is a good new addition to Brickell. Came here at noon, and there was a brief 3 person line. Waited about 15 minutes for my sandwich, which cost $25. The sandwich, though delicious, was a little on the sweet side for me with too much fig spread. There are only 5 seats, so you have to get lucky to sit down, and everyone is waiting to take your seat. The sandwiches are too expensive for what they are, and they messed up my friends order twice. It was good, not great. Not sure I'll be back for the price.

Just heard my favorite deli opened in Brickell so I had to stop by. Friendly staff and amazing service. 3am in Rome is always my go to!

This is my first ever review thanks to my experience today with kaia and anthony. They were very kind and cool to talk to. 10/10 employees. Spoke about food spots all around miami and they were kind enough to give me a taste of jhonalos even when they were sold out on bread.
