"A Pan-Asian restaurant tucked away in the Beau Rivage, there are surprises at every turn, with traditional flavors, superb presentation, and globe-trotting dishes. Jia isn’t going for fusion, instead, the chefs deliver a world journey that replicates favorite dishes from Vietnam, China, and Thailand, from pho to sushi to kung pao to whole-fried snapper with lemongrass." - Beth D'Addono

The honey chicken, Szechuan beef, and cashew chicken were all amazing. They came with steamed rice but we upgraded and recommend the fried rice, but you definitely want to ask for a side of the sauce that comes with the hibachi. The chicken hibachi (wok something) were average and very light on chicken (would not recommend).

Jia Asian Restaurant was a special treat! My boyfriend and I had a beautiful dinner date and I really enjoyed every moment. Luckily, I was able to reserve a spot for us because of the Memorial Day holiday! The hostess was very nice and friendly as she settled us! Our waitress/server named Tina Marie was very nice and polite. Also, for the first time ever my boyfriend bought me a bottle of wine 🍷 which was a really nice treat 😘🔥🥹 I felt pretty special!!! We ordered appetizers, one 1️⃣ was the Blue Crab claws and the other was their House Ginger salad. Both were really delicious 🤤 As our entrees we ordered the Dragon Sushi 🍣 rolls for me as well as some Spicy Salmon rolls. My boyfriend ordered the Fried Soft-shell Crabs which he really liked! Everything was beautiful and the lighting was great vibes! I really enjoyed this restaurant thanks 🙏🏽 so much Jia Asian Restaurant for the amazing hospitality!

Every dish I have had from this kitchen is always delicious and makes me want to order it again the next time! However, I am always glad to choose something new because everything is amazing! We had the crab claws to start and they were a little over done but the first time we had them, the claws were the best fried claws I’ve had in a long time! We also tried sushi for the first time this trip, the graffiti roll, and it hit it out of the park, now I need to try every roll on the menu. Service was wonderful as always even with a full floor! Drinks were top notch as well!

If you’re staying at Beau Rivage, this would be the place you’d go to for Asian food. Primarily Sushi and Vietnamese Pho I’d say. But the thing that I’d highly recommend for sure is the Blue Crab Claws. It’s not a whole meal but it is definitely a great appetizer. It’s a simple bite size crab claw packed with flavor. Eat it with some of the peppers for an additional kick, if you’re into that kind of thing. The service is like anything you’d expect from a Casino restaurant but the only difference I’d say is the added “Southern Hospitality” which makes everything much more pleasant. It’s pretty cool as you can kind of choose your own ambiance. You can either sit at the sushi bar, noodle bar or inside the restaurant. You may have to make a reservation a head of time or you may have to wait as it can get busy.

Jia Asian Restaurant at Beau Rivage offers an exceptional dining experience. The food is incredibly tasty, from appetizers to entrees, with generous portions that might leave you with leftovers. Expect to spend about $50–$100 for a decent meal. If you enjoy sweet cocktails, the Mai Tai is a must-try. Their house-made sweet soy sauce is perfect for dipping and adds an extra layer of flavor to any dish. The atmosphere is inviting and enhances the overall experience. Highly recommended!

Google
There are plenty of on-site restaurants to choose from at the Beau Rivage and this is a great choice. We started with the firecracker shrimp which was very tasty. The restaurant has a cool ambiance, and has a team to refill waters. However, I gave four stars for service because our server passed us multiple times before they “touched the table.” Unfortunately, the server in the section next to us seemed to be a bit more attentive throughout. Overall though, the dinner was nice and tasted great

Google
We actually ate here 2 times on our visit as we liked it so much the first time we wanted to come back and try some different things. First visit we sat at the sushi bar and had sushi and pot stickers. All were excellent, sushi was off the charts and made quickly right in front of us. Next visit we went the noodle route, did pho and lo mein and again, both solid choices. Service both times was attentive and there before you needed them. I would consider this a must visit while at Beau Rivage.

Google
Jonathan is the best! We had a wonderful experience all because of him! Cannot wait to come back - the scorpion roll and the spring rolls were both delicious! So was the lychee martini - highly recommend this spot over any other in the casinos and again cannot recommend Jonathan enough- so sweet and personable! A true gem

Yelp
After numerous visits to Beau Rivage, I finally ate at Jia because I had a food credit. Overall, a good spot but a little pricey for what it is. If I didn't have the food credit, this would probably be a 3 star review. I had the ahi tuna poke bowl, which was very tasty but not worth the $38 they were charging. The waitress was nice and accurate with orders but would disappear for long stretches. Also, the food took quite awhile to arrive but they were very busy. I'd eat here again but only if I had a food credit from the casino.

Brad T.

Yelp
Yoooo! This place was phenomenal! So we started with the garlic edamame. on it too. I was a big fan. Pot stickers were great too I ordered the pho (not pictured), on day one I did the beef and day two I did the chicken!! Yes, I ate here back to back days... The broth flavor was so freaking sick! I could drink it honestly. I didn't love the chicken, too tough. But the beef was amazing. The service was great and the wait wasn't too long.

Yelp
The food was utterly Divine and I think we will try so many other items when we come back here. The spring rolls were utterly crunchy and had really really good flavors. I like the sauce that came with it it did have a little kick to it sweet and kick and it too was just perfect for the spring rolls. Teppanyaki was use it for one person but we split it and that worked out perfect because as you can see the size is large. Delicious !! . This service was fantastic and the ambience is just quiet, and private. We've not come to this place before when we come to Mississippi and shame on us we should have come here before!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Make a reservation beforehand otherwise you may not get in.

Billy P.

Yelp
Nice place Great service Nice menu ambiance Give it a try Nice nice nice Mmmmmm Five stars

Robbin S.

Yelp
We made reservations for the private hibachi section in the back and it was so worth it! Joe was our chef and he was hands down the best! His humor was spot on and his cooking skills were amazing! We spilt the hibachi chicken and steak. Yum yum! Joe is the chef to get! See you in February! !

Yelp
I truly enjoyed this place. My grandmothers best friend stayed at the Beau Rivage and we ate dinner out last evening in Biloxi. After our servers recommendation, who was great by the way, I got the Szechuan beef. Perfect amount of spice and white rice.. big portion. I didn't eat the sushi (tuna, salmon and yellowtail) but they enjoyed it. I absolutely loved the lettuce wraps. If you want a great Asian dinner, it's worth it! Make sure you get a reservation.

Theresa S.

Yelp
Great food Great service Great drinks I got the rainbow roll and summer rolls I have had the edamae

Yelp
I decided to take my son to Jia for lunch. I highly recommend reservations well in advance for dinner! You can come for lunch and sit at either the sushi bar or the pho bar. We arrived shortly before 2pm and were the first patrons here. The hostess advised me that there weren't any reservations for dinner available until 9:45pm....now I see why they recommend making reservations. Good thing we were here for lunch. We opted to sit at the sushi bar. Shortly after we were seated, our server Dre came over to greet us. I ordered the sanjia to drink and we ordered the crispy spring rolls to share. The sanjia was a delightful blend of sake, peach schnapps, Prosecco, passion fruit, lychee, and mixed berries. The spring rolls were cooked just right and so flavorful. My son ordered the rainbow roll and pho Thai and I ordered goi Tom. While waiting for our food, Dre came over several times to check on us and refill our water. I loved my drink so much that I ordered a second one! Our food came out and it smelled and looked delicious! My son LOVED his pho and sushi! He's such a snob when it comes to pho and sushi and he said it was excellent! Me on the other hand, my goi Tom was so spicy that I could barely eat it. Had I known it was that spicy, I wouldn't have ordered it. I would recommend the restaurant have a spice indicator on the menu. Luckily, Dre came to check on us and I let him know. With zero hesitation, he had it remade without the spice. While I did eat the non spicy version, I think taking away the spice also took away the seasoning/flavor so I don't recommend that. My son shared his pho with me and it was incredibly delicious! It was so flavorful and satisfying. This was a wonderful mother and son lunch date and I'll be visiting again with my son in the near future.

Yelp
Great food. Great wait staff. The teenagers you have doing your hostessing need a lot of training to match the rest of the place. Most importantly, just because you put 4 chairs at a table doesn't mean it's a 4 person table, especially when the chairs alone don't fit at the table. Paying resort prices whole i straddle a leg post and have to sit over a foot away from the table edge is ridiculous. Attached picture shows the chairs can't even fit under the table. Do better.

Lane C.

Yelp
We've been to Jia twice now, and have enjoyed both experiences. While the wait was significantly less (during the week) the first time, the second visit was a bit more substantial, but understandable (on a Saturday). Both times we have chosen to do multiple appetizers instead of entrees, to ensure we don't have to tote leftovers when we're done (or waste food). Both times, they have been great! Everything seemed very hot and made to order, and there was little time between ordering and receiving. This time, we got the lettuce wraps, crispy spring rolls, and the potstickers. The potstickers were great! I didn't love the spring rolls, as they were thicker than the norm and had more of a smoky flavor that I wasn't expecting. Overall a convenient and delicious meal!

Starr D.

Yelp
Not a bad for a Viet fusion restaurant. Foods were decent, pho was good, stir fries were delicious, sashimi was fresh & service was very good. As part of the casino, this restaurant was not noisy at all. You have the option to sit by the noodle bar, or sushi bar, or inside which is all are great options.

Tarah H.

Yelp
Nice restaurant. We had reservations so very short wait time. Food was really good. I give 4 stars because the prices were ridiculous. Hibachi is pricey anywhere but expect to pay out the ass for anything here. My chef was the best. Great attitude and service just a joyful experience altogether.

Emily T.

Yelp
Had a very price dinner at jia, which I was looking forward to, especially the Pad Thai. Sipping Hot Saki on a cold night was a treat. When I say the Pad Thai was mediocre is a generous statement. To say it was terrible is more accurate. This was not culinary art and the chef should be embarrassed to charge a diner 30 dollars for the wide tasteless noodles and he/she/they should be charged with the crime of food misrepresentation." The chocolate bomb finale to the meal was artistry and worth the visit.

Kim S.

Yelp
After visiting several times we were disappointed. The rice was sticky, vegetable soggy, the filet mignon was good. Pot stickers for appetizer were good but the spring rolls were like frozen grocery store food. Service was excellent and the ambience good.

Sabrina V.

Yelp
Everything here is good especially the At Bomb roll, sea bass, steak, and lo mein!!! We dine at Jia every time we visit the Beau!

Sandy Y.

Yelp
Pretty average. However, the fried chicken (soy garlic glaze) was good and worth ordering. The dragon roll was also noteworthy. Mississippi Roll, Beef & Broccoli, Spring Roll, and Miso Butterfish is so-so.

Jeff N.

Yelp
It's been over 10 years since I've been to Jia, I really like the new look. I can't thank Michael enough, he's been so great, taking care of us while ate there. He's gone above and beyond. The food was amazing and the drinks as well. Look forward coming back to try out more delicious food.

Paul H.

Yelp
Food and service along with the ambience depending on where you eat within the restaurant are always top-notch. There is a scallop dish that is not on the menu but you can ask for that is phenomenal. Ambience is best when you are seated inside the restaurant dining area at the noodle bar or at the sushi bar. The egg drop soup from the noodle bar as well as almost any other entrée are incredible. And you cannot go wrong with any sushi you order there made fresh in front of you if you sit at the sushi bar. Both the noodle bar and the sushi bar are excellent and the people the staff there are best in class. While you are there, ask for Jennifer to be your waitress, she is phenomenal. Very disappointed in the hibachi portions of protein, which aren't enough to feed a grown adult let alone a young child. Way too much filler and rice products to make you hunt for an overpriced protein addition, but only in the hibachi area.

Brent A.

Yelp
The restaurant, food, and ambience is amazing once you pass the terrible host desk. We have been coming here for years, before and after their remodel. The host desk has always been a terrible experience. If you make a reservation for 7pm, you will not be seated till 7:15-7:30pm. Why this happens every single time is a mystery to me. The restaurant will be completely empty and your party will still have to wait. It makes zero sense. Just seat us! Wouldn't you want to seat the tables so you can turn them for the next seating? It's not rocket science. The servers must want their sections seated, and this must cause a late night for the kitchen and servers with the delayed service for everyone that enters the restaurant. We really love this place, and we even have our regular server, but dealing with the host desk is a nightmare every single time we have visited. I have worked at restaurants with a much higher volume and the host staff here couldn't stand a chance working at another fast paced restaurant. The host desk needs a complete revamp of their service and standards. I definitely recommend Jia as an amazing restaurant with fantastic service, but it begins after you are seated.

Suellen L.

Yelp
You have to try Jia! Not only is the food and ambiance excellent, the server and food make this an awesome experience. Jen and Cindy are great and provide great service. And Stephanie is an excellent manager who goes above and beyond. LOVE this restaurant and will be visiting at least 3 times in the next 2 months

Tanner B.

Yelp
I guess they have a horrible staffing issue.... Tons of open tables but not being used. Too long of a wait for the food. It's inside of casino that doesnt have a working ventilation system to get the smoke out and the casino refuses/cant afford to fix it. Sad. Food was just okay

Kristen B.

Yelp
This place always has the best Asian food. Amazing service as well! My dad and I came during a busy night. They were able to seat us quickly and checked in. Kudos to Scottie for assisting his waitress during our visit. He went over and beyond. Thanks again!

Jill M.

Yelp
Jia is not the restaurant it use to be a few years back. It has gone from upscale Asian to nothing more than ordinary. Popular items once on the menu are now gone along with any ambiance the place had. There is no longer a full service bar, as it was replaced by a noodle bar. Drinks are "made in the back" is all you're told. The Diamond Award on the wall it received years ago needs to be taken down because it's no longer in that league.

Silofa O.

Yelp
This amazing restaurant is located in the BEAU RIVAGE Hotel and Casino. The atmosphere is modern and classy. The interior decor gives a very lounging feel and the seating is unique. Let's get to the sushi... we'll at least that's what we ordered . We ordered a whole lot and every single thing we ordered was fresh and phenomenal. Every thing was full of flavor and perfectly put together. I was amazed but the staff as well. Although we arrived 10 minutes before closing they seated us and provided excellent service. Jen was our server she was amazing , patient, and knowledgeable with everything they had on the menu. Thank you Jen and Jia team for everything. I had the best experience!

Tami R.

Yelp
Very nice establishment inside of Beau Rivage. Staff was cordial, ambience was pleasant and food/drinks were tasty. They have a small hibachi room in the rear of the restaurant should you want the show from the chef. You can also sit at the sushi bar to dine. We enjoyed tuna nigiri and the fried red snapper.

Alex T.

Yelp
Our experience with the sashimi for two was disappointing as it tasted off, leading to food poisoning for both of us lasting two days. While we've frequented Jia many times without incident before, this may mark the end of our visits. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

Carmel D.

Yelp
The sushi at this restaurant is amazing so fresh so flavorful. A little expensive, but well worth it for an extra treat.

Victoria D.

Yelp
We love the teppanyaki at Jia and always have great cooks and servers... Now we miss table side cooking bc of Covid - but still always enjoy menu ordering. Katy was our server in Feb 21 and last night we had Nikki- Fabulous! Brandon the mgr is so nice too. I had my usual crunch roll wo the eel sauce, extra ginger & KimChi and a plum wine. Charlie had his usual ginger salad, onion soup, & Beef w Broccoli. Kirin beer. As always all were great!! Thanks guys!!! :-)

Sarah K.

Yelp
Jia is a good restaurant. The food is tasty. We have been there twice and no complaints. Sushi is fresh, spring rolls were tasty, hot dishes are seasoned well and large hot sake is actually large. It's a nice atmosphere in which to relax after hitting the slots. Now, having said that - if they have reservation slots on OpenTable 9:30/9:45/10 pm timeframes, it looks as if (especially being part of a casino) they wouldn't be so put-out at a 9:30 pm reservation coming in. Kitchen (we were told by server) closed at 10 that night (I could tell the server was exhausted as many are these days - but she was friendly)....I'm assuming maybe we were the last reservation that night - and late reservations aren't the norm? Host working that evening needs to learn how to welcome guests with a greeting and smile as opposed to looking bothered and running his hands through his greasy hair before grabbing our menus. Food and atmosphere are good, though.

Toni D.

Yelp
We had excellent customer service, our waitress Cindy was attentive and responsive. Good was pretty good as well. Really appreciate the customer service and the atmosphere was great and relaxing. They have a full bar and squishy bar as well.

Michael B.

Yelp
Extremely high prices for quality of meat but the server was fantastic she went above and beyond she's the reason they got 4 stars

Nichelle S.

Yelp
Beautiful atmosphere! Very clean & nice. Staffed adequately. Service was good & friendly! Our waiter suggested different things according to our preferences. He was very entertaining and attentive. The food was hot and delicious! My pad Thai was full of flavor and spicy just like I like it! My husband's dish was equally as good! He loved it & I enjoyed what I tasted of it as well. The sushi roll was also a hit! Our waiter recommended it & it did deliver! Highly recommend & will be back! I loved that it's in a casino & reservation are a most! This place is always super busy & packed! Great service & food so I'm not surprised!

Michael S.

Yelp
Food was mediocre the pho was definitely a few hours short and a few lbs of beef bones short of being memorable even the well done beef was chewy thankfully the usual pho garnish was good and fresh and helpful. Service was ok it was very apparent that the menu and staffing was still cut back. I'll give it a B around 3 1/2 stars.

Grecia G.

Yelp
So I had 2 separate experiences with this place! The first one was at hibachi inside and that was really good I got the tofu and veggies and it cane out good. I did get one rotten tomato in my salad though which was not great! You get soup and salad with the hibachi. The man who cooked for was is amazing he was nice and very thorough. Now my second time was last night I ordered to go I got the orange chicken not worth 30 bucks! Skip that! I also got the miso soup and salad with shrimp! I wish the lady would of told me it would of been 16 dollars for 3 shrimp. Do my bill was like 65 dollars for 3 items that were not my fav. The only thing good from all this was the miso soup. Do hibachi instead of the dining. I'm giving my rating based on the recent experience and my last.

Dan V.

Yelp
They've got really good food here. I recommend it highly. Nice relaxing ambiance. Excellent service.

Yellow F.

Yelp
The other restaurants were booked so we tried Jia. First impression is nice ambiance. The waiter was either overbooked or inefficient. We waited long amounts of time between. He was nice in disposition but the wait staff was very inefficient especially compared to our experiences with Stalla. Food was fresh. Spring rolls had an unpleasant smell but tasted fine.

Doug E.

Yelp
So not the best experience especially on a first timer. Showed up with a group of marines at 6:30 who were starving only to be told they couldn't accommodate that they could only possibly seat 3 of us they weee so busy. Still left our name even if just for the 3, waited over 2 hours and noticed that no one and I mean no one was even there anymore but a few stragglers and the staff. Asked why we were not pages and was told well out systems were down. The same system that sent me a text txt by the way. Anyway I digress, completely blown over board do t even slow down no bother mediocre food with a give a shit staff other than my waiter. By all means don't wait for this turd of a restaurant.

Tiger L.

Yelp
Poorest service ever. I'd never recommend anyone eating here. It's a lane suck operation

Marina D.

Yelp
Very poor quality lunch. And meet was microwaved ring in front of us. Hmmm... what would Gordon Ramsey said. And not very good verity for lunch time. I'll avoid it next time!

ElliePat L.

Yelp
Really fishy tasting sushi. Service that takes forever. If you've ever been to an Asian seafood restaurant in ANY town in America, it was probably better than Jia.

Kristen W.

Yelp
Amazing spot within the MGM! Chris the waiter had great recommendations including sangria and mountain berry tea to go with our entrees today. The ribeye was super flavorful and lean on top of a bed of potatoes . The Singapore noodles was a large entree loaded with pork and veggies. The ginger shrimp were HUGE! You get 6 which is a party. Great service and wonderful dining experience. Too full for dessert

Christine J.

Yelp
Made a reservation on sevenrooms last night. I suggest trying to make as far in advance bc the same day of only late times were available. The inside is dimly light and has night club feels. My only complaint was the music, it was intense club music throughout our entire time here. Not my cup of tea. Regarding the food, we ordered the calamari, volcano roll, chicken lo mein and Szechuan beef dish. The calamari was very light and came in an sweet tangy Asian sauce. The volcano roll was great. I do wish it had avocado in it though :/ Shrimp tempura inside was fresh and the roll has a nice kick to it. I liked that the server brought individual soy sauce dishes for each of us. The chicken lo mein came with peppers and carrots. It was decent. The Szechuan beef came with rice and was the best dish of the night. All the right spices, the sauce has savory heat and a tangy bit of sweetness. Would recommend you get this. The portion sizes were quite large, which is a plus. Prices are a little pricey but you are inside a casino so that's to be expected. Service was great. Servers were professional and prompt.

Hugh K.

Yelp
Absolutely outstanding food and great service. It is a great place for a nice Asian meal and some drinks!

Charles V.

Yelp
My wife and I literally just left here going back upstairs to our room, and I could not wait to leave a review. Everything here was PHENOMENAL. Beautiful restaurant, polite, informative, attentive staff. The food was so delicious. The salt & pepper calamari was tender, and the sauce served with it was an excellent pairing. My wife had the graffiti roll which she couldn't stop eating. I had the mongolian marinated rib eye, which I'm told was a new addition within the last 3 weeks. I ordered it rare, and was not disappointed. It was buttery, tender, and so flavorful. We finished with the coconut pot de creme and chocolate beggars purse, but the perfect balance of sweet and rich. This was our first time at the Beau and Jia, and we WILL be back. They made our anniversary better than we could've imagined! If you are in the area or staying at the Beau, you MUST go to Jia!

Dave B.

Yelp
Went there Thu night with my wife celebrating our move to the area. Was able to get a good reservation when they opened, then put in the traffic aisle (a very undesirable part of the restaurant). You know where your in the main aisle getting bumped by everyone all night. The dumb guy with grey hair refuses to move us, said seats were assigned?? What 2nd grade ? Anyway we got a better seat and found this was going to be the trend for the night. We were given Chis as our server. What a zero - I mean he didn't listen to anything we asked. Send our main dishes back because they were bland and tasteless and not what we asked for. I rarely ever send food back but they served slop. He let our drinks go dry and we had to ask anyone around and even get up to find help. Chris - get out of this business, you stink (S*CK). Here are two pics of Pad Thai, my favorite. What we got and what I wanted. I even asked him specifically the type of noodles they use, so many people are okay with the wrong noodles - I am not. Again we had the conversation before hand and I still got garbage. Supposed to be spicy - bland.

Renee A.

Yelp
Black cod was amazing ! Sushi was also to die for ! I will go back asap ! Best Restaurant in the area .

David C.

Yelp
The restaurant is currently under construction so you are literally eating in a sectioned off portion of the hallway. The service was poor. Our waiter had only 3 tables and he was absent for much of the meal. The food itself was fine, but the atmosphere and service made for a very disappointing experience

Mathew F.

Yelp
This is an excellent restaurant! We had a party of 5 with a 7 year old child and CHRIS our waiter did a fantastic job! Everything was delish and service was incredible. We will definitely be back as often as possible! Thanks Chris!
