My wife has always been a fan since they opened in yishun Hawker Centre. This is her go to whenever she has a craving for stingray, but no more. We decided to order takeaway on 10 Aug 25 at around 4pm. The Hawker was not crowded. Order a medium size stingray and a Kang Kong, while the Kang Kong was palatable, I can't say the same for the fish. First bite was an unwelcoming fishy smell and the meat was not flaky, clumping together. First thought we knew the fish was not fresh. Couldn't even finish the fish and had to throw it away. It's a shame for the Michelin award. Thanks for "memorable" national day celebration.
