The Best Boba Shops in Cupertino, San Jose, and the South Bay | Eater SF

"As a nonprofit cafe that aims to raise awareness for female empowerment and wellness, Jiaren Cafe’s mission resonates deeply with the South Bay Area community. They host fundraisers to elevate local nonprofit organizations and even offer mindfulness and yoga classes in a designated studio space connected to the cafe. Sourcing ingredients from other female-owned businesses, Jiaren Cafe serves an assortment of local craft coffees, teas, sparkling fruit beverages, and herbal drinks. During the pandemic, the shop introduced boba drinks to their menu, which now make up a majority of their sales. The Charcoal Hojicha Milk Tea and matcha drinks have become staples." - Cathy Park

Tried their coffee for the first time. Their ambience is cozy with plenty of cute souvenirs. Their service was quick and amicable. We got the dark chocolate mocha and coffee latte both hot. The flavor was good and it was refreshing. I wish I had ordered it a bit hot but yeah it was a great experience. Not that crowded for a weekday afternoon. The location is tricky as the shop is on the other side of the road.

Google
Jiaren Cafe is a very interesting spot. I thoroughly enjoyed the boba and pastry I got, and the staff were quite nice. It was quite challenging to find, however. It’s tucked away in the back of a shopping center, and the entrance to the back of the building is quite hidden too. On top of that, the parking back there is really confusing, and the business itself is labeled as a yoga studio. After you get through all that strangeness, though, it’s pretty solid! Haha

Google
Great cafe with friendly baristas and delicious treats to purchase. They also host events worth trying, such as the Latte Art Event, which is perfect for anyone wanting to learn latte art. Be sure to try their Red Velvet Latte.

Google
Jiaren cafe is a small business cafe that is located close to SCU. There’s plenty of parking in the parking garage but limited out front They have solid boba and tea, but their matcha is a little watered down (granted i got it when they were busy with their latte art class) They have a lot of different classes that you can check out and sign up for Might be hard to grab a seat inside when they’re teaching Overall great experience and fun place for classes

Google
Absolutely adore this cozy coffee shop! It feels like a home away from home, with such positive vibes. The coffee and other drinks are simply divine, but the pecan cookies and their biscotti steal the show every time! Such a delightful treat to accompany their delicious beverages. Plus, they host a variety of cute workshops, adding an extra layer of charm and community to the experience. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a warm, inviting atmosphere, fantastic treats, and fun workshops to enjoy!

Google
staff friendly and happy drinks tasty loved my good to go pick up. It was slightly cluttered around shop and it was hard to find . It's behind yoga studio - door in back.

Google
It’s a cute place to get matcha and coffee. They use Mizuba ceremonial matcha. The coffee is also single origin sourced. They host lots of art classes.

Google
Lots of options and really yummy drinks! Has an arts and crafts vibe going on since they offer classes. Staff was very welcoming and even gave me a free drink because I ordered a Thai drink with boba but when she noticed she made the drink without boba, she offered it for free and remade it! Awesome service

Yelp
came here for bingo night hosted by Emily at Jiaren and it was so much fun! She killed it with keeping the energy up :-) the drinks were also super yummy and 20% off for the event. highly recommend coming to meet some cool people and have some great drinks!

Yelp
Awesome latte art class and amazing teacher. My wife and I visited today for their latte art class and it was such a fun class. The owner/teacher is super nice and informative. She guides you through every step and breaks down what you need to know. Haven't surfed their website as much but I hope to come back for an intermediate class. Decently priced for what you get. You get a coffee drink with your first art, second art was a tulip red velvet hot chocolate. Free boba or tea at the end and 20% off whatever you buy at the end. The staff were amazing as well. Book now!

Yelp
Ordered boba with my drink and didn't get it and I realized it after I left. Oh well. I got the mango matcha and it was kinda mediocre to be honest. Not worth the 7ish dollars I paid as better options exist.

Yelp
Very homey, cozy vibes here at Jiaren Cafe! They had free wifi & a few tables. Parking is very easy but with a farmers market on Saturday on the street next to it, it can be very difficult to get out of the lot. They really should have signs on how to exit the plaza or better yet, not block the only exit. Drinks were okay, nothing super stellar but decent enough that I would purchase again. I couldn't really taste the matcha flavor with my Ube Matcha drink. I think the drink could potentially be improved if the Ube was a cold foam instead. Other than that, it tasted a little watered down.

Yelp
Nice and welcoming place to take a rest, sip a cup of coffee or tea (so many variations) and take a bite of a cookies or pastry. Honestly this place is much more that just a coffee place, it has a variety of different classes like pottery, yoga, coffee latte art. I love it! There are a lot of parking spaces even on from of the entrance. The area is really nice, not far from Santa Clara university. The gender neutral restroom is available inside. Love the staff here!

Yelp
This is a nice café with a huge range of drink options from from coffee to tea to boba! The baristas were really sweet and helped me customize the sweetness since I tend to like my drinks a little sweeter. The vibes are cute amd they have craft classes (I attended the resin class) which was a fun experience. I ordered a brown sugar boba and it was very mediocre, but generally I liked the place and it had free parking which is awesome.

Yelp
Boba and yoga coming together to immerse you in zen at Jiaren Cafe. This quaint little coffee/tea shop adds their herbal touch to their drinks with a focus on health, balance, and fitness. Needless to say, their herbal drinks are great tasting; if you're a matcha fan, they have quite a few elixirs concocted with bold matcha flavor and other flowers/herbs (their lavender drinks are delicious). High quality teas are used to make their drinks and it definitely blossoms on your tastebuds as you sip. Milk tea made with your choice of dairy (or non-dairy creamer) with chewy boba makes this spot a great one for a grab and go experience, but they do also have a few seats and tables available for those looking for a spot to camp a bit. In addition to milk options, each drink can be customized with sweetness level, temperature, and toppings. Aside from drinks, they also have baked good and snacks. Some of the drinks are premade and come in bigger take home containers. Perhaps you may be coming for a drink or looking to bring something bulk home to drink at your leisure - Jiaren has the serving size for you! I came in on a quiet weekend afternoon and the private lot was pretty empty. The shop had a few folks enjoying their drinks and upon entering, the staff greeted me almost immediately. Being a first time customer, the impression was a good one as they were all smiles and had a great energy as they were completing our order. We got the lavender milk tea and house milk tea both with boba. The milk teas were creamy, not too sweet, and flavorful. The fragrance from the lavender was pleasant and added richness with every sip. The boba were decently chewy but definitely need to be consumed fresh. Overall, I had a great experience with Jiaren Cafe and their offerings of milk teas and coffee drinks. Their listing on TooGoodToGo also is sure to bring in more patrons, but those in the area looking for a place to chill out and find their inner calm, give this yoga/cafe combo a try - stretch your horizons, one may say!

Yelp
This is a very interesting cafe. It has large piles of merch for sale (Jiaren branded notebooks, boba keychains), a random "free stuff" box full of abandoned junk, and two massive tables in the middle for their various classes (I saw ads for lattes and cookie decorating). There's a small kiosk for ordering boba and no seating for boba customers. When there's a class going on, there's almost no place to stand, either. They also sell Kimchi (which might be made in-house?) and pastries. I got a black sesame and ube milk with boba at 25% sugar with almond milk. I got it because I hadn't seen that combination before. It cost around $8. The sweetness level was perfect for me. It was a very deep purple color and I'm not sure it was real ube. It was an interesting place to go but it's not my favorite ambiance or taste.

Yelp
Small cafe tucked in a small plaza next to a card shop. Ample parking in the lot and outside of it. A bit tight overall. Inside has a cozy vibe and matches the yoga it's connected to. Service was great the staff is attentive and quick. Off to the drink review! 3.8/5 - Charcoal Matcha milk tea - Surprisingly decent. Wanted to try charcoal for the health benefits but even with normal sweetness it was quite good. However you don't taste anything except sweetener and bitter so say be another drink would be better 3.6/5 - Strawberry Matcha Milk Tea - Usually we order this less sweet in other matcha spots so we did the same here. Sadly it didn't come out as expected. The matcha here is quite strong and overpower the strawberries. Either the strawberries weren't ripe or maybe matcha too strong. Not the best experience. Overall still a cozy and chill place. Will come back to try many of the other different drinks.

Yelp
Jiaren Cafe is a cute hole in the wall cafe located behind their yoga center on the main road, so it's easy to miss. I really enjoyed that they make every tea with care over the few times I have been there. I recommend the Strawberry Matcha that I customize with oat milk, unsweetened, and add lychee / strawberry jelly. They are a little more expensive than other boba places, but I believe it's worth it.

Yelp
This spot filled my cup in more ways than one! I took the latte art class with a friend and had a great time. The instructor broke down the instructions into easy-to-follow steps and gave us plenty of time to practice, ask questions, and get feedback before trying the art with milk instead of water. We got to make two drinks: an espresso latte and a red velvet hot cocoa latte. The atmosphere was encouraging and we applauded each other as we each tried it out and we made pretty drinks! They were super tasty too. We also got to sample some other drinks available in the cafe and the strawberry matcha cannot be missed. Also don't miss the homemade kimchi, crafted by a family member and full of flavor. This place offers a lot of opportunities to get creative and become involved in the community with different class options and a yoga studio as well. It's a gem.

Yelp
We got the matcha yuzu sparkler and the London fog milk tea (hot)! Both drinks were very good! London fog was definitely the winner. 100% sweetness for both. - You order on the kiosk next to the door first then pick up your drinks at the bar - Lots of drink options - including matcha, milk tea, fruit teas, coffees, there's definitely something for everyone - They don't have much seating available since they had large tables set up for a clay workshop, but they had ample chargers and even iPhone chargers you could use - It also looks like they also do candle workshops too Would come here again to try their other drinks! I like what we tried!
google avatar

Shania A.

Yelp
I got the mango jasmine green milk tea, 25% sweet. My drink was SO sweet, it felt like I was drinking 100% sweet. I wasn't able to taste the flavor of the tea at all and the mango flavor had an artificial after taste. This is a cute cafe however I don't think I'll be back. Drink: 3/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Service: 4/5
google avatar

Janine F.

Yelp
We swung by Jiaren on Monday for a little sweet treat. I ordered the lavender London fog milk tea with 50% sweetness and boba as my topping. I'm glad I opted for 50% sweetness as it was rather sweet already. The flavors worked perfectly together and I can see why it's the second best seller at this boba shop! My only complaint is that the wait was a bit longer as there was only one worker. She was very sweet though! The shop is small, but the vibes were cozy and calm. Would definitely swing by again!

Yelp
They had a BINGO event by Emily. It was such a good time - eating my croissant, sipping tea, and laughing w some friends.
google avatar

Amy Y.

Yelp
Came here for an event so I can't comment on the foods or drinks. Atmosphere is very night. Cozy and intimate. They host a variety of events and classes so be sure to check them out. They do pottery, card making, matcha classes to name a few. They also share a space with a yoga studio. Plenty of parking located outside. Friendly staff!
google avatar

Alyssa P.

Yelp
Great bubble tea and a nice little community they're building here. I got the roasted oolong which had nice chewy boba and a strong tea base! There's often a lot of classes that are available which allow you a discount on bubble tea when you attend (~20% discount). Friendly staff and sometimes there's people working at the tables.
google avatar

Yelp
On a day the cafe site was closed Jiaren was at Stanford farmers market, The Ube & matcha lattes looked fantastic & a woman nearby was raving about the London fog. I got cold brew as I wanted something unsweetened & it was great that there are non dairy options. Customer service was very nice , explaining everything- the to go bottle reminds me of a big whiskey flask. Good strong coffee & ample portion.
google avatar

Sophia H.

Yelp
Very cute cafe. When I visited recently, there was a latte art class in session, which was really cool. I love that they offer different types of workshops here. The cafe itself is pretty spacious and gives off casual, cozy vibes. There's a big kiosk near the entrance for ordering. I got a Blue Matcha Milk Tea, which is made with matcha powder and butterfly pea flower tea. I hadn't tried butterfly pea flower tea before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Overall, my drink was decent. I couldn't really taste the butterfly pea flower tea. The matcha was fine, but the boba lacked the perfect balance of softness and chewiness that I like. All in all, this is a good spot to enjoy a drink and hang out. They have an extensive menu, and if I'm ever in the area again, I'd consider stopping by.
google avatar

Alyssa C.

Yelp
Very cute laid back shop, spacious and around 3-4 tables for seating. They sell a small variety of matcha goods and ceramics. The service was fast and the barista was very nice and helpful with any drink inquiries! I got the matcha cream top with coconut water. When mixed it's a nice refreshing matcha drink, not too sweet (i opted for 75%). A nice pick me up drink :) There is a parking lot right behind the rows of shops.

Yelp
This cafe has an amazing concept that perfectly blends drinks and atmosphere!! To start, this cafe has a variety of classes that take place inside. I've taken 2 of their courses (the resin board workshop and the pottery workshop) and they've both been amazing!! The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly and it's small enough where it feels intimate. Plus, all of the attendees are super friendly! For drinks, you can get a discount if you take a class there. They have a great variety of drinks and they taste pretty good! I saw they also had food but I did not try any (yet). Would highly recommend coming here!
google avatar

Lisa S.

Yelp
came here courtesy of too good to go as I knew it was in DTSJ. Never heard of them prior to this visit or have heard others talk about it. But based on the reviews looks like I will have to make another trip here for something I would like to try. my surprise bag consisted of 1 coffee milk tea along with a cookie. HOwever this cookie is no ordinary size. Its like a massive cookie and thin and really good. Service was great as the staff greeted me and provided me my items asap. The milk tea was alright, I know I have had better before. or maybe its the coffee type or brand they use? nonetheless looks like I will have to give them another try for something fruiter the next time. Thanks for the hospitality, hope to see you again soon!

Yelp
Jiaren Cafe is a hidden gem tucked behind the complex (look for the yoga studio in the front!). Plenty of parking, and once you find it, you'll be glad you did. They have a really interesting menu -- lots of herbal lattes, cold brews, and even offer samples, which is a nice touch. Ordering was easy with the kiosk. I tried the chai herbal latte and it was fantastic. Will definitely be coming back to try more!

Maryanne Q.

Yelp
This was my first time at Jiaren's, and it did not disappoint. I attended the bingo night event hosted by Emily. She did a wonderful job of hosting, making sure everyone was included, and creating a fun atmosphere. The Jiaren staff provided a great service, making delicious drinks that were just the right sweetness. I enjoyed how welcoming it felt when I walked in; even my puppy had a great time. Definitely will be coming here more often!
google avatar

Maggie G.

Yelp
I came here on a Friday evening after work maybe an hour before closing? There were quite a few young people gathering inside the store. This seems like a Korean owned tea spot with tea, coffee, pastry and a few Korean appetizers available. Owner was very friendly in explaining different options to me. There was a small plate of Korean appetizers sample for customers to try. Nice little cafe for hanging out. However, it could be easily missed since it was tucked in a smaller plaza which wasn't obvious to me initially. Will definitely return in the future when in the area.
google avatar

Tiffany M.

Yelp
Some things I really appreciate about this place is that they have unique, non-caffeinated drinks (which are surpisingly not easy to find) such as black sesame milk and ube milk, and you can also order ahead of time to pick up your drink later ! When this place first opened, as I used to work quite close to it, I came here in the morning for some coffee/tea and reading. It has a lot of lighting and is very bright, with a handful of seating. However, because of its brightness it does not give the coziest ambiance - it gives a cute one though. In any case, during the summer, I like ordering their non-caffeinated drinks in the afternoon. The servers there are friendly too, and you can buy some other non-food items that they sell there as well.
google avatar

Khuong N.

Yelp
Nice little boba spot with a yoga studio connected to it. There's a parking lot with plenty of parking. The plaza didn't seem busy or maybe it was the time we went. You order on a self order screen near the entrance. Not sure if you can order with the worker or not. The place feels like an arts and crafts spot because they have so many things you can look at and buy. The drinks were good, refreshing, and the matcha wasn't overpowering. Worth a try if you are in the area.
google avatar

Serena P.

Yelp
Drink: Got a Mango Lemonade Sparkler with 50% less sweet and star mango jelly boba!! Have not seen this cute star shaped boba before Vibe check: The cafe was cute and chill Service: Friendly staff I will come back to this cafe!!
google avatar

Andrea K.

Yelp
I got a matcha milk tea with 25% sugar and brown sugar boba, total was $7.10 which I guess is pretty standard these days. The matcha could've been a little stronger and the boba had a bunch of different textures going on. There was a good amount of boba goo (idk how else to describe) in addition to the pearls, some of which were hard and some of which were rlly chewy. I can't speak to the yoga studio side of this business but the cafe is pretty solid. I went at 12:30pm on a Friday and there were a few customers in the shop working and chatting. It's probably not an environment I'd want to sit down and work at but it's pretty clean and there's a good amount of seating. Probably won't be coming back but the experience wasn't terrible. Just not super worth the detour for
google avatar

Andrea F.

Yelp
Ordering is through a kiosk which I appreciate so we can look through all the options. Ended up getting a matcha milk tea with vanilla syrup. There are a lot of "pottery" and matcha things here available! Also a lot of seating available and tables. It is a nice and chill boba shop.
google avatar

Connie C.

Yelp
It's a cute cafe, nice and quiet. It gave me very gentle cozy vibes. A couple of people were studying, and someone was running their paint class/program there too. I got a strawberry matcha, which didn't mix very well. It was like strawberry jam at the bottom that remained at the bottom even after mixing. It tasted good, although not my favorite strawberry matcha because it didn't mix well and remained separated as I drank. If I come by next time I'd like to try a different flavor. My brother had the hojicha matcha, which he thought was ok.
google avatar

Laura D.

Yelp
A hot latte and cappuccino on a cold rainy day. Delicious pastry's to choose from too.

Yelp
This is my favorite no-fuss cafe to work in the Bay Area. As a WFH employee that only wants to get out of the house without breaking the bank, this is my go-to place. 1. This cafe is connected to the Jiaren Yoga Studio. PERFECT. I come here early, get some work done, take a break by taking a yoga class via ClassPass, then I come out to drink my lil drinky drink. 2. I am assuming the drinks are really good (Ive only tried the ube machiatto and it was so yummy) but I haven't tried mush of anythign aside from a few drinks.I would say they're pretty pricy ($8-10 after taxes for specialty drinks) but I typically only get Americanos and thats about $5. 3. There are plenty of charge ports and they even have boxes of phone chargers to use in case you forgot yours! 4. There are so many things to do (pottery, painting, etc.) 5. My favorite thing is NO ONE BOTHERS YOU! They have reliable wifi, good music, and you dont feel pressured to buy anything. The staff here are so nice and welcoming!
google avatar

Andrew T.

Yelp
There is a kiosk that you order from here. There are some seating as well and the place was pretty clean. The service was pretty friendly. Plenty of parking in the area. I got the red velvet charcoal, milk tea, and the Matcha. Their matcha wasn't bad and their boba was solid. The red velvet charcoal milk tea tasted unique, but I don't think I would get it again personally. However, if you are a red velvet fan, I recommend getting this drink.
google avatar

Cloud L.

Yelp
I love Jiaren cafe! They have a variety of drink selections: from classic to interesting flavors or pretty-looking ones for your Instagrams. What makes it so special is the class series they offer: latte art, painting, cookie decorating, ect. Such a perfect date place My fiance and I had so much fun. The owner Jaden is very sweet and friendly . Plus, it's pet friendly .
google avatar

Venus L.

Yelp
After an event at the Santa Clara Convention Center, I had a craving for boba and my fiancé needed coffee so a quick Yelp search led us to Jiaren Cafe - a place that served both needs. The place is located in the back off the street so at quick glance you may not see it. There's a decent amount of parking in front of the cafe and then more along the streets. The cafe itself is interesting - the sign in the front mentioned yoga and we walked into an art class that was happening and got confused with all that was happening in one cafe, but we were able to order at the cashier right away. I ordered the pink matcha milk tea with boba and it tasted okay, the boba was nice and chewy. My fiancé ordered a latte and was less than impressed. Overall, it's about a 2.5 round up to a 3 for us.

Jacky J.

Yelp
Got their milk tea here, and there was absolutely no tea flavor at all, and not sweet (less sweet option). Would not recommend at all
google avatar

Lilly G.

Yelp
I came here for the latte art class on a Sunday with my husband! We got here about 10 minutes early and checked in with Jaden at the checkout counter. The class is 1 hour long, and comes with a guided lesson, all the tools you need for practice, and the chance to pour 2 lattes with real ingredients. Jaden will guide you the whole time so don't worry if you're nervous! You get the learn how to make a heart design and a tulip design, one is caffinated and the other decaf. It's a lot of liquid to drink yourself, but at the end of the class you have the opportunity to turn it into a to-go drink and add any additional creamer or boba! Throughout the class you also get some pastry snacks and lots of breaks, so it's perfect if you enjoy taking photos and videos throughout. The hour flies by so fast because you are always practicing and preparing yourself to try the real deal. For the public class price at $70 I initially thought this was a bit expensive, but this was actually the best deal I could find. Other packages I found in SF are generally $100+ or offer private classes only, so this was actually the cheapest if you want to do a latte art. Jaden is super friendly and helpful throughout the class, I had a great time learning from her! I love that she will very carefully guide you when you are pouring so even if you are nervous, you will at least have the opportunity for some nice pictures of your creations. I think this class is the perfect activity for a solo or friend group experience! Personally I would not recommend a first date because you will be very focused throughout the class and there is not much chance for intimate conversation. But it's perfect for going with someone you already at least a little bit about and would have fun comparing your barista skills.

Yelp
(Tony Leung voiceover) The vibe is hidden oasis of milk tea goodness! Jennifer warmly greeted us. The IG model went with the Charcoal Genmaicha Iced w/ Oat Milk! The oat milk was creamy. The roasted rice added a nuttiness. Good green tea! Yes, she's a tea analyst. I went with dealer's choice and let Jennifer run the table. She created a Charcoal Sencha Latte. Whole Milk. Stronger green tea. Love that detox charcoal effect! Best part they even have sculpture and yoga classes! Yes, YOGA! My gosh! We'll be back and maybe do some sculpture and warrior 1 warrior 2 stuff! Thanks, Jennifer! Woohoo!
google avatar

Rani S.

Yelp
We got the lavender earl grey latte, signature fruit tea, and the pink matcha latte. The lavender early grey latte was so good and a very unique flavor, it is something I would come back for. The signature fruit tea was alright and the pink matcha latte was a bit too sweet, but the boba was delicious. Another thing to note is that the straws are a little weak, we accidentally broke a couple while trying to poke them into the drinks so maybe grab a couple extra just in case! The ambiance of this boba spot is peaceful with a lot of people sitting and doing work.

Snowy D.

Yelp
Loved it! This was so fun omg THE BOBA WAS SO GOOD PLEASE GET IT! I loved the ambience and how calm everything is! The staff is also really nice :D
google avatar

Megan S.

Yelp
We loved the story for this cafe and wanted to try some of their interesting drinks. We found them a big too sweet and the fruit tea tasted artificial with a strange floral element. The charcoal milk tea was very interesting and super creamy.

Fabian R.

Yelp
Got to try out the latte art class. 10/10 great experience. Our teacher, Jaden was awesome and very helpful during the class. It was a very welcoming and comfortable experience. The coffee also tasted great! I recommend this to anyone who wants to learn how to create latte art. They also have cool aprons! Wonderful customer service.

Yelp
Really good latte. Good service and nice atmosphere. Kind of small place and next to a Yoga class.

After a yoga session inside their studio, I tried their popular drinks: Red Velvet charcoal milk tea (with almond milk and 50% sweet) and Blue Matcha milk tea (with oat milk and 50% sweet). While waiting, a lady asked me if I ordered a latte on the go and I told her "Not mine." It turned out the barista made a mistake by serving her in a to-go cup and the barista had to pour everything into a coffee cup. They looked like high school students or college freshmen working hard to prepare all the orders, so it's best to be patient and order through them rather than kiosk if you want to consume in the cafe. Speaking of the kiosk, I noticed that I didn't receive a text message on the order status after inputting my info, so I only heard my menu order rather than my name. Make sure you don't go too far while waiting. Both drinks came out colorful, vibrant, and sweet, but the more I drank after mixing, the more it tasted watered down in an hour since I ordered less ice. The blue matcha had a little bit of clumps on the bottom so I had to mix it with a straw to loosen up the texture; the matcha taste was good with a hint of butterfly pea tea. The service was okay. It was busy during the afternoon to the point the baristas didn't greet. It's a small cafe with limited seating with lots of merchandise covering 70% of the shop. They also hold workshops like latte art and other arts and crafts outside the patio area. There's lots of parking space available in the garage and in front of the stores.

Yelp
the extensive menu is surprising and boasts a lot of bold combinations like matcha hojicha latte. unfortunately we did not fancy any of the pink matcha latte, raspberry jasmine green tea, nor dirty hojicha. my pink matcha was 25% sweet but still sickly sweet (too much dragonfruit syrup), but the matcha powder (mizuba) itself has potential, just completely overwhelmed by the milk and sugar.

Yelp
I'm changing my review to 5 stars. I've been back to this place several times - their matcha is delicious. Lots of activities and events too, I hope to get involved in someday. Perhaps my first visit was on an off-day because every time I've been back it's very pleasant. Special thanks to the staff for being so kind.
