I’ve always loved Jimbo’s for their customer service and their varied, health-conscious offerings. But this Thanksgiving, they really impressed me by going above and beyond! We pre-ordered our Thanksgiving dinner, and I picked it up the day before. When I got home, I realized it was missing a few items. I reached out to them, and they delivered the missing items to our home (25 minutes from the store) on Thanksgiving morning, along with a bouquet of flowers. Most stores would apologize and issue a refund, but Trent (store manager) recognized that what we wanted was our planned holiday meal, and he made it happen. We couldn’t be more pleased, and the food was delicious!!!
