The gentleman who manages this location is always upbeat and friendly. He truly knows how to provide good service while getting the food out quickly. Wish more sandwich stops were like this

Very friendly staff. I guess new ownership late 2024. Previous staff was fine, but new owners are on premise and have a deep sense of personal responsibility and more attention to detail. A seasoned crew running the shop.

I think the owner of this franchise works here. He might be the most enthusiastic franchise owner I have ever met. The quality and service reflects his enthusiasm.

We absolutely love this JJs!! We're in at least once a week with an online order (sometimes twice). The staff is super nice and we love the owner.

Good place and location to eat at. Always a friendly staff. Sandwiches are delicious and fresh. No complaints here.

New management really loves to skimp on the sandwich part of your meal. $9 for bread and two slices of roast beef is backwards and insane.

Sandwiches were fresh and made right. The bread is really good unlike another place I went to. We even called in our order about 45 mins before picking it up. The guy behind the counter was awesome! I bought a sandwich from Subway and after I got home I opened my wrapper to find mold on my bread. Glad we decided to try Jimmy John's! 🙂

Best Jimmy John's I've ever been to! Placed a mobile order and it was ready on time, my order was correct, and it tasted delicious! Not only were the sandwiches actually perfectly put together (as opposed to thrown together like a lot of places do nowadays) but everything tasted fresh and delicious! The store itself was clean and organized. The staff members were friendly and helpful. And the older gentleman here truly makes the store what it is! He's so friendly and inviting. He saw us eat our sandwiches at the tables outside with our dog and came out to offer our pup some turkey. Can't recommend this location enough! Such an unexpected hidden gem here in Brea. The only negative thing I can say is that the fountain water was awful so save yourself the trouble and just buy a drink!

I live 1 mile from this location. Yet they won't deliver because I'm outside of the radius. I call to ask what that radius is. They can't answer and offer me a manager. After 8 min on hold the manager is "too busy". This is the LAST time I eat and spend money at jimmy Johns. Jersey Mikes just earned a customer for the long run. Garbage service. Inept employees.

Here we are, back yet again. Our experience went a little like this... It's a Monday afternoon around 2pm. We were greeted by a nice man. we're thinking it might have been THE jimmy. I forgot to ask for him name though. We were also helped by Carson, so you need to give him a raise. He remembered us as the Yelp reviewers. Looks like the guy has great memory (which is a good quality for food service). We were pleased with the service and the speed. It also says free smells in front, and that was very true We sure ate them Johns quick.

This is my favorite JJs location! Everyone is always so sweet and welcoming. The subs are delicious always fresh. Nothing else compares!

Loved loved loved their sandwiches- my first time today! I was honestly not feeling sandwiches today but my bf wanted to grab a quick meal after our workout. and after that meal im so happy we went. We ordered a #9 italian night club (10/10) and #12 beach club (10/10). Added onions cucumbers and tomatoes on each and got a side of peppers which were really good too. They also have really nice seating and the place itself is really clean! Bill & Carson were the mvps of our visit. Bill was so kind and helped make suggestions while Carson whipped out our sandwiches in literally seconds after we ordered. I can tell they prioritize keeping the place looking really clean and make sure you're comfortable as customers!

If you haven't tried Jimmy John's in Brea, what are you waiting for? They make the best sandwiches with fresh ingredients. They always ask if you're a rewards member because they want you to be rewarded for your visits. They are always friendly and eager. Dom made my sandwich yesterday and it was perfection. Go check this place out. You won't be disappointed!

Jimmy John's has always been one of my favorites sandwich places to eat at, that said there is no better location than the one in Brea. The service is superb, the entire staff is very welcoming at all times, it has a wholesome old "mom and pops" atmosphere because everyone is very friendly, something that sadly is very hard to find now in days. The orders are always quick and the sandwiches are always fresh and taste delicious. The inside of the location is always well kept and clean. It's always a great experience visiting this location, I cannot express enough how good they are with their customers, service with a smile at all times, my kids and I frequent this location and we love it. I wan to thank the entire staff for their service and making every visit enjoyable. By far one of the best business in Brea.

First time ever coming to jimmy johns and this location was awesome. Great energy from Bill, Rene, and the whole team! They knew we came for the viral Pickle-witch, I got the Vito and my husband got the turkey. We both thought they were so good, not shy on the protein! Everyone in the shop was all happy discussing the new picklewitch and it was nice to see bill interact with everyone in there. 10/10 would go back here!

Their sandwhiches are always delicious and fresh. I order ahead most of the time through the app and my order is always ready to go and always done correctly. The restaurant is always clean. The staff is very friendly. The owner is such a nice guy and has given my daughter a free cookie a couple of times which makes her day. I definitely recommend for a good Sandwhich and I think would be a great option for catering an event.

The bread is good, quality of ingredients and prep is consistent. Sometimes I just want exactly the same thing I had the last time.

My pregnant wife was craving a Jimmy Johns sandwich and we thought we lucky when we saw that your store hours say you're open until 9pm. I placed an order for pickup and it was confirmed at 8:30pm. I drove over from La Habra and arrived between 8:45 and 8:46. I walked up to see no lights were on and the door was locked. At 8:45 I received an email that my order had been cancelled and refunded. If you're not going to complete the order, cancel it right away. Don't accept it and wait 16 min to cancel it. I'm honestly not surprised. Several times I have visited this location I have overheard employees complaining about coworkers calling off or being generally lazy.

Not only is the food great here but the customer service is 10 stars. I couldn't reach the drinks but before I had to struggle the owner or manager came out and offered to help. I didn't once have to ask. The food is delicious too and super fresh, but the winner here is the service. Big time impressed.

Owner is an absolute asshole. I showed him my mobile order and it he said he didn't receive it . I showed him the confirmation on My phone and he refused to help me. Ignored me and continued to help people behind me. I asked him what I can do and he ignored me. So rude. He said call your bank they'll figure it out. Never again. Do not come here for crappy service.

I've been ordering from this location for a while now. I work across the street so it's very convenient. Their delivery is usually very quick which is good when you're hungry and have no time to go get anything. i do like the JJBLT. that being said, these are very basic sandwiches. so if youre expecting gourmet, you should probably go elsewhere. to me, JJ is about convenience and speedy service, which this location delivers.

One of the things I love most about JJ's is the birthday reward aka free sandwich for being a loyalty member. As a sandwich afficionado, this adds to one of the many reasons JJ's ranks in the top 3 in commercial sandwich shops for me. Not to mention the app is user friendly and convenient in so many ways. Well today I redeemed my birthday reward during my lunch break because I only had 30 minutes, so I placed the order on the app, customizing it with ease. When I arrived to pick up my sandwich, I found it was ready in less than 5 minutes after placing the order - wow, that's freaky fast! As I was completing the checkout, the cashier (I am assuming he was the manager or franchise owner), he stated that I had a balance due and I was confused. On checkout, it totaled $0.00 with customizations but he and the sandwich technician mentioned it was because I added cheese, which I did. To be honest, I was caught off guard because I did not bring my wallet, did not have cash and do not use digital wallets. When I attempted to explain why I should not owe any balance, without hesitation, the cashier/manager just handed me the sandwich and said "here you go buddy, enjoy" - wow, again! While it was only $1.50, not having cash on me was my fault but the app said no balance and he honored it, no questions, with a neutral attitude. Thank you, sir, for making a great sandwich, making my afternoon and reinforcing why JJ's is one of the best! 5 stars from a loyal customer

Great sandwiches! I love the soft and chewy bread. The sandwiches come with a good amount of meat. They have both simpler sandwiches and more interesting favorites with more ingredients. Zoe helped us out and was super friendly and helpful. This is a great spot for a quick meal!

Our sandwiches were delicious. The bread is to die for. Meat and produce was fresh. The service was outstanding. Even my fur baby Simon was given some deli meat if his choice. The ambiance was inviting .

I live in the inland empire. I was working near the coast and had to stop by this location on my way back. There were a couple other locations that were closer but I don't mind driving farther away. Why? The service here is amazing. The food is delicious. I've been to this location a couple of times. Definitely the best Jimmy John's I have ever been to. GREAT TEAM!

I have never wrote a review before but I have to for Jimmy John sandwiches. The sandwiches here are so delicious and fresh. My husband and I come here at least once a week for lunch! They make the sandwiches so fast and the owner is very nice and helpful! Great place for a delicious sandwich!

I'm so much happier with the operation of this store since the new owner. The sandwiches are fuller and when you ask for extra veggies, you get them. The staff was very friendly and the sandwich was exactly what I ordered. They have a nice area outside for dining - nothing fancy, but great if you just want to enjoy the outside a bit.

Just finished destroying the new Roast Beef Smoked Cheddar Bourbon club!!!! That sriracha bourbon sauce is a game changer!!! Bill's energy was awesome like every Friday. Now to let the food coma set in.
