Worst store ever! The employees are absolutely rude. If you go in or try to order off of Door Dash after 8 pm they will tell you they are closed or cancel your order. I went about a week ago and at 7:30 they told me I couldn't order anything hot because they already turned off the stoves. Last night i ordered off of Door Dash at around 7:45 I received a text saying my food was probably ready. I got there at 7:55 and all the lights were off. I could see the employees in the back looking at me. When I knocked on the door the guy in back flipped me off and started laughing. Right after that I got a text saying my order was canceled by the store. The owner really needs to look into this. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store!

The gentleman who manages this location is always upbeat and friendly. He truly knows how to provide good service while getting the food out quickly. Wish more sandwich stops were like this

Very friendly staff. I guess new ownership late 2024. Previous staff was fine, but new owners are on premise and have a deep sense of personal responsibility and more attention to detail. A seasoned crew running the shop.

We absolutely love this JJs!! We're in at least once a week with an online order (sometimes twice). The staff is super nice and we love the owner.

I think the owner of this franchise works here. He might be the most enthusiastic franchise owner I have ever met. The quality and service reflects his enthusiasm.

New management really loves to skimp on the sandwich part of your meal. $9 for bread and two slices of roast beef is backwards and insane.

Jimmy John's never disappoints. The sandwiches are always made freaky fast and taste incredibly fresh. The bread is soft with the perfect crunch, the veggies are crisp, and the meats and cheeses are top quality. Whether I'm grabbing a quick lunch or ordering delivery, everything is spot-on and arrives super quickly. The staff is friendly, efficient, and keeps the place clean. Best Jimmy John's I've ever been to! Placed a mobile order and it was ready on time, my order was correct, and it tasted delicious! Not only were the sandwiches actually perfectly put together (as opposed to thrown together like a lot of places do nowadays) but everything tasted fresh and delicious! The store itself was clean and organized. The staff members were friendly and helpful. And the older gentleman here truly makes the store what it is! He's so friendly and inviting. He saw us eat our sandwiches at the tables outside with our dog and came out to offer our pup some turkey. Can't recommend this location enough! Such an unexpected hidden gem here in Brea. The only negative thing I can say is that the fountain water was awful so save yourself the trouble and just buy a drink!

Dear Jimmy John's, why tease us pickle lovers like this? I finally tried the pickle-wrapped veggie sandwich with pickle chips, and it was everything, crunchy, tangy, salty, refreshing, and totally addictive. But why is it seasonal?! This needs to be a permanent menu item because one season of pickle joy just isn't enough. Until then, I'll be patiently (okay, impatiently) waiting for its return.

I live 1 mile from this location. Yet they won't deliver because I'm outside of the radius. I call to ask what that radius is. They can't answer and offer me a manager. After 8 min on hold the manager is "too busy". This is the LAST time I eat and spend money at jimmy Johns. Jersey Mikes just earned a customer for the long run. Garbage service. Inept employees.

I've been going to Jimmy John's for many years, and my favorite has always been the Turkey Tom! The staff working on October 16 around 2 PM were absolutely extraordinary, super friendly, upbeat, and funny. My sandwich was made so fast I barely had time to sit down! I'll definitely be stopping by again whenever I'm in the area.

This is my go to Jimmy John's! Whenever I come in, I always get greeted. Everyone is friendly, nice and attentive! Also, it's always looking clean. Sean & June thank you :) Food is always fresh and delicious!

ohh jimmy johns you have changed for the worse. girl making my food didnt wash her hands or change her gloves. when you touch everything thats not too sanitary. dont fast food places have cleanliness measures in place? also 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips was $25. are u freaking kidding me?? deffinitely not worth that. they also put many spicy peppers in my sandwich. why?! wtf?! i didnt ask for it. really upsetting. please change gloves young workers! youve gone down hill jimmy johns!!

I was driving home from work and craving a sub sandwich. I've heard about JJ's from its advertising and finally decided to check them out. What I was surprised to find was of how they hit it out of the park to make up a box normally used for catering services. The food itself was great. I love the ambiance. Can't wait to go back!

Loved loved loved their sandwiches- my first time today! I was honestly not feeling sandwiches today but my bf wanted to grab a quick meal after our workout. and after that meal im so happy we went. We ordered a #9 italian night club (10/10) and #12 beach club (10/10). Added onions cucumbers and tomatoes on each and got a side of peppers which were really good too. They also have really nice seating and the place itself is really clean! Bill & Carson were the mvps of our visit. Bill was so kind and helped make suggestions while Carson whipped out our sandwiches in literally seconds after we ordered. I can tell they prioritize keeping the place looking really clean and make sure you're comfortable as customers!

The older gentleman that works at this location is a ray of sunshine. Clean well ran location, with super nice workers! My favorite location!

Here we are, back yet again. Our experience went a little like this... It's a Monday afternoon around 2pm. We were greeted by a nice man. we're thinking it might have been THE jimmy. I forgot to ask for him name though. We were also helped by Carson, so you need to give him a raise. He remembered us as the Yelp reviewers. Looks like the guy has great memory (which is a good quality for food service). We were pleased with the service and the speed. It also says free smells in front, and that was very true We sure ate them Johns quick.

First time ever coming to jimmy johns and this location was awesome. Great energy from Bill, Rene, and the whole team! They knew we came for the viral Pickle-witch, I got the Vito and my husband got the turkey. We both thought they were so good, not shy on the protein! Everyone in the shop was all happy discussing the new picklewitch and it was nice to see bill interact with everyone in there. 10/10 would go back here!

I usually go to Jimmy John's in Irvine. The owner gave me a good laugh. The sandwich was excellent they really packed on the sandwich meat too. I will be back... lol

If you haven't tried Jimmy John's in Brea, what are you waiting for? They make the best sandwiches with fresh ingredients. They always ask if you're a rewards member because they want you to be rewarded for your visits. They are always friendly and eager. Dom made my sandwich yesterday and it was perfection. Go check this place out. You won't be disappointed!

Not only is the food great here but the customer service is 10 stars. I couldn't reach the drinks but before I had to struggle the owner or manager came out and offered to help. I didn't once have to ask. The food is delicious too and super fresh, but the winner here is the service. Big time impressed.

Jimmy John's has always been one of my favorites sandwich places to eat at, that said there is no better location than the one in Brea. The service is superb, the entire staff is very welcoming at all times, it has a wholesome old "mom and pops" atmosphere because everyone is very friendly, something that sadly is very hard to find now in days. The orders are always quick and the sandwiches are always fresh and taste delicious. The inside of the location is always well kept and clean. It's always a great experience visiting this location, I cannot express enough how good they are with their customers, service with a smile at all times, my kids and I frequent this location and we love it. I wan to thank the entire staff for their service and making every visit enjoyable. By far one of the best business in Brea.

Owner is an absolute asshole. I showed him my mobile order and it he said he didn't receive it . I showed him the confirmation on My phone and he refused to help me. Ignored me and continued to help people behind me. I asked him what I can do and he ignored me. So rude. He said call your bank they'll figure it out. Never again. Do not come here for crappy service.

Jimmy John's has always been my favorite sandwich spot but this location went above and beyond! They make the sandwiches at lightning speed but also have a sense of humor and made it fun to be there. Inside is super clean and you can tell they really care about the customer experience.

I've been ordering from this location for a while now. I work across the street so it's very convenient. Their delivery is usually very quick which is good when you're hungry and have no time to go get anything. i do like the JJBLT. that being said, these are very basic sandwiches. so if youre expecting gourmet, you should probably go elsewhere. to me, JJ is about convenience and speedy service, which this location delivers.

Great sandwiches! I love the soft and chewy bread. The sandwiches come with a good amount of meat. They have both simpler sandwiches and more interesting favorites with more ingredients. Zoe helped us out and was super friendly and helpful. This is a great spot for a quick meal!

My pregnant wife was craving a Jimmy Johns sandwich and we thought we lucky when we saw that your store hours say you're open until 9pm. I placed an order for pickup and it was confirmed at 8:30pm. I drove over from La Habra and arrived between 8:45 and 8:46. I walked up to see no lights were on and the door was locked. At 8:45 I received an email that my order had been cancelled and refunded. If you're not going to complete the order, cancel it right away. Don't accept it and wait 16 min to cancel it. I'm honestly not surprised. Several times I have visited this location I have overheard employees complaining about coworkers calling off or being generally lazy.

This location always provide you with excellent customer service and great care! The place is always clean and the food is always packaged to perfection. I recently placed a large order and the team had everything ready to go earlier than expected and even helped with loading everything in my car since it was extremely hot that day. Jun and Bill are a great team and always make you feel extra welcome when you visit the store. My dog Pepper even got to experience their great service! Thank you to the Brea Location for always making delicious sandwiches and always welcoming me with a big smile! :)

EXCELLENT!!! Everything on the sandwich is fresh. Love the #9 Toasted!! Pickles are the best... sour enough and crispy. All this and a bag of Chips. They have won me over. No more Jersey Mike's for me. Great service at this location as well. Thanks!!
