Good food. Crabby older gentleman (owner) who had heartburn that I wanted to use my Jimmy John’s rewards. Told me to go to Jersey Mikes down the street. Sandwich maker was very nice and quite helpful. Go to Jersey Mikes

There’s an old man at the front who greeted us and took our order. I would come back again and again just to order my sandwiches from here. He is so friendly and approachable. Takes good care of his customers. This is MY location moving forward whenever I want to get a really good sandwich! They’re the best!

Worst store ever! The employees are absolutely rude. If you go in or try to order off of Door Dash after 8 pm they will tell you they are closed or cancel your order. I went about a week ago and at 7:30 they told me I couldn't order anything hot because they already turned off the stoves. Last night i ordered off of Door Dash at around 7:45 I received a text saying my food was probably ready. I got there at 7:55 and all the lights were off. I could see the employees in the back looking at me. When I knocked on the door the guy in back flipped me off and started laughing. Right after that I got a text saying my order was canceled by the store. The owner really needs to look into this. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store!

The team at this location is phenomenal! They are always welcoming, maintain a positive attitude, and make the best sandwiches.

For the best fresh sandwiches or wraps, Jimmy John's on Imperial Blvd. in Brea is an excellent choice. I visit regularly and have consistently experienced good service, even during busy lunch hours. The staff is friendly and attentive. They really pay attention to the details of the food orders, and they are very accommodating with personal preferences. For gluten-free you can order their lettuce wrap. The store is clean, the meat, cheeses and vegetables are consistently fresh, the fresh bread is baked every four hours and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and neighborhood-oriented.

Yes, the sandwiches are delicious. And they have a great deal on their bread. I would recommend to anyone who likes the taste of freshness.

Bill the owner and morning crew are the reason I only go to this location. Food is always on point, service is unparalleled, and the overall dine in experience always leaves me laughing and enjoying my meal. As long as these guys are working here, this location with always get my business.

It's just the best sandwich period. Fresh and delicious. Not underground like Subway and definitely way more than a cut above for Jersey. This is the place to go whether your are looking for cold or hot subs they are at the top of the list. You won't be disappointed!!!

Best Jimmy John's I've ever been to! Placed a mobile order and it was ready on time, my order was correct, and it tasted delicious! Not only were the sandwiches actually perfectly put together (as opposed to thrown together like a lot of places do nowadays) but everything tasted fresh and delicious! The store itself was clean and organized. The staff members were friendly and helpful. And the older gentleman here truly makes the store what it is! He's so friendly and inviting. He saw us eat our sandwiches at the tables outside with our dog and came out to offer our pup some turkey. Can't recommend this location enough! Such an unexpected hidden gem here in Brea. The only negative thing I can say is that the fountain water was awful so save yourself the trouble and just buy a drink!

I've been going to Jimmy John's for many years, and my favorite has always been the Turkey Tom! The staff working on October 16 around 2 PM were absolutely extraordinary, super friendly, upbeat, and funny. My sandwich was made so fast I barely had time to sit down! I'll definitely be stopping by again whenever I'm in the area.

The sandwiches were good. What really impressed me about this location was the customer service. The older gentleman provided exceptional service and gave me some recommendations. The location was tidy and inviting. I would go back just for the customer service.

Dear Jimmy John's, why tease us pickle lovers like this? I finally tried the pickle-wrapped veggie sandwich with pickle chips, and it was everything, crunchy, tangy, salty, refreshing, and totally addictive. But why is it seasonal?! This needs to be a permanent menu item because one season of pickle joy just isn't enough. Until then, I'll be patiently (okay, impatiently) waiting for its return.

They didn't have any picklewitches but they promised me next time I came in they would save some for me. The workers so kind, they made sure we had the best experience trying the food. They also gave us free deserts and all around a great group of people to be around. Will come again!

Loved loved loved their sandwiches- my first time today! I was honestly not feeling sandwiches today but my bf wanted to grab a quick meal after our workout. and after that meal im so happy we went. We ordered a #9 italian night club (10/10) and #12 beach club (10/10). Added onions cucumbers and tomatoes on each and got a side of peppers which were really good too. They also have really nice seating and the place itself is really clean! Bill & Carson were the mvps of our visit. Bill was so kind and helped make suggestions while Carson whipped out our sandwiches in literally seconds after we ordered. I can tell they prioritize keeping the place looking really clean and make sure you're comfortable as customers!

Here we are, back yet again. Our experience went a little like this... It's a Monday afternoon around 2pm. We were greeted by a nice man. we're thinking it might have been THE jimmy. I forgot to ask for him name though. We were also helped by Carson, so you need to give him a raise. He remembered us as the Yelp reviewers. Looks like the guy has great memory (which is a good quality for food service). We were pleased with the service and the speed. It also says free smells in front, and that was very true We sure ate them Johns quick.

ohh jimmy johns you have changed for the worse. girl making my food didnt wash her hands or change her gloves. when you touch everything thats not too sanitary. dont fast food places have cleanliness measures in place? also 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips was $25. are u freaking kidding me?? deffinitely not worth that. they also put many spicy peppers in my sandwich. why?! wtf?! i didnt ask for it. really upsetting. please change gloves young workers! youve gone down hill jimmy johns!!

I usually don't leave reviews but this Jimmy John's is my favorite location. The sandwiches are always superb and even the "yesterday's" bread is amazing. But what really stands out is the customer service! I drive 30 min just to come to this location. Highly recommend!

First time ever coming to jimmy johns and this location was awesome. Great energy from Bill, Rene, and the whole team! They knew we came for the viral Pickle-witch, I got the Vito and my husband got the turkey. We both thought they were so good, not shy on the protein! Everyone in the shop was all happy discussing the new picklewitch and it was nice to see bill interact with everyone in there. 10/10 would go back here!

I live 1 mile from this location. Yet they won't deliver because I'm outside of the radius. I call to ask what that radius is. They can't answer and offer me a manager. After 8 min on hold the manager is "too busy". This is the LAST time I eat and spend money at jimmy Johns. Jersey Mikes just earned a customer for the long run. Garbage service. Inept employees.

I checked the internet for opening hour and it said 10am. As I drove by, the OPEN sign was lit up! I immediately turned around and drove up to the store. Sure enough the door was unlocked and I went in, this was at 9:35am. The owner greeted me and said "we're always open"! Made my day! Awesome guy and a great store. Headed home to chow down on my Gargantuan! Thanks!!

Yoooo I finally tried the pickle sandwich !!! And let me tell you ! As I was eating it I walked right back to the register and ordered ANOTHER one ! It was soooo good and juicy ! They also gave a side of pickle ranch omg !! I ate it with jalipeno chips! Gulped it with blue Powerade ! The service was amazing the moment u walked in! Everything about this place was a 10/10!! I wish I didn't live so far I'd be here EVERYDAY!! Oh and fyi I don't even like pickles like that but this pickle sandwich was a WIN!!! Perfect !!!

Owner is an absolute asshole. I showed him my mobile order and it he said he didn't receive it . I showed him the confirmation on My phone and he refused to help me. Ignored me and continued to help people behind me. I asked him what I can do and he ignored me. So rude. He said call your bank they'll figure it out. Never again. Do not come here for crappy service.

I was driving home from work and craving a sub sandwich. I've heard about JJ's from its advertising and finally decided to check them out. What I was surprised to find was of how they hit it out of the park to make up a box normally used for catering services. The food itself was great. I love the ambiance. Can't wait to go back!
