Jimmy Johns you can’t go wrong with their french bread… it’s so delicious and it has the perfect texture not too soft and not too hard… I like their cookies and brownies are on point! The potato salad is very delicious too! Bring back Alfalfa sprouts and dill spread are my biggest suggestion for this region of Jimmy Johns…

By far, the worst JJ sandwich to date. Stale bread, old provolone, and the driest sandwich possible even though it was ordered with EXTRA sauce. For $10 a sandwich JJ, this was Subway quality at best 👎 It was fast, that's about the best I can say

Moving on to a different sub shop like Firehouse because it tastes better. Also they screwed my in-person take-out order up and couldn't refund even when I went back in person the next day. Gave my contact information for a manager to get back to me and have been patiently waiting for a call back for weeks. Taking my business elsewhere...... It's been a long joyful relationship Jimmy...so long ...

Ordered last night for delivery. After an hour an 20 mins, two phone calls, LOTS of attitude from whomever answered the phone (1 driver and 9 orders, was the excuse). So much for freaky good freaky fast. Did I mention LOTS of attitude from the phone answer dude? Firehouse is it from here on out

I had. A problem in the past..but I tried again and it was amazing..whoever did my sandwich I wish I can personally tip them..good job guys

Awesome little spot, kinda out of place, but we have no complaints about it. Food prepared exceptionally fast with fresh products. The workers there cool and down to earth. Ill definitely go back there when in the area and craving the jimmy.

I stopped in here after a long day at the VA hospital (11/4/2021, approx 3:50pm) to order my normal #12 Beach Club with bacon combo, no chips, full pickle....I have previously NEVER had a bad experience at any other Jimmy John's, but had never visited this location before... well, this one was atrocious. 1st- my bread was very stale and so hard I could barely bite through it....and I have 6 dental implants in my mouth, it shouldn't be that hard. 2- so glad my paper got the avocado spread...because my sandwich didn't get ANY of it... literally, all the spread was on the outside of my bread, from top to bottom, and not a single bit of that green goop was inside where it should have been...go ahead, look at the picture... 3-the bacon....I understand that the meat is cold, but my bacon was LITERALLY still ice cold, with little frosty bits on it, like it had just been defrosted. No idea if that is the case, but I get this sandwich all the time, and have never had ice cold bacon on my sandwich. 4-the pickle...this one might seem petty, but hey....I substitute the chips for a full size pickle, and it wasn't even cut in half....so I'm trying to drive 90 mins home, eating this huge dill pickle in my hand....GTFOH.... 5- everything on my sandwich was falling out the side. Should just call yourself Subway, and do away with the pretense. Overall, waste of money, utterly disgusting; and 3 hours later was actually sick to my stomach 🤢 . Great Job!

I have been going there getting the same sandwich for the past two years. One day on a friday they were busy and messed my order up called and expressed myself, the old sorry but not sorry was given. Tried the following Friday again messed up this time it was worse. I feel like they gave me the finger...will not be ordering nomore

7/10 times I order from y'all my order is messed up. I usually just call back and they fix my order or I'll have to wait until I get off work then I forget. I've never complained before I throw it away. But today just hit a nerve I'm at home sick finally got someone to pick my sandwich up had to wait an extra hour before I got it and it was wrong. I order the same thing veggie no lettuce, no tomatoes, extra sauce, extra oregano, extra mayo, no avocado, easy on onions easy peppers. I'm so upset right now I can explode explode explode jimmy John's on Benton in Iowa city sham on y'all

I would rate this place a 0 star if I could. Ive used the on-line ordering many times and the orders are always late, never freaky fast. I called the store today to question timing of an order. The person who picked up the phone gave me lip service and I was hung up on. When the driver arrived, I gave him feedback about the tardiness of the food, boy was he irate and told me not to order from Jimmy Johns anymore. You don't have to tell me twice. Bye Jimmy Johns

Probably the best sandwich I've had from a Jimmy John's came from this location tonight. My sandwich was loaded with toppings and very fresh. Friendly group of college guys working. Got in and out quickly. Restaurant itself appeared to be clean if you want to dine in. Parking lot only has one way in and out, so be cautious.

I usually order Jimmy Johns because they advertise "freaky fast" delivery. Typically, it takes about 10-15 minutes from the time I place my order on the app until the time it arrives at my door. The last few times I've ordered from this particular location, it has taken well over 45 minutes to receive my order when this location is only a 3 minute drive from my house. To me this really takes away the appeal of ordering delivery when it would be quicker and cheaper to just go pick it up by myself. This is also more so an issue with the app than this store, but the last time I ordered my order was also missing items that had been charged and there is no "contact us" option to send a message within the app either; poor UX design when this option is fairly easy to find/available on the website. Why not just add it to the app as well? Overall, it's still a Jimmy Johns and I still like their sandwiches. I've never had an issue with the quality of the product at this one and every time I've gone in the workers have been suuuuper nice and well... "freaky fast." If you're ordering for delivery, just be aware of the times!

During this time, we are not allowing home made snacks or treats brought into our building but we wanted to do something to brighten the mood up. So, we thought we could bring in Jimmy Jack's for everyone. I placed 14 separate orders online-for sandwiches, chips, cookie or pickle (no drinks), and asked Jimmy John's to essentially pack everyone's lunch--with our employee names on each bag. The order was ready on-time, all packed into one large bag and everyone's packed lunch was perfect. Thanks for such great service and yummy sandwiches!

The other I came into jimmy johns and they were quite busy and so I asked one of the boys how long it would be till my sandwich is ready and he told me to have patience or get the fuck out of there. Great food and people besides this man.

:-) Ahh what can I say? I ordered the #8 Billy club giant sandwich. Come with roast beef,smoked ham, provolone cheese, Dijon mustard, lettuce tomato and mayo. All of this on a french roll. Perfect! OK I have to admit that I was hungry but it still hit the spot! The commercial didn't exaggerate about making the sandwich fast. The sandwich was done before I could grab a bag of chips! Yeah... I will be back. Oh....they need to have a sign warning about the peanut oil in the chips. I have a daughter who has an anaphylaxis allergy to peanuts. Other than that, great place to eat!

I ordered two unwiches to be made ready an hour later. It was pretty evident that they had been made and then sat out for an hour. Both me and my friend stopped eating in the middle because it just tasted wrong. We now both are sick with what I presume is food poisoning. It's not the stores fault for the quality of lettuce they are given but they should at least inspect it since ours was half brown.

Jimmy Johns is a national chain the advertises "Freaky-Fast Delivery". I went in to get my sandwich so the point is moot. Store was not busy on a Saturday night so service was immediate. Ordered two sandwiches to go, less than ten bucks, and was out of there in five minutes. Sandwich fixings were good but the bread was dry and hard. Usually the bread is pretty good so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was an oversight. Store was quite clean and sparkly. This Jimmy Johns location will provide you with an average experience.

Got kinda hungry around 12 or so one day and decided to order a sandwich for delivery from Jimmy John's. Took the driver OVER 17 hours to finally arrive!! I only live half a block away guy!! When he finally does get here, the second I opened the door this guy is taking a dump right in front of my door!! One time I saw one of their drivers drive straight into a nursing home with his monster truck and someone told me that they cook their chips in oil made of kitten and baby seal tears. I heard someone that works there was involved in the Kennedy assassination. Went down to talk to the manager about these things and guess what's the first thing he does?... punches me square in the throat, kicks some old ladies dog across the room then starts running naked down the street. I don't know what it's like to run a business so I can't really judge I guess, but that seemed a little unprofessional. These minor inconveniences aside.....they make one hell of a fine sandwich! Keep up the good work guys!

They have never gotten an instruction right. I ask for double of something they always give me the opposite. I got two subs, asked for mayo packets on both, they gave me three packets. So i guess I should split the third packet? My delivery area HAS to just fall into the worst locations delivery area. I have been to the others, and they are always nice, accurate, and generous.
