Their food is tasty and fresh, and relatively healthy for fast food. However, if you get delivery it's extremely hit or miss whether you get an actual JJ driver or an Uber driver.
I have had nothing but good experiences with JJ drivers, but the Uber drivers deliver my sandwiches late, they often have difficulty locating me, and they chuck your food in a random location. This happens whether I'm ordering at home or on campus. The busier they are, the more likely you are to get an Uber driver.
If you're eating in or carrying out though, I've always had good service. This is the best method to get JJ in my experience.
