Alyx greeted my husband and I with a smile. And I asked a very important question (to a pregnant woman) I asked about a specific sandwich and asked if he could heat the meat up as I had been craving it for a while now. He went above and beyond to make this happen for me. I did hesitate to have him make it as I didn’t want to cause any trouble if it would be an inconvenience for him and the staff. He insisted that he had a way of figuring it out. With a smile he assured me it was no problem at all. I know it’s a simple question but for us pregnant women who can’t have cold lunch meat for health reasons. This made my day. Thank you Alyx we will definitely be coming back to this spot

So I really enjoy Jimmy John's when my order is made correctly but on more than one occasion my sandwich has been missing things that I didn't ask to be removed from it.

Jimmy Johns way, Straight to the point. This sandwich shop dishes out food fast, like freaky fast. Orders like mine a roast beef to be specific, #14 (Roast Beef /w Turkey). Grab some chips and your out. New choices on bread is a plus! Right off the light raid on central. Park Central development is continuing to change the look of the area and Jimmy Johns is right in the middle.

I stopped by twice last week last time was on Saturday afternoon. Employees were very friendly and helpful the girl who made our sandwiches was very polite and clean had a mask on and changed her cloves before making the sandwiches. Food was very fresh and delicious. Prices are ok. Good experience overall and I'm most definitely going back there.

Have had delivery from this location—incredibly swift. Went to order lunch another day and before I even went to the counter to pay, my order was ready. Jimmy John’s fast, but I think this location has been the fastest! Thank you!

I can’t rate the food bc I didn’t order. The location was absolutely empty at 4:10pm on 10/14/24…I walked in to 3 employees doing separate things. I was told to hold on stood there waiting, no other food being prepared while one employee with very long hair handled the food he was prepping with no gloves. I’d say I waited at least 5 minutes. One employee asked him to “do him a favor and take her order” to which he said “gimme a sec”…this was 5 minutes in. When he finally walked to the register he didn’t acknowledge the wait or anything…just “what can I get you” …ummm absolutely nothing. Jimmy, is everybody alright bc what??? Since when is this the experience at Jimmy John’s? 🤣🤣 I’ve been to jimmy John’s while it was actually busy and happily waited bc it was very obvious that the employees were working towards a common goal for the customer. Please help this location. 🥹

Unfortunately, I chose to make a pick-up order at this location for a late lunch today. Not only did I wait in-store for over 20 minutes—effectively wasting half of my lunch break—but a couple of the staff members were also curt, rude, and disrespectful towards me for no apparent reason. Before my current job, I worked as a shift lead in casual fast food for years, i.e. I KNOW that this situation was handled very poorly from the start. I will not be ordering from this location again and I will advise my coworkers to do the same. Total waste of my time and the staff left a very bad taste in my mouth. Really unfortunate. Try Jersey Mike’s or Sprouts instead.

They're friendly and fast. I always leave with a smile. They'd get 5 stars if the made sure the whole sandwich was a turkey sandwich instead of 1/4 vegetarian.
