Jimmy John's

Generally a nice, clean place. I've ordered many times from here without much issue. Until today. Messed up my "4 slim 1's" order by giving me all turkey slims. For a turkey sandwich, it's OK, but extremely disappointed once I discovered the error. I decided to give them another shot, and they knocked it out the park. Good service and delicious food.

I should have known better 😔 this is the 4th and last time i will go to this Jimmy John’s. The customer service is horrible. Every time I have come to this place the workers all look miserable and have terrible attitudes. As I was waiting in line the gentlemen in front of me was politely asking the lady to change out his unripe yellow tomatoes with ripe ones and was being treated as if he asked her to jump off a cliff 🙄 he kept apologizing for the inconvenience to which the employee just kept rolling her eyes and aggressively took the tomato’s off and started slapping on new tomato’s. Then I get my Beach Club Unwich and unopened it to eat and the lettuce is all broken up in pieces. This is not what an Unwich is supposed to look like. This is ridiculous and laziness. If you’re craving Jimmy John’s I suggest you go to the next town over and skip this one.

I went in to this Jimmy Johns location the other day, and before ordering, I was waiting for the bathroom to open up. One of the “store owners” came out without washing his hands. Afterwords, I was waiting in line to order when I saw that same owner touch the bread with NO gloves on. I was repulsed by that and left without ordering. If the owner himself can’t practice cleanliness then i don't even want to know what goes on when customers are not present. Needless to say, I will not be going back to that location.

Such a great sandwich shop! I absolutely love that they offer low carb options. My favorite is the BEACH CLUB unwich!! It has turkey breast, provolone cheese and avocado spread wrapped in a lettuce wrap!! The ingredients are fresh and amazing. The staff is friendly and never make you feel rushed to order.

After the worker seeming mad we even came in when he got done taking our order and we went to get our chips and he told the other worker to lock the door. On top of that they could barely unlock it. It’s not worth it. We got 3 sandwiches 3 bags of chips and three drink and it was $60 which is wayyyyyyy to much for something that ain’t even worth one dollar.

The kids that work there need to practice being more sanitary. I don’t want to walk in with one of the workers holding a broom with the dirty side up right next to food. They need to wash their hands before putting gloves on. They don’t put your sandwiches in bags, and the place they are making sandwiches looks dirty overall

This is one of the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. I eat Jimmy John’s five days a week. Me and my wife decided to eat it on Sunday at this location. This is the first time at this location. The employees did not care about nothing. Told them about the ice machine not having no ice and they just laughed and said we’re waiting on the driver to come back. The place was very dirty. The front door looks like it has not been cleaned in two years keep in mind this is the first time I’ve visited this place. Sweet tea had a very bitter taste to it like the tea urn has not been clean. I will not revisit this location. They need to take notes from other Jimmy John’s……….. update I revisited this location today. At 3:54 PM Thursday. Not sure who the guy was but he was very professional and very nice. The service was very quick and the sweet tea taste very good. The store was very clean except for one table. Very pleased I will be back.

Clean nice atmosphere. Rock 'n' Roll music. Great sandwich. Total $13.27 REG combo. Bought a Turkey Regular Combo for $10.79 + $1.50 cheese = $12.29 + 0.98 = $13.27 total (exactly from the receipt). The sandwich was okay, I wish I would have asked for my usual ingredients, but they didn't ask me for what I'd like on it and just assumed. The sandwich would have been great if I asked for no mayo add oil and vinegar, but I didn't think about it. The air conditioning is nice, rock and roll music playing in the background just perfectly. It was a nice enjoyable sitting while eating the sandwich. I will definitely come back here to eat. I didn't have to wait at all. The only bad thing is the Google Pay didn't work, and the air swipe of credit cards didn't work. I had to insert chip to make the payment work.

Chain gang I love the consistency of Jimmy John's. Always super fast and friendly service with great subs. Sometimes I go for that lettuce wrapped un-wich but often ya just gotta suck it up for that so soft bread. For me I go for the roast beef. Add some horseradish mayo and cheddar and it's the bomb.

Avoid this place: Came in with about 14 people in the group around 7. We Get told that the only bread they have is what's available and if they run out, then they're out. Three people working and I'd say over half the orders were wrong. Missing condiments, condiments added that weren't supposed to. Personally my sandwich was very lacking. The flavor wanted to be there but it just wasn't "it". One in the group placed a mobile order and it was wrong. The place is clean which is a plus but this is by far the worst JJ experience I've ever had. Another family of four came in and they got their order wrong so they took it to the front. The guy working the cash register was RUDE to this older woman as she explained what's wrong. He acted disinterested, unapologetic and just his whole demeanor was piss poor. I'll go to a Jimmy John's again but it won't be this place.

I asked for my meal to be bagged, as it was to go, and the employee just stared at me and pointed at the bag BEHIND the counter so I could bag it myself. Honestly the blatant lack of customer service and disrespect made me mad. The girl had black hair and may have worn glasses, can't remember. Hopefully it gets resolved.

The reason why I am leaving a three star on this Jimmy John's is simple the staff is a hit and mess either they are not listening or just don't care I have to repeat what I want to order and the employees are like wait what you want to order so I have to repeat what I want to them or they don't understand how I am wanting fix on a sub their like I don't know what you mean I reply with this is how your manager told me to tell you guys and ladies how I am wanting to fix. Inside this location is always clean which is good and nice to see. Plenty of seating inside and with plenty to choose where to sit. They offer soft drinks and tea to drink and chips as well. This location is easy to get to with plenty of parking places to park.

Just moved here from NOLA, and i'm dissapoint ed in my first JJs interaction. The person working wasn't rude, but definitely wasn't happy to have someone walk in. The bathroom had trash on the ground and no paper towels. There was a huge puddle in the middle of the floor.

Ordered a family's worth of sandwiches. Because we were too far for delivery, we opted for pickup. 20 min each way. Got home, and one sandwich was missing. Called to get them to make it right, which consisted of us going back to the store for a $3.99 sandwich. Wouldn't deliver it because it was too far. Or, they would charge my cc again except the one sandwich them refund my original order. 5-7 days to process the refund. Bottom line, not their problem. Admitted they didn't recall making that sandwich. PPS. Bottom line #2, check the accuracy of your order at this store.

Talk about one of the best sandwiches around and they're so freaky fast you can come by and get them on your lunch break and be in and out in a jiffy.

They were the nicest people. I was very grateful for them helping me out. I made an order and I'm not from the area so I had to find them and I didn't realize they closed in just a few minutes. They were already closed but they were waiting on me. They weren't angry they were sweet and had a smile and they just seemed grateful... first impressions are everything and they just made the best impression on me. Tried to order a giant gargantuan, unwiched. They rang it up as 2 regulars because...? Then charged $0.50 per water lol They got the order wrong and took apart one of the sandwiches in front of me with so much attitude. Never felt nickeled and dimed for lunch before until today.

Ordered a #12, which had so little AVO avocado spread that it couldn't be seen in the folded cheese. When I asked gently if I might have a little more. The cashier, and then the manager said it would cost extra. I left the sandwich there and the manager said they would enter a refund 'later', that would show up on my card in 2-3 days. What kind of a place are you running here. Freaky fast, as long as you take the measly portions of the main ingredients you came here for. I've been thinking of boycotting JimmyJohns due to their owner being a murderous hunter of majestic wild game animals. Now I'm seriously done for good with this horrible company. I said to the manager "You won't see me again here". And she said "Have a nice day, sir". I'm done. This place sucks.

BUYERS BEWARE! I work locally and had my sandwich delivered. I had an online rewards offer for a free little john, ordered chips plus added a small tip. The amount was $5.14. The next day I check my bank account. The transaction came to $55.47!!! Someone helped themselves to a $50 tip. Thank god the online order showed that amount was not what I authorized and someone manually changed the tip amount. I called there corporate office and they confirmed someone entered different tip amount! I called the location on Watson Blvd but the guy on the phone said the Manager just left. I asked the guy and he said his name was "Slick" When I went to the store to get my refund. I asked the employees who in the world is Slick? They thought it was funny. One of the employee replied there was no one with that name "Slick" here. They all had suspicious looks in there face. I demanded my refund and let them know they have a bunch of crooks in this establishment. I have already forewarned my place of employment not to order from this shady place!! The mystery about this place they don't want to release management names or the franchise owners. Shady @&* place!!! EVEN CORPORATE DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME THE FRANCHISE OWNERS NAME! This is why Warner Robins can't keep business up because of the slick employees working at Jimmy John's. Unless you want to get robbed from your money don't eat here.

Just don't go here, trust me. They don't have time to pay attention to you. Even with an empty store, they're too busy talking on their cellphones and get mad at you for screwing up your order. Never again for me..

Been in this particular one many times before, I get a sandwich then go next door to Just Tap'd and eat in there and have a beer. This time in Jimmy John's there were three women working, each had long multi-colored dreds and not one of them had a hair net on. I know it's just a sandwich shop, but hell I don't want a hair in my sandwich even if it is a fake weave of whatever. But I want be ordering again if those are the ones making the sandwiches again.

My first time ever eating at Jimmy Johns. Not the best place to go. I would rather go to Subway or Firehouse subs. The staff was so unfriendly and not helpful at all.

I love JJ subs, quick to make and tastes great. Always fresh. This new location is besides Lazy Dog Growler and next to McDonalds across from Kroger on Watson Blvd. Nice location, good parking. I also love the cookies - huge tasty cookies. They have different size sandwiches and light sandwiches. I highly recommend checking them out. I love the Lulu #16 - turkey with bacon. Hubby decided on #8 - roast beef, ham, and bacon.

Love this place. Such a great restaurant to get a sub. And they deliver! Any place that delivers is a ok with me. Haha. All of their subs are amazing. Their pickles are good and they have their own brand of chips, which are also great. Definitely worth a try if you love subs.

I come here all the time and I love them. They're super fast and accurate. Unfortunately, we came by 10 minutes before close the other night and they had already locked the door. We were going to be in and out. I work in a restaurant and we definitely do not do this. We close when we close, not 10 minutes early.

OMG! Great subs and excellent restaurant environment. Place was exceptionally clean and the staff was quick and courteous. I think I have found my new favorite sandwich place.

I have eaten at Jimmy John's twice now. I ordered a Giant Sub with a Large Drink and Chips and it cost me over $20.00. When they told me the price I was shell shocked and it will be my last time eating at one of their locations unfortunately. The flavor is ok, but to me Subway and Jersey Mikes is better (However Jersey Mikes is rather pricey too, but flavor is better). I can think of dozens of other things I would have much rather ate for $20 than a sandwich. Whomever is deciding the prices on these "Premium" sub restaurants needs to reassess things. Their margins must be awesome. I will give them a couple good remarks though. One is they are fast in terms of making the sandwich, but can be too fast as they were making my sandwich before I told them what I wanted on it and had to removing some items. The fountain drink was good too and appreciate the fact they had Cherry Coke which is one of my favorite sodas. I would have felt much better if my bill would have been between $13 to $14 for what I got so for management and ownership, I highly recommend you considering addressing pricing so you can increase the amount of customers. This pricing structure I'm sure works in some areas, but I have doubts for many of your locations that have numerous options like this location and other have.

I love this place! I'm so pleased with the option to get my sub on a lettuce wrap. Love the turkey club, pickles are yummy, their chips are good, just a super tasty simple menu and this location so far seems to be doing everything right.

I love this place. They are fast and the food is inexpensive. They used to have the music playing so loud I avoided coming here, but I guess the manager took the volume control away from them. I highly recommend this place!

They have the most Awsome subs. My favorite club is the Beach club it is so refreshing and good with the avocado spread and cucumbers. I love it!

Freakishly small delivery radius (1 1/2 miles) love their sandwiches but was told 2 miles away was to far for delivery.

Tried it today but honestly how can you call yourself a gourmet sandwich and offer only one cheese? I mean it was fine for a standard cold sandwich that I could have easily gotten at subway. The bbq chips were the best part of the meal those I would buy again

Beach Club is the way to go! So good! Made with fresh ingredients every time and definitely worth the wait if they're crowded.

Just got delivery and they forgot my drink. The delivery guy had to run back and get my drink in the mean time I called to just be refunded for the drink and manager said I couldn't because I paid debit. Offered me a free pickle.... Lol freaky fast but quite obviously forgetful also

This was my first and worse experience with Jimmy John. I ordered my food at 5:30 to be delivered and 6:45 goes by and no food. I have never had that experience with Jimmy John. Today is 03/29/2017 and the afternoon or evening crew is terrible. The manager did not try to explain what the problem was. I advise anyone not to order at Jimmy after 2 night shift is horrible.

I eat at this restaurant 1-2 times a month for the last three years. I really enjoy the food but the service attitude has turned very poor. Not sure what has happen but every time I have gone recently I get a very condescending tone to most of the workers I talk to... But the food is good

Great place to eat. Food was awesome but staff was even better! The staff was so alive and friendly!!! My son wanted mustard but really didn't want to ask and the sandwich maker came to our table to squirt mustard on his sandwich and joked with him a bit. Really made my son feel special.
