We can't say enough great things about this wonderful place. We're in town for a month attending school and try to swing by almost daily. The ice cream is out of this world at yesteryear prices. But what really makes this gem shine is the outstanding customer service and friendly smiles that instantly make you feel like family. They've definitely made us lifelong fans and friends.

Prices in this establishment is outrageous for soft serve ice cream in tiny cups. Soft serve ice cream isn't real ice cream. Want great ice cream for under $5.00? Go buy Ben & Jerrys tons of flavors its cheaper than ice cream shops, taste better too. Back in the 90s soft serve ice cream was 50 cents a cone not $7. I definitely won't be back.

The ice cream was fine. The staff wasn't exactly friendly at all. It was the only place to get ice cream for miles. Next time I'll go those miles.

What a great find! Jim's is a small ice cream shop that sells MASSIVE cones! I got a extra small cherry dipped cone for just $1.50! The interior is cute and electric with a walk up window to order. There's several different choices of soft serve and dips (including red velvet ice cream, which I'll have to try next time)! Note: No indoor seating, but a few benches just outside!

Best ice cream and best service! Been going here for like 16+ years now and it's still my favorite stop when I'm in town! They aren't lying when they say they're the biggest cones in town!

Yummy! I got an Oreo avalanche (their version of the DQ Blizzard). The small was still quite large. It had lots of Oreos and a great amount of ice cream. The staff was friendly. We would gladly stop by here again for an ice cream treat!

Best ice cream shop in town! Staff are very very friendly, and the ice cream looks super cute and taste bomb! I think the different collectibles they have in there for sale is a unique touch I think the the only change I would recommend would be to remove the shelf and only have the glass cases. 5 star treasure to our town

Great place and close to my home. Would have been 5 stars, but the sizes are very inconsistent. Sometimes I can order a small sundae and it will be a really great size, other times it will literally be about 5 bites. Everything tastes wonderful though!

This is the quintessential small-town soft serve ice cream shop. My husband grew up in this area and he said this place hasn't changed in 20 years. I got the vanilla soft serve and I could taste the fresh butter in it - nothing like I could find in LA. Hubby got the chocolate malt and he said it was the best malt he's ever had. It was thick and malty with just the right amount of chocolate - just the way it's supposed to be. It was cheap, too - both our treats cost $3.75. Cash or check only!

Ice cream was good for the price. Yelp states they are open until 6pm but sign on the door said 9pm.

Fun place for soft serve ice cream . We enjoyed the ice cream cones dipped in fun coatings. The unicorn sundae was lackluster so we won't get that again. The ambiance was pretty unique. It was fun watching all the locals come through. It was always busy. Service could be friendlier.
