Ordered in store boneless spareribs, clarified several times BONELESS.got home it was bone in spare ribs. called up Jin Jin they asked me to come in for correct order. Did so. got home and we were given house special lo mein. they called me to return to store and correct order will be given. I refused, at this point they were making a fool of me. Fortunately I did check the lo mein, it had shrimp in it. My one family member has anaphylaxis to shrimp.that would have been an interesting lawsuit

Ordered from them, food never arrived, and then they hung up on me four times when I was just trying to find out if the order even left the resident. Whoever answered the phone claimed they didn't even work at the restaurant, just took orders.

Cost is pricy but it's the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. The garlic sauce is amazing! My husband loves the veg egg foo young and I love the shrimp or chicken in garlic sauce. We ordered from here while serving guests at our home and they also said how good the food tasted. I would recommend.

I had contact delivery ... ordered 50 dollars worth of food did a 20 percent tip .... sweet and sour chicken was one of the orders and they left out the sweet and sour sauce ... okkkk no big deal called back and said they would send a driver back out ... 45 min later ... no driver .... call back and said ok I just want the sweet and sour chicken refunded ... manager says I need you to return the meal to me for the refund ..... so now I need to drive my delivery order to you that was placed 3 hours prior ... needless to say not only did they lack in customer service ... they lacked in food as well .. hard to be able to tell what sweet and sour chicken tastes like without sweet and sour sauce Ps delivery driver showed up 30 min after 3rd call ... bangs on door and drops it in-between screen and main door... if I could give 0 stars I would

Oooh...it's not good. I got scallion pancakes which were like crispy tortilla chips. The egg roll and spring roll were super greasy with very little filling. Sesame chicken was very sweet. Wouldn't order again.

Pre-paid take-out orders are laid out on a tables in the middle of the emptied space. No human interaction. ORDERING: Placed order online. Easy to complete the order. Came to find out that the prices on the website did not match what they were charging in store. 'Natch, the higher prices were "correct." FULFILLMENT: Order ready when promised. Order filled incorrectly. Items missing. Required a repeat visit to correct. FOOD: Average, at best. No better than any fast food storefront restaurant. Some items, clearly pre-packaged and store-bought. OVERALL IMPRESSION: Not good. Much better options in the area. I will exclusively use the Mandarin Group's locations for all future Chinese/Sushi meals.

I'm not sure if there are new owners like some previous reviews mention because we only order delivery, but quality is suffering. Every time we order from here, it's slightly worse than the last time. Or more average? Anyway, it's now just your typical SJ Chinese food. And that bar is pretty freaking low. The only reason I would order here again is because they deliver & you can order online without having to speak to a person for those seriously introverted days.

I asked them to have my beef lo mein done with no vegetables and they followed my instructions for both times that I placed an order. The proportions were very generous and I would definitely order from this restaurant again.

Ordered our food at 8:02pm with an expected delivery time of 8:45pm. It is now 9:11pm and our food is still not here. I called the restaurant to see if the delivery guy left or if he was okay and the lady who picked up said, "yea, he left already, but you live too far so it's going to take longer." We live 3.7 miles away, lol. We won't be ordering from them anymore.

Just moved to the area and my wife and I were craving some Chinese food and this place was recommended by a friend. Ordered some food through Grubhub and immediately thought it was overpriced but I had a promo code so figured whatever. Got our food and snagged a take out menu on the way out. When I got home, I compared our order with the take out menu and immediately noticed that everything was higher priced on Grubhub and I paid about $7 more than I would've ordering through the restaurant directly. I don't know if that is the restaurants fault or Grubhub's but definitely disappointed in the inconsistency of pricing. The food was mediocre and bland. Crab Rangoon barely had any stuffing. Nothing was the correct color or texture including the rice and lo mein. Will not be ordering from again.

I order from heee because it's in the plaza where I work. But this is ridiculous amounts of oil. They use too much oil in everything. It's gross.

Today I was battling a cold and wanted Wonton soup and shrimp pad Thai. (With hopes of having some lunch left overs for dinner.) I ordered using Grub Hub and the delivery took over an hour and a half so that was quite disappointing. They gave me 2 free cans of ginger ale for my trouble. Ok now the food. The soup was good albeit luke warm and the Pad Thai (I usually am against getting Thai from a place that does Chinese and Thai) however it was quite tasty...but it had onions! I've been told previously by the staff at a different reputable Thai restaurant that Pad Thai is NOT supposed to have onions. This had tons. I'm surprised they got the general taste so spot on but didn't know Not to use onions. This is the best for Asian in this area so I would give them another chance but I had to review based on onion-gate.

We had beef with broccoli which was good very nice broccoli but kinda sweet sauce, shu mai which were exactly the same as the ones you can buy frozen at TJ pas mal but not so wonderful either. Hey just 4.25 - perhaps the company that makes them has a lucrative commercial line besides TJs? We also had tasty fried dumplings but they were kinda doughy. It is the Rivera after all what do ya expect? If it was before 9 we woulda gone to slice next door and likely had a more positive review. Hint hint. When you're in Rome capiche?

How disappointing. The food took over 1.5hr to arrive and was cold. Called the restaurant after waiting an hour, only to be told it was already out for delivery, and still waited over a half hour more before it finally arrived. The "jumbo" fried shrimp was interesting - a small piece of dry, overcooked shrimp in a 2"x4" rectangle of fried batter. The shrimp lo mein and shrimp chow mei fun were flavorless, and the shrimp in the lo mein was mushy. Additionally, ordered four spring rolls, but received three spring rolls and one egg roll.

Ordered delivery from here and it was really good! I got crab Rangoon and general tso chicken with white rice and an egg roll. The crab Rangoon was so good! I haven't had good crab Rangoon in a while. The general tso chicken was perfectly cooked and very filling. The rice and the egg roll were really good as well! Definitely will be ordering from there again!

Sushi was delicious, I always get the maki combo. General tso is good but seems different sometimes.

Amazing! Always come here when I'm home visiting my parents. Highly recommend the panfried dumplings.!

We love this place! Although we have never been out to dine at the actual location, I am lucky enough they deliver to me! We usually always order just sushi and maybe an appetizer and this place does not disappoint ! Everything is so fresh and the rolls are larger than your average sushi place! This is my immediate go to for home delivered sushi! The staff is very friendly from ordering on the phone to delivery! We LOVE JinJin!

Went for lunch today. The lunch specials are off the hook. I shared two dishes with a friend. We got chicken kung po and 2 sushi rolls. The chicken had a good amount of spice with a better than average sauce. Also, they gave the option of having brown rice, which I prefer. Very nice. The sushi was good too. The most amazing part is the chicken came with our choice of soup (the hot & sour was GOOD) for only $5 and the sushi came with a small side salad and a bowl of miso soup for only $7. Yes, we got two solid Asian dishes, 2 bowls of soup and a salad for 12 bucks. Awesome. Beyond that, our server accommodated a large party (the booths tend to only seat 4 but she pushed two booths together for us) and was fast and friendly. Definitely a great and affordable experience.

Chinese food restaurants are just as common as corner stores in southern New Jersey - and this one I go out of my way to order from - they offer Chinese, Japanese (Sushi), and even some Thai dishes. I live in Pitman - which is a good ten minute drive - and they deliver for free. Don't let the location or appearance fool you! This restaurant sits in an "off the beaten path" location near Dollar General & Green Tree tobacco in a small strip mall. It appears to have been a pizza parlor prior to being an Oriental restaurant. The food, service and courtesy is well deserving of a more modern/formal dining room. I'll save the best for last, THE FOOD! I love it! I can't believe the variety of styles that they offer - and the food is absolutely delicious and fresh - their style of cooking most of their dishes is similar but slightly different than many similar restaurants - and I say this because their sauces just taste a bit unique, which is favorable - I can't put my finger on why. Their sushi is amongst the best in the area - the rolls don't fall apart when you pick them up, they're the perfect size, the fish is always fresh and the prices are more than reasonable - I love the place!

About 20 minutes after I placed my order it was cancelled. I called to ask why considering my card was already charged. They were short a driver and my address was too far. She didn't even sound apologetic on the phone. Won't order here again. Btw it's gonna take 5 days for my money to come back into my bank. Fuck this place

I ordered last night for delivery. After waiting almost 20 minutes and i'm very starving. They canceled my order without call and apologize. I don't know the reason that why they canceled my order. :(

Horrendous service and poor quality food. I've ordered from this restaurant before, but I'm done giving them my business. I called to place an order and the woman on the phone answered "what do you want"... nothing from your restaurant, that's for sure. I don't understand why, considering the high competition in this area, you would think they'd try to provide better service. In any case, avoid this place.

This is our new go-to for Chinese delivery. Having moved from a major metropolitan area with many delivery options for Chinese, the options in South Jersey were limited and a bit sub-par in terms of quality. After finding the flyer on our door and seeing that they had cold sesame noodles (one of our favorite dishes) we decided to give Jin Jin a try. We decided to test the place by ordering our standbys; cold sesame noodles, hot and sour soup, family style fried tofu, and crab rangoon. Everything met our expectations and more. The noodles had a Jin Jin twist with slivered peapods and they were a little spicy, a bonus. The crab rangoons seemed house made, fresh, and they were fried to perfection. The dipping sauce for the rangoon was really good too (neither cloyingly sweet nor day-glo pinky-orange). The family style tofu was fried perfectly; it had a good amount of tasty sauce, and it included carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, baby corn, pea pods, and water chestnuts. Jin Jin also has Thai and Japanese options. We didn't try any Thai but we did get the veggie roll combo dinner (which came with a small salad and a small serving of miso soup). Everything looked--and tasted--freshly made. Since Jin Jin has free delivery, we had them bring it to us. On a special note, you can order everything online so you don't feel rushed over the phone. The delivery driver was very nice. We will order from Jin Jin again and again and again!

I have tried to like this place because it is close to my house. However, they always end up getting my order wrong. The sushi is so over priced. Sometimes it is fresh. Sometimes it is old. It's playing roulette, you never know what your gonna get.

Free delivery free delivery read all about it!!! I really enjoyed the sushi and various assortment of Chinese food we tried. The wasabi roll was probably my favorite. I would highly recommend this place. I was even impressed with their honest delivery estimates in the midst of a pretty significant snow storm. If you enjoy Asian cuisine, even in the slightest, you shouldn't miss this place when you're visiting the Rowen University area. I might even suggest if you're in Philadelphia and feel the need to try a cheesesteak at Pat's or Gino's, take a trip out to South Jersey the next day and have dinner with Jin Jin.

This place was disgusting and the worst Asain food I've ever had in my life. Not to mention they had the nerves to be expensive, so I expected it to at least taste good. I ordered from Grub Hub. Needless to say I'm never ordering from here or Grub Hub again.

Although the food is good, on the last 2 occasions, it has taken over and hour and a half for delivery. At one time you could be assured that the order would be delivered swiftly and the food piping hot.

Ewwwww! So we heard the restaurant had good food and we went to try it... As we walked into the very sparse restaurant and stood there without being approached. Finally we walked up to the sushi making station hardly a "sushi bar" and asked if they were still open. We were told... "The menus are right there" pointing to the paper menus on the counter. We sat and waited... And should have walked out! So I went back up to the counter and placed my order. We grabbed some sort drinks from the case... They said it was free. Doon our meal came out... It was fine! Not wow'd but fine. Never checked on. Never asked anything. When paying, up at the counter again, I was given a total but could not get a receipt. I had to ask for the free eggrolls that were printed on the menu... I guess it was deducted and attitude added?!?!? Nope! No going back

Ordered sushi delivery, which was disappointing to say the least! Sushi barely had any fish and was so soggy from all the cucumber!

Most of the food I've had there is great. Today I went and got the pepper steak and onions without peppers. When I got home I saw that for the little amount of beef I had it definately was nit worth 6 dollars and some change. Really disappointed this time.

I ordered the Steak Teriyaki (which comes with miso soup and salad) and not a single aspect of this dinner was satisfactory. The miso soup was extremely salty. The ginger dressing on the green salad did not look, smell or taste anything like the typical ginger dressing does. The steak was EXTREMELY dry. It was cooked well done and then some. I probably could've made this dinner myself and far better. I would not recommend ordering delivery. I was very disappointed.

This place is fantastic you have so many options as they offer Chinese and Japanese menus . Their sesame chicken is great . General Tso is a must- order. The wonton soup is high quality . Best food

I used to really like this place...last night may have been an off night. the sushi as always was delish but the chinese was not. the lo mein didnt have much shrimp but lots of onions which changes the flavor. The boneless ribs were so tough I couldn't chew them and had to throw them out. I hate to waste food.

Recently ordered delivery during the snow storm. They were the only restaurant open which is impressive. Good sushi, but nothing spectacular. Took a while for the delivery but I figure that was due to the snow storm. I will definitely eat here again!

This is our go to Chinese place. There are several places closer, but this is the best in the area we've found.

My fiance and I were having a get together today with some friends, and like always, we struggle to figure out a dinner option. However, one of my friends was using grubhub to help us narrow it down. We found this place and were totally surprised none of us knew about it, so we gave it a shot. You get a TON of food, the coupons are amazing, and the portion sizes are awesome. I highly recommend the Teriyaki Salmon Dinner Box, three of us had it, and we finished everything. The free angry crab Rangoon was top notch, we've all eaten a lot of Chinese, but this was the best we had ever eaten. My only complaints would be that the delivery guy had no idea I had paid online, and looked surprised when I told him so, he just said "okay" and left. He didn't even wait for a tip, he just ran to his car. The other being that the Hot and Sour soup had a strange odor, almost burning plastic-ish. It might have been the container it was in, it was so off-putting that I simply tossed it. Other then that, this place has definitely got five new loyal fans.

I'll tell you right now....if I call and order Chinese food and I'm confident that my order has been taken correctly the food will probably suck. I need that element of surprise with my chicken with garlic sauce...if that's what I'm actually getting. I feel like if my order comes correctly I have conquered a flawed system and earned the right to enjoy my food. I'm a 21st century Hunter/Gatherer at it's finest. Well after that self absorbed and 90% useless monologue here's the skinny and what won't make you skinny. The lady answering the phone is nice, polite and doesn't give me the impression she's spitting in my food. Her english is poor enough to send a surge of "Guess that sauce" through my veins. The food is good (by takeout chinese standards) and the lunch specials are affordable. They also offer a Japanese menu which is basically a couple apps, a teriyaki, and a shiton of roll option. I'm not a fancy "see how much shit we can pack into a roll" guy so I won't be able to comment on the M16 Roll or the Christmas roll. They do some affordable lunch and dinner specials with rolls and sushi. I'm not a huge fan of their miso or salad, but I enjoy the sushi and the fish always taste fresh. So if you're will to roll the dice on a new place give Jin Jin a shot.....

I've been going to Jin Jin so long they have me on a first name basis. Cindy is amazing. If I order a ton with my best friend, which we normally do, we get free crab rangoon, or a 2 liter soda, chicken teriyaki, etc etc. The spicy wonton are boss, the steamed dumplings are delicious, sushi is solid, and oh man that pineapple duck is the stuff dreams are made of. Hell, I just got hungry typing this! Go here. Sample it all. Best Chinese in town!

Not the same owners and the cooks are different I been ordering here for 8 years and all of they want to charge me extra for the same item because they couldn't make a small that day because they are busy are you kidding me ? I have been ordering from Jin Jin from the time there menu landed in my mailbox. I am a connoisseur of fine Chinese food. Ok let's talk real. Very good tasting Chinese food. I know what I like (strike that) Love. I will and have traveled to Chinatown New York for great Chinese food and I have no problem driving to Chinatown Philly for great food aka Imperial Inn . . .can I say that? Anywho if you want very good Chinatown food locally? Try Jin Jin. The food is very good and the sushi is fresh and they have a nice diversified menu to choose from. Another great feature they have is that they will deliver free anything over eight dollars in any kind of weather and in just about any town. You can't beat that now can you? You gotta try Jin Jin for Chinese, Szechuan & Japanese food.

Don't order delivery from here!! I ordered 4 rolls of sushi and it took over an hour for them to deliver the food to my house. The rice and fish aren't of any quality. Very overpriced for the service and quality that you receive.
