Michelin recommended restaurant.
Ordered their signature crab, but it was a bit disappointing. the meat was overcooked and the roe was quite hard. While the oil used for the glutinous rice seemed to be not in good quality, it was too heavy and made my stomach feel very uncomfortable afterward.
On the bright side, the Mullet Roe was unique, leaving a lovely sweetness and a distinct aroma in the mouth. To top it off, they served a huge complimentary bowl of dessert soup with grass jelly, taro balls, beans, and pearls, which was actually delicious and the highlight of the meal.
