Yelp
Was in town and wanted a snack. I like that's there's a little bakery section. I want to try getting lunch there. As for groceries they had a good amount of options and it is a pretty good sized store.

Sophia L.

Yelp
Has mostly comparable prices to Asian Family Market but the meat and produce aren't always the freshest. Pretty small but has most sections -- fish/seafood/meat, produce, kitchenware, pastries, etc. I just come because its a convenient spot. I lost my card here once and went back in to ask if they had found anything. Said no and also didn't do anything about it (wasn't expecting but it would've just been a plus if they had just said something along the lines of calling me back if they were to ever find it). Cashiers are pretty monotonous with their job. Anyhow, I ended up finding it in a pile of potatoes and I was just happy to get it back.

Yelp
Beautiful store! The produce is very well presented and most packaged individually. A tremendous assortment and it all looked fabulous! Rows of soups and soup bases to choose from. Various oils, soy sauces and so many other miscellaneous sauces to choose from and try. The fish and meat section was clean and well displayed. Fresh live crab and tilapia (not my choice of fish though). Plenty of noodle choices, mushrooms and seaweed. It was fun to walk through. They also have a nice little restaurant and bakery. I did purchase some soups and pears that I love. If you are looking to make your own hot pot soup I highly recommend starting here. Enjoy!

Yelp
I have been shop at Jing Jing Asian Market for almost two years. They have great selections of Asian specialty spices & fresh vegetables. I love their food court. It opens during lunch time & serves delicious Chinese food lunch box and party trays. Their Shanghainese style dumplings are my favorite. Both owner & staffs of this market are very helpful & kind. They keep the place clean & well organized.

Charlene L.

Yelp
The market is convenient for me and I can get Asian produce I use. The service is very UNfriendly tho, an occasional smile, thank you or can I help you would be nice.

Izzy T.

Yelp
It is very disappointing how EXCESSIVELY this business use Saran wraps, plastics and styrofoams. They wrap almost ALL their fresh produces in plastics, and isn't styrofoam illegal now? It is a convenient location for me, but I avoid shopping here unless it's urgent for this particular reason. The veggies do look fresh ( though not always and I don't buy the meats there, they just don't smell right.) There are good selections of all other shelf products but they can definitely do better for the environment's sake to use much less plastics for the produce. I made the suggestion to the clerk and her response was, ' there are many working hours being put into wrapping up the vegetables.' It was like I should appreciate it ? Please stop wasting time and money for this unnecessary and very environmental damaging act.

Yelp
Came here yesterday for some fish sauce, this store is HUGE way bigger than it appears on the outside! The guy who worked there was helpful and helped me find it quickly. Agreeing with other reviews it does seem a little more expensive than Uwaji or HMart but for us it's more convenient and we will definitely be returning! They also have homemade pastries that look delicious!

Cola W.

Yelp
Bad service. My 6-year-old daughter needs to use bathroom in an urgent. The staffs made me running back and forth multiple times by pointing to where "restroom key" is supposed to be. In the end, the senior lady yelled and said why don't you take her use the bathroom on the "second floor" where exists from the supermarket, then enters through different build entrance??!!

Min Y.

Yelp
I lived in Factoria area for 3 years, and my husband and I always went there when we took a walk around the Factoria Mall. The price is higher compared to Weee. Meat/veggies are not as fresh as Asian Family Market. But it's convenient. I would still go there if when I run out of soy sauce or green onions.

Sandra L.

Yelp
Okay Asian market in the Factoria Bellevue area. Veggies aren't always fresh looking. They do have whole fishes and seafood for sale. Also have a small area to select fresH meat. Be careful when you shop, some of the canned goods and dried goods are passed their expiration dates. Not necessarily my go to Asian market for groceries. Veggies and fruits tend tO be more expensive than other Asian markets in the area, and the quality is not always good. They also sell woks and Asian cooking accessories

Heather T.

Yelp
I had no idea there was another Asian supermarket until I found this on Google. I thought it would be a small corner shop but this is a great Asian supermarket with lots of selection and inventory. I was able to find items here that I couldn't find at my local grocery stores and other Asian supermarkets. It's definitely a lot larger than I expected and has reasonable prices for their items. Specifically I found that their pork products were very reasonably priced.

Laura X.

Yelp
Warning: things here are not fresh and they do not allow returns. Bought a bag of rice here and when I opened it, some of the rice was BLUE inside. Went back to return it and was rejected; said they don't do returns nowadays.

J S.

Yelp
Pretty mediocre Asian Market. Bigger than your typical mom and pop, smaller than a supermarket. Mediocre produce that is quite high in price. Meat and seafood is reasonably priced. Seafood quality is ok. Meat quality and variety seems lacking. I also found the store a bit confusing to navigate. Also, keep an eye out for expiration dates here.

Bobbie P.

Yelp
Great market. Lots of variety and good quality. It's nicely organized and very clean. There's a lot of sweets. Small produce section and all sorts of interesting items in the frozen foods section.

Jboogie L.

Yelp
Asian supermarket off main street in Factoria. There is a big mall near it (Amazon fresh, Target, Panda Express, Jamba, Old Navy). Selections are limited for bread choices. The vegetable selection is really on the mediocre side.

Yelp
Horrible Customer Service by the tall manager @4:30PM on Sunday, 10/24/2021!! Shop there for years and always spending at least $200+ when there at least 2-3 times a month. I went there on Saturday, 10/23/2021nto pick up additional hotpot stuffs. I saw Lobster Chips. I love Shrimp chips as snack. I have decided to give it a try knowing it is just a chips. We opened it today... The taste was horrible. It had that greasy stale oil taste along with too much moisture got obsorpted into chips. So, I brought it back along with receipt for refund. And want to alert them that particular product needed to be checked. That tall dude manner seemed to boil up and nasty attitude under his breath when I told him what happened. He questioned my intend by pressing the chips and claimed it looked crispy. I told him, we only ate 2 chips and throwed both of them away beacuse of nasty stale taste. He then very unwillingly asked for my credit card to process the refund. He not only didn't apologize for what happened. He stormed away as soon as the refund process was completed. He was rude to me during the process. I guess they don't give a shit about customer services, nor the expired products. I tried to look for expiry date on the package and there was none. Lesson learned on my side. I told them I shopped here for years and this is the first time I encountered stale product. Obviously, the tall dude didnt give a shit about it. Btw, they used to have best veggies. Now, all the begged veggies are filled with water for heavier weight to be sold for higher price? Resulting veggies got rotten within a day!! I still like the store. Just want to point out the horrible dead-fish and yet rude reaction on customer services.

Dee P.

Yelp
This place is okay. It's a lot bigger inside than it looks on the outside. I just feel like there's never enough people working here to ask questions. And even if I did ask any question, I doubt that they'll be able to point me to what I'm looking for. The ladies at the registers seem nice enough. Every time I come here I hope to find something that I would want or need, but it just seems a little overpriced compared to other Asian markets I go to. I've yet to buy meat here, they seem to have a very big selection, not to mention diverse .

Daniel E.

Yelp
Their boxed lunches are amazing! Definitely going to make this a regular lunch stop. The rest of the store is very large and looks to have a lot of options you can only find at a specialty grocery store like this.

Ms. A.

Yelp
I've been to this market several times and they have good selection of asian groceries. I usually go to their cafe section to grab something to eat for my lunch. Their wonton soup is not delicious. I'm not sure how they are making their soup broth but it's super light like salt and water. Also...It's overpriced and I wouldn't pay $9-$10 for their wonton soup. Last time I visited there, I had their chicken and vegetable over rice. I got super sick after I went back to work and I literally vomited everything at office bathroom. Their chicken wasn't completely cooked and I got sooo sick.. I love this market but I don't think I come back here again anytime soon.

Rachel O.

Yelp
They don't do returns!! Everything you got from there is final, even the stuff is moldy. I will never go shopping there.

Candace F.

Yelp
Smaller grocery store in Factoria with a small parking lot. When you are lacking ingredient or a sauce and the drive to Seattle is just too far then this is the place to shop. Prices are definitely higher than International District. This is definitely a Chinese grocery store with weird herbally, dried fish smell. The front of the store has shelves are filled with all the Chinese ingredients you can imagine, dried bean curd, oyster sauces, noodles, canned mushrooms, dried mushrooms, the list goes on. The back of the store permeates with the smell of ammonia, fish, leading to another room with freezers filled with frozen seafood fish balls and other indistinguishable foods. I have never ventured too far within the area. Another room to the side looks to once serve hot foods but has been abandoned to haphazard empty shelves as if deciding what to do next. Jing Jing is okay however not somewhere I will go out of my way to shop even when in the area.

Thao N.

Yelp
Parking lot definitely gets a little crazy when it's busy, it's kind of hard to turn out of this corner location. Jing Jing is what we needed in Factoria when Downtown Bellevue is too far to go to for H-Mart or Uwjamaya, where else are you going to get soy sauce, Asian brand ramen, or tofu? There's a bakery within this location that sells goodies and drinks. They accepts credit cards here at Jing Jing. Vegetable sections could have a little bit more variety. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)

Yelp
They're old school Asian market with lots of stuff that I haven't seen in years...too bad I don't live closer...The place has lots of Taiwanese and Chinese groceries....here in Atlanta we have a big Korean population so most of the "Asian" groceries that you see are filled with Korean stuff which is fine but if you're Taiwanese and you go to an Asian grocery store usually you're looking for specific Taiwanese foods like certain cooking spices or snacks... I'm not from the area but I will say the location is a bit odd. It's located in sorta of an industrial park and if I didn't know it was here I don't think I would ever come around to this side of the shopping strip. The Industrial Park is called Factoria North Plaza https://goo.gl/maps/UAZkHyg5ouRMH4M67

Sandy P.

Yelp
Nice ladies at the register... they didn't give me the stink-eye (I'm not Asian and that happens a lot when I go into other Asian markets around town). *yelp wants longer reviews... Ain't nobody got time for that! So here are a couple of sentences to please the people of yelp who think that people need to keep reading reviews instead of getting on with their lives

Jennifer S.

Yelp
Had gone here for years and felt it was fine for the select things they had. My son loves Mochi ice cream and having lived in Japan for years, I know what's good. Spent $5.50 (6 pieces) on a brand of Mochi that we were kinda familiar with and when we went to eat it, they were hard and flaked off as well. Weren't the typical stretchy and chewy Mochi. It was terrible. We drove right back in and when we explained this to the clerk who checked us out, another woman came over as well as 3 other employees. All I wanted was to exchange it for one that was good. They all were deliberating amongst each other and trying to make me believe that it was fine, instead of just letting me exchange it. Instead of arguing with them, I walked out leaving the awful and expensive product behind. Needless to say, I will never be going back and I will let all of my family friends (whom I've referred over the years) about this and the shoddy customer service I dealt with!!! ...and you know, it's not even about my experience. They don't even care that maybe their whole stock is like that and will get more customers that will not be happy with what they bought. In the end, It's about providing quality product and good customer service.

Yelp
I came here quite a few years ago when they first opened but didn't really remember how awesome this little Asian grocery mart was. Came here again and first checked out their little cafe area, a boatload of bubble teas & drinks, BBQ meats, some other prepared cooked foods, bakery items to grab yourself and some other pastry items at the counter. My favorite was the huge wall of candies, dried plums and all that kinds of stuff. Impressive. The grocery mart itself is pretty small but it has your essential produce, meats, seafood area in the back. Good amount of sauces, but they dont have my all time favorite hot sauce.....the search continues. They do have a lot of those juice boxes, especially the lemon iced tea one, for some reason Uwajimaya always runs out of those. Prices are definitely cheaper here which is a plus. Location is kind of hidden but its close to Top Gun restaurant/near Factoria Mall. Parking lot isnt the largest but whatever. Check-out situation can take longer where sometimes only 1 cashier is working. I like this little market and will come by again when in the area.

Wang T.

Yelp
If you want the most authentic Asian/Chinese taste, then you came to the right place. They had all kinds of different groceries choices. Not too big of a supermarket but they basically includes all your needs. (It's impossible to find some of their items at Vietnamese Market in Renton) I am glad I found a few of my favorite childhood snacks and drinks , even though they are a little pricy. Overall, I had great experiences shopping with them.

Mon L.

Yelp
Good location and good selection of Asian grocery from meatball, noodle, sauce, and curry paste. The lady at bakery section (she does not look like staff because she dress up more) She talk to Me like talking with her staff. Young boys and girls who work there are fine. Friendly and active. I gave them 5 star before and now down to 3 because I don't like customer service from owner(a man). I bough about 60-70 cans of coffee drink there every month. I informed him that last lot all of cans on the shelf are damaged (bump) so I suggested him to order a new lot. Those damaged cans were there for a month and no one buy them including me. He told me that nothing wrong with it, and wanted me buy those from the shelf with unfriendly and strange look. I never wanted to talk to the owner again. Still going there because it's near my house and staff are nice especially the boys at bakery&meal section.

Jing Z.

Yelp
Got yelled at from staff at seafood section for no reason. I will never go shopping there again.

MGhost W.

Yelp
Over the last two years, this store is continuously being improved. They've improved the layout of the produce area, added NFC-enabled POS terminals which allows you use Apple Pay or similar technologies, added acceptance of Discover card (although Amex which gives most cash back is still not supported), and now they allow you to shop online and either pick up in store for free or have it delivered for a flat fee. I haven't tried online ordering yet, but it's nice having that option. The staff is always nice. The store is cleaner than most of other Chinese markets. Why not 5 star: food safety is still a concern. There're still lots of processed food without a BBD printed. Also the price is a little bit higher than average.

Joseph T.

Yelp
Maybe it's covid, maybe it's the lack of customers compared to pre-covid days but I'm giving 1 star specifically for the asian cashier young man on Friday 062720 just before closing. Unfriendly, uncouth exchanges with a paying customer with children. We know it's closing but be nice in tone, be polite always if you cannot afford a smile, that's the least you could do to show some professionalism. Be always thankful that peope are shopping at your store especially during such times. Or find some other job. Regarding the store, items are really great, store is clean and clean smelling and the older gentleman was very friendly, these gets 4 stars.

Nora S.

Yelp
Great place to go for a quick lunch from their bakery/hot bar section. Food was pretty typical for food from a Asian grocery store hot bar. Not great but it still tasty, plus cheap and large portions. The bakery items were good too. We walked out very satisfied. The grocery store itself is on the smaller side but still contains a good selection of Asian goods. We weren't really buying groceries but still picked up a few things to round out our pantry.

MaliaAndMom D.

Yelp
Bought some items to make soup dumplings and they had everything I needed. They had a lot of fresh veggies and soooo many dry ingredients. Of course I ended up leaving with things that were not on my list!

Smaly K.

Yelp
Like to go here during my lunch break when I feel like having a little pastry or bun; I like their BBQ Pork Bun. I like to walk around and see what they have in the bakery and deli. I've tried one of their bubble teas, but wasn't too fond of it.

Kevin W.

Yelp
I am really glad that the Seattle area has a lot of diversity when it comes to Asian supermarkets. Jing Jing isn't one of those giants like Uwajimaya or 99 Ranch Market, but it's close. The selection here is huge and varied, the store is fairly clean, and it's near Factoria Mall by the intersection of I-405 and I-90. They seem to specialize in candy, meats, and drinks. In addition to foods, they carry a ton of supplies so that pretty much all your dining needs can be taken care of in a single trip to this store. The owners seem to take pride in going above and beyond. The store isn't tiny, but I'd like it to be a little bigger. I've been digging this place for years and will probably continue to do so.

Emily L.

Yelp
Vegetables like green onions are half the price compare to Safeways. Good variety and reasonable prices.

Lydia N.

Yelp
Glad it's here. It's not as cheap as Chinatown, but it's comparable to other Asian groceries in the area (i.e. Seattle Supermarket on 148th). It's a perfect addition to the Factoria neighborhood, especially considering the demographic. Veggies and fruit all seem pretty fresh and the store has a substantial snack and ramen aisle. Excellent. The adjoining cafe is also nice for a quick lunch. I tried the Shanghai style tofu dish (tofu, 3 ways) and found it satisfying.

Paula R.

Yelp
Incredible variety of fresh fish and if an Asian selection. Real Asian authentic choices that you will not find at any grocery store. I work nearby and frequently enjoy their lunch time specials. Plus they are not a corporate food chain and they are locally owned

Jenny C.

Yelp
Bought four items from the food mart - YIKES. How can everything be bad? Be careful of the grocery items, I couldn't find expiration dates on some...

Michael L.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised a when I stumbled upon Jing Jing. It's kind of in a obscure spot but they are located right by Top Gun. Dim sum and then grocery shopping, such a great combo! Also worry naught about competing with people who are going to Top Gun for parking, Jing Jing has a huge parking space reserved. They have a wide variety of fresh produce and the usual shelf items of a typical Asian grocery store. One thing I really like was how polite the staff were, it's always a plus. They also have a membership type service where you can sign up for free, they will e-mail you when they have sales! Since they are brand new everything seems really well organized and you can tell they are trying to pay attention to detail in everything they have. This place is great and extremely clean, you should check it out . It's a great addition to Asian food scene.

Jon L.

Yelp
Jing Jing is a new Chinese grocery that has opened across from Factoria Mall and near Top Gun. The location is spanking new and in good order. Shelves are well organized and logical. The space is smaller though with a low ceiling. This is a very functional grocery. You should be able to find anything you need here for your Asian cooking needs. The produce selection is decent, albeit the pricing is typical of the Eastside. It is fair, but not dirt cheap like in the ID. The pricing is about in line with the other Chinese grocery in Bellevue, Asian Food Center. The layout in the back is interesting. The back of the store has a seafood and meat counter with freezer items to the right side before you head into that area. There are some good deals here like boneless chicken breast for $1.79/lb! The parking lot is pretty sizable, though watch out for crazy/clueless drivers. This is an Asian grocery and it is near Top Gun, a dim sum mecca after all. If you are in the Factoria area, Jing Jing is worth checking out. If anything, it makes droll Factoria Mall a more attractive place to shop at since this is nearby.

Andrew J.

Yelp
It's a little less than okay, with an Asian grocery store they're obviously going to be some unfamiliar scent, but when that scent is chemicals (next to your seafood and meats out in the open?) That's a reason for concern. I also don't think any store should ask for a five star rating ever from their customers, if you do that you should automatically lose credibility and rating. There are many other things I won't bother to list because it's not worth the effort.

Benjamin K C.

Yelp
Hands down the cleanest Asian Market in the neighborhood. With Jing Jing opening, there are really no reasons for the Bellevue folks to go to Chinatown for Asian Groceries anymore. Although small, this market has EVERYTHING that you need. I'm especially impress with their Produce and Fresh Meat and Fish section. Very clean and well organized. Almost up to Whole Foods Standards. They are such a great addition to the Factoria neighborhood. I'm lovin' it.

Henry L.

Yelp
Descent variety of Asian foods and goodies. Great selection of fruits and vegetables. Prices are higher than a typical store. Clean and organized. Disappointed that there wasn't a staff member there at the bakery/bubble tea area. Parking is crazy during busy hours, but easy for non-peak hours.

Daren D.

Yelp
I stopped by here prior to the backup Where-da-meat-at? Event. When I called to ask about their sake, the gentleman on the phone was super friendly and cool with a side of enthusiasm. I'm guessing it was Scott. It happened to be their anniversary special weekend so some items were on sale. Lots of great of choices for the front half and solid sake selection. The sake was kind of the middle path to the 2nd half, which I didn't go in. There were ladies offering samples and they had inviting warm personalities with smiles. I would stop by again when I'm in the area shopping.

Vip N.

Yelp
The closest Asian grocery store if you live on the Eastside coming from I-90 East. It's a small store compared to other Asian grocery stores but it has most of the ingredients that I need. The products are more for Chinese cooking if you are looking for South East Asian ingredients their selections are limited here. Prices are reasonable.

Joop V.

Yelp
Nice, clean Asian supermarket with some food options/bakery tucked behind Factoria Mall. I went there for Boba which was reasonably priced ($3-$3.75/drink with $0.50 per topping). I highly recommended Sesame Black Milk Tea w/ Tapioca. They taste so nutty and toasty...yumm!! Best of all, buy 6 drinks, get 1 free. I wish I had known they have Boba there long time ago..would definitely have stopped by more often! Other than that, there's some hot food and other Asian supermarket groceries that you may find as well. Staff is polite and parking isn't an issue at all. Happy to make purchase there in the future!

Linda T.

Yelp
Initially, I was really excited to discover this Asian grocery store in the area. There is a nice selection of fresh produce that is well organized. Prices and labels are marked and easy to see. I purchased some fruits and vegetables that were good quality and tasted fresh. However, the meat here is not so fresh. I purchased a pack of chicken to make dinner that week. After just a day, my refrigerator started to smell like smelly old raw chicken. I saw the chicken was looking a little gray, so I had to throw it out. Yuck! :( There is a small parking lot. Service was fair and prices are a little higher. Sad that the meat went bad. I plan to steer clear of their meat section from now on.

Zen Z.

Yelp
This is becoming my go to Asian market from just my Neighborhood Asian Market. I kind of feel sorry for their hotline since they are moving to buffet.. But that's more good news for us! $9.99 for readily made Chinese buffet (fill it up your style) is pretty good. The bubble tea was pretty good too, but ever since another one opened in the shopping center near them, it has been a lot slower. I agree with other Yelpers the best thing about this store is that it is constantly improving. I think they are brining something new this year around New Year, going to check it out then.

L L.

Yelp
Usually my "back up" Asian grocery store for dried goods or sauces. I've bought items from their frozen food section such as the frozen dim sum and unfortunately, it's usually spoiled when I steam them up. Upon opening the package, you can see that it was thawed at one point then was frozen back up again - not cool (literally). I've tried several times hoping it was a bad batch but I think it's just how the product the stored & when it gets into the freezer section. Veggies are hit or miss & I don't buy seafood or meat here - the smell or either bleach or if that is not present, the mix of raw meat & seafood when I step back there gets rather strong. Better than nothing in the area I guess.
