JINYA Ramen Bar - Ameristar Black Hawk

We came here for lunch and dinner. Very good food. In the afternoon, we had a very nice girl as our server and in the night we had Kumar and he was also great. Overall, very nice place and experience. The drink I had was also very good, the lychetini. Amazing vegan options too.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and couldn't be happier. The host and server were both fantastic. The server was extremely knowledgeable and hers suggestions were excellent. One of the execs came out on the floor numerous times and made sure I was satisfied. This is a MUST return to... Everytime I'm in Blackhawk.

The spicy ramen here is excellent as are the Jinya buns, but the service is also heads and shoulders over every other venue in Ameristar. Last month I had exceptional service from Kumar, and last night Nicholas took care of me at Jinya. The level of service was so much better than any prior visit to Ameristar. He was attentive without being over bearing, had great recommendations, and simply hit every mark you'd expect in a server. Ameristar should take note because they have wildly inconsistent service standards but the Jinya crew should be an example for the entire F&B staff

Incredible experience. The Americana is a classy casino tucked up in Blackhawk. However, The reason I'm writing this review is because of the outstanding service food quality and performance from two individuals that were off the charts. Credits to #1 Mana with a very close second but really should be a tie with outstanding food service along with drinks and bartending skills, Nicholas. Manna and Nicholas were what truly made everything fabulous. I highly recommend this restaurant anywhere up here in Blackhawk and there are a lot of restaurants but nothing like JINYA. VERY REASONABLE WITH EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY FOOD AND SERVICE. Nothing comes close up here. I'll rate it as a "Must go to" please give them a try. Sincerely genuinely and professionally.. David

Nicholas was awesome. He needs a raise asap. He took orders on the floor by him self till close and was super attentive to everyone . No body else was helping him . We are definitely coming back again.

Kumar made this our best dining experience while visiting the area! He was very welcoming & friendly & provided excellent service! We had a great time because of his top tier service; the food was very tasty & filling & the tiramisu was even better. 💚

The food was absolutely delicious! I had the shrimp wonton ramen, and it did not disappoint. The thick noodles were cooked perfectly, and everything came together so well. I’ll definitely be coming back for more

Just needed to give a special shout out to Nicholas. My husband and I came for vacation and while we travel often, it’s hard to find good service. Nicholas was a breath of fresh air! Extremely knowledgeable about the menu, drinks, and appetizers, also recommended the most popular items and when informed of an allergy to a suggestion he immediately had another one. Took care of us and just as I ran out of my drink he had a refill ready. Seriously amazing service, amazing food all around and great drinks! Happy hour is fun, thank you so much Nicholas!!!
