JINYA Ramen Bar - Ameristar Black Hawk

Incredible experience. The Americana is a classy casino tucked up in Blackhawk. However, The reason I'm writing this review is because of the outstanding service food quality and performance from two individuals that were off the charts. Credits to #1 Mana with a very close second but really should be a tie with outstanding food service along with drinks and bartending skills, Nicholas. Manna and Nicholas were what truly made everything fabulous. I highly recommend this restaurant anywhere up here in Blackhawk and there are a lot of restaurants but nothing like JINYA. VERY REASONABLE WITH EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY FOOD AND SERVICE. Nothing comes close up here. I'll rate it as a "Must go to" please give them a try. Sincerely genuinely and professionally.. David

This place was so good we went back a second time in the same week! The food was amazing but what was even better was the service. We had Kumar as our server both times. He was very kind, gave great recommendations, and was very attentive. The ambience was a little loud from the casino music, but nothing crazy. Highly recommended the Spicy Creamy Shrimp Tempura as a starter. Took the picture after we ate 2, so you get plenty. Could even be a small meal if you’re not too hungry. If you’re picky like me, definitely get the JINYA Chicken Ramen with no spinach. The wonton chicken ramen was also good. If you’re not picky like my husband, then your choices are endless!

JINYA is a great ramen spot in the Ameristar Casino hotel in Blackhawk. I also like the taco options and the sides. They use impossible meat and have a great selection of vegetarian/vegan options. It’s located on the first floor of the casino. It is right next to with open space to the baccarat tables. Great service and excellent food. Great spice range.

Had a really great experience here! Our server Nashla was so sweet and helpful, her recommendations were delicious!! Definetly had cute vibes, we sat outside and enjoyed the cute view. Would come again !!

The chef was amazing. He checked on the kids and the food was really well done! If it was based solely on him I would have given it a 5 star rating. The only reason I put low service was we had to practically beg our server to bring us drinks. She never did, the guy managing the place did after I asked someone else for one, but she did manage to ask if we were ready for the check. Lines build up, and no one gets them. You stand outside the place for 15 minutes just waiting to be sat.

Great food … they have thoughtfully integrated vegetarianism in their various dishes which many places here are struggling to understand… it is located in the playing floor so make sure you carry your ID and of course kids are allowed but not near any play area… servers were really nice and talked very kindly and were very attentive… around $80 for 4 people (two main entree and 4 appetizers and 1 dessert) …

Best ramen bar in Colorado! Great taste, flavorful food and great portions.. if you’re a ramen fan, this is the place to be

Food is great, service unfortunately is not. On January 11-12, this gentleman (grabbed this picture from a different review as I do not have a picture of him but same gentleman) who was not our server, decided to harass us as my brother was eating regarding payment (he had already paid the lady who was our server) and we have the receipt to prove it. I then advise him to please walk away as I know it was going to escalate and he decided to raise his voice saying “im not talking to you, im talking to him” which pissed my brother off and chaos ensued. He threatens to call security over his lack of disengagement and escalated a situation that wouldve been avoided had he minded his business. Dude thinks hes tough trying to attack women but wants to call security when a man is in his face.
