"Jinya Ramen Bar (4238 Wilson Blvd Suite 150, Arlington) will start simmering in Ballston Quarter when it swings open in March 2022. The large ramen chain already has 42 locations in the U.S. serving steaming bowls of slow-cooked ramen, small plates like fresh tuna and salmon cones, tempura-fried Brussels sprouts, and crunchy mini tacos." - Stephanie Carter

We loved our ramen bowl especially in this cold weather! Highly recommended for vegan/vegetarian, first time having the Impossible meat with ramen, that was so creative and delicious, even my non-vegetarian friend was approved!! 😋 Our server was very attentive, enjoyed the chill and modern dining vibes.

Went to grab a filling bite after climbing with my friend. The waiter was super nice, seemed a little nervous but very thorough! Went over all the specials and best recommendations. I enjoyed how many vegetarian options they had and non-alcoholic choices. I did find the watermelon drink to be a little bland, but it could have been a weak melon! It was all very fresh and I enjoyed that a lot!

Service was outstanding. My server Sean was very knowledgeable and on point. The selection of ramen all looks amazing. Love the vibe here too and you most definitely get your moneys worth. We’ll be back for sure!

Today was my first time eating at Jinya. My waitress, Ava, made it a very wonderful, pleasant and comfortable experience. She treated me as if I was a customer for many years. She explained the menu in detail and suggested food that paired well with one another. My cucumber drink was delicious. My Ramen chicken bowl was excellent, and the pork bun was to die for. Thank you Ava for being an excellent waitress and a wonderful person…you are the best!!! I highly recommend this restaurant to anybody who wants really good food.

Inside the Ballston Quarter food court, and looks like it - Asian fusion, hip art, loud sound track, asian spins on classic drinks (e.g. old fashioned), etc. However, the raman noodles I had (w hot saki) were delicious. The egg and meat were very tasty. But the outstanding component was the broth - creamy, subtle, not salted to death. Definitely worth a visit.

I’ve had better at other locations. I always get the spicy creamy vegan ramen across different locations but this one did not have silky tofu and it was hard. Disappointed in the sushi as well. The waiter was no where to be found when I wanted to pay so I had to go to the front.

It took me a while to find the restaurant, located on the B1 floor. This was the best ramen I've ever had! The broth was incredibly flavorful, and the meat was tender, though I wish there had been three pieces instead of just two. The egg was slightly undercooked, with the white still a bit runny. Overall, everything tasted fantastic and well-balanced!

We've visited other Jinya Ramen locations in the DMV area, and we can always rely on the quality of the ramen and other menu items. The Nikuman (steamed meat bun) was good, with a soft outside and a savory and sweet inside, similar to pork BBQ buns found at dim sum places. The fried chicken was as expected, nothing extraordinary. The Jinya Tonkotsu Black ramen was good, with a perfect broth that wasn't overly salty and well-textured noodles. However, the egg that came with the soup were highly salty. The chashu pieces that came with it were more fatty than meaty, and the same goes for the Jinya Tonkotsu Original 2010 ramen. The service was satisfactory, and the ambiance was that of an Asian-themed casual pub with a dark interior and a busy, open kitchen concept.
