JINYA Ramen Bar - Georgetown

I am so glad this location is finally open. Very friendly for solo diners - they offered me table or bar - and incredible service! Bartender Deja was awesome and gave solid recommendations. Great menu with lots of different options and the ability to add toppings to any ramen, and a rare 7 day a week happy hour with some great deals! I wish I could’ve tried more things but am excited to visit again soon. Note - the chef’s special ramen was tasty but might be overwhelming if you don’t love onions.

So happy to hear they opened a Jinya in Georgetown! First time eating at this location and we had Cakra as our server. He was great! He provided the best recommendations on the menu! Overall he was attentive, kind and intentional with his service! I will def definitely come back!

Everybody in here is so kind!! The food is delicious and decently priced. The vibes of the establishment are immaculate. My server, Nico was so engaging, attentive, and so funny. :) I had a great night!! Would def recommend.

We just dined at JINYA ramen for the first time. Our server Cakra was lovely! He gave us wonderful recommendations and really made our experience above and beyond:). My boyfriend and I are ramen lovers and this place did not disappoint. We started off with the edamame which was half off as a lunch special, and then we both had the Birria ramen which was phenomenal. Would recommend this place to anyone:)!

Ariana was fantastic! Ask for her! Very attentive, helpful with menu recommendations, and even turned down the music for me (I know that’s a tall ask, but it was really loud for a Monday night!) I also love that this restaurant has a lot of vegan/vegetarian options! Loved the creamy spicy vegan ramen!

Would definitely come back! Complimentary matcha lychee lemonade’s too! Shout out to Cristiano! Great food, amazing service, and a nice date spot or hangout spot with friends.

We went there for Valentine’s, and I was happy to see that our request for a quiet table was respected. We had really loved the atmosphere, the low lighting and design of the place makes it comfortable and cozy. We had to wait quite a bit for our drinks (came after the appetizer), even though our section had its own bar that wasn’t busy but it could be for a logistics reason (they were very visually appealing). The 2010 original Ramen with a thick cut noodles was absolutely one of the best Ramen we’ve ever had in DC however, I’m afraid we can say the same about their chicken Ramen as my husband and I thought it tasted a bit bland and lacked umami. Their pork Gyoza were absolutely fried to perfection and were so juicy inside. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and all the food arrived quite quickly in our table.
