Great service, very generous portions. The food was great. I think it’s a good fusion where they keep it traditional but with a western twist to suit customer palates. I like it for a chill date night or hang out with friends and family. It’s like your neighborhood go-to spot where you can trust the food to be consistent and service to be great. Fairly priced as well.

This place is amazing! I tried the Salmon Poke and Takoyaki and they were both delicious and satisfying. I went back the next day and ordered the Shrimp Wonton Ramen and Gyoza, those were both incredible too. That ramen was the tastiest ramen I have had in a long time, especially after it cooled a little bit. The server that took my order recommended adding an egg and this was a great addition. The egg was cooked perfectly with a deliciously jammy yolk. The broth was so rich and flavorful I am already craving it again. I will definitely be going back next chance I have

As a lifelong ramen enthusiast, I had high hopes for JINYA Ramen, and it absolutely delivered. My wife and I visited on a bustling Saturday night around 8 pm. Fortunately, the online waitlist saved us from a long queue, and we were seated promptly – a great start. Drinks: Kirin Ichiban Draft – A classic choice. Crisp, light, and refreshing – the perfect match for a rich bowl of ramen. Food: Tonkotsu Ramen Black – This is JINYA’s signature bowl, and it truly shines. The broth was thick, dense, and deeply flavorful with just the right balance of umami and salt. The noodles had an ideal chew, and the chashu pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender. The soft-boiled egg? Perfectly marinated and cooked to a creamy center. Crispy Fried Chicken – Japanese-style fried chicken done right. It had a juicy, tender interior with a perfectly crisp, light batter that wasn’t overly greasy – just addictive, crunchy goodness. Overall, JINYA exceeded our expectations. If you’re a ramen fan, this spot is a must-try. Highly recommended.

I had an incredible time at Jinya today! I had the Tonkatsu Ramen Black and the portions were filling and the flavor was stellar! Our waiter, Gabby, was very accommodating and forward with making sure everything was alright. I look forward to coming by again!

The ramen is not my type, too salty and greasy. But i like the pork belly rice. The entrees dish are really good (jinya bun, takoyaki, etc). Dinner time is crowded recommended booked a reservation.

If you’re a ramen enthusiast, Jinya Ramen is a must-visit. I had the pleasure of dining at one of their locations, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. The restaurant has consistently impressed me with its fresh, flavorful dishes, and my recent visit was no exception. I ordered the Wonton Chicken Ramen, and it was absolutely delicious! The broth was perfectly balanced—rich, savory, and packed with depth of flavor. I added mushrooms, garlic, and two soft-boiled eggs to my bowl, which elevated the dish to a whole new level. The mushrooms were tender and earthy, the garlic gave the broth a lovely depth, and the eggs had a perfect runny yolk that added an extra layer of comfort. The chicken was cooked to perfection and tender, soaking up the delicious broth beautifully. What I really love about Jinya is that each location has its own slight variation in the taste of the broths. It seems like they adapt the flavors depending on the season and the team in the kitchen, which is an interesting touch and shows that they take pride in their work. However, this particular location stands out—every single time I’ve visited, the broth has been incredibly fresh, flavorful, and always tastes like it's made with care. The cooks here clearly put their hearts into their food, and it truly makes a difference in the overall experience. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the service is attentive and friendly, making it a great spot to enjoy a hearty bowl of ramen. If you're looking for a place that consistently delivers top-tier ramen with vibrant flavors, this location of Jinya Ramen is definitely the one to visit. Highly recommend! Update ! 04/13/2025 Still my favorite location. They have a chef special, “ BIRRA RAMEN “ it was good. Switch out those noddles for the smaller ones and you’re good to go !!

Yelp
We loved our experience at this restaurant ! Probably the most generous kids menu offering I've seen around - rice, and large pieces of fried chicken with fries. Tbe ramen was fantastic, top notch with tasty broth. Every table had some unique sauces and they were all so good!! My only Gripe was that the gyoza sauce was spicy which might not work for everyone including kids however if you're a spice lover - it's 10/10 Service was great. Fast, great recommendations and the place was clean. Good music volume making it easy to have a conversation and two sides to dine at - including the ramen bar so plenty of seating was available

Yelp
Date night, & Was excited to try this ramen place, as my husband and I love trying out local Ramen places. We found the service to be accommodating, as we walked in with no reservation & was seated right away.! Servers were pleasant. Very cozy atmosphere, nicely decorated.! Seats were pretty close to each other. The Ramen was really quite lackluster in flavor for us.! Not a lot of flavor, ramen tasted kind of bland.! We wanted to love it, but left underwhelmed. We wouldn't try it again, as we too tried the Jinya in Athens, and got the same underwhelming experience. :/

Yelp
Did birthday dinner for my oldest here and the only thing we could complain about was the wait. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and it was a nice quaint atmosphere even though it's not a really small place. The kids meal is probably the best I've ever seen in a restaurant. It had everything a kid would like and included dessert which was awesome. It's a winner when the youngest person in the party asked how soon we can come back!

Yelp
Good place that has vegan and vegetarian options. Service is usually quick and the food is very flavorful. Watch out though because they do not let you modify your bowl; instead, they'll let you take away things while charging your extra for it. Not cool, especially considering this place isn't cheap.

Yelp
First time trying jinya. Service was great and the ramen was flavorful and delicious. I will return.

Yelp
Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall....it's always the season for ramen. Authentic ramen customized with your favorite toppings. I eat the Jinya Chicken Ramen and get extra noodles and broth. 10/10 do recommend. It's also a great choice when you aren't feeling well. Good for you and comforting at the same time.

Yelp
I love this place. I crave it weekly. It's consistent every location you go. So if you become familiar with their options, you can bet it will taste the same no matter where you go. Service is sometimes too fast. So if you want a delay between appetizers and your meal, order them separately or ask them to stagger the order some or you'll get it all at the same time. It can be loud at times when it's busy, but the locations all have great decorations and plenty of space to eat if you're solo. Good place to go if you're solo.

Yelp
I love coming to Jinya, especially since they doubled the size of the dining room. My favorite item on the menu used to be Sprouting Up Ramen, but since they removed that, the Tonkatsu Black with thick noodles and corn is my go-to.

Yelp
The best Ramen spot I go to in this area! The location and ambiance is everything. Food is amazing! They serve you quickly

Yelp
It's a good place to start if you want to get some ramen. The staff was really nice to us and even joked around a little with us. I'd say the ambiance is nice for a little dinner date. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Ramen and got mild for the heat. I will say, the mild wasn't spicy at all. I thought it would have a hint of spice so next time I know I need to bump it up and see how that is. The meal was enjoyable overall. It definitely fills you up!

Yelp
This was such a fantastic experience! Excellent service and the ramen was right up there with the best NYC places. We went for a late lunch and didn't have to wait for a table. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Yelp
On my Ramen tour lol...Visited Jinya again a few weeks ago & ordered the spicy chicken ramen! They never fail! Delicious broth, tender chicken & lots of noodles! The way to win me over is to definitely have superb broth and Jinya never misses!!! Lol I'll probably be back again next week, but make no doubt about it, I'll be back! Service is always great at this location and the ambiance is cool for a date night, or a casual solo date or night out with friends!

Yelp
I went to this location on a Monday at 7:30. I was told that there would be a 1-1.5 hour wait for my group of 6, but it was a little less than 45 minutes which was great! The restaurant is small, which also explains the wait. For the appetizers, we ordered the caramel iced cauliflower and the pork gyoza. The cauliflower was beautifully caramelized (I would absolutely love to learn how to make this myself!), and we ordered another round of the pork gyoza because we wanted more! For the entrees, we ordered the Tonkotsu Spicy (spicy level) and others ordered the Karaage Chicken Ramen, JINYA Tonkotsu Original 2010*, and JINYA Tonkotsu Black. The Tonkotsu Spicy was pretty good! I absolutely loved the broth, and the noodles and pork were well cooked. Next time, I will order the hot level because I needed a lot more spice imo (please note that I grew up eating spicy food). Everyone else enjoyed their dish save for the ones that ordered the Karaage Chicken Ramen. The consensus was that the chicken was delicious, but the broth was not flavorful. Drink: I ordered the Watermelon Delight, and I wasn't a big fan of it. It's basically watermelon that has been blended into a drink. I wish they at least strained it because there was a lot of watermelon bits in the drink, which wasn't pleasant. If you prefer this, definitely order this but be warned if not! I'm only putting 4 stars because this may not be a restaurant I see myself craving, but it was pretty delicious!

Yelp
It's hard for me to find an authentic and good tonkotsu ramen restaurant. I'm from Fukuoka, birthplace of Tonkotsu ramen, so I'm looking for good ramen restaurant. I lived in WA, TX and GA, Kukai, Ichigo and Jinya are my to go place. The ramen has rich flavor and it's rare to find. We ordered original, black and spicy tonkotsu. The black was mild, spicy ramen had strong base flavor and original had richest flavor which I love. If chashu was thicker, the better. But overall, it was great. Their service was great and server was friendly and I have nothing to say.

Yelp
Jinya is one of my favorite ramen places, and this was my first time visiting the one in Sandy Springs. My friends and I were seated pretty quickly. To start we went with the brussel sprouts which were fried to perfection and paired well with the sauces. For my main meal, I went with the spicy chicken ramen with an egg and chose medium spicy, but next time I may go for spicy since it wasn't as spicy as I wanted. The broth was delicious and the chicken and egg also were cooked to perfection. I also loved how there was a big parking lot with ample parking. Definitely stop by if you are in the area!

Yelp
Really good. Beautiful inside. Located in a little shopping area for a day out in the town. I ordered take out. The noodles and broth came separately (which was great) The JINYA buns are delicious! 10/10

Yelp
Attention all carnivores AND vegans! This place is the place to go to when you want a bowl of ramen on a cold day. It's pretty rare these days when you can find a great traditional bowl of ramen and a great vegan ramen all under the same roof. But, Jinya delivers in both aspects and is one of the better options in the area. For your run of the mill ramen, I'd recommend the tonkotsu black. This is their pork broth based ramen that comes with the pork chashu, ramen noodles and other garnishes. The noodles have always been cooked perfectly and the broth packs a punch in the flavor department, rich, but not over the top. All of the other garnishes mix very well with the rest of the dish. Shockingly enough, I actually prefer the spicy creamy vegan ramen, and recently it has been my go-to choice. The garnishes in this ramen don't deviate too much from the tonkotsu black, but the broth is simply out of this world. I'd describe it like, a warm hug. The rich broth comes first, but then out of nowhere, a hint of spice comes in, bringing the entire bite together. I seriously never miss the meat, and I implore everyone to give a shot, at least once! Their variety of appetizers is also appealing, and I always come and order at least one starter. The gyozas are alright, and my vegan friend gave the seal of approval to the Impossible bun. However, my personal favorite are the takoyaki-octopus balls. The balls themselves are soft and loaded with octopus. The egg tartar underneath is a pleasant and unique surprise. It really is a perfect bite, I highly recommend this item! The ambiance of the restaurant is always lively and vibrant. I feel like it's a great spot for a first date. Service has always been attentive and I cannot complain about the speed. They get pretty busy, but that is because this place seems to be a staple in the nearby area. If you're looking for a comfortable spot with delicious food, Jinya will have your back!

Yelp
DELICIOUS! The food is just that. Me and my love went on a Tuesday night and it was pretty full, even around 8:30-9p. We sat outside since the weather was nice and we knew the hot sake would warm us up since the temperature dropped lol The hot sake was great by the way, and it was perfect timing at a perfect price. Our server was great and we got our food, both appetizer and entrees within perfect timing. My love ordered the shrimp tempura in a spicy Mayo like sauce as an appetizer and I ordered the brussel sprouts tempura. Both were fantastic because we finished them. The brussel sprouts didn't come with a sauce or anything so my guy ordered me a side of the spicy Mayo like sauce that came with his dish and it went perfectly with my sprouts. For our entrees, I ordered the Jinya Chicken Ramen Bowl and he ordered the Chicken Wonton Bowl with an egg. AMAZING! The flavor of the broth, the amount of spinach, or maybe seaweed, the fried little crispies, and chicken was perfect. The chicken wasn't dry and it was a nice size. I also got a side of hot sauce considering I couldn't decide between this entree and the Spicy Chicken Ramen. Just know, the spicy is spicy considering the hot, spicy side of sauce had my nose running. I loved it! My guy took his ramen home because he got full and it was a nice size. I ate all of mine considering I hadn't eaten all day. Bottomline: GO!!!! Clean bathrooms, great ambiance, great service, and great food. Can't be beat!

Yelp
I heard a lot of amazing reviews about Jinya and had been waiting to try it. They are super packed and it can take a while to get a table some times. I came here with a party of 4 on a Wednesday night, and the wait was about 30 minutes. We were greeted pretty quickly once we were seated and our server was very kind. I started with the edamame and the gyoza. Both were very tasty and a nice light bite to start. As for the ramen I had to get the tonkostu spicy, because I love a bit of heat. The ramen was very yummy, though I prefer my broths to be a bit richer. Everyone else also greatly enjoyed their meals I think overall it was very good and definitely would be back. Though I would likely try to avoid a wait.

Yelp
Surprised this is my first review! Jinya is a favorite for us when we need a ramen fix! We always get consistently good service and the ramen is on point. They have multiple vegan options which is a major plus! Tonight we had Ranney as our server and he was fantastic! Thank you for another quality experience :)

Yelp
(I could've sworn I'd already given this place 5 stars!) I've been to JINYA 3-4 times now, and even with other ramen shops just a few minutes away, this is hands down my favorite place (excepting BuHi). Every time I've been, I've had great service, even with toddlers in tow. I've had help many times now with getting my kids set up with seperate bowls, extra noodles, more spoons to replace the ones they dropped, etc. Tonkatsu ramen - this broth has substance, y'all. Tacky mouthfeel on the lips, rich flavor, the broth is the star of this soup. I know the rest of the dish is great, too, but it's really the broth that I come back for. JINYA bun - soft bun with sweet chashu, cucumber, and lettuce. A tasty $5 morsel that's hard to pass up. Salmon poke tacos - another favorite of mine, the poke is served on crunchy fried wonton shells. This can be a messy one when the wonton taco breaks, but I don't mind. And, small note, either the recipe recently changed or the kitchen was a step off on the seasoning when I went yesterday, but these are typically my favorite thing here. I didn't catch all the details, but they have a happy hour 3-5pm each day where small bites like the tacos are a few dollars off! If I lived closer, I'd take advantage of this way too much. They also have seasonal specials like the cold ramen available now (summer 2023) and a cucumber and a watermelon drink (around $5 for those drinks). Logistics: Free parking is available for the plaza. Single stall bathrooms are all the way to the back in the first room. Bar seating available.

Yelp
Our server, Jordan, was on point and lovely. We got in around 9 pm knowing that it was going to close at 10pm. We got our food pretty quickly and it was nice. Bae and I love ramen so we were really excited about this one. I had tried Jinya before in DC, so I knew I wasn't going to be disappointed. Bae ordered tonkotsu spicy ramen and I ordered the Jinya tonkotsu black. The broth was delicious and their pork was thick and cooked perfectly. The tables area screwed on the floor so you won't be able to move your table. We tried that cause we thought we were too close to the party beside us. Lol. The ambiance was really chill and I couldn't stop looking at the decorations because I was fascinated by it. Glad we tried this.

Yelp
I met a friend at this spot for dinner. I have seen this place a million times since I patronize several businesses in the area. We did not make a reservation, and had no problem being seated when we arrived. Note: they only seat you when your full party is present! We were seated towards the rear of the restaurant near the bar. Our server was friendly and provide great customer service. We placed our drink order and shortly after, our food order. I am not a big fan of eating ramen so I opted to just get several appetizers and sides. I had the seaweed salad, broccolini and an order of mini tacos. My friend did order a ramen dish. Overall I thought the food was ok. While I did not try what they are known for, I can't say that I would recommend this place if going out with friends in the future. One thing I do want to point out is that this restaurant is in a plaza that is home to some well not spots. As such, the parking can be an issue. I drove around for what seems like 10 minutes period to finding a spot.

Yelp
***Location: Sandy Springs. It is in a shopping center, but it can be hard to see at night since the sign doesn't light up, but with your GPS, you will easily find it. There is plenty of parking in the shared lot out front. ***Staff: They were friendly and greeted us when we walked in. We joined the waitlist and were seated rather quickly (10 min) even thought it was very crowded. We sat at a high table that can seat multiple parties at the same table. ***Experience: Our order was taken quickly and our food came out quickly. I am vegetarian but will eat chicken broth as long as there isn't meat in it. When I go to Ramen places, I find the bone broth options to be better than their veggie options because those usually come with a different noodle and too much spinach or added veggies by them trying to compensate. I also like when it is spicy and sometimes the veggie options aren't, unless I ask them to add spice, but it isn't usually the same. So if possible, I just take a standard Ramen despite the bone broth and just ask for no meat. I got the spicy chicken one here and they subbed the chicken for tofu, which was very nice! ***Food: We ordered the impossible gyozas, which were amazing! I love all kinds of dumplings and am always super excited when meatless versions are available! 10/10 for those! For the Ramen, it wasn't my favorite. I didn't find it spicy at all, despite taking the hottest level. The noodles were good, but the tofu was very bland and the texture was very soft. It tasted like nothing and wasn't a super pleasant texture. I would eat it again, but compared to other ramen places that I have visited in the area, this one was definitely not my favorite. It was still pretty good and still deserves 4 starts for the ambiance, staff, service, and gyozas. I would definitely come back for the gyozas alone, but would probably try a different entree next time, but that is just based on personal preference for spice level and tofu! I am sure with chicken or for those that like less spice, that it would be good! ***Prices: 7 Gyozas 9$ Spicy Chicken Ramen sub Chicken for tofu 16$ I believe ***Improvements: I would love to see a firmer tofu with a bit more seasoning and flavor and a spicier option that is hotter than the current hottest :)

Yelp
It's hard to find good ramen and this one is probs the best among the ones in Sandy Springs. I got the chicken ramen and it was surprisingly good. A very nice, clean broth and chewy thin noodles with two tender chicken slices accompanied by scallions, fried onions, and spinach. Would definitely recommend if you find the tonkatsu ramens to be a bit too greasy. I got the seaweed salad which was not good sadly. I love a nice refreshing seaweed salad but it's clear that they just buy it from somewhere and slap it on top of not washed salad spring mix (a lot of pieces were rotten). Staff was nice. There's booths and also higher chairs and a bar so you can come in as a single or in a group no prob. The music selection was also nice, sort of mixing a lot of trendy songs and pop house.

Yelp
There are so many types of ramen on the menu to choose from. We ordered the Yuzu Shio Delight, Pork Gyoza and Chicken Chashu. They were delicious dishes. We really enjoyed our experience. Our server was super friendly and gave us great recommendations. If you're looking for a nice spot for ramen, Jinya Ramen Bar is the place. We've even did a restaurant review on our YouTube channel "Ej Brad And Kai". Staying Warm Eating @ JINYA RAMEN BAR https://youtu.be/Bh-oPRkHlJ0

Yelp
Jinya never disappoints, no after what state I'm in. Came in to grab a quick lunch and it was well worth it. I walked right in and was able to grab a seat for one. I tried the lychee martini x2 which was so good and just the right amount of sweetness. Paired that with the spicy creamy vegan ramen and added chicken breast. It was the perfect balance and sweet and heat!! Love coming into here.
google avatar

Chris P.

Yelp
I've had many ramen places in Georgia but in my opinion, Jinya is always just okay. It's never amazing, but never bad. I ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen and added fresh garlic and it was alright. The tonkotsu flavor wasn't strong and it was FULL of bean sprouts. There were probably more bean sprouts than noodles. I also ordered takoyaki as an appetizer but when I took a bite it was extremely mushy and basically undercooked inside. The batter was only cooked on the outside and it led to a very unpleasant texture. I've never had takoyaki like this so I didn't expect it to be so goopy. Other than that, the service was great and it's fine when you need somewhere to eat later in the night.

Antonise F.

Yelp
The food here is good but the service needs help as soon as possible. Our waitress only came to our table to take our order and drop off food. It was a party of 3, one vegetarian. We ordered gyozas, one being plant based and she dropped the food off, didn't specify and when we tried to call her back she did not come back until she brought us one check, when we are were splitting the bill. We are all human and may not always be in the mood but as a server you should have some type of interaction with your table. However, the outside seating is gorgeous and welcoming. The inside seating is very close together to the next table and a bit uncomfortable. There's room for improvement.

Yelp
JINYA has a special place in my heart. I used to go to a location when I used to live in California. It's been a while since I've been to one and I am so glad to say that the quality has not changed. *Chef's kiss* Let's get to the food! I went here twice in a week, NO REGRETS. And don't judge me. 1. I had their special, Chicken Karaage Ramen. One was regular and the other was spicy. Spicy option is $1 more. And it wasn't really "spicy", I guess it's subjective. It did make the broth saltier to me. Noodles were perfect, so was the egg. I don't like overcooked noodles. 2. Salad: I believe this is their house salad. If you're anything like me, I don't like a lot of dressing on my salad. BUT their salad dressing is NOT overwhelming. I zhuzhed it up with extra lemon juice. 3. Now to one of the stars of their menu. Chicken Karaage. Succulent, juicy and flavorful! Came out fresh and hot. Not overly breaded. I enjoy this with a dipping sauce and I'm feeling generous so I'll tell you what I do. Ask for green onions on the side, on a small sauce plate out some gyoza sauce, green onions and the spicy sauce. Add a squeeze of lemon juice if you're feeling froggy. Last but def not the least, let's talk about SERVICE! Upon entering, I was greeted nicely and seated promptly. My server was Olamiposi; I asked for him the second time because he was absolutely amazing. He is courteous, prompt and efficient. And he does all this with a smile. He's quick on his feet, and I have observed him in his element. Both times I received consistent food with amazing service. Not sure if mgmt reads their restaurant reviews but I'd like to give Kudos to the staff for their hard work, because happy customers are def a clear reflection of that!

Yelp
This is my second time and second location that I have been to for Jinya and it never disappoints. Came here on a Wednesday evening for a table for 2 and we waited about 20 minutes. The parking lot is crazy full so definitely don't expect tons of empty spots. To start, we got the Gyoza and these were absolutely delicious. Flavorful and savory with great texture and absolutely delicious. For our main, I got the spicy chicken ramen with the spicy level of heat and it was to die for. This ramen is absolutely to die for and I enjoy eating every bite. It is a giant bowl and I always leave feeling so satisfied and it is the best. 10/10 and cannot recommend this place enough. None of their locations never miss always delicious!

Yelp
What a great place to come to catch up with friends I haven't seen in two years. I wish I knew my server name. However, I didn't catch it nor did I pay the bills so I apologize. He was great! Very friendly lots of smiles. He work glasses. Upon entering, we receded it quickly the atmosphere was bustling and light. It was clear to me that this was going to be good! We were sitting at a high top which allow me to see other patrons dishes easily. I love that they have sauces on the table to create the flavor that you need in your dish. Our server went Over the tries and his favorites. We had the cauliflower appetizer and the tempura shrimp, which was amazing! I ordered my service recommendation of. -----. I asked if it could be made extra spicy however, it was not. It was delicious and the use of the condiments on the table helped. Thankfully with the appetizers and the water and the honor Palmer that I ordered made me so full I was able to take some home for the next day. Thankfully I have some amazing HOT spices at home that took my 1/2 bowl of Ramen to the next level! The broth was delicious. The pork belly was amazing! I am not a big pork eater, but this was absolutely delicious! I'll definitely be back !

Yelp
I was introduced to this restaurant by one of my homeboys. He always raves about how good the food is, so I finally went to check it out for myself and they did not disappoint. I tried the Tonkotsu Spicy Ramen and it was to die for. The broth was so delicious and I couldn't get enough of it. It seems like they cook it for hours before they serve it to you. I chose a medium spice level, as they have three to choose from. It comes with pork broth: pork chashu, spicy bean sprouts, kikurage (May be substituted with spinach based on availability.), green onion and spicy sauce " served with thick noodles (choose your spice level, MILD, SPICY or HOT). I also added extra pork chashu and garlic. A nice tough is that when you add garlic. they bring out whole garlic cloves and a garlic press, so you mince the garlic yourself on the spot. I highly recommend going here and checking them out if you like ramen.

Yelp
My taste buds were torn between pho and ramen. I have had pho many of times so I came here to try something different. I ordered the chicken ramen and I substitute with gluten free noodles. I also added fresh garlic, hot sauce, and ramen sauce. The food was good and refreshing. Even though I had gluten free noodles, I wanted the light feel of ramen. I think the noodles made my dish a little heavier than I would like it. I also had to pay an additional $2.50 for the substitute. Don't be like me with this order. My waiter encouraged me to order anything and they could sub out my noodles but I wasn't informed of the up charge. They do have a gluten free noodle dish, just order that and add a protein. Do not sub if it's really necessary. Service was fast and quick. The atmosphere was also nice, clean, and traditional for a ramen spot.

Yelp
Literally, my go-to ramen place if I want to relax and have a hot pipping bowl of ramen! _________________________________________________________ PARKING & LOCATION | [The location of Jinya is in a shopping complex that is in the same area as Lowe's. There is a good amount of parking and if you are thinking of trying to park closure, I would be open to other spots because the parking spots near Jinya have a limited amount but plenty around the surrounding area though.] _________________________________________________________ EXTERIOR & INTERIOR | [Like any other Jinya you have been to, they are all the same. You are welcomed with the Jinya logo sign from the front of the store and when you walk in, you have a beautiful Japanese aesthetic that gets you in the mood.] _________________________________________________________ IS IT CLEAN? | [No complaints from me!] _________________________________________________________ FOOD & DRINKS | [When you come here, always get takoyaki as an appetizer because they are always amazing. I would just make sure that everything is cooked well because I did have one time a cold octopus in the takoyaki's and cold potato mash which is a HUGE NO NO. But it was a one-time thing because all the other times it was pipping hot and I can't stop craving it! For ramen, you can do any that your heart desires. I usually get ones with the pork broth and add a good amount of bean sprouts because those are my go-to things to have. Literally, the noodles are great in texture and the broth is always good like always!] _________________________________________________________ SERVICE ‍‍| [Service is not that bad at all. They come and help when needed but then can sometimes be over distracted by other things and it could be a little time-consuming if they come to your table for a good bit.] _________________________________________________________ OVERALL | [Overall, this place is a blast and will find it in my heart to love it here. Their food is what I am mainly ranking on because I really picky about ramen and how its prepared. Definitely love it like always!]

Yelp
This place is so great!!! First of all, its really attractive, the set up, the lighting, etc is just upbeat and different. The service is friendly and attentive, from host to server. But the food... not only are they great portions and a good value, the presentation is impressive. A lot of attention to detail. And of course, everything tasted amazing. We went in on a rainy day and it was perfect. We ordered a little of everything and it did not disappoint. Now our fave place in Sandy Springs!

Yelp
Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! The tonkotsu noodle soup used to be very delicious, but now TERRIBLE! Too oily too salty! My friend had one spoon taste and asked what is that flavor...?! When a food is made with too oily and salty, you can hardly tell the food is fresh or not, however it might be a smart way for restaurants to keep the old food for a longer time which they shouldn't!

Yelp
I have been ordering the ground chicken ramen for 3-4 years. Upon getting my receipt today I was charged an extra $3.50 for having the chicken ground and brought to my table in an additional bowl to put into my ramen. That's a 20% increase in cost which to me is unjustified and exorbitant for such a minor labor task. When i approached the manager she stated it was a corporate decision. In my opinion this considerable price increase was unexpected and a high price to pay for, not more chicken, but a labor cost that is unacceptable to me. For what it's worth ground pork is also charged $3.50. I now have to question if I will return and what I would ll order if I do.n

Yelp
Busy parking lot. Tight parking upon arrival. Friday evening, was seated quickly. The waitress was very nice and helped me with choices as this was my first time there. We had the potstickers and octopus apps. The potstickers were good but came all stuck together from being pan seared squished together. They were difficult to separate. I did not like the octopus but my wife loved it‍. The pork rice bowl was good but nothing special. As for the chicken ramen, it was BORING. The broth was extremely bland. The two pieces of chicken in the broth were about 3oz total. I probably wouldn't try another ramen restaurant. I'm thinking it's just not for me.

Yelp
This is a popular, informal Sandy Springs neighborhood eatery. This is a traditional Japanese ramen menu, with great options. The portions are generous and the broths are delicious but high in sodium. I would recommend highly

Yelp
I had to adjust my previous 5 star review for Jinya. While I still think they make great food, I was disappointed by their considerations for those with celiac disease. My friend and I came here specifically because they have GF noodles. However, when we ordered them, the staff member helping us let us know that they cook the gluten free noodles in the same water as all of the other noodles. I'm glad the staff member was knowledgeable about that but we did end up leaving due to there not being any options. If Jinya offers GF options and even up charges for them, they should really pay closer attention to reducing risks for cross contamination

Yelp
Every time I come to this location, I have a pleasant experience. The food is good, atmosphere is nice, and staff are friendly. The music can be a bit on the louder side and the parking can get annoying as it's always full but it's definitely not the end of the world. They serve the food relatively quickly due to how busy they are and the joining the waiting list in advance helps with the wait time to be seated. My go-to order is the spicy chicken ramen with spicy level, extra hot sauce on the side (I feel like they've toned down the spice level recently), and broccolini. We also always get the quinoa salad which is actually surprisingly delicious! The edamame is yummy but nothing special. The takoyaki is good! I would recommend but always plan accordingly with Jinya as they get very busy on weekends and especially as the weather gets cooler.

Yelp
I liked it - a lot. At my server's (Philip) suggestion I ordered the pork tonkutso with the vegan creamy broth. His suggestion was spot on and I enjoyed every spicy bite. Also really really appreciate a server that is so meticulous and pays attention to the details.

Yelp
takeout review. i really don't understand the hype. The broth quality is mediocre, the noodles are no better than store bought and the additions are meager. For $20 a bowl...
