Jittery Joe’s Coffee

A small coffee shop in the middle of the Ritz, our barista A'Leah was amazing! The cinnamon roll was flaky and delicious and the iced coffee was great too, but the service was above and beyond! Won't be the last time we're here while we're visiting for the weekend!

Use the side entrance on Elis street to enter! Mocha was good, they only had paper straws, the croissant sandwich was satisfying, if you are walking around and need some coffee and a place to sit, this is a great option!

Cute and convenient little breakfast spot inside the Ritz in ATL. The picture of the menu in the wall is very outdated. Breakfast items range from $7-$8.50 now. Nonetheless, eat and go on about your day. Kind and attentive service from the staff.

We needed a coffee fix before jumping on MARTA to head back to the airport. There were no caribou or Starbucks on our walk, but there was a Jittery Joe's. It is located in the lobby of the Ritz Hotel, which is a dimly lit and almost cavelike. The coffee at Jittery Joe's is worth seeking it out. Their menu is limited, but if you ask for something different, they are very kind about making it. The pastries are fresh and tasty also.

Good coffee, Little heated breakfast muffin / sausage was not too shabby. Bagel was good pretty good. for 2 we spent $35 , reasonable

There is a good handful of locations, which helps me a lot as an older graduate student! Importantly, they do NOT add sweetener to their matcha powder, so I can choose whether or not to add a little Sugar in the Raw. I've never had a medium or strong brew or iced coffee (or matcha latte) there I didn't love the taste of. I've never been anything but comfortably cheered by interacting with the impressive, smart, truly friendly folks working there. I love how they keep several non-dairy milk options on hand (oat, coconut, almond...) and how they really foam up their lattes well. They sell fairly fancy baked goods plus reduced cost, still yummy, one-day-old muffins. The on-campus locations sell many types of good quality sandwiches, yogurt cups, and other smaller meal options. The Jittery Joe's at the Five Points area of Athens has the greatest coffee shop atmosphere you could ask for, softer conversations going on, not at all loud, plenty of seating indoors & out, and a beautiful old wood floor. Parking there is limited, however. ***My husband loves the Jittery Joe's baseball cap I gave him: high quality, from the sturdy gray cotton fabric to the ample brim and good fit! I saw they have tee shirts, too.

The Nutella cappuccino was absolutely delicious and I am not one to drink any type of coffee usually. Turkey ham and Swiss croissant was fresh and very savory. I would come back everyday if I lived close by.

When you stay at The Ritz, they provide complimentary coffee in the lobby, however, I need flavored creamer and was thankful that they have an actual coffee shop in the lobby. It is just a window where you can order and with such a small space, during our stay we only ever saw 1 or 2 baristas there each day. If there is a line, have some patience because it may take awhile, however, their coffee was worth the wait. We stayed during NYE and an addition to their daily offerings, they also had a seasonal menu which offered a ginger spice latte that was so good. For two days I inquired about the chocolate peppermint muffin to only be told they were out. The nutella cappuccino and salted caramel lattes are everyday staples and they were also on point!

Friendly service and excellent coffee. A great place to grab something quick. Mostly pastries and breakfast sandwiches. Several coffee options and a nice seating area in the Ritz.

YUMMMMMM. yum. This was one of the best lattes I have ever had. My latte was smooth, rich, and flavorful! Service was pretty quick and super friendly. Im going to have to order some of their beans to try to re-create back home!

Cute coffee counter within the Ritz Carlton with lots of tables and seating (lobby area). The woman behind the counter was friendly and quick at filling our order. However, the medium roast hot and iced coffees tasted awful. A sour taste for both.

This coffee shop is inside the Ritz Carlton in Downtown Atlanta. I went there almost every morning while staying there. They had some yummy seasonal items. I loved the Moccha with coconut milk. Their sandwiches were good too, just one day they came out not heated up enough when there was a different staff member.

After a weird experience buying coffee at Corner Bakery, my girlfriend and I decided to find better coffee. Stumbled into this place and it's awesome. Latte was actually frothy, flavor was rich and you could tell precautions were taken amidst the pandemic. A+ coffee + beautiful place to chill

Ordered the breakfast bagel and it's even edible, It's gooey and chewy a waste of $8

I just want to give a shout-out to the two hardworking staff members that busted their butts during Dragon Con 2022. This is a tiny coffee stand inside of the Ritz-Carlton and they were hustling during Dragon Con to quickly prepare each order for a line of people on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The coffee and a breakfast bagel sandwich we got were tasty. Thanks for the great, fast service for us caffeine-cravin' nerds and geeks!

Yes its a bit overpriced but what could you expect from a coffee bar in the lobby of the Ritz? The coffee is not going to blow you away but isn't bad and the pastry options aren't bad at all. So if you're happening by, walk into the swank lobby, grab a comfy spot with your coffee and enjoy. The mocha and regular coffee are both solid options and the service was quick.

We discovered Jittery Joe's when we were visiting Atlanta and staying at the Kimpton Sylvan down the street. I saw there was a walkable local coffee shop so there was no way I wasn't checking it out. This place is so cute as it has a drive thru AND it's connected to an awesome little market. It's a true one stop shop for delicious coffees as well as any snack you might want. Would be perfect to swing by before heading to a picnic. If this place was close by I'd certainly be a regular.

We walked all over town trying to find a local type of coffee shop, and ended up here. It is in the Ritz Carlton, but they seem to have their own flair which I liked! I ordered the Nutella Cappacino and it was so good, highly recommend. My husband ordered a Mocha and it was also good, definitely give this place a whirl!

Great Coffee with delightful and very helpful service person. The place in tucked away in the Ritz lobby but the offer quick snacks and tasting coffee with free guest refills until 12pm

Took a walk to this coffee place hoping to get something better than the usual stuff at the hotel I was staying at. I arrived to the ritz Carlton to find about 75 HS DECA students in the lobby! Needless to say about 20 were in line for coffee. The line moved fast and I placed my order.. I tried a fresh medium roast brew, nothing fancy... it was ok... just ok. Wouldn't return as I was looking for a great cup of coffee. Service was good.

Popped in during the Olympic trials marathon for a cup of coffee to warm up. I ordered my typical americano. The coffee was good. They had a great case of delicious desserts, but I wasn't really in the mood for one, but was tempted. The service was a little slow, but all in all and okay place to grab a cup of coffee.

I was in downtown Atlanta exploring and of course being from out of town I had to find a cute little coffee shop somewhere. I stumbled upon Jittery Joe's which is located in the Ritz-Carlton. My mom and I ordered two apple pecan bear claws and two mochas. The bear claws were delicious with the right amount of sweet/salty. The mochas were okay, but definitely not the best I've ever had. The barista was friendly. Regardless I enjoyed my brief experience there. They are a little pricey and my guess is because it's located in the Ritz-Carlton on peachtree. We spent about $18 on two bearclaws and two mochas. I do recommend checking this place out if you're in the area and looking for some quick coffee and delicious treats and want to get a glimpse inside of the Ritz-Carlton.

First time trying this place. Nothing too fancy about it. Waited in line for over 20 mins for just some coffee and a bagel. The employee was very nice personable though.

Didn't realize this place was in the Ritz but totally see why! Great coffee for a decent price and got to sit in the hotel lobby enjoying a conversation with my travel buddy.

This place was great! We stayed across the street in the the Westin. All I've seen is Starbucks since I got in town and wanted to try something different. This was perfect! We went during happy hour and got 2 coffees and 2 pastries for $4! I paid over $4 the day before for a basic coffee at Starbucks that was just ok. Loved it!

The mocha tasted like drinking hot milk, no espresso or mocha taste in there, and that's after adding an extra shot.

Glad to have another option in the downtown area than Starbucks. It's located in the lobby of the Ritz-Carlton. Try the Chai Latte - it tastes like a cinnamon bun!

Great option downtown. My husband and I needed a quick coffee and bite. All we could find in the area were Starbucks and DD. We saw that this place had a single review but that put it on the map. No regrets, this place is fantastic. I drink an iced Americano daily, and this place uses great quality espresso and serves amazing, fresh pastries. The Ritz Carlton is gorgeous and has a nice sitting area.

Great chai! This place is actually inside of the Ritz Carlton so you might miss it if you're not looking closely. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and want something other than Starbucks.

Just meh. Waay over priced. Could not 5ell a difference between this place and the other major cheaper name brand
