A decent place for Chinese BBQ! I liked the quality of the meat. Each bite was tender and had the right amount of fat. The sauces and spices added a great flavor too. The stir fried noodles were okay. It had some fresh ingredients and tasty sausage, but the noodles were too greasy. We were also confused about the lamb skewers. They were an entirely different texture than what we thought. It was like we were eating organs instead of the usual cut. It was a pretty good experience with some pit falls. The service was excellent and the space was clean.

Saw a review online and decided to come try this place—and I’m so glad we did. We ordered the grilled eel, and it was hands down the best BBQ eel I’ve ever had. The grilled squid was also amazing, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We also ordered beef, which was very fresh and high quality. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they even recommended the right amount of food for us, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be coming back again!

The meat cooks fast, super juicy, and somehow feels so light to eat. 🐍 The highlight? Their live eel! I’d never tried it before it’s chewy, bouncy, and crazy fresh. You can literally watch them grill it crisp it up first, dip it in sauce a few times, then finish it wrapped in seaweed. OMG it’s perfection 🤤. 💡 The restaurant itself isn’t fancy at all, kinda low key from the outside. But every single dollar goes into the ingredients you can taste it in every bite. I love that you can order half portions of meat, so you can try more dishes without wasting food. 😶 The service is just okay, but honestly, the food makes you forget about that. There’s even an outdoor charcoal grill that looks super cozy. And somehow no smoke, no oil smell, no heaviness after eating. Just pure joy. ✨ This place is a total hidden gem. I came specifically to try the eel after reading all the rave reviews, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The texture was pleasantly bouncy and the flavor was spot on. Surprisingly though, my favorite dish ended up being the specialty grilled eggplant. It was packed with flavor, and I’d honestly come back just for that. I also tried the collagen jelly cubes and the lamb chops, but those were misses for me. The collagen jelly cubes lacked flavor, and the lamb chops didn’t taste very fresh. Overall, I’d recommend the eel and especially the grilled eggplant, but I’d skip the other two dishes. Also, service depends on the wait staff. Some are friendly while others are more curt. You order from an iPad but the staff cooks the food for you.

Tried this Northeastern BBQ restaurant for the first time today, and it was amazing! The highlight for me was the grilled eel—the freshest and most delicious grilled eel I’ve ever had, tender and full of flavor. The service was also excellent; the staff took care of grilling everything for us, and they were incredibly professional. We didn’t need to lift a finger, making the experience so relaxing. All the meats here were super fresh, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. Lastly, their cold noodles are the best I’ve ever had in the north—perfectly balanced in flavor with a refreshing, chewy texture. Highly recommended! Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Really enjoyed the garlic beef and eel. They cook all the meat for you over charcoal. And the server was super nice. Best if you can speak some Chinese.
