"For any Asian American that grew up in the SGV (or those of us who grew up taking regular pilgrimages to the 626), JJ Bakery brings back comforting memories of freshly baked bread lining the shelves and the familiar mix of Chinese and English. Long before 85° landed on this side of the Pacific, JJ was serving a plethora of Taiwanese bakery classics: a combination of Chinese and Japanese-influenced sweet and savory single-portion breads waiting to be picked up with tongs. They also have a selection of cookies (more like crisp European biscuits than the chewier American versions), as well as fluffy sponge cakes that come in various flavors, forms, and colors (think everything from swiss roll by the slice to ones shaped like a piece of watermelon). Cakes are sold whole and by the slice, each decorated with an abundance of fruits and chocolate, and are staples at any Asian American celebration. While the franchise locations vary, many serve traditional Taiwanese breakfasts, pastries, and bentos too. Order this: A mix of taro bread, cream-filled cupcakes, sesame pockets, and youtiao." - with warm welcome, leslie yeh

We were craving dessert after our early dinner of spicy fried chicken. This was in the same plaza so we walked across to it. We got the Cappuccino Mousse Slice, Chocolate-Chocolate Slice, and New York Cheesecake Slice. The Cakes were ok, not too sweet. The chocolate-chocolate cake was underwhelming for a chocoholic like me. Good, but not what I was looking for. The New York cheesecake was more like a Japanese cheesecake. The cappuccino mousse slice was the best choice among three. Service was perfunctory. The cafe side of the store was closed. The bakery side was clean. Parking is shared in this plaza but it was adequate. There’s underground parking too.

Rating is for Dine-in service only. Food is fine. Leaving a $1 tip because they asked for it, but I really want to leave a penny, because not only the server was showing resentment, the service provided was merely a busboy's job and a busboys would've done much better in any other American restaurants. No one else left a tip, which IMHO totally deserved. But I left a dollar regardless out of sympathy. Waiting a table is much more than bringing drink and food. Somehow no Chinese restaurants get it. But they sure know how to demand tips! Venting aside. Food is okay. Portions (as of 2023 10) show in the pictures. I like the fried dumpling/donut sticks price, much more reasonable than others. Soy milk is very watery and has a burning smell and taste, aka not recommended. All sauces and seasonings are put aside inside the counter so you have to ask for it. I suppose this is why they demand tips, which is very lame. strongly recommended asking for soy sauce, chili, white pepper, and garlic sauce all at once. The table at the corner was not clean and had food crumbs. She didn't clean up tht dirty table after we pick the next one. She also never asked if we need anything and was showing resentment when I asked for sauces. Can't help but think the reason they kept the sauce behind the counter is to demand tips (besides QC). That's no service.

Google
This JJ bakery and Cafe is absolutely amazing and serves delicious traditional Taiwanese food! There are many food options to choose from and the bread options are quite varied as well. I ordered the beef noodle soup, spicy cucumber salad, and scallion egg roll, all of which was pretty good and relatively cheap. They also have traditional Taiwanese soymilk, which is hard to come by and definitely worth a try. If you are going to buy one thing from this place, I suggest the bento boxes as they are delicious and well worth your money.

Google
One of my favorite lical bakery/restaurant that offer a great variety of freshly baked bread and an assortment of artisan cake. The price is fair and the quality is topnotch. The attached restaurant serves unique Taiwanese breakfast and lunch. The best deals are the combination plates that include main entrée with a choice of side dish and soup. The bakery also had different types of bento for easy grab-n-go. The staff are friendly and attentive. Currently the restaurant side is only open for breakfast and early dinner.

Google
Great place to go to every Friday after work I always come here for baked goods the bread is amazing I get great sweets from here and the customer service is amazing I'm so happy to find a place that serves amazing food and get my favorite red bean mochi

Google
This is our go-to place for authentic Taiwanese food at the cafe, and the bakery has a good selection of baked goods to satisfy your sweet tooth. They regularly sell a variety of gram-n-go bento boxes as well!

Tina Zhang

Google
The fried dough sticks in salted soy milk are old fried dough sticks soaked with a lot of oil. The boss said that this is the style. If old customers know it, it is also possible to ask for new dough sticks. I wonder if I have the courage to eat it again😛

Miranda Y.

Yelp
Ordered combo meal and it was good with the exception of the soup is a little too salty. The cafe service was slow. Not really attentive. The place looks clean with many bakeries goods to choose from.

d ..

Yelp
Service is whatever's They open early so if you go early the breads are really fresh. They have more choices in buns that are salted than 85 degree, they have a side to sit down and eat as well, their cream puffs are really good and sometimes sold out by end of the day. They don't have too many sweet buns. The sausage and green onion and the corn bun my favorite.

Yelp
Stopped by on Saturday, 02/08/25. This place has a bunch of affordable pastries and cakes to choose from. Additionally, you can purchase pre-cooked meals to go. There is also a cafe inside.

Laurie D.

Yelp
I stopped by this bakery to get a few treats to take home. It was really hard to decide what to get, as their selection is unbelievable! I tried the Almond Puff Pastry and the Mini Danish Toast. Both were flaky and DELICIOUS!! They have beautiful cakes and desserts as well as so many different types of sweet and savory pastries, breads, and other items. They also have a café, but I haven't tried it yet. I will definitely go back to try some savory treats next time. I highly recommend this bakery!

Dyanna A.

Yelp
I have loved this bakery for 20+ years! I went there today to get a box of crème puffs for a get-together. When we started to eat them EVERYONE noticed a significant plastic odor and taste to them. Never again.

Susana Z.

Yelp
In the area and looking for something sweet and stopped in to see what they have. These are delicious. Perfect afternoon treat!!! The ambience and service was great too, very courteous. The place was well stocked and all pasties had great details. Will have to visit again soon!!!

Yelp
It has been awhile since Covid that we actually dined in this JJ bakery at city of industry. We had been their customer since they started serving Taiwanese deli. On a Saturday morning, we decided to buy the following since we (2 adults and 2 kids ) are craving for Taiwanese snacks and food. JJ bakery in city of industry is a small eatery that's traditional and serves wide variety of traditional Taiwanese food to all sorts of bakery like cakes. We order 2 ice peanut milk (milks is actually rice milk), one of our favorite drink for adults. One Taiwanese breakfast burger $5.50 (egg, vegetables, meat patty), also ordered Taiwanese egg tart, seaweed roll with porksong, two salty Taiwanese rice ball (with cruller and porksong inside). The bakery / eatery is clean and traditional looking but offers so much food choices. Price is not greatest as salty rice ball is $5.50; it's same as Taiwanese breakfast burger. Will be back go try meals again noodles and rice dishes and other breakfast via dine in.

Justin S.

Yelp
The pork chop in the bento box tasted noticeably unfresh, with an unpleasant odor. I highly recommend that the restaurant consider sourcing higher-quality meat.

Kim C.

Yelp
My husband loves this place. He describes it as "Perfect food here. Very delicious Taiwanese taste."Highly recommend for those who are craving all the declious Taiwanese breakfast and appetizers. You can usually get seated fairly quickly. There is an option for paper menu or you can order online. Sometimes ordering with a waitress helps you to know if there is going to a long wait for an item. It's a good place to eat with a small family or small group of friends. Not exactly a place for a gathering for 10-20 people. The food thing about this place is that it shares a space with the jj bakery and you can grab some bento boxes to go or other baked goods while waiting. Parking is easy and I really enjoy eating here with my husband. He loves the combo meals and I love their cold dishes! Their breakfast items are always a win if you get in before 11am. Come by and check them out!

Yelp
What's not to like?! If you're a fan of Taiwanese comfort food, then this is a must-go when in the area. We drive all the way from Torrance to eat here since the JJ that we have locally doesn't have a cafe. The cafe makes this particular location! It's basically a fully functioning restaurant with a proper menu. We had the fried pork chop noodle soup, a braised pork rice (Luroufan) and a bento combo. All were comforting and delicious. Now look, the emphasis is in COMFORT as I'm stressing for the 3rd time here. This isn't food that's going to blow your mind but it is SOLID, especially the fried and braised meats. The way it should be done for traditional Taiwanese food. Big portions, good prices, great value. None of that neatly cut and plated modern stuff for $15-20 an entree (im lookin at you Little Fatty, but also, RIP). You get a damn set of entree, 2 sides, and a soup for $13. And then you pickup breads, pastries, and desserts or a milk tea to finish it off. And THAT'S worth the 5 stars to me every time.

Viviane T.

Yelp
This is their beef meat pie from this morning. I definitely won't be visiting there again anytime soon. It wasn't fully cooked--the pastry wasn't done, and the meat wasn't cooked properly. Very disappointing with their food quality.

Yelp
UPDATE: I ordered their Daikon pastry, savory soy milk, pan-fried daikon cake, savory rice ball, steamed sticky rice with minced pork, and their hot rice milk this time. daikon pastry- I always like Taiwanese daikon pastry. Their taste was not bad but too fluffy. It could be better. (3.5/5) savory soy milk- Either you like it or dislike it. It was a bit salty and oily but it was like comfort food to us. (3.5/5) pan-fried daikon (turnip) cake- I won't recommend it. It was way too bland and nothing inside. We rather have Hong Kong style Lo Bak Go (daikon cake) with sausage, shrimp, scallion, etc. (this is my personal preference) (2/5) savory rice ball- It was tasty and the youtiao (chinese cruller) was crispy. (3.5/5) steamed sticky rice with minced pork - soooo delicious. This is my first time to try their steamed sticky rice with minced pork at JJ. I think I will order this again from now on. I like the soft texture and the minced pork and sauce were spot on. (4.5/5) hot rice milk - delicious!!! peanut butter taste like and thick taste but it was good! (4.5/5) Btw, they also had server to ask us what to order this time. We didn't need to scan QR code to order. Service was much better than last time (4/5) Based on the food experience this time, I had to update my review to 4 stars in overall.

Yelp
I really like JJ Bakery & Cafe. There were so many people in both the cafe and restaurant. I've always wanted to try the cafe and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered the combo, which came with a side dish and soup. The meal sets are also another great option for great prices as they include 2 sides, rice, and soup. We ordered to dried thin noodle combo and the grilled mackerel rice meal set, and it was really good. The portion size was great, and we even had some to take home. Sometimes, I'll go to restaurants and still be hungry. Here you'll know you'll be full and even have some to-go. They also have snack boxes starting at $8/box, which is a really good deal. I've been to other bakeries, and I definitely didn't get it for $8/box. Overall, I think this place is solid if you're around the area. Service is good and attentive. Plenty of parking. And what's special about this location is that they have a breakfast menu too, only at this JJ Bakery City of Industry location!

Yelp
Great Taiwanese breakfast. Pork bun is machine made. I like the chive pie. Service is typical. Ambiance is clean Cafe environment.

Yelp
I recently visited JJ Bakery and tried their mango mochi and Taiwanese egg tart. The mango mochi, which cost about $5, had a thin and soft Mochi skin and was filled with cream, mango, and a cake base at the bottom. While the cream and mango tasted average, the cream was rich and creamy and the mango, though a bit saggy, was still enjoyable. However, I felt that the cake piece inside was too big, and it would have been better if they had used less cake and added more cream and mango. Overall, the mango mochi was yummy, but not the best I've ever had. Considering the price, I think it's a decent option. On the other hand, the Taiwanese egg tart, which cost about $3, was below average. It was saggy and not creamy enough. It was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend it. Overall, I would rate my experience at this JJ Bakery 3 stars. While the mango mochi was decent for its price, the Taiwanese egg tart was a letdown.

Yelp
On a roll reviewing bakeries. My previous experience with JJ is the location in Arcadia near the now-closed Din Tai Fung dumpling house. Compared with 85°C and similar Asian bakeries, their Portuguese/Macao Egg Tarts are especially good and 2.5x bigger, too. I love them when they're still warm, if you're so lucky to encounter. This location is about the same size, has an adjacent café like Arcadia, but never seems busy on that side after 1pm. I think we hit a bit late this particular day because the shelves were pretty empty, and while not busy, two of the other patrons were either tying up forward movement, or being rude and pushy, line-jumping basically. Oh well, I think we bought some butter toast for French Toast on one of the rainy days. We wanted the really thick slices but had to settle for the regular loaf. When it's convenient I'll come back, preferably mid-morning for the best selection.

Yelp
First time at this cafe and was so confused on how it works. They are separated into 2 sections. Left is the bakery and right is the cafe for dine in. If coming for the bakery, you can help yourself by grabbing a tray and get your goodies. If coming to dine in, will wait at the front until a staff member seats you. I didn't know this of course. I waited in the front for some time and no staff greeted me even though they saw me. After a few minutes, I walked up to them and asked if I order at the counter. Was told to order at the table for dining in. Finally got seated. They have pretty good selections of breakfast and lunch items. I was ready to order but no staff came to my table. Waited for over 15 minutes and still nothing. Looked at the staffs to get their attentions but that didn't help. Finally had to really flag them down. Some breakfast items will only be served before 11:30. Some will still be served after 11:30. Food took 10 minutes, pretty fast. Scallion pancake w/cruller: the pancake was too thick. Overall, very bland. Savory rice ball: it was ok but too much rice. Supreme rice ball: too much rice as well. The savory rice ball tasted better. Steamed sticky rice w/minced pork: rice was sticky and mushy at the same time. Texture was kinda funny but interesting. Sauce that came with it was good. What I noticed was that you have to be really loud and firm to get their attention. If not, they will just ignore you. Can't be shy about it. If you are going to be shy and quiet, you probably won't get their attention. That doesn't mean you have to be rude or mean though. Be nice but loud, if that makes sense lol. I think they should start having a sign in the front that says 'Please wait to be seated' for future new customers.

Yelp
Date of visit: 12/9/2022 Came for Taiwanese bfast here with a friend. So disappointed with the items I ordered: - Dan Bing: SKIP IT! lack of flavor and the flour tortilla is hard. The best part of it is the garlic soy sauce. - radish cake with egg: SKIP IT! bland, bland, bland. So uninteresting with nothing in it. No fried shrimp, no Chinese sausage. Nothing. - savory soybean milk bowl: didn't try so I can't comment. My friend said JJ has the best of this dish, so I guess it must be pretty good. If I ever come back I will probably try different things here

Tony C.

Yelp
It's now one of our favorite TW eateries in the area because: - Offers wide variety of both breakfast and lunch items - Offers good selection of ready-to-go bentos - TW breads - Tesla Supercharger on the premise Living in SD, we drive up there about once a month to eat and buy a few bentos. Glad it exists.

Becky L.

Yelp
This was our other branch of 'JJ Bakery' aside from the Rowland Heights location that we would frequent for quick breakfast fixes and dessert cravings on the egg tarts. Same as the Rowland Heights' branch, I had to keep track of when they would carry out the Taiwanese egg tart trays for sale because I would miss out on them so had to switch off to the other location.... I will return to either JJ bakery again soon because these are the types of pastries I've grown accustomed to.

Yelp
-- at J.J Bakery.

Phoebe ann c.

Yelp
This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced! One lady saw me waiting to pay but completely ignored me, and it took another four minutes before someone else finally approached me. After I paid, I asked if I could leave my pastries at the counter to use the restroom, but she told me, 'Sorry, no restroom,' despite a visible restroom sign. I'm clearly pregnant, and they showed no empathy at all.

Mark L.

Yelp
I've ordered the Rice Noodle Soup Combo, Braised Pork Combo, Daily Veggie Minced, Pork Meat Ball Soup, Popcorn Chicken Rice, and Pork Chop Noodle Soup while dining here many times. This time, the food appears to be flavorless. The Rice Noodle Soup with Intestines has a very strong intestines smell and taste, while the Popcorn Chicken has no flavor at all. Everything I ordered today wasn't very good...

Ryan L.

Yelp
I go here for lunch and usually get a sticky rice bun, bread, or bento box. It's pretty standard Taiwanese food and it's quick since it's premade. The service is quick and usually during lunch there isn't a huge line which is good for efficiency. The prices aren't super pricy so it's good for an everyday thing if you don't eat a lot for lunch. There's also a cool cafe area if you don't want the premade bakery stuff. Overall, if you're in the area or if you're supercharging nearby, this place is good for a small bite or lunch if you're trying to save time!

May T.

Yelp
My order of chocolate symphony has always been the best. I just called a day ahead and it is ready the next day. I just wish they offer that cake at others JJ bakery. I only come and pick up the cake; I don't have experience for eating there. It looks nice to dine/snack there.

Travis P.

Yelp
The breads here are very reasonably priced and they looked fresh. Picked out an assorted bunch of breads and it came out to be under $20. I got to try the mango mochi and oh man I would recommend. Probably one of the unique mochis I've had, it had like cake parts inside with cream.

Roy H.

Yelp
Slow food service. At 10:45am walked in and ordered to go food. Waited over 25+ minutes for some hot soy milk and egg pancake. Ridiculous.

Vivian A.

Yelp
COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my drink from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive because there is an above ground parking lot AND an underground parking lot. I'm just going to say this: avoid the above ground parking lot. Parking is always hella difficult to find. Underground parking is much easier to find. Drink: I ordered a jasmine green tea. This drink is very refreshing and floral. Perfect for a hot day. Staff: The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

Kim T.

Yelp
PSA: Bring cash if you do not plan to spend over $5 (2 pastries is less than $5 currently) because card can only be used for purchases over $5. Pastries are decent, but don't seem to do well sitting the next day. However, they do seem to sell out of most of their baked goods by the end of the night.

Michelle P.

Yelp
Pandemic confessional. On mornings that I know I will have an excruciating early a.m. meeting or am super stressed out, I treat myself to goodies from this particular JJ Bakery. I'm no stranger to JJ as I've had their breads, cakes and food for about half my life (oh dear I am so old). My parents and asian aunties and uncles love their simply designed cakes as they're great value for money, no frills and taste great (not too sweet, moist). However this review is not just for their tried and true cakes and breads but for their fan tuan! Anyone who knows me knows I'm obsessed with fan tuan. I've turned anyone who's willing onto this dish and even taught myself some Chinese to order in tough situations where sign language and pointing won't work. This works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. In my experience the staff at JJ are fluent enough in English to help us non native Chinese speakers out. Also, the fan tuan is unlike any other fan tuan I've had. Most places will give you a standard fan tuan with the you tiao (donut) and pork floss and maybe get creative with different kinds of eggs (fried sunny side, scrambled, scramble with green onion, thousand year) and some pickles. However JJ stepped up their game big time and decided to add a half a whole Chinese sausage that covers the length of the fan tuan. The sausage is well executed and makes the gluttony that is fan tuan much more delicious and heart attack inducing. No joke in mornings of stress, this is what I'm eating as feelings. It's so delicious. Another dish that I also highly recommend is their zhong zi or "chinese tamale." To date theirs have been the best I have found in the area - chock fill of ingredients including tender braised pork belly, peanuts, shitake mushroom and duck egg. My dad loves them and never complains like he does with other zhong zi I have brought back and it has been consistent on the many times I've brought it home unlike other places. If your looking for a delicious and simple birthday cake, snack pastries or taiwanese dishes, look no further than JJ! I've been a returning customer for half my life for a reason and look forward to continuing to return.

Esther L.

Yelp
Don't order this lunchbox! !!! Over cooked veggies! !!! Over cooked veggies! Don't order this lunchbox! Not good item!

Joann C.

Yelp
Definitely one of my favorite bakeries to visit! Everything is so fresh and the selection is fantastic. Please note there are also certain days for certain breads (like my favorite sponge cake... this always sells out super fast). The breads are soft and fluffy-from savory to sweet. They also have a variety of toasts like black sesame, raisin, white, grain, and carrot. There's also a restaurant section where you can order hot Taiwanese breakfast food like scallion egg pancakes, Chinese donut. They also have side dishes that my mom loves (bean curd, fan Tuan, black fungus, pickled vegetables).

Shirley H.

Yelp
This dish is Fry Pork Chop with rice and 2 vegetables. But today really disappointed!

Jennie T.

Yelp
I called in to order a birthday cake and the lady who took my order over the phone was either hard of hearing or did not understand my order but when when I arrived to pick up my cake, they apparently did not have my order OR sold it to someone else? Not sure what happened but I ended up having to buy a random cake off the shelf which was disappointing. JJ Bakery is usually a solid spot for birthday cakes and I'm sure it was just a hiccup with this particular worker at this location. This JJ is usually not as busy and chill. There is ample parking which is always a plus!

Tamika A.

Yelp
DO NOT EAT HERE! My freshly purchased cake was beautiful but came with a HUGE CHUNK OF MOLD. After calling JJ to express my disappointment and embarrassment as this was a birthday cake for my daughter, they dismissed me and said there was nothing they can do. They would only issue me a refund if I went back to the store with the cake - which isn't an option as I'm hosting my daughters birthday party now. So disgusting. They said they had no place for me to send them these photos so thank goodness for Yelp. Hopefully this saves someone else the embarrassment.

Jennifer H.

Yelp
my favorite place to get butter shortbread cookies with almonds! their cookies are light, not too sweet, and delicately flavored: i really enjoy the chocolate almond shortbread cookies that come in a little plastic box. a little sad that their brown sugar mochi cake was limited time only since that was the reason for our trip, but overall, the quality of jj bakery has always been great!

Peter P.

Yelp
Another Asian bakery in Rowland Heights area. I frequent this place when I stationed in a nearby office. This place is unique as it is 1/2 Asian bakery and 1/2 sit down quick food eatery. The food is pretty good and the selection of its bake goods is decent.

Bekah C.

Yelp
They have delicious desserts and steamed buns. Every time I go there is an assortment of yummyness that I just pick up and take with me! My favorite was the German tart! I also love the red bean pastries, steamed buns, and the checkered cake! Also, The strawberry angel sponge is to dieeee for!!

Kiki T.

Yelp
It was my first time here...and I just love it!! All the pastry were yummy. I am so happy to have seen this place. All the pastry are pre-packaged to keep it clean.

Brenda L.

Yelp
Was exploring the plaza, and unintentionally ran into this place! Luckily, my boyfriend and I were hungry since we were waiting for another business around to open. The pastries we saw through the window while walking past definitely caught our eye lol. Line was long and it was pretty busy. It wrapped around all of the showcases and took us maybe around 10-15 minutes until we could finally pay! Once you walk inside, you grab a tray then pick up whatever your heart desires. Everything is individually wrapped which is nice and convenient. They had a great selection of Asian pastries here from savory to sweet. We picked up some cookies, a pineapple bun, and their corn pastry. Every item was oh so good! The perfect place to go to and stock up on bread essentials for a quick breakfast or snack. They also had a lot of cakes, drinks, and premade meals too.

Ryan F.

Yelp
Very tasty Taiwanese style hamburger. Good customer service and reasonable price. Never dine in before so not sure the ambiance in there. So sad to hear the JJ bakery in Hawaii is closed. We had been going to that bakery for years while living there. Hope they reopen again sometimes.

Brenda M.

Yelp
Loved it chocolate cake was soo fresh and delicious. Went in for the mango mouse cake but they didn't serve it till 10:30 am.

Magdalena T.

Yelp
Got Mochi mango here that was really good and a couple fresh breads that was delicious

Jian Hao L.

Yelp
The service is great. staffs are friendly. They serve food all day long. I love their special sticky rice roll. Definitely go back when I am back in LA

Neleh H.

Yelp
Wandered in here while waiting for our table at ramen place- I'm glad I did! Was not real busy on weekday afternoon. Pastries are fresh & tasty- on par w other Chinese bakeries- but the sticky rice zhong w pork we brought home were really outstanding ( even got a compliment from our Taiwan relative) & we also loved the seaweed peanuts. Wish we lived closer so I could try all the very appealing looking bentos.

Yelp
JJ bakery serves variety fresh daily made pastries, bread and toast also they served authentic Taiwanese meal combo and soup noodles. The dinning environment is clean, the clerk are professional, informative( you can ask the flavor of the food, content of food and when it will expired how to reheat the food when you take out) and quickly! I hightly recommend bring your Taiwanese elders and your picky authentic Asian foodie to visit this bakery! JJ bakery will not let them down.

Yelp
man i freaking love JJ bakery so much, i just wish they opened locations in OC cause driving all the way to 626 to get pastries is such a pain in the ass their cakes are superior, my favorite is the huge rectangle fruit cake that they split into little squares. and each square has a fat ass piece of fruit on it. perfect for big parties and the pastries omgggg the pineapple cakes are so delish. my bf will buy out all the cheesecake sticks in stock every single time. i love the pudding cups and the mochi balls MY LAWD I BE EATING THE MUTHAHELL OUT OF THOSE MOCHI BALLS YO the cake and fresh cream and fruit in the inside and the soft mochi on the outside. pure nut worthy. i introduced JJ to a couple of my oc friends and now they want JJ all the time. please open a location in OC im begging u

Yelp
Disappointing experience. We were looking forward to their dine in re-opening. We ordered the Taiwanese hamburgers. We waited for 15 to 20 minutes and they came out. That first bite, it was cold....the server explained that they were made at 8 AM and it was 9:08 AM at the time. We don't mind that they were pre-made, but at the very least heat them up? Oh and they gave away our drinks. Either that or they forgot....
