JJ's (Guilty Pleasures)

I have to say that while the burgers weren't top-notch, the service was even more disappointing. Let me begin by addressing the customer service at this restaurant. If Captain Jack Sparrow and Gabriel Iglesias had a baby, this would be the person who I'm writing about—except this person, unfortunately, without any charm. The man with the beard and dreads clearly lacked basic etiquette. When I approached to place my order, I understood that the music was loud, but instead of assisting me politely, he rudely yelled, "You have to place an order from your phone." This was my second visit to this place, and as long as that particular staff member is there, I won't be ordering any food again due to the rudeness he displayed. Overall, the burgers were okay, and I might have them again if it weren't for the poor service experience.

Terrible place, customer service, and personnel.

Unparalleled customer service. Last night, special order... they not only took the order for me, due to difficulties with app, but accommodated my burger to specifications. The burger was great, love the artisanal pickles, but what made this special was the service. It's at the Regatta, so ambiance is always great. But, this burger was what I was craving.Thank you to the guys at JJs for assisting and making the special request.

Wow! JJ's is probably the best option of the 4 pop-up restaurants at Regatta. My bf, a self-proclaimed burger connoisseur, said the Guilty Pleasure Freak-O (their signature burger) is one of the best he's ever had. No pics and I didn't get to try it, but I believe him! We also came back to order the truffle fries. They were fantastic and also presented nicely. Highly recommend the food here if you're at Regatta!

Easily the WORST customer service I've ever had. I went up to the booth to ask a question and one of the guys just told me to please order with the QR code. I told him I had a question and asked for a recommendation between two burgers he said he doesn't know, it's my preference. OBVIOUSLY ITS MY PREFERENCE GENUIS! I'm super easy going and he was just sooooo rude from the beginning I couldn't even believe it. The burgers aren't even worth the $15-$18 you're paying for it. Don't bother

Went last night, we had the onion smash burger and onion rings. Delicious and the guys at the counter were super nice!!!

Customer service was horrible. Horrible attitude. Ordered food was told text message would be sent. 40 min later food was sitting there cold. Cook had a nasty attitude. Normally don't leave reviews but this place was terrible.

WOW!!!! service impeccable, burgers delicious!! french fries amazing!! This place is a must visit. Eddie and Chris will take care of you and give you the best meal of your life. 10/10 recommend!

Service was horrible. Whoever was at the register has no respect for clientele. Can't even get them to look at you or acknowledge you when asking a question. No one else was in line and the cashier couldn't look up from his phone to take my order so I left. Not coming back.

Terrible service. I got my order wrong and took it back. They didn't believe me when I said I got the order wrong and after explaining I was asked to come back in 20 mins to pick up my food. They refused to bring it back to my table even though I had already tipped them 20%. The burger was dry and definitely not worth it. These people were so rude!!
