Incredibly disappointed with the customer experience here - I made a small purchase (for this brand) and I didn't notice an additional extra shipping fee they've added on in addition to the normal shipping charges. UPS delivered the hand soap I ordered to another house and I reached out to Joanna Czech to see if I could get a replacement or get reimbursed and they told me they wouldn't do anything to help me because I didn't add the additional shipping charges and it was against their policy. I didn't notice the additional shipping charges on the site when I made the purchase and it honestly blew me away how awful their customer service response was especially since it was such a small purchase - they charge hundreds and thousands of dollars for services and products daily so $50 shouldn't be revenue impacting to them. This experience will definitely keep me from purchasing anything in the future from Joanna Czech or scheduling any facial appointments, I don't care how good Joanna Czech thinks she is, her customer-facing response team is damaging her brand. I also agree with another review that stated Joanna Czech has really gone down and for the money you spend here, it should be top notch. I will continue being a loyal customer of House of Preservation who earns your business and provides excellent customer service.

Joanna changed my skincare regime and my life! I am 37 and thought that I knew about skincare. After going to her once and using her recommended products, I look much better. My skin is clear and tight. I love her! Her treatment is intensive and specialized...she is worth the price! I live in Geneva and look forward to going back to Dallas just to see her!

Really great retail service! I didn't read careful enough that they weren't accepting retail purchase walk-ins and their door was locked when I tried to open it, but the lady was nice enough to open it and talk me through my product options. I knew what I wanted, I just wasn't sure which formula so she asked me some questions and was able to recommend one (which 4 days into it, in loving)! I gave her my card and she went inside to ring me up and I was done. I was just super happy she was willing to help despite my lack of attention to store details due to COVID.

I would expect customer service at this place to be top knotch, giving how expensive the products are, but it's not. Joanna Czeck used to be awesome, but the quality of the place seem to have deteriorated greatly in recent times. Before I would have estheticians advise me and help me find the right products. Since the products are so expensive and can't be returned once purrschased, it's important to buy the right product or you're stuck with it. Now, the estheticians can't be bordered and the front desk person they have now either doesn't have enough knowledge or just not willing to be of assistance. Well, if I can't get quality customer support, why would I want to buy anything here. It's unfortunate, but now I have to find another spa that is more caring to their customer's needs.

These facials have saved my skin when even a dermatologist couldn’t. I’d given up all hope on ever getting better skin until I came here and started seeing actual results. Rachel is honestly a miracle worker, her talent and skill is amazing and she knows my skin even better than I do. She’s so informative and friendly and the only person I’d ever trust to touch my skin now. I’ve recommended my best friends to go to her as well. She has an ability to make you feel comfortable even if you’re embarrassed or shy about going (which I definitely was.) These facials have been truly life-changing; as a professional model, I can’t live without my skin, and Rachel has done what I formerly believed was impossible! I can’t thank her enough for giving me a part of my life and confidence back that I thought was gone. Investing in my skin is the best decision I’ve made.

I just started ordering from Joanna Czech, and I have to say I love it. I had ordered a bottle of sunscreen and when I used it for the first time the product squeezed out of the sides of the tube. I think that maybe the tube had some thin spots and when I squeezed it, the tube gave and product went everywhere. I emailed to let them know what had happened and sent them pictures of the tube and they immediately sent me a new tube, no charge, and it was here in 2 days! That is what I call great customer service and I wish that other places would pause and take note of how they shoukd behave in the same situations. Thank you Joanna Czech, especially Lisa, you guys run a top A place!! I will def continue to buy my products from them.

I went to Joanna Czech this winter after a particularly rough military training exercise and medication switch really troubled my skin. The esthetician was great, however the women at the front were awful. One of them had made a mistake on the website saying that all services were at least 90 minutes long, they’re not. When I came out from my facial, only 60 minutes, I confronted her about the issue. At that time there was no explanation, only a 350$ bill, and that was it. I was pretty upset and after reconfirming my memory after re-reading “90 minute-long treatments” on the website, called back to discuss my concerns. The woman who picked up was at first extremely rude and effectively told me I was the one in the wrong. When her co-worker came on the phone and told me she had made the mistake on the website, and they had given me a discount when I paid but not told me, I realized that this place is not well-run. When you’re paying a few hundred dollars for a facial, you pay to relax and not deal with someone else’s attitude. I’m in the army, I get how stressful situations can be emotional. Facials should not be one of those situations.

Incredible customer service!! After my order's delivery was put into limbo due to CV19 in NYC, a sales team member in Dallas worked for 2 HOURS with UPS to reroute my package so it would be delivered to my home address. Who says you can't have great skin while you practice social distancing :) THANK YOU!

I had an awful customer experience at Joanna Czech - I ordered a hand soap online and didn't notice a new additional shipping charge (in addition to regular shipping) that they said I should have selected to insure the package. UPS delivered the package to the wrong address and I emailed Joanna Czech asking if they could deliver another hand soap and they said because I didn't select the additional shipping charge that it was against their policy. This company charges hundreds and thousands of dollars for products and services, you think they would want to keep a customer with such a small $50 product but they do not. I also did not see the additional shipping charge feature nor did I see any notice on their site that explains this policy in a way that was easily navigated and clear to the consumer. I've filed a BBB complaint and will continue posting reviews showcasing what happens when you do not cure customer issues. I will also continue showcasing how amazing House of Preservation is as an alternative - they work very hard to respond to customers and earn your business - they're in the same space/same city - give these guys your business vs. Joanna Czech.

Chances are you've read about Joanna in publications like Vogue, Into The Gloss and Pret a Porter--and yes, she's as amazing as everyone raves! Joanna possesses a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things skincare. And, as an added bonus, she's an all-around amazing person too! All facials here are tailored specifically to each client and they are anything but basic; their arsenal of masks, serums and hi-tech tools deliver one hell of a facial. They are pricey but worth every penny. For eyebrows, I see Lindsay and she works wonders! As for the spa, it's absolutely stunning and stocks products that will transform your skin from drab to fab in no time. I come here for my Biologique Recherche, Barbara Strum and Vintner's Daughter products. P.S. She's also very active on her Instagram and offers really helpful tips daily.

Where to begin.... I live out of town and have placed several orders from here. I am beyond impressed with every experience! The shipping is so prompt and the packaging is lovely! I have emailed them with questions and always get fast, friendly responses. I wish I lived near them so I could go in for services. Amazing selection and service!

Best facial I've ever had and Joanna is a master. Not only is she the most down to earth person you will meet but she is the real deal when it comes to skin. After having my baby - I struggled with acne for two years. Joanna saw me for a consultation- didn't sell me anything I didn't need and even recommended I finish my current product so I wouldn't be wasteful. I first purchased a toner and face wash and within two weeks- my skin turned around majorly!!! I've now kept this skin regime for 1 year and thank her in my prayers daily! I get quarterly facials - they are pricey - this is why I only go quarterly but I wouldn't go anywhere else in Dallas. Stop spending money on spas and go here... they know exactly what they are doing and know their product.

Joanna Czech is by far the best facialist I have ever tried. I am a repeat customer and have referred her to many of my friends. You gotta go! She is world class with state of the art equipment and techniques. Her new space is very very beautiful and filled with lots of her recommended products! -b

Joanna is world class and literally world renowned. My skin has never felt better after the products she recommended. I assume that is why so many celebrities heed her advice and use her services. And I am regular brow shaping customer. You gotta have good brows! And hers are the best :-) Her new space at Victory Park Lane is by far the most chic and stylish I have seen. I highly recommend. Dallas is lucky to have her.

These women are all stuck up and self centered. They are all about the dollar and not the customer. I have tried to see if maybe it was just bad timing, and kept trying with placing orders.. but nope.. still a terrible experience. If you are just a every day simple person without celebrity status, they will treat you like nothing. I suggest going elsewhere. I wouldn't even give it one star, but that wasn't an option.

Joanna is the best Eye brow shaper in Dallas. If you are looking for perfectly shaped brows, look no further. I recently moved here from Los Angeles and diligently researched the best brows in Dallas. I left dissatisfied and with very arched rounded brows. Luckily, I found Joanna shortly after and she has been able to get my brows back on track quickly. Once you work with Joanna, you will soon discover, she is way more than fabulous at brows. In fact, she is amazing at skin care and facials. If you are looking for really fabulous skin, trust your face to Joanna. Words can't describe the experience, you just have to try it for yourself. Joanna is more than amazing.

My husband had a business meeting in Dallas so I decided to come along with him just for a quick getaway. While he was in his meeting, I decided to try and get a much needed facial. I asked the hotel concierge as well as a couple of friends who live in Dallas for a recommendation. Both sources recommended the Joanna Czech facial spa as the one that I should try to book first. I was lucky and got an appointment for the day that I was visiting. My appointment was with Lindsay and she was fabulous! I have very delicate, dry skin with lots of those lovely dark spots and a few broken capillaries. Actually, to be totally honest, I have what some are unkind enough to refer to as "mature" skin! The nerve! Anyway, I am that person who has bought every facial product ever manufactured and I have used NONE of them! I occasionally remember to apply a moisturizer! YIKES! Anyway, you know how some of those other high end, fancy, snooty spas employ people who browbeat you and make your service absolutely miserable if you haven't followed a strict regime of THEIR ENTIRE product line for most of your adult life? Well, let me tell you that this place is a breath of fresh air! It was, hands-down, the most fabulous facial I have ever had! I've had a million of them so I have some point of reference here. Lindsay was wonderful, the spa was wonderful, the products she used on me were wonderful and I left that place with my skin looking and feeling better than it has in years! I will be back even though it will require a road trip! It was THAT GOOD!
