JOE & THE JUICE

I stopped by Joe & The Juice today and honestly had a great experience. We ordered three sandwiches and two coffees, and everything was prepared very fast. They actually made the wrong coffee first, but the staff quickly changed it without any problem, which I really appreciated. There were quite a lot of people, but the atmosphere was super nice – good music, friendly vibe, and the location is literally steps from the beach. Perfect spot before or after the ocean. The coffee tasted delicious and the sandwiches were fresh and flavorful. I don’t really understand why the rating is not higher, because everything was really good during my visit. I would definitely come back. 🌴☕️

Product quality is fresh and quite good, no doubt, and nothing specific about the staff. But even though I expected high prices and it's Miami, it's way too overpriced. $26.5 for a (very) small bowl, a simple coffee and a juice, wow. That reminds me to do the maths first 😅 and also the place was noisy. I won't stop there again!

Ordered a smoothie and were told they were out of date purée; the employee offered spinach as a replacement, then quietly charged us for it anyway. On top of that, the receipt included extra add-ons we never requested, which feels blatantly dishonest and like a deliberate attempt to inflate the bill and tips. This is shady, misleading behavior—customers shouldn’t have to audit their receipt to avoid being scammed. Check your receipt carefully if you go here.

We stopped by for a quick bite, it was fairly busy when we arrived. One of my friend ordered the almond croissants, instantly when it was handed to her she noticed how hard it was, requested if it could be warmed up. She was advised that they were made fresh and they don’t have equipment to warm up. She requested to change it to the chocolate. I guess that must have irritated the staff because the attitude changed right after. Lack of response no acknowledgment of our appreciation for changing it. I also ordered a chocolate along with a a beverage. We both opened up our chocolate croissants, mine had a decent amount of chocolate, her had the smallest amount in the edge. We didn’t say anything because we simply didn’t want any further awkward interactions. The beverage was alright. The shop is unique, cute saying on the cup sleeves, the pink really stands out. However, the service was not appreciated. As a paying customer politely requesting a change in order shouldn’t be frowned upon. We had multiple opportunities to re visit but chose to go elsewhere.

Sandwiches were juicy and delicious, matcha was also good but a bit pricey.

The service was good, the sandwich was delicious, but the latte wasn't very good and the interior was shabby.

First time at Joe & The Juice and it won't be my last. Great juice options. Vegan snacks and drinks available too for those looking. Carrot cake was absolutely delicious. Tasted homemade and fresh. The frosting was creamy and sweet but not overbearing like I'd immediately get a cavity if you know what I mean haha. How I forgot to actually take a pic of my coffee and besties juice is beyond me. Clearly I really needed that coffee because I wasn't thinking straight. Go! Stop in and you won't be disappointed. Friendly staff.

The food is tasty and the service is good, but the restroom is not what you would expect from a restaurant in Miami Beach.
