JOE & THE JUICE

I’ve had good experiences in Europe with Joe and Juice, so thought I’d give it a try today. 1. I was not given or asked for a receipt. They could not give me one and when I asked for a refund or to cancel my order, that was not possible. They told me take photos of their screen of my payment. 2. Service took a long time. During a lunch rush I would have hoped for quicker service. 3. The avocado sandwich… I do not think you can call this an avocado sandwich - and for $10!! It’s bread and tomatoes..

I never write bad reviews but this was legit the worst smoothie I have ever had in my entire life and I just need to get this off my chest and let y’all know. I’ve had a good amount of smoothies in my day too. Big truss. We walked in here after a solidcore class feeling like world champions, ready to keep the health train rolling. I approached the counter and bro just looked at me without saying anything. I was genuinely trying to think if I did something or knew him from somewhere because he was looking at me like he wanted to put hands on me. My fight or flight instincts were kicking in. I took extra time looking at the menu now because nah you not gonna rush me with your little attitude… but in reality I did start feeling the pressure and pulled the trigger on the Green Gains smoothie because I love some green gains. Bro said “we are out of spirulina.” I’ll spare you the back and forth, but I ended up getting it with blue spirulina instead of green. When the smoothie came, it was literally lukewarm and tasted like he just took 3 heaping scoops of blue spirulina, blended it with water and handed it to me. There is 0% chance he put any ice in that smoothie. Have you ever had a lukewarm blue spirulina smoothie? It’s worse than you think. Trust me. Anyways, I’m done hating. I had a juice press smoothie later in the weekend, which are mid on a normal day, but this one tasted like the nectar of the gods after that blue spirulina and water I had at this Joe & the Juice. I wish I could give less than ten stars. The service from the afternoon girls is not bad, it's terrible, it's insufficient and disrespectful. They are there drinking their smoothies and they don't care about the line nor is there respect for the customer's time, without taking into account that it is not an economical product, it is between 12 and 15 dollars for a juice. When I wanted to use the bathroom, the young lady who refused to let us in after her used the customer bathroom she just close the door and that’ll She just closed the door and refused to let us in, saying that the bathroom had broken down at that moment. I understand that since they were closing soon and she was ready to leave, she didn't want to have to stay any longer, but she is very rude and impolite, definitely not educated in customer service. Before me, several people left the place when they saw that they weren't being served. The owner should check the cameras and improve the service.

Got a vanilla latte to-stay. Not impressed. No design, too foamy. No customer service whatsoever. The space itself is the only thing that can somewhat help to make up for terrible tasteless coffee. 👎👎👎 not worth $7-8 dollars, go anywhere else plz

Ordered 16 oz latte to go through the app. And this is what I got: 16 oz cup literally half filled. Good I opened it, who knows how many times they’ve done it to me before. This is so bad

Came here on a Thursday afternoon, very very slow when there is not much people. Two drink takes 30mins!!!! I saw some people can’t wait already and just left without refunds.

Food was fresh but i dont see the hype about this place. the bread seems very crispy and not to my aliking. Others probably do prefer that. Food is good but not worth the price.

A 16oz Iced Americano with a splash of oat milk cost me 7.40$ after tax, and they don’t even have any type of liquid sweetener. Absolutely ridiculous. One extra star because the barista was nice.
