You got signs for truck traffic but no signs where shipping or receiving is. Its all gravel roads, its really hard for the truck weighing 80k to move around here. If you like your truck dont bring it here. Backing in could be very difficult for a beginner. They unload pretty fast when you find the right guy that does it. (I was looking an hour for someone to unload me here). I would put signs for shipping and receiving for trucks and arrows where to go not just “truck traffic”. Not to mention (very steep ups and downs). Good luck

Wow! I couldn’t be happier with my experience! My package arrived in just two days, perfectly packed in a styrofoam box with plenty of ice packs to keep everything fresh. I have been looking for a supplier of duck parts for several years now. I have searched far and wide many times only to find it to be too expensive to justify. That was until I discovered Joe Jurgielewicz. Of course it’s still not inexpensive, and so I was worried about the shipping from Pennsylvania to Florida. I was buying quite a lot and needed to plan, especially as I was going to need to pack and freeze it as soon as it arrives. I called the week before I intended to place my order, and I spoke to Frank. He assured me that it would be packed well enough for the trip to my region and when to turn in my order. I placed my order on Monday. I was nervous on Wednesday, so I called and spoke to Nick. He reassured me everything would be ok and by Thursday and Friday I received my three packages. The boxes were packed well with ice and were fine to sit even a few more hours until I could get to them. I was pleasantly surprised when I found a coffee mug in the box. It’s my favorite now. I am looking forward to my next order and so thankful to have found this supplier. Thank you!

Bought duck breasts at the restaurant supply store and more than half the weight of the case was skin and fat. Hardly any usable meat on the breasts. Very unfortunate.

Prepare to be here for a while like 3 hrs especially if grabbing feathers like me, also be advised place has a very strong smell to it at least where the feathers are at

Just received my 7lb duck fat tub, I was so worried it would leak as I have had happened with a different brand my husband ordered off Amazon. I highly recommend this company for two reasons, 1st: the package 📦 was well worth the cost of shipping, came frozen with ice packs in a Styrofoam center within a sturdy cardboard box and properly labeled. NO LEAKING! And 2nd: I always stress out when ordering online, I searched the internet found duck fat everywhere. Including Amazon and Etsy both website are subpar to an original website from the actual company/farm. I just sautéed diced onions eggplant and turkey sausage in the duck fat, love it's mild but unique flavor that add to the dish. Much healthier than these liquid poisons labeled as cooking vegetable oil. The higher smoking point is grear for any cooking style. My next test for duck fat is homemade chicken Tomales, masa mix calls for lard a pork fat, sense I was recently diagnosed with alpha-gal syndrome from a tick bite, I am now allergic to mammalian meals. So happy I found this company and this product...DUCK❤FAT! company
