Why 5 stars? Because this wasn't really on my radar, but I'm so glad we went.

Months ago, my wife and I brought our son here for lunch. There was no cell service, so our hot spot wasn't working on our iPad. When you have a toddler, an iPad is a necessity to enjoy a peaceful meal. And unfortunately, there was an incredibly impatient and irritable diner that was loudly voicing his displeasure with our child's whining. This resulted in us abruptly leaving before we even ordered our meals.
Fast forward to visit #2: we went without the kiddo and had the complete opposite experience.
Both of us were eyeing the chicken parmesan and we came very close to just ordering two of them. But while I was scrolling through photos, I came across one that looked incredibly appealing. It was not captioned, so I showed a photo to the waiter and asked what it was. He wasn't sure, but called someone else over, who said that it was called "Veal Messina". It wasn't on the menu but it was something they could make. While I had no idea what to expect, I took the risk and went for that.
I'm so glad I did because it was amazing. The only downside is that it was incredibly heavy and creamy, so I couldn't finish my plate (a shockingly rare occurrence for me), but the flavor was amazing. It was almost like eating pasta with syrup, it was so rich.
The wife's chicken parm was also great, as was everything else: the bread, the salad, the service and everything about the experience.
I'm so glad we came back here and we will definitely return in the future... without a child!
