Being Chinese/Vietnamese, I’ve grown up eating shrimp rice rolls at dim sum. I had no idea you could have it made with egg, corn, cilantro, and scallions. I was blown away by the burst of flavor when I took my first bite. It was so tasty I was rendered speechless. I wish I had to right words to articulate how phenomenal this simple dish was. Joe’s goes to show how simple can be absolutely amazing. No frills, just really great eats.

Whenever I’m back in New York, I ALWAYS come for steamed rice rolls! It’s made to order so I always get fresh, bouncy, and delicious rolls. My go to is the shrimp one, but the perk with going with a friend is that you each order one and you can go halfsies on two kinds! If you want to eat it fresh, order it to “dine in”— it isn’t the best ambience (just a handful of stools), but the rice rolls make up for it! Def recommend to all.

But you have to get the one in Flushing the other location isn't as good. Sometimes there's a line but it's worth the wait.

More of a get your food and leave type of place, there’s just a small seating area (a row of a few tall, spaced apart seats). It smells a bit there but I got used to it quickly LOL. I love these rice rolls they’re super soft and surprisingly filling! Make sure u add ur own sauces. Mine were 7.50, I always crave these

The place was dirty and the food was terrible. I ordered the shrimp noodles and fish ball but the fish ball I think went bad. It didn’t sit well in my stomach. Their sauce just taste like soy sauce not additional flavor. Although the noodle was freshly made but it’s all about the sauce you put on it. I thought I give this place a try since I have seen nice reviews on it but was disappointed . I think I would stick to my Fu Yuan on Roosevelt Ave.

Overall: heard a ton about this place and it doesn't disappoint. First time having rice rolls filled with anything other than meat and that's quite the experience. Food: had the shrimp, bbq pork, and beef rolls and the rolls themselves were incredibly authentic. One man manning the steamer pumping out that tacky sticky rice rolls that I've heard are authentic. Not overly drenched in any one type of sauce. Also ordered their crepe pancake wrap which really reminded me of Taiwan vibes. Crispy pancake with a very flavorful egg and loaded with veggies. Extremely reasonably priced as well. Service: Did a grab and go order but they were extremely quick given the insane crowd!

A food crawl classic - fresh, soft and hot steamed rice rolls, dressed with all the condiments and fillings (scallions, cilantro)! We got the basic rice roll which was only $4 but definitely try shrimp or Joe's combo. Don't forget the chili oil - that's what sets it off to the next level!

Joe's has the best beef and shrimp rice rolls ever! Nothing beats their freshly made rolls....the silken wrap was nice and thin and the fillings (beef and shrimp) were full of flavor. We ordered 2 large orders to go ($7 each) and got home about 20 minutes later. Usually when rice rolls cool down, the wrap gets a bit hard/chewy, but Joe's remained silky and soft. Really super lovely! I found this place based on another Yelper's review and finally remembered to stop by today for a try! Definitely worth it IMO. They are the first vendor inside a tightly packed food mall of sorts right on Roosevelt Ave., kind of across the street from Macy's. There are several stools available for customers who want to chow down ASAP. With your order, you get to pick 3 vegetables to go in your rice roll such as bean sprouts, lettuce, scallions cilantro, or corn. I opted for scallions, cilantro and corn. I will go back again to try their other dishes.

Amazing rice rolls, tiny counter to eat with maybe 4 seats, but more seats inside the hall and great fast service. Love their curry fish balls. Typically pretty busy in the food hall and I'd recommend takeout.

The hype is so real for this spot. The rice rolls are SO SILKY SMOOTH. Rice rolls are one of my favorite foods ever so I have standards. These are so fresh and soft but NOT mushy (this is a more common problem than you would think). This was a $6 plate (usually $5 but I added an egg for an extra $1) and I was pleasantly surprised because of all the rising prices nowadays (sigh). $5 for the small "base" (rice rolls with your choice of protein) and then up to 3 toppings (corn/cilantro/bean sprouts/scallion) and a few additional for an extra buck. Totally worth it. I also like how they have the soy sauce and chili oil out so you can adjust/add to your liking. Pro tip: ask for peanut sauce! They have it prepackaged in little containers behind the counter.

The rice rolls here are SO good. Came by on a Friday morning and it was consistently busy throughout. A couple stools for seating, very casual. The rice rolls were very soft and fillings tasty. You can add up to 3 veggies with your rolls and there is a list at the counter. Soymilk was also great. Solid Chinese breakfast.

A staple when going to Flushing! No frills, quick, and cheap eat. It's located in a food hall but it's by far the busiest stall. I got the vegetarian roll and it was perfect to split for breakfast. It was filling and wasn't too heavy. It does get a bit crowed so seating is limited. Cleanliness is a bit questionable lol but that's how you know the food is going to be good. Will definitely return!

So I grew up in California and we spent a lot of time visiting Chinatown in San Francisco. This area is reminiscent of that location, and I had a great time eating the food. I've never had a steam rice roll before, but I've seen people eat them and I've always been curious about the taste. Once I entered the restaurant the guy taking the orders went over what a Rice roll was and some of the toppings and how the food was prepared. I appreciated the service that he provided because I didn't know the language and I was super concerned about what I was getting myself into. The restaurant is honestly a hole in the wall, you sit at these tables that are along the cooking area and there's a couple of tables in the back. The ambience kind of lends it's ear to eating in the middle of Tokyo, like in an alleyway. I had no issue with the vibe at all. The food was amazing. There were toppings at the table, and everyone was really good about cleaning up after themselves. The great thing is they take your trash from you when you're done to recycle, I thought that was awesome!

No frills, quick, easy, & affordable. I've been here once before & it was really busy and crowded last time, but I was here on a Thursday evening & it wasn't busy at all. Just go up to the person in front of the plastic shield to order. After ordering, make sure you grab the receipt for your number. If eating there, there is a limited number of counter space. If it's crowded, it would be better to take it to go. My friend & I both ordered Joe's Signature. They make it all fresh right in front of you. It's a good amount of food for $10. I also added curry fish balls to mine for $1. There's a variety of meat & veggies in this one. The sauces are all on the counter for you to douse your rice rolls in. I loved my dish & would be back time and time again!

Haven't had many rice rolls before Joes. Discovered this place while doing a Flushing Queens dumpling crawl. & I have now been to joes 3 times since. It's consistently delicious and my new favorite. The interior of the building can be a bit of a turnoff but don't let that discourage you, because the rice rolls are def worth it!. Don't forget to add sauce and chili crunch. I haven't tried other menu items yet because the rice are just to good. Bbq pork with scallions is the move. If you don't eat pork the veggie rolls are just as good. Ordering was fast and easy and prices are amazing for quality & freshness. Line moves fast, but they can get busy on The Weeknd's.

Absolutely a must go when you're visiting Flushing. It's tucked away in a little hallway with not super visible signage outside, so just follow Maps carefully. There's also not much structure to how you order/where you wait, so make sure you ask those in front of you to make sure they're waiting for their order, not to order. We got the beef rice roll with egg, and it was fantastic. The texture is soft and chewy, exactly what I'm looking for in a rice roll. The filling is flavorful, which I find a lot of places don't do well because they rely on the sauce. It also comes out piping hot and super fresh, but this does mean there's a 20+ min wait in order for you to get your order. They also have the classic rice roll sauce as well as chili oil, and the combo certainly adds to the dish. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

I've been wanting to try this Joe's Rice Roll place for a while now. It's supposed to be one of the better cheap eats spots in Flushing. I went on a weekend morning recently and finally got to try it. The place has a very small entrance on Roosevelt Ave so it's pretty easy to miss. It's housed in a mini food court that has a bunch of other places. There are a few seats, but seating overall is extremely limited. It got crowded for the lunch rush, which is to be expected. I ordered the large Curry Fish Ball Rice Roll ($7). Total was $7 flat, which isn't bad. I have to note that it took a long time for me to get my order. It seemed like there was only one guy making the rice rolls so each order was taking forever. It might've taken about 25-30 minutes, but I finally got my order and took it across the street to the New World Mall food court to eat. I thought the flavor and texture on this food item was pretty good. The rice rolls tasted fresh and had a nice, pleasantly slitherly texture. The curry fish balls were tasty as well. However, for a 'large' order, there wasn't that much food in the container. I wish they filled it up a bit more. So I enjoyed the rice roll and definitely want to try a different one next time, but was a bit disappointed in the quantity given. I will give this 3 stars overall for the time being. Didn't quite meet the hype for me, but can see why people like it a lot. Cheers.

I tried Joe's a couple months ago when I visited Flushing for a day trip food crawl & kept seeing Tiktoks about their steamed rice rolls. Unpopular opinion but I didn't find their rice rolls to be anything spectacular. Rolls were just mediocre and was not memorable. Tasted like any steamed rice roll I've tried. The staff is not the friendliest but I mean it is Chinatown, friendliness is not exactly expected.

Their steam rice rolls have such a nice light, milky texture and they don't skimp on the ingredients. I do prefer the location in Chinatown because of the sauce options. You have to ask for the peanut sauce here, and they also only have soy sauce and chili oil. So there's just a lot less flavor. The jian bing here is super nice! Only $5 and an additional $1 if you want to add some sort of meat in it. It's super flavorful and has a nice spicy mayo-esque sauce in it that made it extra special. It's super chaotic here, so it took a while to order and it felt super rushed. There is little seating, and it's kind of like sitting at a bar. Not a fan. But overall, pretty solid food.

located in a seemingly unassuming (small) food hall, joe's steam rice roll is not to be underestimated. their steam rice rolls are in fact, far from unassuming. we ordered a joe's signature set (about $10), which comes with beef, shrimp, pork rolls, and a choice of 3 veggies, & also opted for a cold soy milk (about $3). service is very quick, and once you order, there's a small bar countertop area with chili oil and soy sauce to enjoy immediately. the rice rolls are made fresh to order, and all the ingredients inside come together nicely for a cohesive flavor profile: one that's savory, sweet from the soy sauce, spicy with the chili oil, one that'll keep you reaching for more. and there's sufficient taste from the rolls themselves too that you don't even need to add the sauce if you prefer not to! the cold soy milk was a refreshing add to the meal. tastes lighter than supermarket-bought soy milk!

I always make time to stop by joes for some steamed rice rolls. It's quick, fresh and easy. My go to are either the signature or the shrimp! You can watch the workers make your rolls right in front of you. I suggest looking at the menu and decide before ordering at the front, don't decide or ponder when you get to the cashier. It'll annoy locals lol. They speak Mandarin btw so if you speak Cantonese it might be a bummer. English is fine or just point. There's a few stools for you to sit, but I always do take out. The location is tucked in a teeeeeny food court where the green grape fried chicken stall is. This is a fast in and fast out type place so don't get in the way of busy locals lol. I always bring cash, so toss a $10 bill and you'll get some fresh, delicious, healthy and cheap yummies for lunch! Can't beat $10 special or $7.50 large shrimp rolls in NY!

You lost this customer today! After following you from Soho to Flushing and watching how famous you got. Your rice noodles are still very thin and chewy. I really enjoyed it. Today, I finally saw my favorite partner with soy sauce and it was the chili oil which really enhanced the flavor. However, I was really disappointed with the dishonesty from the cashier. I ordered a small beef rice noodle and he gave me $15 change after I handed him $50. When I said I gave him a $50, he went to check the $50 sitting on top of the register with the marker. He simply knew what he did and then returned $45 to me without saying anything. This is simply not ok, and how many times have this been done?

We tried this place because one of the Yelp reviews says that it's the best steam rolls that they have ever had. It lived up to that statement! The rolls had a really good texture and were delicious. You can pick different veggies or meat ingredients. Tasted freshly made. The price is inexpensive versus anything that you purchase in Manhattan. HAPPY STEAM ROLLING!

I was staying nearby for business and found Joe's Steam Rice Roll, read the reviews and had to come try it. I didn't really know what it would be like but I enjoy trying new foods. The restaurant itself is essentially a stall among about 5 or 6 others (all looked interesting btw). A little hard to find but glad I did. I got a roll and added all the veggies. It was cooked right in front of me which was a cool process. It took maybe 5 minutes before I got my roll. I added some chili oil to it and enjoyed it. Great textures and flavors made the roll really good. It's cut into about 6 pieces (might have been a few more) and it would be easy to share. The interior was clean with a seating bar of about a half dozen chairs for dining in. There also is chili oils and various sauces for topping your rolls. I really enjoyed the food and the experience. I'll definitely be back if in the area again.

Really tasty rice rolls in Flushing! I got a small order of the shrimp rice roll, which was plenty for two people. They make it fresh, and the rice rolls have a perfect chewy consistency, with the fresh shrimp being not too tough. The rice rolls themselves aren't very seasoned so I recommend adding sauces which they offer. It is located inside of a food mall. There is some seating space lined up along the hallway, with free sauces bottles. It's a little pricy compared with other rice roll places in New York City at $5.50 for a small, but it was a sizeable portion. The service was very fast, and they speak English and Chinese.

Got the Joe's signature and it was so good. I would come back just for that. This Joe's location is small with a few counter seatings. The wait was quite a bit and can be hard to find a seat but luckily another couple left as we were at the front of the line. I think this is probably one of the best rice rolls I've had. Also got the Chinese pancake with pork floss and lettuce. That was pretty good as well. I've gone to the other Joe's location in Manhattan and have tried their fish balls but didn't get them at this location because I wanted to try something new along with my rice rolls. The fish balls were pretty good too. For the rice rolls I think I prefer this location over the Manhattan one, and it works out because this one is closer to me too. Till next time Joe's!

A little disappointed by the Joe's Signature Rice Roll. With rice rolls being my fave dim sum dish, I was so eager to check this spot out after hearing rave reviews through a foodie vlogger. We found the rice roll itself to be not as thin and the beef sausage to be very off putting. The mixture of fillings (beef, beef sausage, pork, dried shrimp, eggs, 3 veggies) did not work cohesively.. the soy sauce and chili oil helped. Perhaps an off day, but would not return.

RATING: 9.3/10 PRO TIP: Whatever you get here it'll be good. Freshness is key here. We got a variety of rice rolls - as someone who grew up eating this, it's hard to impress but you know you're getting it fresh here when you order, and it has this really great tender chew with that subtle sweetness. Maybe one area that could be better is that there's not a ton of filling in there, but they are so cheap and this still ranks as some of the best rice rolls I've had, sans going to actual dim sum and getting them fresh. For variety, I think Fu Yuan is better (they have the crispy shrimp rice roll) but I like the actual chueng fun (the "dough" itself) here better. FINAL CATEGORY : EXCELLENT (terrible / bad / ok / good / great / EXCELLENT)

The best steamed rice rolls I have ever eaten in my life. Make this the first destination on your food craw in Flushing's Chinatown. Also get some of those duck buns from that other place and don't forget the New World Mall's food court.

I got the small shrimp rice roll with corn, cilantro, and green onion for $5. The food was delicious and the portion size was generous, which you don't find in many places anymore. I'd definitely go back there again and again.

Absolutely the best rice rolls I've had in such a long time! The last time I had such tender and smooth rice rolls was during dim sum in Chinatown many years ago. I ordered Joe's Signature (w/corn, scallions & cilantro), dried shrimp steam rice roll (w/corn, scallions & cilantro) & vegetarian rice roll (w/corn). My mil (mother-in-law) loves the vegetarian steam rice rolls here, she only adds corn or corn and cilantro. All the ingredients are fresh and you can tell which made these steam rice rolls explode with flavor. My husband usually eats steam rice rolls with soy sauce but he didn't need any with Joe's Signature steam rice rolls. He said all the ingredients were fresh, delicious and cooked just right. Joe's Rice Rolls are made from scratch and anyone who's had it will notice the difference between their rice rolls and anyone else's rice rolls. That's why Joe's Rice Rolls gets my yummylicious stamp of approval! This is a must-try place you'll be so glad you did.

Came here for brekfast on a Thursday morning, around 930A (opens at 0830A). Joe's Steam Rice Roll is located just inside and to the left, of the "Landmark Quest Mall", across from New World Mall. Decent sized spot with a few "bar seats" along the side (Also can take to go but something so fresh, gotta eat it fresh!) For a first visit, I had to get their JOE'S SIGNATURE which included beef, pork, dried shrimp, eggs, beef sausage, and 3 vegetables of your choice (i chose green onion, cilantro, lettuce - i believe the other vegetable was corn). I had also opt'ed for a cup of cold soybean milk to go along with my meal. The rice roll was freshly made and steamed and brought over in a disposable plate. There is a special house made soy sauce (sweeter) and chili sauce at the table to use. Super stuffed with ingredients. Rice roll itself is silky smooth and soft. All the ingredients were tasty. Their house made soy sauce and the chili sauce were all delicious. Get tucked in and enjoy some fresh made rice rolls. Quick and easy meal. Curious to try the SHRIMP PARTY next time i visit NY. Service is minimal. Really just stand in line to order, they call out your number and bring it to you. I wasn't sure what to do with the trash afterwards so i cleaned up and brought it to them (i didn't mind LOL. actually felt bad to leave it there). Its a little noisy as it shares a "hall" with many other places and lots of foot traffic but I didn't mind.

I was meeting my cousin for dinner in Flushing during my NYC business trip. This was the first of our many stops that night as we snack through Flushing Chinatown. They were not busy, so we were able to sit at the counter right away. I think we waited about 10 minutes before we got our food. The only time that I have rice rolls is for dim sum, or just the Hong Kong style ones where it has no filling, and they put sesame and hoisin sauce over it, so this was a new experience for me. We got a shrimp one and a curry fishball one. The rice roll is thinner than I am used to, which was fine. It just gives it a different texture. I enjoyed both flavors. The rice rolls are made to order, so super yummy fresh off the steamer. The soy sauce had good flavor. Overall, the rice rolls were great, but I am not sure that I am a big fan of rice rolls served this way. However, I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for good rice rolls.

When you get inside though, it's really small and has about 6 seats to sit at the counter. The menu has a variety of different rice rolls, Chinese pancakes and crepes. For the rice rolls, you can add vegetables like (corn, lettuce, cilantro, beansprouts, and scallions for) for no cost. And the eggs, sausage, and curry fish balls are all $1 each! Love that you can customize and add things to your rice rolls. Joe's Signature Roll ($10) 4/5 variety of toppings inside like beef, pork(it was sliced hot dogs), dried shrimp, egg & your choice of 3 veggies so we just chose corn & cilantro // I liked this, but I'd prefer it with no hot dog slices since it kind of throws of the flavor due to its strong taste Beef Rice Roll ($7 Large) 5/5 all beef, we added corn & cilantro SO SO GOOD i definitely prefer this more! I liked it since it was one main protein so you're not overwhelmed and can taste more of it. We also added some curry balls for $1 to try *I recommend adding lots of chili oil to your rice rolls for more flavor! Daughter requested this from Flushing so on my way back from running errands dropped by to pick up some. It's still a literal hole in the wall place. There are a few seats at the counter but most people were ordering take out. There were lots of people crowded around waiting for their order. I was told there was a 25 min. wait which I expected. So I asked if I could order, run out and then come back. The guy said sure so after ordering I ran out to get other yummy foods. So I ordered the beef rice roll with scallions for my daughter and I got the shrimp, egg, scallions, rice roll for myself. When I got them they were piping hot. It took me 30 minutes to get home and it was still warm. I don't know what they do to these rice rolls but they are softer and smoother than any ones I've had. My complaint is that my rice roll only had a sprinkling of shrimp. My daughter felt like her's had enough beef. I asked if she would be willing 30 min for something like this and she said no. I think I would have to agree. If it wasn't for the fact there was something I could do before coming back I wouldn't have waited either. It's very good but not necessarily a 30 min wait good.

This is located in a really run down food court called "Landmark Quest Mall". It is a long narrow hallway with small businesses. Honestly, it was easy to miss - but Joe's is the first stall to your left when you enter. They have very minimal bar seating. The specialty is cheung fun, so I tried the Beef Steam Rice Roll with egg (+$1), corn, lettuce, and sesame seeds. The noodle was clearly fresh and had the perfect texture. The egg was thinly layered and didn't distract from the noodle. I really like the beef they steamed in there too! Very tender and had good flavor. Simply delicious!!

I ordered beef steamed rice roll ( small) and shrimp steamed rice roll ( small) for take out. Total spent $10.5 and I paid in cash. First of all the environment is very lousy and crowded. For a moment I feel I can't breathe. Would I recommend to dine in? Absolutely not. Service can be worse. The staff just gave me pretty bad attitude the moment I start ordering. Maybe he is tired but this is not my problem. Why I have to take his negative attitude and ruin my good mood? Food is just alright. Maybe New York just doesn't have the good quality Chang fen. Very disappointed.

You need to add tons and tons of sauce to their rice rolls to taste any flavor. They didn't have any peanut sauce either so that was disappointing. Very mid. The people working were very rude and rushing everything. They were so stingy on giving me an extra fork and napkins. Would not go back.

So late on reviewing this spot, but honestly after having it again for the 2nd time, I can attest it's the best rice noodle roll I ever had. Was in NY for a work conference and made it a mission to get some before leaving. I arrived before 11am and it wasn't super busy. I ordered a large shrimp noodle roll with corn and scallions (under $10!) and the food was out in less than 10 minutes steaming hot. The small eating bars have chili oil and house sauce so after putting some on mine, I went to feast and feast I did. It was so good and large was a big order but I knew I won't have it for a while. Each bite was better than the last and I could not get over how thin the sheets were (my preference). It made the entire experience much better than the first time and the complementary condiments made it super memorable. My tastebuds were in lala land. If I could, I would've ordered another. This is a MUST in Flushing and unfortunately I have yet to find a spot in California that makes it as good as Joe's. Will fly across the country for this.

Love this delicious "hole in the wall!" Located in an indoor mini mall, Joe's Steam Rice Roll has relatively inexpensive, yummy eats! It's perfect for when you're shopping or hanging out in Flushing and you'd like to grab a tasty freshly prepared bite. I had the Shrimp Rice Roll and Chinese Crepe. You'll note from the pic, eating there I was relegated to the narrow counter adjacent to the stall. That being said, I'd go back and recommend you try it out too.

Love this spot! It's located across from where New World Mall is in Flushing inside a small hidden food court, viewable through the window. They have a pretty easy-to-follow menu that is both in English and Chinese. Once you order, you can view the chefs right behind the counter making the rice rolls right in front of you on this flat metal sheet since this is a stall within the tiny food court here. Though a little pricey and sometimes can be as long as a 20-30 minute wait for your food to come out even during midday, the excellent texture and taste of the steamed rice rolls is worth it. Tip: To enhance the flavors ask for the soy sauce, peanut sauce, and chili oil if it is not already given to you! Adding all 3 enhances the flavor of the rice roll x10! Such delicate and soft rice rolls melt in your mouth, and the filling of your choice complements it well. I ordered the rice noodles with their sauce, sesame seeds, scallion, cilantro and bean sprouts. A large cost $8 and can easily be shared between 2 people. Also, I love the fact that you can add a side of curry fish balls for only $1! Full of flavor and can't beat that price.

Found ourselves in flushing and were craving some steam rice rolls. Saw the great reviews on Yelp and decided to give it a try! DO IT. Located in a mini mall type, you can't miss it as it's the first stand. Line was quite long but we knew it would be worth it. Definitely would love to come back!

If you like Steam Rice Roll, you must visit this place. It locates in a corridor that has other restaurants. They don't have tables but counter where you can sit and eat. There is limited space so be prepared to wait or just have it to go like most locals. I prefer eating Chinese food in Flushing more than Chinatown. My go to is the Shrimp Steam Rice Roll. I have try this in many places across the US and this place is the best. The thickness has to be just right, not too thick or too thin. They are all make to order so each one is piping hot and fresh. This is my first time giving a 5 stars for a steak roll restaurant.

Joe's Steam Rice Rolls is honestly so good. The simplicity of the food, the comfort of it, and the nostalgic asian flavors; are all there. It's located in a very small narrow hallway with other local people serving food. I love how fresh the noodle rolls are and I genuinely enjoyed how it's made. The noodle rolls are so so thin and fresh, and it's also cooked with an egg batter, which made it all the better as well. It's so different compared to any other noodle roll I've ever tried. The cool thing about their noodles is that it's so thin and light. If you go to other normal dim sum places their noodle rolls are a little dense so eating at Joe's was refreshing to try! The Joe's signature noodle rolls are also made with some sausages, and you get to choose 3 other veggie toppings to go with your rolls. I got the cilantro, green onions, and corn mixed with it. When you get your plate, you gotta drizzle some of that soy sauce that they have in bottles too. It was absolutely so good and for $10, it's a pretty big plate too. There is barely any kind of seating here since everything is basically bar seating, so if you're lucky and it's not busy, you can snag a spot. But I highly recommend coming here!!

This place is popular for a reason. My first time trying rice rolls and I loved it. Got the vegetarian one to try. I got to choose 3 of 5 veggies. Dousing it with soy sauce and the chili oil is a must. Each bite was very fulfilling. I always love chewy noodle textures and this hits the spot. I could easily have 2 of these. They do have bar-like seating on either side inside this small food court.

The rice sheet is made from slurry and made fresh as ordered. They weighted the ingredients in a bowl. We had the special rice roll (beef, egg and beef sausage which is basically hot dog) and Shrimp Party. I wouldn't do the beef sausage next time.
