Joe's Texas Barbeque

It was normally pretty good but as of late, the quality has been lacking. Today I stopped by to pick up 3 orders of the chicken tacos that were on special. Instead of 6 tacos, we got 3. What really stinks is I asked if the whole order was there.

Fantastic barbecue at a good price. Get there r early on Saturdays before they sell out!

The BBQ here is amazing. We just tried it for the first time and we will be going again for sure when we are in town. We got the sample plate ribs/brisket/pork. It was all very good, the pulled pork was my favorite, the smoked flavor was amazing. Best BBQ in Green Bay, awesome pulled pork tacos and amazing brisket! Highly recommend, but you need to get there early as they do run out.

New owners, less selection bu twist they have is amazing and the new people are really nice and friendly. Try the baked beans and the potato salad. They are absolutely amazing. Also the ribs were really good as well. The corn on the cob was quite bland and soggy, also which generally seems to be the case with most barbecue places.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Oh I will be back!!!! This is some amazing BBQ, so moist and flavorful. The service is fast and super friendly. You have a variety of sauces to add. I loved the mild one, will try some others on my next visit...which will be soon!!! A must visit place if lucky enough to be in Green Bay....GO PACKERS!! I have tried numerous selections and all are spot on top notch. The only complaint is the cheap soggy Kwik trip type buns.....but its BBQ so who needs the bun anyway, Love this place

I love good BBQ and it’s hard to find in the north. This is the real deal for slow smoked goodness! The smoke ring on the ribs and the dry rub were perfection. They don’t cover their great work with sauce so there is no hiding the truth. It’s just plain good! True to honest BBQ they do sell out quickly so get there and get some! I had heard great things about their former location and they were in transition last time I was in town, so I FINALLY got to try Joe’s! Brisket, rib tips & pulled pork all perfectly cooked and the mac&cheese, beans and cornbread were excellent too!

First time coming to this Bbq spot, but definitely not the last. Ribs were perfect with no sauce but added some after trying plain just for sweetness. This place even had fried okra! And the drum sticks were excellent! Very nice staff and hands on !

Came here late one day, Jake helped me out. Super nice guy, made for a nice first experience. Small simple easy menu. Ordered the 1/2# brisket and 1/2#pork special, was sad that they were out of cornbread but was told it goes fast, just like the chicken. Placed an order for 2 lbs of smoked chicken as well and picked up a few days later, delicious! Still haven't tried the cornbread yet though, better be waiting outside the door when they open I guess!!
