We took a guided tour here on a recent trip and I was not disappointed. The history you learn and the things you get to see were awesome. Our guide which I forget his name was amazing and made the tour a blast. We got to see the visitor dressing room, home dressing room and even walk through the players tunnel to the field. I would recommended the guided tour so you can learn some of this history of what you are seeing.

Train travel is amazingly fast and easy, crowd disappears fast. Beware you are not allowed to take backpacks in, but there are nearby lockers, however they close early so no post game drinking unless you get your bag first.

My Son and I went on a VIP tour today, I have to say it was a wonderful experience. Our guide was amazing and extremely knowable too - his passion for the club (and game) was next to none. I'd highly recommend, we're now big fans of the club! 😀

There is a nice atmosphere in the stadium. The entrance to the stadium is quite easy. The guidance to your seats is good too. There are people in charge for it to guide in case you need help. It is also easy to find your seats there. The boards and signs are well placed. I did not use parking around or under the stadium. What I saw was that it was quite busy and I guess that you cannot find a place there if you did not reserve your lot in advance. DO NOT think of parking in the close neighborhood because those roads are closed in the match days to avoid chaos in those residential areas. Normally, I park 3-4 kilometers away from the stadium and take the bus or tram to arrive in the stadium. There is always a long line in front of the toilets. (They are gender free) If you want to go to the toilet in the half time pause then it will take 15 minutes from you. Go to the toilet before the 1st half ends. :) It took quite a time to go out after the match ended. I couldn't avoid thinking: What if this was an urgent situation? I doubt about that the stadium can be evacuated fast enough in case of emergency. It gives you an unsecure feeling.

Awesome arena. Nice seats. And the staff was very friendly. They handled the completely booked concert so very well. Every entrance had its own queue and even though it was really long we were inside in about 10-15 minutes. Found our seats very easily. There were toilets and a snack bar at every corner so you never had to wait long and didn't miss much of the concert. The prices where average.

We had an incredible experience on the VIP tour of the Johan Cruyff Arena, and it was made even better thanks to our guide, Ronald. He was truly fantastic—extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his work. Ronald's enthusiasm for the stadium and its history was infectious. He provided fascinating insights and details that brought the tour to life, making us feel like we were getting a genuine insider's look. It was more than just a tour; it was a memorable journey through the heart of the stadium.

Really doesn't seem well set up as a music venue. Acoustics are quite terrible. The overwhelming bass drowns at the vocals and really dampens the experience. Pay to see a performance, not be deafened by your poor sound quality. Facilities are good though, with nice clean toilets and friendly staff manning the service areas. And really cool automated drink dispensers. Really bizarre to see your staff pouring coke out of big plastic bottles, super inefficient and generates so much waste in general, the F&B operations seem very outdated and sluggish even though the staff were good. Very smooth getting into the venue. Seating was quite cramped for a music event where most of the time people are on their feet anyway. Ventilation really needs to be improved though as it got stinking hot even on a cool night. Production quality was really great and was very entertaining. I would be really hesitant to return for a musical performance. Seems more ideal for other events like sports or stand-up comedy. Sound quality was just lacking.
