I brought in my beautiful gemstone jewelry to get fixed and the store made 2 beautiful necklaces for me out of one broken necklace. My favorite jewelry store in Cape Coral. I love the staff who made you feel like you were part of their family. We had Lori as our customer service rep and she was extremely knowledgeable. The rest of the staff also were extremely helpful with what I was looking for. I ended up with a beautiful piece of jewelry that I will cherish. Oh, did I mention the champagne? A perfect experience and I would highly recommend this store for the quality and prices most of all!

Had my mother's Eternity ring for sale. First she (Never introduced) asked me what metal it was (I had no idea) she tested it with liquids, I still don't know. It has diamonds all the way around. Offered mt $300.00! What a joke. She explained whatever it is worth We offer 1/3rd. Charming!!!!! I left. Disappointed you might say.

John Michaels Jewelry Staff in particular Lori Keezer and Bob Lanzieri & treated me as if I were their only client by offering a fantastic price on a ring I fell in love with. And if that weren't enough, they sized it dramatically at NO charge. The selection of gorgeous pieces draw you in but the customer service and prices will send you home super happy.

I just had work on my wedding rings done here, and could not be happier. The staff was friendly and informative, and the end product looks AMAZING. It's like I got a new shiny ring! I don't remember the last time it looked so good. I had the silver dip removed and returned to the original gold. Also had the under side of it rebuilt. Highly recommend!!!

Returned to John Michaels a year later and he is still the best Jewelry store in Cape Coral...still he and his staff have remained honest, friendly and knowledgeable...a rare trait in a lot of jewelry stores...nice to feel they want u to be satisfied with ur purchase not just the amount of money spent...

When looking for fine jewelry at fair prices look no further than John Michaels. This family owned and operated business is located in the center of Cape Coral's business district. The store is beautifully decorated and offers an opportunity for browsing in a very quiet and no pressure atmosphere. Sadly, John passed away in 2016 but the traditions he and his sister, Carol, fostered live on for sure. We spend a very enjoyable hour with Carol who is very knowledgeable and a person with whom is a true pleasure to do business. We offer our highest recommendation for John Michaels and Carol. This is a fine jeweler with integrity and knowledge. It's also a fun place to shop because the owner and his staff including his lovely sister are friendly,caring and help you find just the right peice. They have a great sense of humor and will not try to up sell you just to make more money. I have had purchases appraised elsewhere and their honesty is unsurpassed! A little tucked away but worth the effort to find them in Big John's parking lot near the Pearl Lounge side.
