It’s alright. I wish it was better than it was. We went for our first wedding anniversary because it looked like a fun place to go and check out a new restaurant chain we hadn’t had. we each got a burger but my wife’s was requested to have bbq instead of ranch, came out with ranch. I will say, our server apologized and remedied it but when my wife asked if she had the bbq sauce on it and showed it to the server, she just said yes. I had to step in and state that mine properly came with ranch and it was exactly the same color. Burgers were great but I do think a bit pricey for not coming with a drink or fry. We ended up getting a side of fries and a side of loaded tots. The fries were well seasoned but the tots. I wasn’t a fan of the cheese they used for the loaded tots. It’s just plain bright yellow nacho cheese it seemed. I would think for the price that it would be better. We never got refills on our drinks automatically but I don’t even know if our drinks CAME with refills. we saw shakes coming out and honestly was a bit surprised with how small they looked for the price so we decided not to get any. Service, everyone was nice. We did walk up and she asked if patio was fine and when I requested a booth she was struggling to find one available and I eventually just said the patio was fine. I was not a fan of the “Patio” it honesty felt weird eating my dinner just right next to the walkway where people are playing slots. So if we go back, I would definitely prefer a booth and would wait for one. So overall, it’s alright. It’s nothing I would love but I wouldn’t turn down going again if someone asked.

Nice family diner inside the casino. Prices were fair, cheaper than the food court. The food was good. Ordered a shake for the boys to share and our waitress was kind enough to split it into two smaller glasses so they had their own. My BLT was delicious. It wasn't busy when we went around 8pm.

Nothing to brag about. Slow service considering they weren’t busy food sitting under heat lamp way too long. Hard to get server. Harder to get check. Kind of disappointed. We have been to numerous Johnny Rockets and good is not one to revisit After our disaster upper management contacted us and asked for a second chance. We were open to it and was very glad we did. Was night and day difference Customer service was great. Food was outstanding all the staff were upbeat Highly suggest if your in the area you go check it out

OMG! I have eaten here several times and the food has been so so. But today, it was AWESOME! Gene was the chef and Lindsay was my server. I am so glad I stopped again. The Route 66 burger was perfectly done with great onions and mushrooms. I love onions rings and my plate of them were awesome!

I have visited twice so far. I can’t really tell why the service is so bad. The first time we didn’t receive our milkshakes until we were about done with our meal and ready to go. The second time the same thing happened but two different waitresses brought us the wrong milkshakes. The food took forever and another waitress had to help us a lot because our waitress disappeared. Update 4/26/25: Ordered 2 shakes to go and had to wait 35 minutes for them. Turns out they made one shake but the other magically disappeared so they let the first shake sit there and tried to give it to me still. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ So they offered to remake it with the other one and as they were making them another worker came up and gave us our shakes so we had to tell them to stop making the shakes. Kept me from gambling more though I guess!

It was a fun visit. The employees sing and dance to songs. Milk shake bar, "patio" seating, burgers, sandwiches, salads, loaded fries/tots.... Plus the restaurant has its own separate restrooms not in the Casino.

Johnny Rockets always delivers when it comes to classic American diner vibes, and this visit was no exception. The burgers were juicy, the shakes were thick and delicious, and the whole meal hit the spot. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding service from Harmony. She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. If you’re looking for good food and even better service, ask for Harmony—you’ll be glad you did!

Horrible experience! My son was excited to go there for the first time for his 20th birthday. To say it was a total disappointment is putting it mildly. An hour long wait even though most of the restaurant was empty. Eventually we did put our name on the list and did get a table. Waited almost an hour for food. Burgers were ok. The hotdog was a different story. Lukewarm at best. The bacon cheddar fries and tots were cold enough that the shredded cheese looked exactly like it does in the bag. No melt what so ever. Drink glasses remained empty for the majority of the time we were there. Had to ask for refills. The slow service and long waits were blamed on large orders even though we never saw any large orders leave the kitchen while we were there. It was finally admitted to us that the delays were due to the NEW kitchen staff being overwhelmed.
