The Best Restaurants in Portland’s Charming Multnomah Village | Eater Portland

"Traversing the aisles and peeking into the coolers of this beer and wine emporium, boozehounds will find everything from IPAs and sour beers brewed less than 10 miles away to beers from far-flung corners of the world, like Japanese lagers or Belgian witbiers. John’s has two newer locations, on SE Powell Boulevard and in Beaverton, but the original location — which resides in a converted railroad station, and later, general store — feels special. If shopping works up an appetite, order a Dirty Aardvark cheesesteak and a pint at the in-store bar." - Janey Wong

Google
Great repository for all kinds of beer, wine, cider —- you name it. Well organized, tidy shelves and helpful associates make it a delight to shop here; a bar against the wall makes it a great place to grab a brew from one of the 26 taps. Food trucks are just outside in case you get hungry, with a covered and heated seating area making it super convenient. Also convenient is the large parking lot - so no stress about finding a spot.

Google
Love the selection of NA beers! You'd think this selection would exist in Utah! But I can only find these here.

Google
I went in to use the restroom while I waited for family who were shopping next door and discovered this really COOL place. I don't drink, but I would go here to hang out. They let you get food at the food carts next door and eat in their place. I've never seen so many fun kinds of beer with hilarious names. HUGE selection of local beer and wine, but the emphasis is on specialty beers.

Google
What’s John’s Marketplace all about? It’s a wonderful world class beer & wine market that also has a bar where you can get amazing beers like the Elysian Dank Dust on tap when it’s in season. Rows and aisles of amazing beer & wine from all over the world can be found here nicely organized for the friendly staff to help you find what you are looking for. Small snacks are also sold that make for a good pairing or as appetizers. Parking was easy and the men’s bathroom was clean as you need a key to enter and use. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to find a new beer or wine or looking for that hard to find one or two.

Google
Amazing bottle shop with an incredible selection of both boozy and N/A bevs. There's a small bar with beers on tap and a food cart pod adjacent where you can grab food as well as bevs for drinking with your food cart meal in the pod seating area. Super helpful and friendly staff, too. Wednesdays @4pm they do N/A tastings.

Google
The selection here is amazing! I love coming here to try various local beers and wines, or even mead. I also have a friend who comes here for their Portuguese wine selection for a little taste of home. Whether you're looking for local or imported, this is the place to go!

Google
Great beer bottle shop, plenty of parking. Bit hard to notice when driving down Powell until you are right on it. Friendly helpful staff. very large selection of cold beer plus beers on shelf, organised by location/area. They also carry wine. Descent tap list with nice long bar with plenty of space along with tables and chairs out front. No extra charge for using credit card versus cash . Can buy single beers too break up four or six packs at no extra charge. Definitely worth a visit if you love beer.

Google
Love going to this marketplace. The food carts, dollar store, and run in and grab a few adult drinks for the weekend at Beer store. Fun time with friends.

Yelp
Great spot for all kinds of beer, wine, cider --- you name it. Inside the big warehouse-y space is nicely organized, with wide aisles and tidy shelves and helpful associates to get you what you're looking for; a bar against the wall makes it a great place to grab a pint from one of the 16 taps. What really elevates this location of John's is the food cart pod just outside - with covered heated seating -- in case you get hungry. Good options too: Thai, sushi, middle eastern, etc. Also? Lots of parking spots!

Yelp
How can you go wrong? Sit down with your Beer? Sit down with your wine? Grab a drink and sit at the bar? I mean.. is there a beer+ wine surplus shop in NYC that marry the two? I haven't heard of one! You want a ton of wine choices? Whiskeys you've never heard of? Maybe beers so bitter they melt your face off? This Marketplace is the spot and it's jammed to the rafters. Since my daughter wanted to go to a Dollar General next door, hubs used this place as down-time. Not sure which beer he ordered- but he enjoyed it alright. The space is huge. Barrels double as hi-top tables, several booths and a plentiful bar area. The staff was helpful and offered hubs some beer suggestions.

Yelp
Oyyyyy, what an awesome place!! I'm probably the only person who has never been to a bottle shop like this sooo pardon the excitement but eeekkk!!!! I am a total beer enthusiast and coming into John's Marketplace not knowing what to expect, suffice it to say I was blown away. Had a few beers at the bar IN THE STORE. Bartender was very knowledgeable and friendly, attentive! And the beers on tap were delicious!! They had a decent offering, and if nothing at the bar suited your tastes, you could always grab something from in the store and they could pour it for you, for a dollar (licensing thing I assume? Idk.). It was a very chill atmosphere , food carts out back offered a variety of tasty things ranging from burgers to Mediterranean. I highly recommend! I'll be back for sure, with friends in tote. Cheers!

Yelp
Can I say "Wow"? Because that was my thought when I walked inside. As a beer connoisseur and snob, moving to Portland the beer has been hard to get adjusted to. Some solid beers for sure, but some not so solid, especially coming from San Diego - the beer capital of the US. They had some of my SD beers and a good selection of other stuff. Amazing beers - made my month, no joke. The staff - pretty bad ass (This is a good thing). Super knowledgeable, hospitality focused, dope people working behind the bar. My new spot to stock up on amazing beers. Thank you for having a killer staff and the best beer selection I've seen in a 40 mile radius. Y'all rock!!!

Yelp
Interesting selection of beer and wine. This is conveniently located for me, but I avoid it. If I grab a bottle or six pack and they spin that tablet to ask if I'm tipping them 20% for scanning my purchase, I'll go somewhere else. I can pick up beer and wine at Safeway a couple blocks away and they don't expect a tip.
google avatar

Yelp
Absolutely insane prices. I bought two six packs of a seasonal beer. $48.91! For 12 normal, nothing fancy beers. I called their distributor to find out what they're buying it for and discovered their retail markup is over 60%! This is unconscionable. Standard max is 30%. Would love an explanation. Some might say "hey man you don't have to shop there." And you're absolutely right. I will never buy from this money grabbing retailer again. Yea they win awards, which blows my mind. Half their product is on the warm shelf and old. Shame

Yelp
I'd never even heard of John's Marketplace before, let alone been inside one. If it wasn't for the bartender at Wyrd Leatherworks and Meadery telling me about it, and that it was basically the only place nearby where I could score a bottle of Dansk Klapojster Mjod, I'd probably still be ignorant, and that would be a shame! What a transformation this place has undergone over the past few years! What used to be a run-down strip mall filled with odd little shops (a Scottish memorabilia store, for one!) is now a thriving food cart pod, bolted on to the side of a fantastic little market selling adult beverages from all over the world! The selection here is incredible: beers, meads, ciders, wines, mixers, snacks, non-alcoholic "spirits", and a lot more. Honestly, the sheer number of cans and bottles is a bit overwhelming: you could spend an hour or two just browsing the shelves, taking in the vastness and variety of their inventory, before making your final selection(s). If you're not in a hurry, there's an actual bar with multiple beers on tap, where you can sit down a catch a game on one of the overhead TVs; or grab lunch from one of the food carts just outside, and wash it all down with a drink from the beer window that opens outward facing the pod. Did you know you can order kegs to go? Well, now you know! In short, if you're looking for a boozy beverage, sans the "hard stuff" (spirits), this little library of libations is your one stop shop! Thanks, John, whoever you are!

Yelp
It's beer / IPA / wine heaven here! This spot has all kinds of alcohol to choose from, and the BEST PART is that there's food trucks right outside!! While you wait for your food, you can come here and pick your drink! You can stroll around this market and see all the types of alcohol you can't find anywhere else and appreciate the types of beverage package designs that draws you in. We came here a few times during our vacation week just exploring around. The staff is super friendly, cool and very helpful, don't hesitate to ask them questions!
google avatar

Yelp
Excellent selection of bottles, cans and on tap beer. I love that they have the outdoor window and tap list so I can grab a pint while I wait for my food cart food to be prepared. The staff is always willing to answer questions I might have about a beer I've never heard of, or a variety I've never tried. This is a great place to go if you're wanting to expand your palate and try something new.

Yelp
This place is so cute and fun. It is a market where you can purchase ALL KINDS of beer and wine and alcohol, but it is also where you can sit and have a drink. They also have food trucks parked outside and music. It was just such a cute place to hang out. I saw lots of age ranges, families and dogs there. Nice place to hang out. You can also build your own six pack. I loved this idea because it allows you to customize your own set of beers.
google avatar

Yelp
Rented a keg from this place. Super friendly and made the process very easy. I came down with Covid and couldn't return the keg in my allotted time, they were super flexible with my return. Will be renting kegs for future parties.

Yelp
John's Marketplace has a great craft beer selection to go, as well as to drink there. I love that this place is dog-friendly and it has food carts just outside in case you get hungry.

Yelp
Hot mulled cider on a wet and chilly winter Pacific Northwest day at John's is a lovely day to end a busy day. Some things are a little more pricey here than other places but the selection is unbeatable, especially for hard ciders!
google avatar

Yelp
This is THE place to go for beer or cider. Period. Don't get me wrong, you'll find great choices at Market of Choice or World Market or even New Seasons but not the sheer amount of beer choices that you will find at John's. Over the past months, since March, I started to study to become a cicerone (the beer equivalent of a sommelier). I've been to all of the stores mentioned above but the place I come back to for the variety and international choices, is John's. I am taking the German beer course currently and the selection of German and Austrian beers here is second to none. There are certain beers I require for different chapters and if something isn't out on the shelves, they are willing to check in the back and bring out an option or two of a beer style for what I need. They also have plenty of local Oregon and Washington brews and ciders plus tuff from across the US and the world. What is also great is the food pod just to the left of the store. They'll pop open a beer for you and you can sit outside next door and get some tacos or cajun food or Mac & cheese or BBQ. I've been told that this location quite possibly has more options than their west side store. Either way, you can't go wrong here. Support local PDX, enjoy.

Yelp
Beer nirvana has arguably the most extensive selection in Portland. Thankfully, beers are mostly sold as singles. And they haven't gone the way of many retailers that stopped selling the smaller sized bottles. The staff and was very friendly, although I had to repeat a very simple request to the bartender FOUR times. They open into a small collection of excellent food carts. Lastly, there's a sizable parking lot!
google avatar

Yelp
Ok, you may say to yourself - why should I go to John's Marketplace. My local supermarket has a pretty good selection with its 100 to 200 varieties of beer. That's a fair question. As way of explaining why you absolutely need to stop by if you like beer, here is my analogy. You go to your local bodega or convenience store, and yes they have a pretty good selection of magazines, newspapers and even a few paperback books. But, one day you stop into Powell's City of Books for the first time. Your mind is blown by all of the amazing selection and variety! John's is like that. There are your reliable standbys but there is also an incredible depth to the variety. You will find beers you never even knew that you needed to try from places you have only heard about. Stop in and be amazed. Don't worry, the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

Yelp
This is a beer lover's paradise! Not much of a beer person, and more of a cider type? They got you covered too! Don't drink alcohol, but enjoy a good CBD beverage when hanging with your friends who DO drink? They got YOU covered too! This place is amazing. My first visit, I walked in the door, stopped a couple feet in and just stared. I think I actually said "Wow!", lol. There are rows upon rows of delectable elixirs from near and far... enough variety to appease anyone who thirsts for such treats! They have every style you can think of, and they have oodles of choices in each category. This places KNOWS their beer. I was ensconced within the walls of this wonderland for at least an hour on my first visit. I had to see it all! Although, I'm not a huge fan of dry storage for beers (I wanna drink it as soon as I get home most of the time), the whole place can't be refrigerated (or can it??), so I understand. The only reason I left when I did is because the hand cart I was carrying was pushing 50 pounds, and I didn't have any more space! I look forward to visiting when the pandemic is over, as they seem to have a bar, and I would assume in normal times that one could grab a pint and drink while you shop (one of my favorite activities while in a store like this). I'll keep coming back in the mean time, however... finally... someone did something GOOD with the "original taco house" location! Hell yeah!

Yelp
Wow! Seriously, wow! Large, spacious market filled with adult beverages of every kind from all over the world. Neatly lined up on shelves creating a Kalaidascope of images, like art. Aisles are wide encouraging customers to wander at leisure, marveling over the colorful labels, interesting and sometimes hilarious names, and the vast collection of beer, cider, sours, wine, and bubbles. They even sell Tipsy Pop booze ice pops. All this under one roof! In my next life, I want to drink and get paid to create names and design labels for adult beverages. Who knew this was even an option? Wit the Funk, Stable Genius, Fukola Cola are just a few of my faves. With so many options, you can purchase by the bottle or can to create your own 6-Pack or case of fun. My head is already exploding with ideas for my next party, when the Pandemic passes and I can once again entertain at home. I have never been to or heard of the previous John's Marketplace, so watching the construction I thought it was a grocery marketplace, which was why I pulled a u-turn as I was driving by when I saw they finally opened. After I got over the disconnect, I wandered around for about 20 minutes, taking it all in, happy to have discovered this gem. Even found a bottle of red table wine from Sincann, one of my favorite wineries, and enjoyed it last night. Hope they stock their Cab Franc which is decadent. For those wanting to enjoy a beverage on the spot, a huge, shiny bar with counter stools welcomes you to the left. Knowledgeable and friendly staff answers your questions, makes recommendations and offers tastings. There are a few tables, socially distanced, where you can sit with friends and socialize. It doesn't get any better than this! Wait - walk through the side door to a killer outdoor patio with party lights, vibrant murals, tables and a Beer Window - and yes, it just got better!!! Next store is a food cart park with lots of delicious options that pair well with your favorite beverage on tap or a bottle/can you purchase, with another window opening to this area. I can't wait to come back with friends. To compliment the beverages, they have an area dedicated to soda (also unique varieties) and mixers - please stock Fever Tree tonic! Plus glasses of all shapes and sizes specific to your beverage of choice, and snacks from Olympic Provisions. This place is a gem! Since I cross the river frequently for Target, Safeway and Petco runs, this will be my new go-to for wine, cider and beer. Just walking through the aisles feels like an adventure, a welcomed distraction and way to spend an enjoyable half hour in these days of quarantine. I feel like I wandered down a rabbit hole, and a wonderful one at that!

Yelp
There are so many good things about John's market! Obviously their beer selection is the prime reason to come to this location. So many choices of beers and all reasonably priced. There's also a decent amount of non-alcoholic beverages as well. My daughter gets an animal shaped juice every time we go there! It's also awesome that you can sit down and have a pint of beer here as well. And there are some great food cards right outside that you can bring into eat while enjoying your pint! It's a win-win all around at this location!

Amanda K.

Yelp
Amazing service and the best turkey sandwich I have had in a longtime! You can get a beverage on tap or pick one of your favorites in the store! Highly recommend!
google avatar

Megan A.

Yelp
Such a cool spot for the best offerings of beverages I have ever seen! Whether you drink alcohol or not, this is the place to go for options. I could not believe how many alcohol free wines, spirits and extra mocktails that they carried. They have tons of brands I have never even seen before!
google avatar

Hannah W.

Yelp
Great place to stop for carryout or sit with a cold one at the bar or outside. Endless selection of beer, wine, and cider - if you can't find something you like, ask! The staff is very friendly.
google avatar

Steven B.

Yelp
I've gotten over my gripe in my past review as I have frequented John's several times since. They have a vast selection and the staff has always been friendly, helpful and quite knowledgeable.
google avatar

Lauryn H.

Yelp
If there was a beer heaven, it would be John's. There's two walls of refrigerated beers all of which can be bought as singles or in packs. There are so many to choose from I'm glad I could get a can of each instead of committing for 4-6. They had a great selection of European beers, as well as west coasts brews. I loved that they had them organized by states (and by cities/regions of Oregon). Very nice folks work here, I was greeted as soon as I entered and was asked if I needed help about 20 min into my journey through beer land. They had a small but nice selection of wines as well. Definitely coming back!
google avatar

Tom T.

Yelp
I could never give a business less than five stars for selling a wide variety of this much beer. Wine, too. It's like a beer library, but without the dewey decimal system. Belgians and sours dominate the isleways. Meads get a good rep. Cans everywhere. Bottles are the minority. Easy to get lost in the minutiae. Just take your time and choose wisely. To be honest, this place can get expensive. Large beautiful bar sits unoccupied. Shame. So, yeah, I need to watch my budget, and my liver.

David B.

Yelp
Well, I have to quit buying kegs at John's AGAIN. Last time was Multnomah: "Sorry you drove 25 miles, but I can't find the keg I told you was physically here." Today at Powell: "I need to do two transactions to charge you for the shell even though you returned one." Rep was bitchy and treated me like a co-worker. Instead of asking my name it was "Gimme your credit card!" Left without buying the keg and took my shell back. I thought they had their act together, but no. Done with this.

Yelp
You know the movie makeover montage. When the scruffy lead loses the five o'clock shadow, tightens up the dad bod, realizes that those cargo shorts are flattering on absolutely no one, and figures out how styling products work. He's sharper, cleaner, probably smells better, and just a bit less of an individual. That's how I feel about the new John's Marketplace, newly opened on SE Powell. It's clean, well-lit and organized, with neat rows of shelves stocked to the gills with beer from near and far. Its status as a beer Mecca hasn't changed - it's just more New Portland, less scruffy. It's certainly not a bad thing. The cash registers are modern, and the long bar gleams chrome. There is a beer window where you can get anything from one of the sixteen taps to go for one of the food cart pod's picnic tables. The loss of the cheeseburger window seems a fair price to pay for Jojo's mind-blowing fried chicken sandwiches. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, readily supplying information about what's on tap and on the shelves, handing out tastes and making recommendations. If I didn't know about the OG John's, I'd have easily rated this incarnation of it a solid 5-star. Perhaps it's unfair of me to compare it to its older, grungier sibling - or parent? Or grizzled uncle? I can't help it - I love the old-Portland charm of SW location, something nostalgic in the old wooden tables and analog registers. I'm glad that the John's crew was able to expand and bring the Mecca to the East side, and I'll be back - and I'm looking forward to watching it age gracefully - or raucously.

Yelp
Before they opened, I watched the building get re-modeled and was patiently waiting for it to open. When it finally did, this place did not disappoint. Walked in and was immediately greeted. Very clean and easy to locate items. I love that pricing was clearly labeled and I did not have to "search" for someone to find out the price of an item. As a first timer, there was much to browse. Beers, ciders, wine and munchies - it is all there. Did I mention, they have drinks on tap? I did not pay attention to specifically what they have, but it was totally a cool concept given the food carts are on the other side of the building (which you can order drinks from their "window".  Definitely worth checking out when around the area and when you really just want a single bottle of something to sip on. Pay with cash, card, whatever you like. Parking is plentiful. Have fun!

Yelp
Is there such a thing as too much beer??!! If so, this place has it!!! I've never seen such a wide selection of beer in one place before. It was a tad overwhelming for me at times. If you're really into beer this is store for you. This place opens up on the other side to about 8 food carts and a bunch of tables to sit down. They'll open whatever you bought inside to drink with your meal. Apparently, it's also dog friendly. Wish we had known that.
google avatar

Jason C.

Yelp
I was excited to have a new location for John's Marketplace closer to me! They have a lot of space to easily distance inside as well as in their various outdoor seating locations. Monelle, the bartender, was super friendly and helpful. I drink a wide variety of things, but Monelle definitely knows cider well! I was very impressed to see Son of Man on tap. The store itself has basically almost anything you'd want. The selection is smaller than their main store but only barely noticeably so. I think I only felt begrudges by the fewer than expected mead and Perry selections. Super excited to come back and check out more fun beers and ciders!
google avatar

Chase P.

Yelp
You can order a beer from the bar or buy a cold one from the fridge before you start browsing their seemingly endless beer options. Every beer is priced individually so can make your own sampler and try out a ton of different breweries and styles. They have beers from breweries across the country and world. A must visit if you are looking to find a new favorite beer.
google avatar

Robert H.

Yelp
This new John's Marketplace 2.0 is open. It is a purpose-built space with a more open feel, and not festooned with beer swag. Their bar seating inside is easily twice the size of 1.0, but the pleasurable hangout space is a distanced picnic table area outside, which is covered. They are fulfilling their OLCC food requirement with food trucks, each with variable hours. Staff is learning product knowledge, but has the basics. They have beautiful new refrigerated cabinets with energy efficient doors. They have a small well curated selection of wine, and a similar to 1.0 product mix of beer and cider. They have kegs. There is a small snack section. There is plenty of parking, though I'm not sure about the selection of plants in their bioswales. The parking area is shared with an Orange Fitness gym which has taken the place of our beloved Husky Or Maltese Whatever. I hope they keep the eclectic Multnomah wabi-sabi, product selection, and clutter. This Eastside location is beautiful, efficient, and will be a gathering place post-COVID. It is a better place for their parking lot nano brewfest, and of course, has the best collection of beer and cider in the region.
google avatar

Tom G.

Yelp
Wow is all I can say. Not sure how I had never heard of this place before but what a great place for beer lovers! Huge huge huge selection of bottles that can be purchased by the can or 6 pack. Rotating selection on tap to drink at the bar inside or enjoy the food selection in the food cart pod. Will definitely be back!
google avatar

John K.

Yelp
It's great to have John's represented on the East side now. Their original location and Belmont Station have been the two sources for interesting beer selection for as long as I can recall. The new John's outlet on SE Powell seems perfect for the Covid era and beyond - wide aisles and lots of space to queue up safely make for as good a browsing and shopping experience as you're likely to find in the time of masks. Entering the store, there is a nice selection of chips, sodas, and bespoke glassware, with several of my personal favorite Belgian brands represented. Chilled beers can be found around most of the perimeter of the large space, and an expanded selection occupies the un-refrigerated center of the store. The employees have been terrific, offering guidance upon entry, while shopping, and the two checkout experiences I've had so far were well distanced, efficient, and exceptionally friendly. I'll end with a special shoutout for the availability of all things Belgian. They have a lovely variety of imports from Belgium itself, a separate section of Belgian sours, plus more local Belgian-style favorites like Monkless (from Bend), and in-between options like Ommegang, from upstate NY.

Yelp
Love the huge selection of hard cider and that everything can be bought by the can or bottle. I go and buy a variety and then when I find something I like come back and buy more. Also nice to be right next to the food cart pod and have lunch or dinner. Lots of parking available.

Yelp
Great beer selections! The folks helped me make choices for a great wedding gift. Very friendly staff.

Yelp
Delicious beer. Only $6! In a convenient plaza with other food trucks as well. Hope to be back soon!
google avatar

Laura O.

Yelp
Was surprised by their great selection and decent prices. It's actually a bottle shop, which I didn't know until I went in. Better than grocery stores.
google avatar

Amanda A.

Yelp
The best place ever!! Love all the beer options! Nice little snack racks! Did not go to the food trucks but will next time.
google avatar

Inga B.

Yelp
Great selection, happy to find this. Except, the redhead working at the register shorted me my change and then walked away. I gave him $50.30 on a $28.30 bill and he handed me $20 back. Not cool. I should be owed a drink for that.
google avatar

Leticia S.

Yelp
First I would like to say sorry it took me so long to write this review. I couldn't find the receipt and I forgot to take pictures of the alcohol I bought while I was in portland. But let me say this everyone I met in portland was super nice, friendly and helpful. The people at this place were amazing they let you try alcohol before you buy it. They had this hard lemonade that was so amazing that I bought 4 crowlers to take home but they never made it to San Francisco. If you are ever in portland please go to John's marketplace on Powell street. They are amazing people.

Yelp
I think I want to move here, or closer by. 2200 beers, arranged mostly geographically, countries and states. sections of ciders and wines. one wall is all cooler with cold cans and bottles. Plus there are 17 well-chosen taps--they can supply themselves--with tables inside and outdoors on their covered patio. And right next door is a fine food cart pod, with two included in PDX Eater's Essential 38 places to eat. And yes there's a window by the carts into John's where you can order draft beers. Plus the folks who work there are very friendly and know their beer.

Yelp
Great place! They have a huge selection of bottled/can beer/cider with pretty decent prices. There is an inside bar with several beers/cider on tap as well as window serving the patio outside. Another great thing is they have a really nice size food cart pod right outside that's easily accessible from John's and their patio. It is a great place to stop for a pint and a bite of food on a nice day.

Yelp
It's like a toy store, only with beer, cider, mead, and other adult beverages. Quite the selection here from all over the place/globe. I went with 2 meads, a beer brewed with sake rice, and my wife got a French cider. It was fun browsing the nicely arranged aisles and each can/bottle was clearly labeled with price and ready to buy in pack or individually.

Yelp
Very poor customer service!! Reserved a keg online nearly a month in advance. They say they won't send you an additional information, but to just pick it up on the date you request. Went in.... no keg for me even though my reservation was in their system. Just said, "we dropped the ball," but then tried to blame me and the distributor. I don't usually write these kind of reviews, but this was worth it. Won't be going back there for anything in the future because of the lack of customer service.

Yelp
Awesome, like the West side location. Tons of packaged beers available for purchase, some really good beers on tap for consumption on site. Booths and tables inside or outside, and window to outside courtyard where food carts are located. Nice service, TVs with sports, good food available at the carts when all of them are open. Staff wearing masks and sanitizing between patrons. Social distancing and masking enforced. Definitely worth a visit, particularly as long as Belmont Station is closed due to Covid. Now, when will John's Marketplace post their taplist online, and when will they post beer, cider, mead, wine inventory online?

Yelp
Both locations are beer drinkers heaven. So tough to choose which ones to buy. Would like more out of region beers (I'm trying to expand my horizons) but this is more of a suggestion, not a complaint.

Yelp
I highly recommend this place if you are a beer lover like me. They have beers from around the states and around the world. Warning, if you come here, your wallet will be much lighter, lol.
