We've been meaning to check this place out for years and finally stopped by. It's a cool neighborhood dive bar that was playing the big football game on a Sunday. One of the bartenders (or owner, but I don't know for sure) made wings and some vegetarian chili to share with anyone who wanted some while they watched the game.
While they didn't have any gluten free or gluten reduced beer for me (I would've given them 5 stars if they had), they did have a fairly decent selection of ciders and seltzer. I opted for a Tanqueray and Tonic, since I haven't had one in awhile, and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpfu,l since we'd never been there before, and the environment felt very welcoming.
They did have a pool table and small arcade game, but we didn't want to disturb everyone watching the game, so we'll go back another time for that. They also have a really big upstairs patio with extra bar and a windy slide you can go down when the weather is nice. Overall, pretty cool spot, especially if you live close by.
