"The Joinery has been a hit with Sausalito locals and tourists who just biked over the bridge since it opened in early 2017. Fans love the fried chicken sandwich, although hearty salads including a radicchio Caesar and heaping bowls of Brussels sprouts are sleeper hits. Order in the front, take a number, and grab a seat — the views of the bay from the dock out back will make you whistle." - Lauren Saria, Eater Staff

Nothing will ever beat sitting behind the restaurant - overlooking the pier that directly led to the ocean - on a sunny, breezy afternoon while eating the falafel sandwich. The food was so deliciously comforting - the falafel was warm, the ciabatta was perfectly soft, and the salty fries had that exact crunchy/rough exterior with a pillowy interior you’d want. Would love to come back!

Google
Great place for a more casual dinner on the bay. Right on the harbor, order at the front, and then find an open table. Food was good and place was full of families. Overall a fun atmosphere and great to be there on the water! Parking cost just under $9 for 2 hrs right to the left of the restaurant.

I freakin love this place. I went with a big group of friends for lunch while exploring San Fran/Sausalito, and absolutely loved it. I’m a huge chicken fan, so of course my likelihood of enjoying the food was higher; that said, I’d recommend it to anyone! I really enjoyed the simple menu, the modern vibe, and the fast service. They have a ton of seating, even for big groups. I got a half rotisserie chicken and fries. Man, those fries sure were greasy, but they were so good, and loaded with garlic. I’d for sure go back if I’m in San Fran again soon!

Google
We were recommended this on our cycle ride from San Francisco by Blazing Saddles. What a great rest stop for great food and Beer. With a place to lock up the bikes too. We sat outside as the weather was perfect in mid March however inside looked great too. Food is ordered and paid for at the register and then you find your own seat which always makes us a bit nervous but we loved the food. Great views of Marina and across Richardson Bay. A great location and not far from the ferry terminal back to the Bay.

Google
Joinery in Sausalito was the perfect spot to catch up with an old friend. The weather was beautiful, the sun was out, and it was the ideal time to sit on the patio with a stunning view of the water and the Golden Gate Bridge. My salad and fries were fresh and delicious—light enough that I didn’t feel too full. My friend loved her tacos as well. The atmosphere was lovely, and the overall vibe of the restaurant was great. I’ll definitely be back!

Google
Had an amazing lunch at Joinery today - the direct water views alone make this place worth visiting. We tried the burger, chicken sandwich, and tuna, and honestly, all three were phenomenal. The food quality really matches the stunning location. Perfect spot for a memorable meal with a view. Highly recommended!

Google
Amazing restaurant located in the beautiful town of Sausalito. Welcomed by friendly staff, this place sits on the waterfront in a calm and beautiful setting. Lots of food options to chose from, you order as you go in and then take your seat. I went for a falafel ciabatta with fries. If you have rented a bike with ‘Blazing Saddles’ then you can claim a free beer or soft drink when dining. Food was served quickly and was delicious. There is plenty of seating, both inside and outside. I highly recommend outside if the weather is nice. If you’re aiming to get the ferry back to San Fransisco after, it is just a few minutes away too. Highly recommend visiting this restaurant and will definitely visit again.

Google
Very good food. Crispy Potato Fries. Good Guacamole (some whole pieces still inside, could be little more smashed) burger was on point. Chicken double thumbs up! Beers on tap well selected. Could have another beer with non alcohol. Prices kind of high. Burger - Fries - beer - 25 dollars and up. Chicken and beer 35 dollars. Plus tip. So 4 stars ✌🏼 Recommended!

Yelp
Unpretentious, delicious, popular, and beautiful scenery. Order at the counter, get your number, utensils and water and find yourself a spot. It was busy on a Saturday afternoon, but people don't linger and the restaurant is large. Sandwiches are delicious, fries are ok. Burrata was yummy. There's a lot for cars (pay), and lots of free three hour parking spots.

Gina G.

Yelp
The Joinery was such a sweet surprise to find in beautiful Sausalito. Outdoor restaurants for us newbies parents are really where our heads turn these days. Sausalito is filled with so many amazing spots it's sometimes hard to know which and where to go, but this is a special one. Whether you're looking to dine indoor/out, all patrons wait in one line for register ordering/with table numbers given. Honestly I don't mind this type of service sometimes, it gives ya time here to feel the onshore breeze on the waterfront patio while making your mind up between ordering the rotisserie chicken or fried chicken sandwich, ha. We went with the burrata & sweet peppers, the fried Brussels sprouts, the porchetta sandwich, the fried chicken sandwich, the soup of the day, and side of roasted potatoes. I figured with getting the roasted potatoes I could get the drippings from the rotisserie chicken still, so pro tip..they were excellent! I'm usually not extremely adventurous with my palate when eating while exploring, but the standout here for me (I mean, you truly can't go wrong with this menu) was the burrata & sweet peppers. Your served this amazingly warm and crusted country bread that provides the perfect edible serving tray for the dish. The meat for both sandwiches was so clean and juicy, the flavor profiles of each dish were so vibrant and noteworthy, and you could taste the freshness and vivacity of each dish down to the aïoli served along side the Brussels. The Joinery also has kid's plates, is stroller friendly/doggy friendly, and has a nice drink list. Love how all those are in one sentence :) Can't wait to enjoy more from the menu soon here! *to note* there is a parking attendant on weekends, it can get pretty busy in lot!

Yelp
Having returned to Joinery several times since my initial review I feel the need for an update. What was once 5-star worthy to me is now teetering on the edge of a low 4-stars. On my most recent visit the friend I was with ordered the 1/2 chicken plate ($19) and could barely get through it. She went in search of salt, to bring out some flavor, and reported that "even the (accompanying) chimichurri" seemed to be "missing garlic, or anything that lends a flavor". I had a similar issue with my Summer Salad ($16.50) which I had topped with that rotisserie chicken (+$7.50). I found myself back at the counter asking for more dressing because I could taste none on the salad. Then, when I got the extra dressing and poured it on I realized that it hadn't been missing; it simply had no taste profile. I cook a lot and understand how things like salt and garlic punch up the flavor profile. Here at Joinery it seemed like the kitchen had fully eliminated both from their kitchen. Perhaps they haven't, but the food was bland enough to leave me wondering. At more than $25 all in for a meal-sized salad (that was otherwise full of fresh ingredients) I expect something fully delicious. Unfortunately that's not been my experience on recent Joinery visits.

Yelp
If you're visiting Sausalito and looking for lunch, Joinery is a great option! They have a variety of options on the menu including salads, sandwiches, fries, and beer. I've tried the Joinery Burger and Tuna Conserva Sandwich. Both of these were delicious. The burger was juicy and flavorful throughout. As a tuna lover, I enjoyed the tuna sandwich as well. They have indoor and outdoor dining with a nice view of the pier. The wait can be long during peak times, but they bring out your order in a timely manner.

Crystal L.

Yelp
I'd give this restaurant a solid 4/5! The dirty fries were delicious, i loved the crispy pork belly bits and garlic flavor, while the fries stayed crispy. For $7, it was worth the amount that was given! The brussels sprouts were good, nothing too special from typical fried brussels sprouts though. They were $12, I probably wouldn't get them again. The view is really nice, and I like how its order first and sit down. It keeps it more casual & w could find our own place to sit.

Alyssa Y.

Yelp
A cute spot in Sausalito right on the water. Plenty of parking nearby. Upon entering the menu is on the wall and easy to peruse. Counter service ordering was fairly easy and we went to seat ourselves. On our visit there was seating inside and the large doors were open to the patio which is where most people were sitting. The seating wrapped around the side and we grabbed a spot along the edge. It wasn't as nice as the patio views but still nice, although a bit windy. Food selections were a fancy grilled cheese, tacos, chicken sandwich and joinery burger. We also got regular fries and dirty fries. Food was good. Would've liked sides included rather than al a carte. Saw some of the salads which were very big and looked delicious. Tables were bussed as we were finishing and overall the location seemed well kept and clean. Overall a good, casual option in Sausalito.

Karen R.

Yelp
A very scenic spot to stop for a drink and some food over looking the waterfront. Friendly service as you walk in, place your order and grab a seat, indoors or outside, the outside patio has stunning views. The food is what I would describe as healthy bar food, farm to bar, lol There is something for everyone here, adults, kids, vegetarian, meat eaters etc. We enjoyed our meal while basking in the sunshine outside on the patio taking in the lovely view. A really great spot. Plus a private parking lot, which is a plus.

Jennifer T.

Yelp
Food was delicious! I ordered a cheeseburger with a side of garlic fries. The buns were toasted perfectly and overall the burger was very satisfying. The garlic fries were the best I've had. I highly highly recommend ordering them if you're a fan of garlic. They do not shy away from putting garlic on the fries so each bite was garlicky and yummy. It's kind of a food hall vibe with communal tables. There were a good amount of tourists while I was there.

Jessica S.

Yelp
Enjoyed my chicken sandwich overlooking the beautiful view of the harbor. The sandwich was perfectly crispy, fresh, and filling. The Joinery has the perfect ambiance to just hangout with friends or co-workers. It feels casual but also very high-end at the same time. Service was top notch and everyone was so friendly. We were only visiting, but I'd be back again whenever we're in the area.

Mikayla P.

Yelp
In my opinion, the Joinery has really stepped up its game. Comparing the picture I took 2 years ago to the picture from today speaks for itself!! I took my mom here for Mother's Day right before the lunch rush and the service was quick and we easily found seats. The vibe is very laidback and the food is brought out to you pretty quickly after you order and they give you a number. Since the last time I came, they really got the potatoes right and they were so soft. The sandwich is filling but still leaves you feeling good after because of the balance of the arugula and fennel (and it's not oily for being a fried chicken sandwich). YUM

Emily C.

Yelp
Honestly was a bit surprised at the high ratings here because while it was good, nothing really stood out to me. The chicken sandwich was good but I've had better elsewhere. It's a pay first, find your seat later spot and they did have a lot of seating both indoors and outdoors. The garlic fries were just okay IMO.. overall experience was fine but I think you can get better food for the price elsewhere.

Stephanie H.

Yelp
Once again, thanks to Yelp for pointing me in the right direction. Today is a Saturday and it was full of tourists including me! It's hard to spot the untourist places. This is an amazing location. We ate outside facing the bay. You place your order at the register and take a number. The service was fast even though it was very crowded. I ordered the burratta red peppers and it was exquisite. The bread order was also great. The chicken sandwich was good but my son likes it with harder bread. The garlic French fries was super tasty, just a tad too much oil. R get eat experience overall.

Calvin N.

Yelp
If you like communal tables, a breezeway set up, good food, and a deck to enjoy the view along the water, the joinery is the place to be. They have sandwiches salads, casual food, beer and wine Great for lunch If you want to get away from the heat This is a great place to hang out, cool down. Tip: parking is hard in front of the restaurant. However, there is free 2 hr parking along the side of the block. Plenty of parking.

Nima P.

Yelp
We came right before it got busy. You order at the register. Food was solid not life changing. Kids burger was laughably small. And beer came it a funky glass. But views were good and restaurant clean.

Steph C.

Yelp
Pay at the counter, grab a number and seat. Food delivered directly to you. We had the brussels sprouts, burger, porchetta sandwich and chicken platter. The chicken is flavored well. Their accompanying sauces are good. I enjoyed the Brussels sprouts but all other food was ok only. Views are great and relaxing with a cafeteria vibe if you're in the area.

Jessica O.

Yelp
My group and I stopped by for lunch over the weekend and were able to grab a nice table outside. There was a pretty long line when we got there at noon, though it moved quick for ordering. The food took a while to come out, but we were enjoying the view outside so we didn't mind too much. I got the fried chicken sandwich and shared the super green salad. The sandwich was just okay, I found the chicken bland and dry. All the other components really did the heavy lifting to make the sandwich palatable - the buns were buttery and perfectly toasted, the calabrian chili aioli had a nice kick, and the arugula and fennel were fresh. I would not be paying $16 for that sandwich again. The salad was also just okay, while everything was fresh, the carrot ginger dressing was also pretty bland and needed either more acidity or sweetness to add flavor. My bf liked the falafel sandwich, but it was a small portion for him. Our friend got the burger which looked absolutely insane and was probably the best value out of everything we got. Overall, it's a nice spot to eat on the water with fresh ingredients, but I found the execution on the food was a bit lacking. Staff were nice and the ambiance was good, but the food wasn't worth the inflated Sausalito price. Also, the parking in the lots right outside is $8/hr, so I'd try to eat quickly lol.

Jenny T.

Yelp
This place is a must try in Sausalito! It's a casual spot right by the water. We got the fried chicken sandwich and the dirty fries. The chicken was fried perfectly and went really well with the bun and aioli. The garlic fries were amazing, especially with the pork cracklings. The service was great too, all the workers were so nice.

Evelyn B.

Yelp
Fattoush salad- 4/5 Pulled pork- 4/5 tangy pork in a chewy tortilla. Really good! Beets- 3/5 Fries- 4/5 Half chicken- 3/5 a bit overcooked, breast was dry :/

Yelp
Happy New Year! I was craving a healthy bite to kick off the year and decided to grab a spot with a view. The Joinery is a casual spot for good beer, food, and a nice view. The restaurant was packed and had a line out the door. I was already there so I decided to stay. It's a good thing I did because the line moved quickly. You order at the counter, take your number, and patiently wait at a table for your good eats. The people watching is always fun and the fresh air was lovely. The food arrived quickly and I was starting. TUNA CONSERVA SANDWICH ($17.50) was stacked with beautifully cooked tuna. It almost tasted like chicken! I loved the greens, refreshing aioli, and the soft bread. I would definitely get this again. I wish it came with a side, but my friend got garlic fries so I stole some. Don't skip the fries, you'll want your own. HEIRLOOM APPLE SALAD ($15.50) was another hit. It looked simple but it was killer. Each bite had the crunch of shaved apple, pomegranate, celery, crushed hazelnut, and pepitas with bits of sharp cheddar. It was all wearing a tasty vinaigrette that made me want more. It's a big salad, but I want a bucket of it. Pro tip: $7.50 parking for 2 hours in the front lot, but there's a free parking in the lot in the back. You're welcome!

Emilie S.

Yelp
A sunny day led us outside of San Francisco across the bridge to Sausalito. While we were looking for seafood we came across this casual spot on the water and decided to pop in. There was plenty of indoor/outdoor seating and room for bigger groups. You order at the bar and bring a number to your table. We shared the joinery burger which was a typical brewery burger. Tasty but nothing special. The fries were great, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. We were happy with the non-alcoholic beverage options as participants of dry january. We had a NA Kolsch and sparkling limeade. Great view from the patio we enjoyed a game of crib, and watched the birds in the harbour.

Adelaide V.

Yelp
Fattoush salad with added chicken is incredible. Great scenery in a beautiful spot of Sausalito. I walked from SF with friends and it was the perfect ending to a long walk.

Clarizza A.

Yelp
Came in for a little snack after walking around Sausalito. Plenty of seating and you get a nice view if you sit by the window. The employees were nice and accommodating. I just got the dirty fries (3.5/5). You don't really taste the garlic and the crispy pork belly was more chewy than crispy. Nevertheless it was still really good fries and the added meat tasted good. For sure ketchup makes this much better. Just wish it was more garlicky.

James L.

Yelp
Love the food, drinks, menu, ambience and vibes! Sitting by the water, in the afternoon shade is a little slice of heaven in Sausalito. Fried chicken sandwich was delicious and the beers on tap were always a 10/10

Naeema K.

Yelp
Can't recommend Joinery enough! The perfect casual date night/dinner spot that's just the right distance from SF to make it convenient. There's plenty of indoor & outdoor seating, and I've been on both weekdays and weekends and it's decently busy. Walk in, order up front, grab your drinks, and seat yourself. Food arrives very quickly and almost all at once. We ordered: - fried chicken sandwich - garlic fries - regular fries - fattoush salad With tip, our total was $70 for two people - pretty reasonable for Bay Area pricing. You can't go wrong with their fattoush salad - the sumac vinaigrette is to die for and the fried pita chips are the perfect balance for your palate. The garlic fries are incredible and just the right amount of garlic to not make it overwhelming. The fried chicken sandwich has chicken breast and is somehow still incredibly juicy. Overall, Joinery is becoming one of our favorite spots and we come here at least every 1-2 months. I love that you can walk around and enjoy downtown Sausalito before or after your meal!

A C.

Yelp
The food was decent but they charged me $4.25 for a CAN of coke. That is just inexcusable. Also, an impossible burger being $4 more than a regular burger is just gauging healthier folks. They also don't include fries or anything with the sandwiches even though listed as "plates" - it is just the sandwich/burger, lol. I live nearby but won't be back anytime soon even though I walk by a lot and see them empty much of the time when tourists are gone. Not to be totally negative, they do have a nice atmosphere on a nice day, make drinking water easily accessible with fill your own carafes, and I don't think they charged extra junk fees - so I give them a thumbs up for that in this area where BS fees are so common.

Allie P.

Yelp
The fattoush salad with rotisserie chicken is very good! The dressing is citrus forward, the pita is light and crispy and the greens are fresh. My only complaint is the fresh parsley, not a fan of eating chunks of this raw herb in the salad and it doesn't go with the other flavors. All in all though, definitely a winner!

Cassandra I.

Yelp
Came here after biking across the Golden Gate Bridge and got a coupon from the bike company. Ended up being the perfect stop after a long journey. Super cute on the inside and very lively. The beer was very refreshing

Tyler T.

Yelp
The cold beer and the beautiful views from the outdoor patio were a perfect reward after biking from San Francisco!

Elise C.

Yelp
The service is so fast! I love ordering and having my food show up right away!! Also, there's tons of seating inside and outside, so despite the fact that it felt busy, we still had no problem finding seats. The food was so good. The kale and radicchio salad is to die for, and the fried chicken is so perfectly salted, and warm and juicy and tender, and crispy and heavenly. The Porchetta sandwich is also incredible. I can't wait to go back and try more things... And I didn't even mention the beer!!!

Maddy H.

Yelp
Such a fun spot for a casual dinner or a relaxing lunch. There's a great view of the bay and marina from the outdoor deck. We really enjoyed the food, the Radicchio and kale Cesar was a stand out!

amy T.

Yelp
The view is amazing. I love inside and out. The employees are really nice. They're friendly and helpful. I'm a regular. I love Joinery. The menu recently disappointed me. The summer salad is lacking flavor. I don't think of golden raisins as a summer fruit. I would love a summery fresh salad. They missed that. Then my bf got the half chicken. It didn't have potatoes. It didn't have arugula. It was on a tin plate of great broth. We also ordered the Brussels sprouts. Boring and under fried. There were no shared plates for the Brussels. No salt to try to fix the salad. I'll keep coming and hoping they fix their menu.

Nikka C.

Yelp
Decent food but amazing ambiance and view! We sat outside (no wait-Friday around 7pm) and ordered the burger, chicken sandwich, dirty fries, and 2 beers---all this was over $70, pricey. Everything was great except the dirty fries. Next time I would opt for regular fries!

Billy L.

Yelp
I like this place. They have outside seating overlooking the marina and the bay. You can enjoy seeing the seagulls. They offer local made Brewery. I had their fort point cider that has 6.4% alcohol and it was pretty good. Love the cashier who took our order. She was super duper nice and she was offering us samples of their drinks. This is a nice place to hang. They can accommodate a big group. They have some selection for desert and food.

Neesh S.

Yelp
We stopped in here after a long bike-ride across the bridge to grab some food and drinks. The whole area has a great vibe and you're right on the water which is always a plus on a Sunny day. It's very dog friendly, and very friendly in general as the entire staff is great! There's a pretty solid drink menu with their beers being very refreshing. The real winner for me though was the falafel salad. The falafel itself is so moist yet crispy, which for me is a winning combo. Throw in some delicious fries, and everyone else around having a great time and you have yourself a winner!

Matt J.

Yelp
The Joinery is an excellent post-hike place with great people watching given Sausalito's singular cross section of locals and tourists. The position on the Bay is stunning although I wouldn't mind if they kept their doors closed during the often-chilly afternoons. The Fattoush Salad is fantastic though they have the annoying trend of charging a decent amount for any protein additions making it costly to get a balanced meal. Even so, it's delicious. Plus, the menu is varied without compromising quality so it's a great option for pleasing a crowd.

Ben D.

Yelp
Went to the joinery for the first time yesterday. My girlfriend had been a few times, and recommended we check it out since we were down that way. The indoor space is clean and nice, outdoor space was great with a nice view of the harbor and hills across the bay. My minimal interaction with the staff was quick and pleasant. I got the fried chicken sandwich and garlic fries, my girlfriend had a salad with chicken. Sandwich and salad were good, nothing over the top exceptional. The garlic fries.... Unfortunately not good. Soaked and soggy with oil. Ate a couple and had to pass on the rest. Without the outdoor seating and view it would have been a 3 for me, but all things considered....

David G.

Yelp
The view is the best thing there. All staff were great and it was fast service. The food lacked salt, everything is so close to being a great restaurant.

Wendy T.

Yelp
A must stop when in the area! Indoor/outdoor dining, kid friendly and great staff! The watermelon fresco was very refreshing and the amber lager was very good. Both sandwiches we ordered (falafel and porchetta) were full of flavor. And the guacamole is fantastic. Could not be happier with our lunch!

Nadia H.

Yelp
Best spot ever. I can't have dairy, and they were so accommodating. I wanted to try my in laws potatoes, and we asked if there was dairy and were told there was so I couldn't have any. Then the manager came to our table and brought me 4 dairy free potatoes, free of cost. They were absolutely delicious and my in laws couldn't stop raving about them. The food is so fresh and made with wholesome ingredients. It gives a very farm to table vibe. I got the tuna sandwich. Absolutely loved the sauce on it. Brussels were delicious too. Chicken is 100% the meat to get here (over beef options). Great for kids yet also good for an older crowd with the beer variety. Laid back beautiful atmosphere overlooking the water. Bring a jacket because it does get a little chilly with the breeze (as does everywhere in norcal). 1000% coming back every time we drive up.

Eric L.

Yelp
I came here just to relax and grab a beer and some desert. The location is great and you have a great view of the water. I only interacted with the lady who took my order but she was very nice and had a smile on her face while she helped me. I always appreciate a place with good customer service.

Don T.

Yelp
Had some friends In town, we walked over the bridge and worked up quite an appetite. We landed at the Joinery, menu looked ok, so we decided to order , three cheeseburgers and one Falafel sandwich, guacamole with chips, beet salad , one order of fries and one dirty fries. Burgers were ordered med rare came out well done fries were cold, guacamole was an avocado in a bowl. Spoke with person in charge said that's the way we are told to serve things asked what's in the guacamole he said just avocado, no seasoning or jalapeños just avocado. So basically this is a place the reheat's food from that's delivered from Sysco food service. Bottom line look elsewhere. It's a shame because the location is on the water with a great view, should have picked up on the fact that it's a restaurant on the water without any seafood options.

Kaley N.

Yelp
Been here multiple times and it's always good! Highly recommend the Kale and Radicchio salad with the rotisserie chicken. It's fresh, light and delicious. Unfortunately my salad yesterday had a few bones in it, so that wasn't ideal, but this is the first time that's happened and I've eaten here probably 10 times to date. I HIGHLY recommend the pulled pork tacos. There's something about how they season the meat. It's juicy and delicious. It's honestly I think the best pulled pork tacos I've ever had and that's saying something because I eat pulled pork often. Garlic fries were perfect yesterday - crunchy and very garlicky. Yum. It was a beautiful day in Sausalito yesterday so the line was out the door. It's still worth the wait. You can eat inside or outside, and there's a good amount of seating for after you order. Highly recommend!

Mary H.

Yelp
Our food was great! Yummy buratta with a divine crusty bread, kale and cabbage slaw with roasted potatoes and chicken! I would eat here again tomorrow if I could The beer/wine choices on point and a marvelous view of the water the seagulls were very well behaved!

Jazzy S.

Yelp
We biked the Golden Gate Bridge, and we received a coupon for a free drink if we ate at Joinery. This place was the perfect lunch spot. Great weather, perfect day to enjoy a patio meal. It is fast casual order at the counter. - Fried brussel sprouts (4.5/5): These were DELICIOUS. So crispy and filling, They didn't seem that oily til I ate a few, then it was hard to eat too much of it. Definitely good for sharing. - Buffalo chicken sandwich (4.5/5): This was perfectly crispy, love the flavor of the sauce. Tangy, just the right kick. We upgraded the fries to dirty fries, to add in garlic and pork belly, and it was SO tasty. Like omg delicious, with the fattiness of the meat. Pretty greasy though, but it was worth it.

Lisa Z.

Yelp
Joinery Restaurant offers a hassle-free experience with designated parking, a straightforward order system, and a unique number system. Our meal--Cesar salad, half chicken, garlic fries, soup, and two beers--was satisfying. The cool vibe and waterfront views enhance the dining experience. Despite the chilly weather, the outdoor heaters kept us comfortable. A big plus for dog lovers, as it's very dog-friendly. Overall, a relaxed spot for a casual meal with a view.

Cori F.

Yelp
This place is a 4.5/5 (rounded up) for me. The rotisserie chicken is delicious. The sides are always amazing. Make sure to get the kale slaw. Sounds simple but it will rock your world. I haven't been disappointed with any of the food options and I have almost tried them all (burger, grilled cheese, chicken sandwich, you name it)! The atmosphere is great. Communal tables if you want. Indoor and outdoor seating and your view is so beautiful since it's the view of the water and marina. Only downside here is the price. It is pretty pricey so beware but I promise you will not walk away disappointed.

Andrew R.

Yelp
Really good food, really great atmosphere, and really reasonable prices! Overall Joinery is a great spot for a nice casual lunch in Sausalito. I ordered the half chicken, with potatoes and a side salad. The chicken was good, a typical rotisserie chicken, the salad was fine, and the potatoes were really good!

Gabe P.

Yelp
Nice spot in this small town, good food, drinks and fun too. You order first, you don't have to stay in line where people read the menu, go straight to the counter. Then get a table outside if you can, the view is nice. Got the 3 tacos and a fried chicken sandwich, with the rainbow carrots, all really great! Good selection of local beers and some wine too. Parking outside is a little tight, walk or bike here if you can
