I have been to Japan many times, and I love ramen. So I know what it should taste like.
The miso ramen was just okay. Misoya is definitely better. The broth is a little light. It was not bad though.
And Karaague is not properly fried. The batter is mixed up with the meat, and it is just more like friend chicken than Japanese style Karaague.
And they tried to charge the service fee! In Brazil at a ramen restaurant???? I definitely don't understand this. I don't think you offer enough service to charge service fee.
