I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered 1 lb of catfish, which is an $8 upcharge, and only received two very small pieces of fish. I also paid extra to have it fried hard, but the fish was soft and undercooked, not what I ordered or paid for. On top of that, none of my condiments or dressing were included on the plate.
The $7 banana pudding was another letdown. It was dry crackers and whipped cream—no pudding—basically just paying for a small mason jar.
I called immediately after opening my food because the order was wrong. The young lady who answered was polite but offered no resolution and said the manager would call me back. I waited a full 24 hours and received no call. When I called back, the same employee answered, but this time she was dry, unconcerned, and unhelpful. Again, no manager was available, and it felt like she was just being told to say that. She slowly said, “I… will… get… the… manager… to… call… you,” which basically meant I shouldn’t keep calling back.
I spent over $60, had missing and incorrect food, and received zero accommodation or concern. No refund, no replacement, no follow-up. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
Beware—if something is wrong with your order, don’t expect it to be fixed…. I’ll UPDATE “IF” I EVER RECEIVE A CALLBACK.
