Been there twice now for karaoke on Thursdays and it's always been a pleasure good atmosphere.. reasonably priced. Karaoke itself is free. So I tip the DJ.

Came here for the first time with a group of friends, and both Amber and Kelse at the bar were less than friendly. This venue is great, but the experience wasn't pleasnt. If you don't like your job, try another profession.

You seat yourself, fine, but then you have to head over to their 'main counter' and order. That makes things complicated. Oh, and make sure you bring a phone to scan a qr code to search the web for the menu. Big property, little guests. Maybe it's better here at night. $10 for one order of a few onion rings. Burger was good, bun soggy.

Great wings and fries, wide variety of drinks and games. Large outdoor patio 👍. Great customer service 😉.

I stopped in while waiting for a friend to arrive at the airport. I ordered the tacos. These tacos were pretty amazing! Just the right amount of toppings and spice. No hardcopies of menus available - server had no issue with not serving me. Service was NOT friendly. I would eat there again, likely just order for pick up.

We love this place, but the high turn-around hurts the atmosphere and the service. I feel like the staff should be paid more so they stick around and give better service. Maybe the owner could lower their standard of living a little or something to make it more fair, I don’t know. Oh, and they only pour 1 oz. for shots instead of the standard 1.5 oz.

We've been coming here for a few years now. My husband is a regular and we come on the weekends for brunch. We love the food and the atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and my son loves the stage lol. My favorite is the spicy ranch wings and the Texas throwdown pizza. My husband come for the weekly special Monday and Wednesday.

This is my first time eating at Jokers. I've been once before for a motorcycle event but didn't order anything. The setting was like a typical bar setting with a club feel and lots of people standing around. When I went to Jokers this night, I didn't realize how big the place actually is. It still had the typical bar feel, so when I was invited to join some friends, I was aware of the setting. It was steady inside. They have high tables, a bar, music TV's, and an outside deck. 2 separate rooms to hang out/eat in, not sure if one is for smoking and the other non or not. It does have the smell of smoke, but I don't remember seeing anyone smoking. For me, that's a small turnoff because I don't like to eat while smelling smoke, and I have asthma. However, the staff is friendly and nice, the food is made on the spot and was hot and fresh when it came out. The young man that brought the food out did ask how it was! I'll return.

Kelsey is wonderful and amazing. Makes watching the titanic less sad. Service is top notch, play emo music if you wanna see her thrive

This is a nice spot if you're looking for an after work chill bar with not too much going on. The bartenders and service have always been good every time that I have been. The food is ok, nothing that I would buy if I wasnt already at the bar but thats just my opinion. Overall a nice spot, I have drove by and seen it packed on saturday nights but I have never visited during peak hours.

The service horrible, the food 0/10, bad flavor, the pizza came 1 hour and a half later and was burned. Definitely not a place to visit. Very disappointed. So expensive for the trash experience that we had.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service is absolutely terrible. They will kick you out for the smallest things but only AFTER they let you buy a round of beers that they won't let you drink. Terrible establishment.

The food here is overpriced and disappointing. We ordered pizza and wings, and neither met expectations. The pizza arrived cold and lacked flavor--it needed ranch just to be tolerable. The wings were average at best, and we had to settle for boneless because they refused to serve all flats. The drinks were weak and also overpriced. Service was equally poor; our table was never cleared after we ate, and the only time staff returned was to collect the cups when they ran out. I won't be returning and definitely won't recommend this place to anyone.

The environment could have potential to be cool place to hang... However the management sucks, attitudes for days.

I am always welcomed like a member of the family at Jokers Icehouse, whether by new staff or the regulars. The food is outstanding, from the Jokers Nuggets, fried pickles, burgers, wings, quesadillas, pizza, you name it, you'll enjoy it. And if you don't, I bet they will make it right!

My friend invited me to eat here. We were getting some simple wings. We got there Friday around like 12 dayshift and there was no one else in there. We're the only people there was one bartender behind the bar. She said that we could sit anywhere but we had to order from her at the bar, which means we had to walk from wherever we was sitting constantly to go place orders at the bar so we ordered at the bar that was fine. We went and found seating outside. We ordered simple things, wings, eggrolls, and some drinks and a shot and that was it I got my wings. My wings were cold and when I say cold, I mean like they have never been warmed up at all the eggrolls were cold as well, but they were doable. The taste was OK. The texture of the eggroll wasn't but that's OK. I sent my wings back because they were super cold. 10 wings cold Took me a little minute to get some service because they were now conversing with other people at the bar, which is understandable ended up giving them the wings back letting them know that they were super cold so they said that they would take care of them so about maybe 10 minutes later they bring me the wings mind you never an apology or anything for the wings being initially cold I said OK brought the wings back again. I literally picked up one of the wings. Yes, it was a little bit warm on the outside, but then when you bit the wings, it was completely still cold like all of them the barbecue and the hot that I got so I'm like this ain't it so here I am taking it back to the bar mind you were sitting outside so we're having to go back inside to the bar Now it's another bartender behind there, but she's the same one that took the wings back last time when they were cold, so at this point, they're chatting it up. It's a manager I guess that they are chatting it as well. I had to like clear my throat and say excuse me because they weren't paying attention to me over there on the other side of the bar about an inch away so when I tell them like these are cold and so then she just sent the manager over there, which is OK yes he comes over there. I'm like no I need you to fill these like physically touch these wings like why are they cold like a icebox cold so then he goes to proceed to say that the sauce may possibly be cold no Say my first time eating wings so he then takes them back to go get remade here. I am waiting another 15 minutes mind we had already been there for about 30 or whatever so no type of accommodation nothing I'm we're just gonna remake the wings. OK cool get the wings back by the time they come I'm at this point. I'm ready to go. We've been there for about an hour and a half now like this was kinda not what I expected from the trip and I have never been here so we go we go check out. My bill is about $86 mind you we have two margaritas mango and one was peach so then we had a shot of Jose Cuervo, which should've been cheap. I'm not sure and then we had 10 wings the eggrolls and then my friend had a five piece wings came out to $86 when I tell you I had to ask what was $20 when I tell them two eggrolls mine do we got two eggrolls and they're about nine dollars apiece plus tax so I was like that's very weird. OK anyway pay for it but then when nothing was done regarding the wings like no type of accommodation you've wasted my time you've wasted my lunch like that was just a horrible experience for the first time and the only thing they said was like we hope you guys come back like no why would I ever come back or recommend this place to anyone I pay my $86 I learned my lesson and I got up out of there. I would not recommend this place.

Exactly what I was looking for! I wanted a country bar for drinks, bar food and music. This place has a pool table, indoor and outdoor seating and bars. Simple but good menu and a variety of drinks. Friendly waitresses and bartenders. I had two different draft beers and a wood burned pizza that was great! It's not a dive bar but understand what you're coming here for. I liked it, recommend it and will be back!

We had the joker's club sandwich it was very good The atmosphere is very nice. The service was very fast and efficient. We will be back.

When a place improves it's important to update your reviews and give them a shout-out! We've been here at least a 1/2 dozen times since my last review. We've now added Jokers as one of the few places we frequent in Killeen. The friendliness of the staff has improved tremendously. Everyone makes you feel welcomed. Food comes out fresh and hot. Even the Mexican restaurants around here don't make fresh out of the fryer homemade tortilla chips. Jokers are so hot you have to wait a minute for them to cool or you'll burn your fingers. Their salsa is also homemade and excellent. Burgers are always a win here. My husband likes The Fat Boy minus bbq sauce. The chicken quesadillas are packed with meat. Last week we had the cheesesteaks they were also packed with meat, but a bit dry and could have used more cheese. There aren't too many local watering holes in Killeen to get a good drink and a solid meal, but Jokers fits the bill. We love to support small businesses vs the chains so happy to report on all the improvements.

From the airport, this is the closest venue, solid spot to relieve hunger and unwind a bit. The staff are super friendly, the food is pretty good. I mean, it's not something I'd crave for or specifically go out of my way for, but if you just landed and are starving, this place is a solid bet! I would go back here again if I'm by the airport.

Laid back spot to have drinks, food, and hang out with friends. Definitely recommend if you're just looking for a casual spot to unwind.

That food was pretty damn good for a random sports bar in Killeen. Went on a Saturday night, cover band was playing, not super crowded, and just a short wait for drinks. Will go back for sure.

I do not usually comment on damaging any business but on this occasion I have to comment that one of the waitresses is completely rude, a lack of unbelievable kindness, too different from the others, her job is to serve the customer with kindness as a waitress that I am I say and I have the knowledge of her work, I own that place, I would not have it there or I would force more kindness to others if you have problems, girl, leave them at home and go to work, earn your money and be happy , everything else is spectacular a clean comfortable place and very good food, I really like to go there, I go constantly but if at some point I see that happy waitress I will turn around, I hope they resolve the attitudes of the waitresses because it really is an excellent place. I must say that the manager was very friendly And I repeat it again so that your business is more welcoming, you must put your rules to that waitress so that she is kind and does her job as she should, oh that she studies something else than if she likes it.

Local bar across the airport. Lots of my clients go here. Great food too! Great atmosphere. This is a more mature crowd calm environment and grown ups hang out. Best bar in the area! Live bands and outdoor area. You'll enjoy the place!

Love the fried mushrooms, amazing customer service and the ambiance depends on which day and at what time you go, I've been there different days and times and it's always at the exact vibe I need at the moment. You guys are awesome!

Excellent food, excellent location/atmosphere, and excellent customer service! Jokers is a great place to a party. There's plenty of in doors and outside spaces where you and your friends/family are able to gather and enjoy yourself. I'm looking forward to returning this weekend. Awful service. Walked in and sat down with some colleagues, finally we were told to go to the bar to order. Six people total in the place, seems like you could walk to a table to take an order. Food was just ok. If you pay with a debit card they charge you a surcharge. Had to go order my own food but handed me a slip with a tip line, no thanks, I will not return and don't recommend anyone visit this place.

This place is lovely and friendly! I love the hype the staff brings, the fries are amazing!! The fried pickles are good but the spears has too much juice and burn your mouth when eating.

Place was cool at first. I ordered a couple rounds of drinks and pizza for my group and about 30 minutes later one of the managers comes up to me and says that the bartender cut me off. Even though I only had 2 beers at that point. I walk up to the bartender and asked if that was true and he said it wasn't. I pointed out the individual who said I was cut off and even the bartender said everyone hates him and he's a d**k. I was over it at that point and decided to leave but my pizza never came. When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't refund me for whatever reason. Probably won't come here again. F*** you to that manger.

Came in for the Bengals/Cowboys game, was told I can only buy ONE DRINK per HOUR, and that it's a "texas law" yet I've been here for 15 years and I'm a licensed bartender in texas and have NEVER heard that u can only buy ONE DRInk Per HOUR. Then the tv have NO volume, I ask her to turn it on, she turns it on VERY LOW where no one can hear it... we order wings and ask for celery and carrots and she said they don't have any of EITHER! Never been to a place that didn't have celery with their wings but ok... ordered fries with our wings and no fries came out, their mistake, then she says i need to walk back up to the counter to order fries again instead of her just adding it on my tab. Then she comes to our table and puts trash inside of our cup of fresh limes that we're about to eat and just says "sorry" takes the trash out of our cup then walks away.... The wings are EXTRA dry, and the "fries" that came out are super thick wedges... the best thing about the entire experience is the cranberry juice back I got for my apple crown ! After an hour wait of course .... It's so quiet in here like it's not even a game day ! I def won't be back. I expected better. The old jokers location was small but it was more efficient. We used to go to the old Jokers and get shots back to back after work every weekend.

Jokers has been a great establishment for the past four years up until recently. It was quite obvious it's under new management. Jokers has been welcoming for family and pets over the years but tonight, the manager told us children and pets aren't allowed past 0800 or 2000 hrs which caught us by surprise. We travel all the way from Harker Heights and have been doing so for four years straight, kids and pets included, until today. We had to change our plans, coordinate babysitting for our 10/11 year old daughter and decided to return to Jokers. We commented that this place must be open under new management. Once we returned , It was bluntly obvious when around 01:00 am our friend got "cut off" and for apparently being too intoxicated which was 100% bullshit. So we confronted the manager which proved to be a dead end. He has created an atmosphere where costumers aren't assessed by their behavior but rather by the amount of beverages they have ordered within a certain amount of time which is ridiculous when the customer is ordering drinks for the group, and not just for himself/herself. His behavior was not by any means out of the ordinary, nor disruptive, nor excessively impaired. In summary, our families will never return. We'll find another establishment that will accept our $500 tab. Jokers officially sucks until they do away with the current manager.

Absolutely trash walked in there for a bite and drink didn't get acknowledged once and was there for 15 minutes as others were walked up to. First and last time I will ever enter this business. Would not recommend to anyone. Cool place, trash customer service and didn't even get the chance to try the food. Walked out with a smile I'm sure I wouldn't of been pleased.

We had the best time at Jokers, food is great, never an empty drink and all staff are very friendly. Even the other patrons were friendly. Will definitely be back!!

Best bar in Killeen. Bartenders are very welcoming and they always have good events on the weekends. The food is amazing, especially the fries.

I ate here once for an after work function. It took a long time to get my chicken wings and they weren't very good. I also tried the last portion of my son's burger which wasn't really great either. Probably won't be back.

Amber (bartender) was so sweet and friendly. Weather was great in January so garage doors to patio were open. Smoking outside only.

Very cool atmosphere customer service just wasn't It. waited 30 minutes to grab a drink. Never got it, so I left and hit the gas station.

I brought my wife here for her birthday, accompanied by my in laws. I was sober driving so I ordered a water and all was well. I was given a free soda and a thank you for being responsible by the staff which was very nice. About 5 minutes later I was asked to leave for being under 21. I was a bit confused because the staff already knew of my age before that had happened. They had waited till my family had ordered about 5 drinks before they asked for me to leave which is definitely shady and seemed like they wanted to make sure they could make some money. Anyways it's a bit ridiculous that I was asked to leave being a sober driving which in some instances could promote DUIs.

Best burger ever!!!! Get it. Juicy, bacon was crisp and not stringy. Jalapeños and onions grilled to perfection. The bbq sauce sets it off. It's just amazing. I can't wait to try more of their food although this was so good we may get it every time. TVs inside and out. Pool tables inside and out.

Awesome staff, awesome environment. It is a must visit in the Cen-Tex!!! We get out at least 3 to 4 times a week and never disappointed.

I honestly don't know why this place has three stars. My husband, a few of his friends were looking for a place to eat after skating and we decided to come here. The lady near the entrance was very nice, welcoming and helpful since it was our first time coming here. She welcomed us in, told us to sanitize and asked to see our ID's right away. She directed us around the bar and showed us where to go. We found a table and scanned the QR code that was provided on the napkin dispenser and order our food and drinks at the bar. We orders two blue MF also known as AMF , fried mushrooms (HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND), fried chicken wrap (I got the hot sauce) with fries, east side Philly (not pictured), and a side of fries. The food was flavorful but I gotta give the best rating to the fried mushroom, those things are addicting. The food took some time to come out due to it being a lot of people there, which is understandable. I believe we waited on our food for about 15 minutes. Well fell in love with those place because of the ambiance, hours, food, and the people. The restaurant/bar is very clean and organized. They have various jumbo sized games like Jenga and Connect 4. They also have live band performances. But one thing I love the most was the large amount of seating especially since we came around 11pm, so I didn't expect there to be really any seating and large amount of parking. We will definitely be back

Cheap drinks, good service and dogs are welcome not much more I could ask for! Great variety of games we played corn hole, hangs & connect 4. They also had board games you could check out for your table. Overall seems like A cool spot to kill some time. We will be back!

"Jokers ice is the nasty place I ever been" Grammer . Food is bomb as fuck. I eat here 3 plus times a week to support this local business that I believe in as do many others, hence why we are even open. And I only eat chicken so that's 1/3rd the menu y'all Rodents/Toads are a norm in the grassy area we are at. So are stray dogs that customers/employees take in. We always react accordingly always. Service is literally doing it's absolutely very best with all the recent adaptations from bar to restaurant along with the fabulous Covid-19 rules per Texas. Including cleaning all restrooms regularly. So thank you very much

3 times on 3 different occasions I gave the benefit of the doubt to this place. The first occasion I had the bleu balls and I ate the 1st one and it was fine but the second one was still cold and very mushy.... That night I puked my guts out and felt like poop all day the next day. Second occasion I had the spicy mango wings, and again I thought they tasted fine , then that night puked again. Third occasion was today , I had the plain jane burger , the same thing happened except it was coming out of both ends and I feel horrible!

I like to go to local spots when I am on the road for work. I found this place on Google. The atmosphere is pretty cool and the service was good. I got the Joker club and it was a good size sandwich. The fries were good too. I would eat here again if I happened to be in Killeen again.

I just read a review regarding the Philly Cheese Steak and the person who wrote it doesn't know shit from Shinola! It's the best Cheese Steak, not only in Texas, but the boys in Philly could take some lessons! I actually come back here just for the Cheese Steak! Add Mushrooms and Jalapeños and you are set!! Good price for the size of the sand which as well...

As far as the band goes, it is great. We came here on a Friday night about 11 pm and the place was jamming. I will give this spot a second try. Another time, we went again and they had a DJ station which the customers can select their song and sing.

My wife enjoyed a quiet lunch at jokers a couple days ago the place was empty which was a total shock to me because we sat down and had the chili wings and a burger and they were both delicious the food was amazing we will be going back soon the server was super nice and helped us find exactly what we wanted. We will be returning for lunch again soon

OMG!! I ordered for two days straight Parmesan Garlic Fried Chicken with their signature fries, which taste so..darn delicious! . My compliments to the chief . The food arrived HOT! and written notes were followed to the Tee Jokers is the place to go, eat, hangout with your friends and kick back .

Great food especially for a bar, I was out on the patio and it was a great time with live music and cold beer.

If I could leave them 1 star I would! They let me and my four friends in that had been drinking prior. When my other three friends arrived, they wouldn't let them in. The guy had no problem letting us in, but had a problem with my friend cause she was a little loud, and that's just her personality. I will never return to this place. They're missing out on good business because we go often.

My family and I were visiting friends over the weekend and wanted to watch a NFL football game on Sunday. We called Saturday to ensure Jokers would be playing all the games because the advertise NFL Sunday Ticket. When we got to the bar and asked if they could put our game on one of the TVs, the bar tender acted as if she was confused and put out over the request. She shouted across the bar to what I believe to have been a co-worker and asked him if it was possible to put our game on a tv. She didn't acknowledge me for the next 5 min. I ordered a beer and began to look for a open TV. Inside the bar, there wasn't any available because they were taken. Well, come to find out, the "co-worker" and his friend were watching those game instead of allowing customers to enjoy the games. Eventually as I walked into the patio, the co-worked came out and turned a TV on but still to this point nobody had communicated to me that they were putting our game on. I had to ask the con-worker again. From that point we were satisfied. Until ordering food from the same bar tender who continued to be rude and lack customer service. I will say, it's a nice place and the cook was busting his butt to get people's orders completed. He was the only one in the kitchen. So, great job to him. The food was really good and he was very nice. Bottom line, if you're not a regular or a local, you probably will get the same shit service.
