Where To Eat and Drink in South Waterfront | Eater Portland

"Walking past JoLa Cafe — a portmanteau of John’s Landing, the southernmost section of the South Waterfront — it might be easy to mistake it for another sleek, cozy Portland coffee shop, serving espresso drinks and a handful of pastries that are long gone by noon. Step inside and find a sprawling space, with tables spread across multiple sunny dining rooms, and espresso drinks complemented by an expansive breakfast, lunch, and alcoholic beverage menu. With such ample real estate — including picnic table seating outside — JoLa is a perfect spot for remote workers to camp out on a weekday and a spontaneous brunch destination on weekends." - Rebecca Roland

Stopped in today to work for a bit while my kiddo was busy doing something. Really nice place, the burrito was delicious with bunch of different hot sauce options. Way bigger inside than was expecting so was able to find place to sit no problem. Only reason not 5 star is the WiFi wasn't working making it a bit harder to get some work done.

Google
Jola cafe has happy hour and evening dinner now Tues-Sunday and the offerings are high quality with a selected chef/cook who makes authentic food that rivals the menu's I've had at the downtown concerthall/museum blocks and at a much better value. what a ge! Jola owner's have a winery dinner business and so they offer a vetted wine list and there is a wonderful bartender who mixes cocktails and mocktails. having lived and travelled in european countries I really appreciate the owner and manager's Euro-American decision to test out an evening menu. happy hour drinks are discounted and the feel is casual Euro neighborhood cafe. These folks constantly seek to tweak and experiment to keep customers and their own standards are high.

I was excited to check out a new spot in Portland and was very disappointed. The egg sandwich took forever and was poorly made, no cheese, it wasn’t toasted and just looked thrown together and the salsa was awful. How hard is it to make an egg sandwich?! They were also understaffed and one guy was manning the kitchen. I can make better food at home than this place. I decided to throw it away and make food at home. Super bummed

Wow! I couldn't love this restaurant any more! The atmosphere is sophisticated and yet familiar, cozy and inviting! The outdoor deck seating in an early Fall evening was glorious! Simple ingredients prepared to perfection! Such a culinary delight! I am gluten free and had one of the best meals I've ever had! The staff were kind, professional and attentive.

Google
Cute breakfast spot - tons of space inside and a very cozy atmosphere. Got a breakfast sandwich which was only okay, which was partially my fault for subbing out the default biscuit with a bagel. The bagel was very hard and the sandwich didn't seem to fit inside a bagel profile.

Slow process ordering but after that.. yes please! Coffee ✔️ Breakfast ✔️ Pastries ✔️ Customer care Five Star!! Thank you Dan for making sure food was safe for me.

I have been to Jola many times during the week for coffee, pastries and lunch. Today my son and I decided to try the weekend brunch for Father’s Day. As on the weekdays, it’s counter service, but they have a full brunch menu. Not much of a line and ordering was easy. Everyone was very nice. I left a 20% tip on top of what I thought was a very reasonably priced meal. We ordered juice and coffee. It took me three trips to get all the drinks and water glasses and silverware out to the table. They brought our food. Nobody offered any refills, but I’m sure we could have gotten one if we cared to. The food was fantastic and we enjoyed our meal very much. Then, when we were ready to leave my kid asked if we needed to bus our own table. I looked around, didn’t see any obvious signs one way or the other and decided it would be okay if we didn’t. Since we had several plates and glasses each it would have taken several trips. And it wasn’t so busy that people were waiting for the table. I just figured that when they were serving full meals they probably had a bus tub or cart they could bring out. But before we got out the door the “server” called us out loudly across the room full of diners to let us know that the “house rules” were that we had to clear our own table. So this is my message to Jola owners, managers, and staff: (1) I enjoy your food and will come back, but maybe a little less often., (2) I’ll be hesitant to recommend the place to others or to take guests or clients there who might be offended or put off by this kind of treatment, (3) I am not going to tip you in the future for providing the service rudely telling me to clean up after myself.

Google
I got a 16 oz iced vanilla latte with oat milk and it was SO good. I was so impressed with the quality of the coffee and the flavor. Would 100% come back for the coffee alone. I also got a bacon breakfast sandwich, which was also good :) So excited to come back!

Yelp
Since growing and adding much more food (taking over Corbett Fish House space) Jola is a fab place to not only have a cuppa joe n breakfast - its much bigger and you can have a table for hours. Expanded menu! Even better food (recommend if you have avacado toast sandie, NOT on biscuit - tho it looks purdy, better on croissant!). They also serve alcohol now and have a happy hour i think!

Yelp
One of the best cafes I've been to in terms of quality and variety of foods and drinks! This place is in a peaceful neighborhood of John's Landing. From the outside it may seem like a small spot but I was surprised how much seating there was inside with multiple floors! The vibe inside is very cozy and spacious. I opted to dine in so they called out your name once your drink was ready and then brought the food out to you wherever you're sitting afterwards. The cappuccino was made quickly and it was delicious! I also got the Belmont burrito which had egg, potatoes, avocado, black beans, arugula, and cheese. It was super tasty and filling! Might be my go-to order from now on :) The salsa on the side was also perfectly spicy. Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Enjoyed a good dose of Portlandian spring air this morning at JoLa Café. Selected "The Country" burrito but had it as a bowl instead of a wrap. Very good and I will probably steal their cool idea of green chili sour cream! The salsa was also homemade with flecks of fresh cilantro and onion, it was very delicious. To wash this down I had an iced mocha which was equally primo, and I wish I would've requested a larger size. My brunch partner liked the sausage egg croissant sandwich and commented that the tomato jam made it taste unique. I noted a lot of adult bevs on the menu including mimosas, Irish coffee, hot toddy, and bloody Mary's. This is a neighborhood gem in Corbett, I loved how it was off Macadam just enough so as not to hear the traffic. It's quiet and peaceful outside the cafe. My family and I will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
My go-to coffee spot is also a legitimately solid lunch destination, with a good selection of fresh, generously-portioned bowls, salads, sandos and burritos to go along with your Americano or latte. The space is choppy - three separate rooms actually - but it's still a quite airy and spacious space with good light and a chill vibe if you just wanna come work on your laptop. There's usually local art on the walls, various magazines to read, and a couple of outside tables if you're so inclined. They have smoothies and pastries too and the service is always prompt - and with a smile. I feel like it's a great community gathering spot too, with a really down-to-earth atmosphere. Happy that this friendly, delish and well-run cafe is in the neighborhood, and major props for maintaining the vibe of the historic building it's in.

Yelp
JoLa is a corner cafe just miles from the Willamette. We stopped in for brunch on the 4th of July so we were glad they were open for a couple hours on a holiday! It's a quant inside, no A/C inside so really warm in the summer but I get it. The way you order was interesting. Not sure if it was just because it was so slow but didn't have anyone walk up to our table and it was not clear where to order. You can to walk around a corner inside the get to the coffee bar/ordering area. I got a mocha which was the best part for me. Not sure what grounds they use but I was really impressed. For brunch I got the Southwest Burrito and it was alright. I was hoping for a little better quality, but nothing special to note. Overall glad I went there & again, very appreciative of the staff for being open on a holiday!

Yelp
This cafe is excellentttttt wow. Went to lunch here and it was the perfect spot! Great outdoor seating, spacious interiors for studying, working eating, etc and overall a relaxing experience. The food was stunning too. This salad was perfection - warm and flavorful chicken on a bed of soft coins cous and crunch from the almonds, muah. The truffle fries were an excellent addition too! Quick service, all in all no complaints just praise. Can't wait to come again - a must visit , seriously.

Yelp
Great food and ambiance. It was quiet enough for a meeting. Nice for breakfast or lunch.

Yelp
This place is a wonderful speciality cafe during the week, but does not make speciality drinks properly over the weekend when it is overrun for brunch. I love Jola and will continue coming here very often, but I've unfortunately learned to avoid coming for cappuccinos on the weekend because they're not made right and veer straight into rip-off territory for almost $5 when it's a dollop of foam in the center of an espresso shot. Perfect drinks during the week and then it devolves fully for the weekend shift, might as well go to any mom & pop coffee shop then. Like, I just saw a bad one being served and got out of line & left to go somewhere else.

Yelp
Came here with a group of friends and so got to try a lot of items. The best way to explore a new restaurant, if you ask me! The mushroom and feta toast was insanely delicious! I would come back just for that. It was zippy, earthy, salty, crunchy, soft... it was everything. I was sad I wasn't the person who ordered it, so I only got one bite. Food envy for sure! But that's the only thing I'd come back for. The Belgian waffle was just a sad naked waffle with a side of syrup and a side of butter. Expected more of a presentation, to be quite honest. My friend was disappointed. My other friend got the house benedict and it was overly sweet. I'm not the person to ask about benes because I generally don't like them, but we all agreed it was too much on the sweet side for our tastes. I got some kind of veggie breakfast bowl and it was good but pretty boring. I was definitely grateful for the large number of hot sauces they offered, because I needed a bit of zest!

Yelp
The JoLa Benedict was sooo delicious. The potatoes were perfect. Outside seating was beautiful and relaxing. The ambiance is calm and relaxing. Workers were very kind and helpful. Iced dirty chai wasn't my favorite, but it is also very hard to find a place that can make creamy iced dirty chai's.

Yelp
My new favorite spot for brunch The food is served quickly and portions are reasonable!! I came pretty hungry and left very satisfied and had some leftovers. Price is also reasonable which is hard to find these days! Plenty of tables and my favorite part is they're all spaced out so well you don't have to hear your neighbor's conversation. Another thing you don't get these days when you're brunching. I'd love to come back and try more items off the menu!

Yelp
I used to really enjoy my meals at Jola, but my last two visits have just been underwhelming. Last time I dined in, they brought me a Cobb salad and told me it was the seasonal house salad. I had it sent back and they brought me the seasonal house salad with no pecans. When I got my order to go today I was not even told that they were out of candied pecans. My salad is not as advertised, and I wasn't even told.

Yelp
The food and coffee are great here. I also love the location because it's very close to where I live but it gets BUSY and service can be very slow. I have waited here so long for my food and coffee to be done. If there's quite a few people in there, it can take quite awhile.

Yelp
Maybe we just went in on the wrong day ?. We ordered a breakfast sandwich and a country bowl . It took 50 minutes to get our food and when it finally came out , it looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a good 20-30 minutes . The single food runner that was working dropped off the food and took off with out saying anything . We didn't finish our food and ended up going to a different location to grab something to eat . The bad part about the situation is that once you order you pay the bill , at which point you are given an option to tip. We tipped for a service that we never received. But like I started out with on my review , maybe it was just an off day for the restaurant ?
google avatar

Alice K.

Yelp
Went here on a whim. Got the biscuits and gravy as well the truffle parm fries. Both were pretty inedible. The biscuit was burnt, the gravy was tasteless, congealed and cold. The fries were soggy and had little, if any, truffle flavor. It was like the food was sitting for about 20 minutes before it was served to us. If you ever find yourself here you should probably avoid the food

Yelp
At the risk of letting the secret out and making this place too busy, this is THE BEST breakfast burrito in town! It has perfectly balanced ingredients, in the perfect size, tightly rolled burrito with scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, green chili sour cream, cheddar, and jack cheese (this is the "Country Burrito" you can get it as a bowl too, for gluten free folks! They have 3 other flavor burritos as well) It's a great way to start your day, dine in or take it to go with out worrying about spilling on yourself on the way to work!) And don't forget to get a hot, Moody Chai made by Mahsa (WOC owned business) with honey & I like it with oatmilk but you can choose your fav kind of milk ;) Thanks JoLa Cafe and chef Sedonio (former Corbett Fish House chef, for those who know ) and the ever gracious and skilled "Barista from Brussels" who makes every drink to perfection!

Yelp
We thought it would be perfect for a Sunday afternoon. Our coffee and pastries were pretty good but then the music, horrible. Rap music, trashy language, and they changed the song every 20 seconds. At 1st I thought they were changing it to be more suitable for a coffee shop but maybe it was the employee's personal preference. Too bad for us. We thought this was a great place because it had 3 large rooms, a cafe, and a latte/bakery area.

Yelp
A sweet little bustling neighborhood place that is off the beaten path. Spacious and comfortable inside with plenty of tables outside for sunny seating. Seems to be a spot for small groups to meet and talk business or a coffee meeting. As a solo diner I was able to find a good spot for breakfast and do some work. Given it's neighborhood location parking can be tight. I love breakfast sandwiches but being relegated to the gluten free category that's not always possible to achieve. They had a stellar GF option and I embraced it with gusto and had a big ol' glorious, everything on it sandwich that was gratifying as hell.

Yelp
NOT ALERGY FRIENDLY!! My order was completely wrong.I ordered an oat milk chai and immediately knew it was not oat milk. I am severely allergic to milk. When we asked, there was attitude and they lied and told us it was definitely oat milk, it was not, I had a reaction after just a few sips. I also ordered the avocado toast without the red pepper as I have a spice allergy and they were all over. After the attitude over the oat milk I did not feel comfortable going up and correcting them again. Wasted 20$ plus a tip.

Yelp
Love walking here on the weekends for a a bite and a London fog. Typically pretty busy, but food comes out decently fast. The food was good and so are the cute drinks!

Yelp
We found this place while exploring South Portland and thought it would make for a nice brunch spot! We ended up getting a few "Champagne Classics" and some simple pastries. It seemed there was a bit more of a wait for meals. This was a perfect place for a nice drink and bite with the gals. It was a bit crowded and parking was a little difficult but overall was worth it. Would recommend coming here for a chill brunch but keep in mind it will take a bit longer for food.

Yelp
Amazing atmosphere. Tucked in a quaint neighborhood just off the Willamette River. Parking was easy and seating is plentiful. Very friendly staff! Great selection of coffee and HEALTHY breakfast options. I ordered a chai latte which was amazing! Highlight of the visit was the lox, tomato, cucumber and goat cheese on a bagel. Out of this world! Highly recommend JoLa if you're in the Portland area.

Yummy breakfast sandwiches! I have this most mornings before work. It's simple but yet fabulous

Yelp
GET MORE HELP! Waited in line for 15 minutes too slow for a cup of coffee finally moved on

Lisa L.

Yelp
Great coffee shop with breakfast and lunch choices. I had the Forest ham and egg croissant. My friend had the mushroom soup and scone. We both enjoyed our choices. The coffee was great and I was glad they had oatmilk as an option. You order at the front and they bring your food to your table. The tables are spaced out nicely and were able to have a nice visit.

Yelp
This review is mostly about the service and not about the food. I've come here multiple times and have had a really great experience and the food is delicious, however today it was extra slow. We came at about 12pm on a Saturday which they were fairly busy but not slammed. We ordered just sandwiches and it took them about 45 minutes of us waiting at our table before we had to ask them what happened to our order. The guy had stated "yours is next it will be out in about 15 minutes" and then it took about 25 minutes before we checked on it again. I would say the sandwiches were decent, I got the veggie panini and it was delicious! The truffle Parmesan fries are probably not worth the extra money. Other than that it's not a bad place just a bit slow.

Yelp
Great little coffee shop / breakfast or lunch spot. Conveniently located right off of Corbett Ave. They have a multitude of coffee/tea options and as many pastry varieties as you could ever want. Side note: their menu says most items can also be made gluten free, if that applies to you. Also features plenty of tables for outdoor seating. Parking is mainly on-street, so be prepared that you might have to walk a block or two during busier times. Met my bestie for breakfast this morning and had the single best slice of Avocado Toast that I have ever had in my life! It was to die for! I know I am going to have to come back soon because this toast will be creeping my dreams from now on. It's just that good. Don't believe me? Try it for yourself. It'll make a believer out of you.

Yelp
This is the second time I've been here. Last time was before the pandemic. I remember last time I had problems too. When I go out for brunch, I usually order something with poached eggs, because I can't make poached eggs. I got their croque madame and just like last time, the egg is over cooked My issue is, since Covid, like many other places, they make you order your food at the register and you pay ahead and "tip" before you get to a table. Tip on service I haven't received yet. Since there was no assigned waiter, I went up to the kitchen and told the kitchen staff that my egg was over cooked, and I just want a poached runny egg yolk egg on my sandwich. The kitchen staff was nice enough to make a new sandwich for me. It will take a while so I went back to my seat. Couple minutes later I went back to the kitchen to pick up my sandwich myself because there's no assigned waiter. Don't get me wrong. I'm all for supporting local business and service workers.

Nick J.

Yelp
The food so far has been good, but the food portions they give you are very small. I tried the bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was extremely small and not even enough for a small child, let a lone an adult. The nee to either increase their food portions or decrease their prices.
google avatar

Hailey D.

Yelp
Went to pick up drinks and breakfast/lunch before a day hike. We got matcha and cold brew, both good. What really stood out were the sandwiches. The breakfast sandwich with the tomato jam is delightful. It added the right kind of sweetness that we enjoyed. It's made with a scrambled egg--so there will be some spillage. The southwest burrito was AWESOME. We had this on the trail for lunch and it was the perfect combination of rice, beans, pork, and aioli.
google avatar

Ray P.

Yelp
Customer service was terrible, wish I could have took the tip back because the guy at the counter last Sunday made us feel all around unwelcome. Our food sat on the counter for some time ignored before reaching our table and was completely cold, portions were small, and the waffle had to go in the trash. What a waste of money.
google avatar

Victoria T.

Yelp
Great neighborhood cafe. We come here for breakfast and pastries. Lots of seating outside and different dining areas inside. Grab a beverage and pastry for your walk along the greenway.
google avatar

Anthony A.

Yelp
Very nice restaurant. We stopped in for lunch and everything seemed normal. We placed our orders, received our numbers and took a seat inside. We waited and waited and waited. I went back to the counter to inquire about our order and the staff went to check. They came out with the order and apologized for not making us wait and getting the order wrong. Simple mistake of regular fries instead of sweet potato fries. Unfortunately the food was cold since they were trying to wait for the fries to be cooked to correct the order. Simple communication about the mistake and we would have taken the food hot versus cold. After leaving we noticed our clothes wreaked of grease. It took washing my jacket twice to get the order out. I confirmed my companion encountered the same problem. Note to self, sit outside. The restaurant could be a great spot. I think next time I will stick to coffee.
google avatar

Yelp
JoLa cafe is a fun casual weekend brunch spot for the homies to hang out on a Saturday or Sunday morning and discuss late night weekend festivities over some pastries and some good ole classic hair of the dog remedies. My girls and I got "Champagne Classics" and they were the perfect sippers for a sunny Saturday morning. Parking was a bit tricky but the neighborhood provides lots of nice spots that also give you a nice walk to wake you up before breakfast. Saturday morning was kind of busy but the staff took our order while in line. So nice!
google avatar

Humam T.

Yelp
The only reason this place did not get 5 stars is because of the music. They play trashy loud music on speakers with high base setting. You can't escape it. It's in all three rooms. Having said that, the place is really cool with many different seating arrangements. They have coffee, alcohol, and food in the various rooms. People here are nice, but intimidating enough that I didn't ask them to change the music...
google avatar

Ashley W.

Yelp
The ambience of this cafe is beyond lovely. It's set in a historic building up in the hills and has three separate rooms. There's a bakery section, a main dining room, and a smaller middle room. Their happy hour foods are delightful and include Brussels sprouts, truffle fries, street tacos, and shrimp amongst a vast selection of drinks! It's a place for anyone, a great reading space, and family friendly too. The street tacos were good and the truffle fries were so aromatic and flavorful with the dipping sauce! They provide generous portions and the staff are so genuinely kind. What a hidden gem in the hills!
google avatar

Hannah B.

Yelp
Absolutely great service! We are visiting from Kansas City and the barista was so kind and wrote us a list of recommendations of where to go while we're in Portland. We got a hot vanilla oat milk latte, a hot toddy, and a veggie bowl we ate too quickly to take a picture of. Everything was delicious and made so well. Would definitely recommend!!

Yelp
This cafe was busy on a Friday morning at 10 with a line out the door and nearly every table full. Parking was moderately trouble also. It's not the best for working or meetings since there is loud music but there is lots of spaced out seating so it didn't feel crowded at all despite being very busy. So I would say there's a bustling but comfortable vibe for sure. As much as I tried my experience just wasn't awesome unfortunately. I couldn't connect to the wifi after multiple attempts on my phone or laptop. I spoke with 2 different staff members who told me to "forget" the network and try again, yeah that didn't work for me at all. I knew it was time to leave when another customer who says they come in a lot heard me ask again for another trick to a staff member leaned over to me and said under his breath, "good luck their wifi sucks". So it's not a place to plan to get anything that needs internet done. Lox toast was good but the cucumbers were really bitter and tasted old, which is odd at the height of cucumber season. Also they forgot my food and I had to seek someone out to check on it 35 mins after I ordered. Unless it normally takes this long, not sure this was my first experience. 2 stars thou because my smoothie was great and the people are very nice but I am sure I will not be back. I may pick up a smoothie next time I pass by this neighborhood cafe but I bet the line and experience of being forgotten will stop me.

Yelp
Cute location nested in a residential area. Great food too! Casual spot for some weekend brunch. Lots of seating too.

Yelp
JoLa is a great spot for a light breakfast or lunch. They offer a good selection of baked goods, various coffee varieties, and a self-serve water station. Staff is helpful and friendly, prices are very reasonable, and the dining room is clean and has good lighting thanks to the many large windows. Definitely a good place to stop into if you're in the neighborhood.
google avatar

Layla Kailani M.

Yelp
The best place for breakfast sandwiches and other goodies but you better not be in a rush. They always say 15-20 min, but it's not uncommon to wait 40 min for your food. Staff is in no rush but I love the place, and the people working there. It's a take your time kinda place.
google avatar

Sarah S.

Yelp
Twice now I have been there when a barista behind the bar is eating while making my drinks. I like this place because the coffee is good, but that is because they serve Coava which is great coffee that is tough to mess up. When it comes to Jola, I find it inconsistent - the other day they were out of cold brew - today, Chai, and they didn't tell me this until after I paid. I find it probably wouldn't pass Health code so do not opt to eat here.
google avatar

Alex G.

Yelp
This was an amazing place I came to during my visit to Portland last week. The service, food, and location were great that I repeated my visit four times while I was there. Thanks to the staff for helping with options. I will certainly be going back when I visit Oregon again.

Yelp
Came here for the Avocado toast and it was pretty good! I like the set up of this Cafe. It's really spacious inside and they have a bunch of tables outside too. They serve their avo toast on a big slice of bread, I believe it was sour dough? It comes with olive oil and red pepper flakes. They also have some other food items on their brunch menu that I would love to try. ATR: 7 out of 10 Synopsis: (+) Good use of olive oil, good tasting avocado and seasoned well. Decent price. (-) It was just your basic rendition of avocado toast. I wanted to add egg but I ordered online and there was no option to add it on there.

Spicet T.

Yelp
So disappointing. My husband and I were regulars at Jola, the kind of know your name, know your order regulars. In the past several months the quality and consistency of this place has evaporated. Today's order solidified this was our last time going to Jola. Please note my husband's breakfast burrito was ok..not as good as usually, but edible. For me I wanted to keep it simple and order GF Avocado toast, no substitutions not frills. Well that turned out to be one of the grossest things I have ever ordered..soggy toast filled with oil. Untrue to my nature, I actually for maybe the second time in my life sent the order back. I heard the teenagers in the kitchen, say and I quote "what do you expect, its avocado toast." To answer that I would say something that isn't so soggy it looks like raw dough. Long story short, it came back the same way and the kids in the kitchen winked and nodded to each other after delivering me the remade toast...don't even want to know what that meant. Though I am out of pocket the $12 or so dollars for the GF toast I learned a valuable lesson, just don't eat at Jola.

I have been to this café in the past and I know that their quality is usually good. The coffee and the food. However it was very disappointing to go back today. We ordered a breakfast burrito bowl and and both of them were missing several items that were supposed to be in the food. Because it took close to an hour to get our food by the time we received it we were already in the car and didn't want to have to go back in and wait even longer to get our food adjusted correctly. If we got reimbursed for both items I would definitely give them one more shot!

Yelp
Very cute cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. Delicious food, great vegetarian options, friendly staff, and a solid latte

Yelp
Oh, Jola. This place is near and dear to our hearts. My husband and I first discovered it when we lived within walking distance and even though we've moved farther away, we'll still make the drive to have lunch or grab a coffee there. The vibe is cozy and welcoming and the manager Zach is the BEST. He seems to chat and have a connection with many of their customers, ourselves included. In fact, sort of by coincidence, sort of not, he's the only person other than our parents that we told the day we got engaged because Jola was our first stop! The BLTA is always a good option but really you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The brunch is very reliable (chicken and waffles comes with both gravy and syrup on the side!) and my recent go-to has been the croque monsieur. Jola also has one of our favorite mochas in Portland. If you're looking for a low-key, local spot, I couldn't recommend it more!
