David Chang’s Fried Chicken Shop Fuku Comes to a Neighborhood Near You - Eater LA

"Beverly Glen’s Jolie Bistro + Bar has closed suddenly, with little notice given to regulars of the hillside jewel box. The final day of service for the Beverly Glen Centre restaurant was March 13." - Farley Elliott

SF’s Popular Tacolicious Promises Prime New Manhattan Beach Location - Eater LA

"The Hollywood Reporter finds a lot to love about Bistro Jolie in its latest dining review. The Bel Air spot is filled with “punched-up” steak frites, “on point” service, and loads of other straightforward fare, making it a likely longtime hit for the quiet, expensive neighborhood." - Farley Elliott

Ate here for lunch during Dine LA, which was a great deal! Starter, entree, and dessert for $20. Very reasonable for the great quality of food you get. Beautiful restaurant. Friendly staff. I especially loved the croque madame. So delicious! My boyfriend had almond cake and coffee for dessert and raved about how perfectly that topped off such a good meal. Also very stylish and clean bathrooms! Would love to come back!

Amazing design place , great Crab salad ( I’ll recommend leave either. dill or mint, not both) our tuna salad , the tuna was almost all cooked 😕; I was expecting much more about this place 🤔 and We had a reservation for inside and they sat us at the bar for 30 mins and after that we decided to eat out in the patio, there was no table available.....

First time at this neighborhood french bistro. Seating inside is very chic and comfortable. We sat outside for a nice evening breeze.

Amazing food and the staff is super accommodating. Ask for their dishes that aren’t on the menu. Their artichoke dip is to die for.

Excellent food, drinks and ambiance. Patrick the waiter was great! Only complaint was no one checked my COVID vaccination status, which means it is unlikely anyone else's was checked, either, and since we were eating inside, that was dismaying.

SPECTACULARLY GOOD FOOD! Both modern and cozy, this intimate restaurant has absolutely top-notch food and warm, delightful service (Thanks, Christian). If you love French Onion Soup ($12), then this is the place to order it. The silky rich soup is full of tender caramelized onions and topped with gruyere on toasted brioche. So delicious it could be a meal by itself! The large portion of roasted Brussel sprouts ($12) come with roquefort dressing, niman ranch bacon, orange cranberries--superb! I had the 10oz Prime Flat Iron steak frites ($35) and it was, quite simply, perfect! Cooked the way I requested, wonderfully tender, with thin crispy fries. My friend ordered the Chicken Meuniere ($29), breaded chicken breast, with a lemon & caper butter sauce, preserved lemon jam, grilled asparagus. Superb. For dessert, had an almond flour pound cake drizzled with honey. Delectable--and more than enough for two. The dining room is elegant but not stuffy, lively but not loud. A charming spot for a very special dinner!
