Where are the chicken breasts and wings?!?! Why does this place have only drumsticks and thighs?!?! They do have good flavor chicken pieces and you can decide original or spicy, ehich comes with gravy. Get their pineapples drink and also their mango pineapple pies!! Both are delicious!! I'm not so sure about their spaghetti. I heard it was on the sweeter side. I don't care for sweet spaghetti!! I had a minor problem with their meal deal combo. They had displayed outside and inside that combo comes with two sides. That's not what I had got when I had ordered the combo. I had to pay extra for my two sides!! Minus a star for that!! 4 stars!! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟

I ordered takeout for pickup. My fried chicken were quite cold. I ordered half & half. My spicy chicken was not spicy enough. My original chicken was not crispy enough. Gravy was great. However, overall, the quality of fried chickens was just above average, I can’t say I want to buy this again and again. I hope they improve the quality of crispiness, flavors profile, taste and texture over time.

Today was a sad day , i order for my daughter the chicken sandwichbecause they dindt have original chicken you have to wait 40 minutes, the sandwich was so bad fry hard chickem a small piece just with a litte Mayo, 15$ come on ! And no ice in the soda machine , really bad Jollibee, we love the chicken before but today even the service was bad. I hope you guys fix this if you dont have chicken dont sell the sandwich over fry please for respect to the customer.

Had a great experience at Jollibee. The food was served hot and fresh, especially the Chickenjoy — crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Jolly Spaghetti was sweet and cheesy, just the way I like it. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the place was clean and comfortable. Service was fast even during peak hours. Definitely one of my go-to comfort food spots. Highly recommended for families and friends.

Every time I mobile order for this location it’s always an extra 30 minute wait from the estimated pick up times. I wish they allowed more time in between orders so customers have a more accurate pick up time. The food itself is good but prepare to wait if you mobile order, walk up to order or even drive through. None of it is fast

Original chicken is good, I didn't find that the gravy enhanced it, the fried chicken is good enough on its own. The spaghetti is not awful, but I would say that it's an acquired taste. Spaghetti that sweet isn't my preference.

Check your order before you leave the drive thru⚠️ I ordered 3 palabok fiesta by itself and 1 palabok fiesta with chicken in drive thru, but when i get to work i found out they gave me 3 palabok fiesta and a spaghetti by itself without any chicken. The service crew didn’t pay attention of the orders.

The chicken is really good I enjoyed it very crispy to eat with the gravy really yummy However, I placed an online order for dinner December 24 and I understsnd the high demand during these times of the year the pick up time was more than 2 hrs When I arrived at the restaurant I let the cashier know of my online order and she told me no order was made and was first come first served and the waiting time was more than 40mins. The restaurant was busy I understand if its a little bit of a wait even for an online order so I waited and waited saw some of the people waiting in line for in person purchases pick up their food it was more than 2hrs that I waited in the restaurant until I got impatient and went to ask the lady giving out the orders that I has been waiting for that long for an online order and people that arrive after me were already receiving their orders. She quickly started getting my order ready and when handing me the food no type of apology whatsoever nothing, I dont want to say maybe prejudice to other non Asian races but definitely saw a bit of that

I'm giving this place 4 stars bc my picky 10 year old ate 4 pieces of chicken. Which is a miracle. I got a 10 piece bucket with 3 sides. The mashed potatoes don't taste like boxed mashed potatoes. The adobe rice was sticky and kinda chewy. I never had a adobo rice before, so I'm not sure if that's the usual consistency of the rice. I enjoyed the spaghetti but I with that there was more sauce and meat.

I really wanted to give this a higher rating but the quality of the food just didn't warrant a higher rating. I actually liked the spaghetti. It reminded me of childhood and thought it was the right amount of sweetness. My husband ordered tenders and the size of the tenders were so small. They weren't crispy either. The fries were also too soft. The service was good. My food came out pretty quickly and they were quick and nice. I just wish the food was a bit better.

Jollibee is the best fast food fried chicken spot in my opinion. The service is friendly and fast. This location is clean with decent indoor seating. It's located in a plaza with ample parking and a 99 ranch nearby! My go to order is the $11 meal deal, which comes with 2 pieces of chicken, 1 drink, 1 side, 1 biscuit, and 1 pie. The chicken is crispy with an option for spicy and pairs well with the gravy! The biscuit is always warm, moist, soft, and fluffy! I always ask for honey to put on the biscuit and it's amazing. And the pies are very crispy unlike McD. And the flavors are always delish like peach mango or ube! I switch it up depending on my mood.

Dropped by and decided to dine in. It's the first time at this location and it's a nice one! Small with a few tables, clean and decorated for the holidays. Andres was a well mannered and good cashier. I ordered the Spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. Really good with a pretty spicy kick. Unlike most fast food joints it actually looks like the picture! Thats pretty crazy tbh lol. The chicken patty was crispy, tender and thick, not skimpy. It comes with tomato, lettuce and the right amount of sauce. All in all a nice fast food experience. Thank you Jollibee!

First time at this Jollibee location in Alhambra. First time we've seen a Jollibee with a Drive Thru. As soon as we came in, the beautiful Christmas tree was joyfully welcoming us. Great customer service from the beginning of our transaction to delivery of food at our table (from point of order to the end). Our food was delivered to our table fresh and hot within 10 minutes. Thank you Andres! We ordered the Jolly Spaghetti with a drink, Big Yumburger and Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. Love their Jolly Spaghetti. It's definitely Filipino spaghetti with a hint of sweetness but not too sweet. The portion sizing is just right. Topped with cheese. The Big Yumburger comes with 2 thick beef patties, lettuce, tomato and the Yumburger sauce. So good! The thick beef patties are cooked just right. It was tender, juicy, flavorful and not over cooked. Next time will try their Aloha Burger. Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich was perfect. The spice level was great. Not too spicy so you can enjoy the flavor for the chicken. It's a good size with the chicken being bigger than the soft yummy buns. This location is not that big yet they can accommodate a good amount of customers with several dining tables and chairs and high bar seating type area.

This is my second time here and I enjoyed it better than the first time. My initial visit was during my lunch break so i just had a sandwich. I was so surprised they didn't have any salads. My second visit was for dinner. I bought a 6-piece bucket and three sides (adobo rice, spaghetti noodles & sauce and fries for about $23). The chicken was very tasty, crispy and moist inside. I didn't know the company originated from the Philippines. Their spaghetti sauce was a little on the sweet side, not like the Italian version of garlic and oregano herbs and spices. The menu also has mac and cheese and mashed potatoes, that could be for my next visit. Another location opened in West Covina, which is closer to me. I will try that location and tell them that Rosemary sent me (myself).

really glad to have tried their new burger and will be returning to order that! if you're a burger fan def try it. the line and wait can get lengthy if you also order chicken items because that's what people come for. avoid at rush hour!

Freestanding eatery in 99 Ranch Market plaza. Plenty of free parking. Friendly staff, welcome greeting on entering, clean environment. I love Jollibee. Their chicken Jokoy is delicious, moist and crispy. The gravy that comes to dip the chicken is amazing. Today I ordered the burger steak. The burgers keep getting smaller and smaller! The burger's center portion felt undercooked and mushier today despite being thin and no red area. I think I just like my burgers a little more well done. The palabok was on point. I love the noodles with sauce and the egg. The pineapple quencher was refreshing pineapple juice!

I've been a fan of Jollibee since I was a kid and this spot is a great reminder of their Filipino style meals. I had their two piece chicken and palabok with fries and an aloha burger. The chicken was delicious as usual and the palabok was on point. The fries were better than I expected to, so good I finished it in the car. The burger was also very good, juicy, flavorful & a solid hamburger. I'd definitely come back again to try their other menu items.

Jollibee is a Filipino brand, a franchise popular among Filipinos. Every time I drive on I-10 from west to east, heading to IKEA, I see a giant logo of a cheerful mascot. It looks a bit like a squirrel but is actually a bee--Jollibee. I cook often and rarely dine out, but that day was an exception. I went to Fortune No. 1 in Monterey Park, but it was packed with people waiting in line. So, I decided to visit the AAA office in Alhambra to take care of some business, only to find it closed for Thanksgiving. Needing something to eat, I noticed a Jollibee nearby and decided to give it a try. I drove through and ordered a bucket of six pieces for $16.99. I never imagined fried chicken could be so juicy. Not just the legs, but even the thighs were incredibly tender and bursting with juice. The moment I bit into them, the juices dripped right through my fingers. I opted for the spicy version instead of the regular, and it was perfect-spicy but not overwhelmingly hot. I loved it. I never thought fried chicken could be this juicy. Jollibee truly nailed it!

A strong showing overall for this conveniently located, SGV-situated Jollibee. This popular chain establishment from the Philippines offers an exciting alternative to Popeyes with similar quality and price points. The 2 piece chicken meal with one side was just enough food for a filling yet not overly hefty lunch, and the order came out impressively quick! The ube pie was average, but the chicken and rice combo was splendid. Would recommend a visit for anyone looking for a gateway to Filipino fast food dining.

So mouthwatering and flavorsome, thank you Jolibee for the food. I made an online order since I wanted to save time & I recommend it so much honestly. It was so fast, took around 8 minutes because I was 8 minutes away at that time. When I arrived, there was a shelf with all the online orders, and there was my bag with my name on it. The environment inside seemed cute and authentic inside too, love the vibes. The food itself was insane, I tried the Amazing Aloha YumBurger for the first time and it was reminiscent of In n Out kinda? It has pineapple but it was the perfect amount of pineapple, it tasted really different but good! The chicken itself was pretty good as well, portions and the sizing of everything was excellent.

The happiest days are the days that they have the Spicy Chickenjoy available. Get yourself a bucket of it, enough to have some leftovers for the days after. You'll have to eat it immediately upon ordering to ensure that the crispiness of the skin is still there. Nothing beats a piping hot piece of fried chicken thigh!

I was craving some fried chicken tonight so we order from Jollibee. We got their 10pc Chickenjoy Meal Deal with 3 pies for $32. Along with the spicy chicken and Ube pies, we also got adobo rice, french fries, and mashed potatoes. Their chicken wasn't very spicy at all this time. Their adobo rice wasn't as flavorful as before. Their mashed potatoes lacked gravy, but it helped that there was extra gravy on the side for the chicken. I think one of the best part of the meal was the Ube pie. I did like the fact that they fixed their all night issue so now you can order spicy chicken and edit the meal options online. All in all, it was a decent meal for $48.

Yesterday was actually my first time ever dining in at a Jollibee. I didn't realize it was a fried chicken kind of deal. I couldn't but help to compare it to KFC. Chicken: soooo juicy. I could actually taste the spicy in the spicy chicken! It's more of a mild spice, so I wouldn't worry. A really great touch is that the workers put a little flag on the spicy chicken to differentiate the spicy mixed in with the regular. Mac & Cheese: good, only ever so slight hint of sweetness. Mashed potato and gravy: I prefer KFC. The gravy was a bit too thick for me and also sweeter. Sweet cream cold brew: yum! Sweet. Even better than... Jack in the box? McDonald's? I think so. And the price wasn't too bad. Only 100 calories too! Restaurant: okay... I guess they're busy but they had plenty of workers. By the time we got there, rush was over because only one person in line and plenty of empty tables (also it was like 2:30pm. But all the tables were dirty. We had to ask someone to clean a table for us and he did. But didn't clean any of the other tables. That just doesn't make sense. Just do them all.

Filipino fried chicken is like no other! Love Jollie bee's brined juicy and super crispy chicken. This is my kind of place, fried chicken brine is a must for the juiciest flavorful chicken. Also, dark meat is the only way to go. For $10.50, I got 2 big pieces of chicken, fries, biscuit, pie and drink. That's a bargain deal of the week!

Jollibee easily like the best fast food! Consistently have crispy chicken packed with tons of flavor. I got the two piece with spaghetti this time and the spaghetti is pretty good. Has a bit of a sweetness to it but I enjoyed it. The combos seem to be reasonable priced. Some things I'd recommend getting are the Coconut Dream Freeze(refreshing drink), Ube Pie, and Adobo Rice. Service was good this visit and the cashier was super friendly. Solid Eats.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. Definitely when they handle food. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor seating available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my food from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big since they share the lot with several other establishments. So many spots for you to choose from. Although, fair warning, some parking spots are smaller than others. So be careful where you park. Food: I ordered the peach mango pie. As you bite into the hot pie, there are gooey orange chunks that taste more like peach than mango. It's not particularly overpowering, but you get a hit of the flavor. The pie is sweet without breaking into sickly, which I think is quite the feat for a fast food dessert. And the puff pastry was so crunchy and fluffy at the same time. Just heaven in a bite. Yummy! Staff: The staff here are very welcoming and friendly. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

We love Jollibee! The food here is delicious. We ordered the Bucket Treat D, which came with 12 pieces of chicken, 5 adobo rice, and 5 mango pies. We came on a Saturday for lunch and there were only a few cars a head of us. We were excited to see a driver thru and assumed the service would be fast. To our disappointment, we waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. Unfortunately, we were starving and had to wait in our car as we slowly got up to pay and get our order, which is why the 3-star rating. Would we come back here in a drive thru. More than likely no.

This is one of the nicer locations I have been to! Friendly staff and QUICK service. Can't go wrong with their spaghetti. There was no one here on a Saturday at 2 PM surprisingly. The biggest downside is the lack of indoor seating... but the drive-thru and online ordering is a GAME CHANGER! Definitely worth it to save time. They even gave us a discount if we ordered on their website. KEEP IN MIND: They were sold out of spicy chickenjoy!

December 25th 2023 5PM Hey Yelp! What's with the bad reviews on this spot? Not making you jolly enough? XD My sister and I decided to have Christmas dinner here and I gotta say it was the best Christmas dinner I've had even though THERE IS NEVER SPICY CHICKEN AVAILABLE IN THIS LOCATION & if there is then it shall take you moments enough for you to walk across the street to get a Hawaiian bread hot dog and back and wait a couple more minutes to get! Remember drivers are horrible and the traffic can be tedious so be careful when you find that parking space and walk on over. Yes they do have a drive through if you want to avoid the risk of potentially getting hit. Once inside you will hear a lot of loud people talking which seems like it's about what karaoke song to sing but it's actually them communicating in their way to make the work efficient. The place is kept clean and everyone seems so eager for their food. The line will go by not taking too long but it will be a bit. They have almost all of the favorites but did I mention they almost never have the SPICY CHICKEN or that in hangry terms "take forever to make it!"? Well with all that being said this is your average fast food jollibee spot with one excellent cashier and decent random fast foods. Don't expect perfect service like how I experienced but do NOT come here hungry and do not expect this place to be perfect. Think of it like McDonalds but something Jo Koy would enJOY. Well this overall will always have a place for my stomach and when someone out there wants to have a jolly good time it will definitely be at Disneyland! ordered drive thru so many employees and place not busy (?) anyway ordered bucket chicken with two sides! it was yummy liked dunking chicken into hot gravy!

Amazing customer service. I ordered original chicken sandwich meal and it was delicious. My granddaughter ordered a 2 piece chicken and she ate everything. My son had the aloha chicken and he said he'd definitely get it again. I was most impressed by the staff. It was busy and but the staff was super friendly, patient, and efficient. I noticed Malou, would move from the front to the back end to keep everything quickly moving forward. She would even walk the floor and ask people if they wanted anything. It was an overall positive experience.

The WORST jollibee I ever had. I ordered food delivered for lunch and its was not busy and delivered within 25 minutes. However the chicken I received were like reheated from yesterday leftovers. The meat was dry, rough, not fresh and tasted bad. My family members only had 1 piece each person and we won't eat anymore.

Solid chicken is ... solid chicken. I hardly eat this dine-in, so most of this is based on the numerous times of take-out I've done. It's a solid fried chicken place where the batter is super crisp, and the inside is piping hot with smoke. Seasoned perfectly with a good amount of salt, pepper, and spices to make it full of flavor without overpowering the flavor of the chicken. What's really strange is that their gravy is complementary to the heaviness of the fried chicken, and even stranger that I'm not looking for some acidity to cut all the fat either. While hot sauce is optional, I still don't really feel like I need it either. Maybe it's an overload of MSG, but honestly if I want fried chicken that isn't Korean fried chicken, then I'm perfectly happy with Jollibee.

I have never ever ordered from a restaurant that would not let their customers change from a spicy flavor chicken to a non-spicy chicken because their spiciness does not sit well with the customer. There are plenty of chicken places out here. Please don't buy from there at all; as they don't care about their customers opinion. "If you don't like it, it is too bad." That's basically what I was told at the restaurant.

I love their 1 PC and spaghetti option! It was just the right amount for a 39 year old, lol. I ordered inside and everyone was extremely nice. I believe the manager spoke to me and let me know there were tables to sit and wait for my order to be done. I came around lunch time so the ambiance was a little on the nosy side.

I was craving fried chicken & thought of Jollibee. This hit the spot for me, crunchy skin, tender meat, and well seasoned perfection. It also came with gravy, so you can dip your chicken in it! Fast service, we ordered for pickup and it was already ready when we got there within 5 minutes. So reliable Jollibee, much love!

I like Jollibee's food as a whole. But this location is a bit lacking because they are often not serving their spicy versions. We decided to get a few buckets to add to our no-turkey Thanksgiving gathering. We were advised by a staff to order early and pick it up at a set time. When we picked up right at 5:30 the chicken was barely warm and condensation had set in. We ended up heating them back up in the oven. I'm questioning when the chicken was actually packed up...I'm guessing it was right when we ordered it at 3pm. Not sure if we will do that again. Otherwise it's good moist fried chicken. Dining area is not too bad. Service is what you would expect from somewhere like McDonald's. One time I ate there, the tray was disgusting. I literally watched the worker attempt to smack the tray to get old mashed potatoes off, failed and then just plopped my food on it and handed it over. gross

Just additional information and update! Food and service-wise-same as mu previous review. Why I dinged 1 star? Restroom only has wireless or sensor activated water faucet amd urinal. Both are great to have limiting touching the flush and faucet. Howvee, restroom only has air hand dryer and I had to touch the door handle knob with my barehands since there is no paper towel. Not everyone will wash their hands after using the restroom-peeing, pooping, or whatever they do in the restroom. Do yourself a favor like I did by bringing some paper towels so you can use it to open the door to exit the restroom.

Can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. This is near work so I come here when I'm craving Filipino fast food. Servers are always nice and the service was quick. I got the 1pc chickenjoy with spaghetti. Inflation is really inflating, I don't remember it costing this much. But overall satisfied with my visit.

The people that work there are rude managers think too highly of themselves, and they don't even know how to treat their customers. I will not be going to this place again. I forgot to add that it seems that's why you have three stars. I suggest you get rid of your crew and hire other staff that might change your three stars maybe back up to five and that apology that you posted I don't accept it. I've been to other Jollibee's and they are more professional. I took my kids there because they were hungry and they wanted chicken strips and I couldn't even get that and they messed up my order.

Lol. Sean helped me out today and I think I drove him nuts because I had wanted two orders in one transactions but bagged separately. He was juggling all the sides because I wanted the 2nd order with more sides because apparently my parents had ate already but they wanted to try it out so they didn't want the sides. And I was dividing up the pies because their mango peach pie is so delicious, almost like homemade hand pies I used to make but can't be in the kitchen long now and they had a new ube pie I had wanted to try, too. I know, sounds like a headache. But I got them all and I had to kind of sort them out. Sean did a greatvjob with my confusing order so 5 stars for Sean!! Yay!! Thanks Sean; way to go!!!

The food is awesome especially the chicken, crispy outside, moist and tender inside. Courteous servers. Quick and efficient. Space is small, unable to accommodate a big group. Should consider a patio/ outside dining in the nice day.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. They had a $10 special for two pieces and I got a side of spaghetti. I really wish I would have ordered the spaghetti with a side of chicken because the spaghetti side is really small. Only downside is I requested two thighs but I got a thigh and a leg. The special came with a drink and a biscuit so it's a good value. The chicken is crunchy and flavorable not too salty. Restaurants nice and clean. The order came out quick except for a leg instead of a thigh. It's good I like it I'll come back again. The biscuit was kind of hard. But again the chicken was very very good!

Since I first started coming here they have gone down! The online app allows you to work only 50% of the time. The other half of the time it says "not accepting online orders". The service is bad. One cashier available to take orders while you see a bunch of other employees just standing around. They can't take orders too? Recently the chicken is a lot smaller! The drum sticks have more batter and the thighs just look like it shrunk!

Chicken is great but the customer service is always bad. I swear these workers hate their lives especially the females here. They have a stanky attitude, never want to help customers who are wanting to ask for NAPKINS, SAUCES, etc. They purposefully avoid eye contact when you come up to the counter so they can ignore you even if they're not doing anything. They've done this on so many occasions, it's not isolated. The guys tend to give relatively better service but if they start to follow the lead of their miserable counterparts, they're going to find trouble and unfortunately they won't be spared the same way (what a privilege right). These female workers need to get retrained (or sorted out)... maybe it comes from the top down for all we know. Wouldn't be surprised. Not returning to this location. In general, Jollibee isn't all that anyways. Not healthy at all. Overrated fast food joint. Gravy overload, ech.

I was very impressed by my first visit to Jollibee. Thanks to the TV commercials. Their fried chicken pieces were huge, crispy, and delicious. I tried both regular and spicy flavors. Their chicken is less salty than Popeye's and less greasy than KFC. The 10 piece bucket with 3 sides was a really great deal. You can also split the chicken pieces in half with regular flavor and spicy flavor. They label the spicy pieces with toothpick flags. I love the adobe rice. It's great to try something new that surprises us with great quality.

Decided on a whim to pick up fried chicken for an impromptu girls night and it was a hit!! I got a bucket of chicken with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. The chicken was juicy and skin was crispy per usual. The mashed potatoes were creamy and buttery but I would skip on the Mac and cheese. Mac was chunky and not too appetizing. I went through the drive thru and service was really good. Lines moved fast because the workers are very efficient when taking the order and preparing the food. This was my first time at the Alhambra location and won't be my last! Love that this location is in a big parking lot and next to 99 ranch. After you do your grocery shopping, you can pick up quick dinner too! Nothing but easy chill vibes here. Highly recommend!

The food is underwhelming. Plus you can only order chicken by combo meals and not by piece. The service was very good. The drive-through experience was OK. No long wait.

My favorite place to get fried chicken. I always order the spicy chicken with gravy on the side and it hits the spot every single time! I've been to other Jollibee locations and they're usually inside a super market but this location in Alhambra has a drive thru which made ordering so much more convenient and fast.

The store doors on both sides were both locked at noon even though there were customers inside. The employees had no idea why the doors were locked and couldn't explain it.

No More Halo-Halo! Apparently they fazed out the halo-halo cold dessert drink off the menu about a year ago. Boo! I really hope Jollibee corp considers bringing back that tasty treat. I really like this Alhambra location. They are efficient and polite. The drive-thru is convenient. Also plenty of parking is always a plus! Their Chicken Joy is different. The SPICY chicken joy is yummy, but too spicy for little kids and non-spicy palates. It's definitely has a spicy kick on the batter and injected into the chicken meat. The regular Chicken Joy is bland for my taste, but perfect for the family. The Chicken Joy is meant to be enjoyed with gravy that comes with each meal and it's dark meat (thigh/leg) only. I like Jollibee's side options. The Jolly Spaghetti is Filipino style twist on spaghetti. I think it's good; not meant to be compared to Italian spaghetti. I dig it. As long as my kids and hubby are happy here, I will continue to stop by Jollibee!

Super slow service! The store hours is to open at 10 am but the door is locked by 10:02 am. The servers by the cash register are not ready to serve. I stand in front of them for minutes watching them to count their bills right before putting bills into the draws. They still need to set up something before I finally get to place an order. By the time I had ordered, there were other customers ordered as well. I waited 25 minutes alone for their "brand" rice to be done. Other customers had theirs and left. When I asked for a refund, I told the managers she should just label the item is not available.. and she replied it's the machines not working. What kind of terrible service is this. Imagine if I order thru drive thru it's super super slow! I left after 30 minutes with only a water cup which was contaminated by a manager's friend or acquaintance who coughed loudly next to the cup while I visited the restroom! Nasty place! Never want to be back!!! I used to like the spaghetti ... feel so turn off by recent experiences ...

Service is terrible at this location and not even aware of what they can serve. I ordered spicy chicken and he said 30 minutes wait so I changed it to original. After sometime I noticed that the glass case containing the chicken were full of spicy and the wait was for the original. Customer ordering bucket size were served first while done in and less than bucket have to wait longer. They have to make you ask for everything that should come with the order. I have rice but have to ask for spoon and napkins. Staff here needs training.
